    My booking against PNR : ME1YGQ got cancelled due to Covid. However I have been told that credit shell has been issued (although I can't see that credit shell at the agent's website through which I made the booking).
    But my concern is why credit shell has been issued instead of the refund to original source, as credit shell has a expiry date of 31st Mar 2021 and can only be used by traveller under whose name original booking was made i.e. me. But being a Diabetic and Heart patient I don't want to risk travelling in current scenario hence kindly refund the money back to original source or allow me to use it in my family name as well.

      There is flight got cancelled from Jammu to Delhi with PNR No LEUJNA.
      Nowever i am trying to contact given customer care numbers. But it remained waiting since half a day.

      Basically, this is connecting flight between Jammu to Delhi then Delhi to Pune, however i want to cancel the only between Jammu to Delhi.

      But when i tried connecting to customer care of spice, its remained for waiting for more than 4 hours.

      God knows how to deal with such very bad and pathetic service.

      Hope, someone in Spice Jet can help me out.

        On 26th Dec at Patna Airport... On that day..at Patna Airport... I was standing in security checkup line for 2 hours... Always Spicejets staffs told me to be in line they will call me when my flight time will come and I waited in line, whever I asked they said the same thing... Even before 13 min of my flight they told the same to stand in line they will call me... I worried... Then...

        When 8 min was only left I asked the same spicejet staff... Then
        ... He simply told that now nothing can happen, u have lost ur flight... I was fully shocked... I requested him a lot but he did not listened any thing... He ignore me and gone...

        I requested some spicejet staff... But simply again they told they can do anything... Lossing flights are common here... Then some I requested some policemens and security people... And somehow, really hardly I managed to catch flight at last seconds in too much hurry... In that process I lost my jacket and I run to catch flight...

        Next time, I never recommend anyone for spicejet... Too much disgusting system and staffs...

          complaint against non refundment of cancelled flight tickets

          We have booked Spicejet flight tickets from Chennai to Tuticorin for four members during the March month for the date of May 10.

          All the flight operations were get cancelled due to covid pandemic and money was kept in credit shell.

          After that, our honorable Supreme Court has been ordered to refund the money on cancelled flights due to Covid Pandemic.

          So on Nov 14th I've applied for refundment through...

          My flight dxb to ixe due to which i lost one day my salary cut because of reschedule flight
          On 21st 3.am flight booking done and glught is scheduled 7 .20 evening
          Who will pay my one day salary which is deducted by my company.
          And worst scenerio is luggage in ticket mentioned 30 kg +7 kg hand luggage if one kg luggage increases u ask money for that
          But my luggage is not coming on 24th i came for vacation for here my dress, shaving kit, and food (meat as well as chocklate)items which not keep room temperature more than 6 hours
          Who will bear my taxi waiting charges
          I reached airport 2am because of this luggage taxi driver waited 2 hours.
          Who will pay my food items...?
          Finally what i have wear until my luggage...?
          I[censored] dont give proper service.
          I will not travel in spice jet now onwards
          Even price is less worst expierence faced
          And worst is the mangaer eho cant speak local languge as well as state language.

            I am writing this email to register a complaint in regards to theft which took place today while my wife (Nikita Sinha) was travelling from New Delhi to Patna. The lock of the trolley was broken and a note of INR 2, 000 has been missing from the wallet kept inside the trolley. Its really unfortunate as travelling by air is not safe for the passengers. Can you please look into the matter and do the needful. Below are the travel details. If I don't hear back from you with a solid resolution I will be taking this further with the higher authorities and can take take this issue to the court if not resolved.

              I was almost on time.. I was taking a flight from srinagar to jammu on 21 of dec.. At 1:40 but because o[censored]r staff I missed my flight.. I was on time they were making excuses tht ur late and ### they make way for some vips but they missed me.. I want my refund otherwise I'll file a complaint against the airlines.. U cn reschedule my flight or pay me back

                  The PNR HH1VFH booked on133/11/20 has been subsequently cancelled on 20/11/20 3:43 pm from my end due to unavoidable circumstances. The refund of the same has not been made till date.
                  On call to customer care no response for 5 hours on call on hold and 8 hrs on what's app with msg "
                  we shall shortly connect u to our representative"
                  Do not know the reasons for such poor response from your end wrt refund.

                    I booked SpiceJet flight from Bangalore to Darbhanga (SG - 493) and journey was dated on[protected] and scheduled time was 12:15 PM.

                    PNR Number: GHVLJE

                    After undergoing all protocols at Airport, i was waiting at boarding gate. One of SpiceJet employee informed us, flight to Darbhanga got cancelled . They informed 5 minute before boarding.

                    It created chaos at Airport among passengers. There was no other flights to Darbhnaga and SpiceJet has no clue, how they are going to handle the situation. I somehow managed to get Flight to Patna (SG768) after long argument with SpiceJet Employees, as i had emergency and any how i have to travel. My departure got delayed by 2 hours.

                    I got new boarding pass to Patna, I rechecked from their employees, Are they going to keep my checked-in baggage to Patna flight? They confirmed and assured me twice, they are moving my baggage to Patna Flight.

                    When i reached Patna, flight got 1 hour more delayed and i reached around 5:30 pm.

                    I was waiting for my Baggage at Belt -1 and when i didn't find my baggage, i spoke to SpiceJet Team at Patna Airport. They informed, They didn't received my baggage from Bangalore.

                    I was in hurry, as i need to travel to another city. Now, I don't have anything with me. My keys and all important things were in Baggage. I felt like handicapped and behavior of Airport Employees were harassing. I was mentally disturbed. Its like a mental torture, as i have nothing with me.

                    I logged baggage complain and below is the details:

                    I somehow managed to stay for next days. I tried to reach airport on call but no body was responding. I reached Airport next day on 10th Dec at 5 pm to collect my luggage. There was no response and acknowledgement from SpiceJet Team, after long arguing for 3 hours at SpiceJet counter, i got my Baggage at 8:30 PM at night.

                    This is ridiculous and very disappointing. I never expected such unethical behavior from SpiceJet.

                    I had a very huge loss in terms of monetary and mentally harassed for this unprofessional behavior from SpiceJet.

                    I am just claiming Rs. 40000 as a monetary loss. Please help me.

                      I boarded a flight from Dubai to Amritsar. They left my luggage in dubai due to some fuel shortage and it's been one week after that, their team at Amritsar airport has stopped picking up the calls completely and otherwise also no one responds. I've written three emails. - no response to even one of them.

                      I have no idea what to do.

                        I had a flight from Darbhanga to Mumbai on 12th of December, 2020. And paid additional Rs 2500 for the luggage. Also, received the notification on mobile that the luggage has been loaded. As a general passenger, I believed on the notification and on-boarded the flight. When I arrived at Mumbai airport, I waited for almost half an hour for my luggage, but it never arrived. I checked with the SpiceJet ground staff and he confirmed that the luggage was not loaded in Darbhanga itself, and he raised a ticket then and there itself (ticket no: BOMSG2031664M)
                        After all barriers, I received my luggage after 2 days at my door step. I checked and found that all new clothes, personal belongings (jewelleries) and some important documents were missing.
                        I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT NOT LOADING MY LUGGAGE WAS ALL INTENTIONAL!
                        SPICEJET SERVICES ARE HELL WORST, PATHETIC!!!
                        I have raised a ticket for the same, but seeing the services I don’t believe that they are even going to provide the compensation for this.
                        It seems it is now very common thing happening in SPICEJET. Few days back, the similar incident happened for a flight from Darbhanga to Bangalore. Request you guys to be careful and aware of this while booking tickets for SPICEJET.
                        Requesting the Aviation Ministry and AAI to take action against them.

                            My flight, M5ZWPB, was scheduled on December 20th. Today SpiceJet announced that this flight has been rescheduled on 21st.

                            I was flying to attend a meeting on 20th, and it is meaningless to fly on 21st. Please reschedule the flight on 20th or 19th.

                            I can't reach you over phone.

                              Dear Concern,

                              Please be informed that l, Mr Abu Md. Sofiul Ajam, 274/2 Uposhahor Housing Estate, Rajshahi Cantonment, Boalia, Rajshahi-6202, Bangladesh, DoB: 12/07/1975, PP: PQ 0875420, N: BD had booked 3 nos Dhaka-Mumbai Economy Class (Refundable) air ticket in SG-64 SpiceJet airline for the journey on October 18, 2020 from Dhaka to Mumbai against the booking ID: TJ[protected] and under the PNR: C6VL2F through Rafi Tours & Travels (an agent of tripjack as well as an agent of SpiceJet) on September 29, 2020. Here it is mentioned that Rafi Tours & Travels charged and received from me BDT 37000 (INR 31228) for booking the above 3 nos Dhaka-Mumbai air ticket. But unfortunately later the SpiceJet airline authority cancelled the journey/trip due to not resumption of India-Bangladesh airline communication till the date of journey and refunded tripjack only BDT 35008.39 (INR 29547) out of BDT 37000 (INR 31228) deducting changes on October 23, 2020 and tripjack refunded Rafi Tours & Travels only BDT 31009.48 (INR 26172) deducting Non-Refundable Amount (INR 75), Airline Fee Tax (INR 3000) and Amendment Fee (INR 300) on the same day. And finally Rafi Tours & Travels refunded me BDT 31009.48 (INR 26172) i.e. a sum of BDT 5990.53 (INR 5055.99) has been deducted from my purchase amount, which is 16.19% of purchase value. The agent of tripjack, Rafi Tours & Travels already given me the documents (enclosed herewith for your information) against all deduction. But you, the SpiceJet airline authority, didn't mention the reason behind the deduction made in the document what you have provided the tripjack for the above refund. So I wanna seek clarification of your refund document in this regard along with seek authentication of all the refund documents provided to me by tripjack and Rafi Tours & Travels. So far I know in case of any air trip cancellation taken place only and only by any airline authority the subscriber will get the full benefit. Thus in this case I will get 100% refund. Then why did you cut 16.19% from my purchase value. Moreover I have been with you since 2018. During this tenure I used to fly SpiceJet in different air routes of India such as CCU-BLR, CCU-BOM, BOM-DEL, DEL-CCU, CCU-DAC and so many. Please let me know your refund policy in details when and only when cancellation taken place by airline authority and I would like to get your cooperation in this regard.

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding my booking from Kolkata to Delhi on 27th May which I booked before lockdown.
                                Due to Govt & Airline guidelines then, all the travels till 31st May was cancelled so they announced for the credit shell rather then providing refund which the same passengers can use till 31st March 2021.
                                Now in the month of Dec 2020 I tried to book tickets from that credit shell but I found there is no money so unable to book any tickets.
                                After making multiple long efforts I somehow reached to customer care and they said they have given the refund of the amount to the agency from where I have booked the ticket.
                                Fortunately I myself control that agent login of that portal so I found no refund, no credit as such since Jan 2020.
                                Now no credit, no refund and they are also unable to provide the proof of the refund process or any transaction number.

                                No information given in my account section of SpiceJet regarding it.

                                Please help me to file this genuine complaint against Spicejet.

                                    I had booked 1 Spicejet flights pnr no . QE8IGQ (muscat --delhi) for the months of March 2020 which were cancelled due to Covid outbreak. Through goibibo.com, the booking was made and the amount was stored in credit shell. Now in December, 2020 i want the same booking with one passenger less but it is instructed that if I need to use the credit shell amount then I have to book the next flight through goibibo.com only. I did the same but now .I want the to be made using the credit shell amount anther name but spicejet say need to same name Uder is not allowing me to do say . spiejet veery bad sarvice
