I was travelling from hyderabad to varanasi on 30th september pnr oclc7d,
At the check-in counter i was charged rs 400 as my laptop was a little heavy, i do not understand this? Can you guys lend me some money so that i can buy a light weight one, and then would be fit to travel through your airlines without paying the fine.

Miss pamela at the counter also showed me one instruction list of hand baggage limit of 7 k. G, (My hand luggage was 8 kg) which i know already but i think a gram or kg or if it is because of water bottle or laptop, one should just let it go. Like we let go off you when you cancel the flights or delay it because of natural events.

I hope i would be heard and receive some response.

    Very thankful fo the great service that you provided me a couple of days back. Thanks to you, my flight got cancelled and i had no prior information whatsoever, due to which I couldn’t make it for the meeting and lost the client. Also you very carelessly misplaced my luggage so i had to go shopping the moment i landed and i spent my whole day at the airport itself. So if you could just refund me the money i spent on your flight because of course you can’t compensate me for the loss of my client.

      I'm extremely disappointed with the behavior and customer interaction of your team. I was boarding from bangalore sg192 to delhi now and at the boarding gate, this lady with a name navya wanted to check my hand baggage weight. The way and approach to this was as if she is a big boss of someway and others are cattles or dogs. I have been really shocked on the way you deal with customers. I'm a frequent flyer and take about 20 flights in a month, a lot by spice jet too and also others. A laptop bag even in any international travel is a hand bag, she tells me this is domestic travel, "you want to travel or i will keep your boosting pass, my name it's navya, go and complaint where ever you want!". Unbelievable.. Is this your training i will never travel by spicejet, this is my promise wr nimish bhatia, [protected]
      I was travelling last night by spicejet flight no SG679 from Mumbai to Chennai. Flight was delayed by 1:40 minutes. We were informed by SMS that flight is delayed by an hour.after security check it was further delayed by 40mins without any further notice. It is obvious that travellers were getting annoyed as our time is precious. I was surprised to see your ground staff acting so unprofessional and answering back to clients rudely. The reason may be congestion in ATC. Spicejet caters to hospitality sector and hence you must be training your staff to be empathetic in thier approach. At 12:20 boarding starts and it was aweful to see the quality of inflight crew you maintain. They was a client vigorously coughing and seeking help from crew for hot water, its for the 1st time I have seen such inefficient, unethical and unprofessional approach your inflight crew were have a good damn time comfortably chatting with each other without even bothering to assist a client who was seeking help. They was a kid who wanted to use the toilet and the mom was denied not to use as the seat belt signs were not turned off. The crew refused and continued with further chat session. The least they could do is offered the kid to the him to the toilet. Kids cannot hold natures call. But your inflight crew were extremely having a ball inside the flight without even knowing what is the responsibility assigned to them. In 15 years of being a frequent traveler I have not seen such a casual approach from a reputed company like spicejet. It was for 1st time I felt that I was not travelling with a airline but by bus. I am absolutely paranoid with my flight experience that I had yesterday with spice jet, I am sure most of the travellers who flew yesterday with us are of the same view. I dont know how seriously you as a company would treat this feedback. But yes spicejet as a hospitality company is going from bad to worse.

        I took the flight no sg8194, from ahmedabad to delhi scheduled to fly at 6:05 am. We kept on waiting for 2 hours and no official announcement as to what the flight status is. I had trains booked from delhi to kota leaving at 10:55, which would have been attended had the flight time was adhered to. I want compensation for the same. My trains cost me 3k in total and this flight cost me 3k as well. There was no official announcement made and only false and fake reasons for delay were given when we had to ask for it. This has caused me to book another way to reach kota and it’s totally negligent on the company’s behalf

          Traveling by sg 82 from bangkok to mumbai on 30.9.19, my new bag is damaged by spicejet staff, it was in very good condition, while it was handed over at the bangkok airport at the time of luggage check in (Which can be checked in ur camera systems of airport too). Thereafter, it's got damaged by the ground staff of spicejet, which shows their carelessness in handling luggages irresponsibly.

          Moreover they came to me, after my boarding in flight and informed me that my bag is got damaged, while transferring and you please confirm that this is your bag and than they took my sign on the luggage id sticked to my bag.

          When i asked them to give me acknowledgement that the bag is damaged due to their mistake, they refused. I meat with mr. Anand, customer service relationship manager at bangkok and he was totally disagree to accept that my bag was in good condition, in fact he was trying to blame me that i was traveling with that damaged bag..,
          While the damaged bags parts was with them.

          I am very much disappointed by the services provided by spice-jet company by keeping such an unethical staffs, who not only damage our goods but also give us harassment by putting customer in fault. I am traveling with 10 of my family and friends and every one will admit any time that we have given our bag in very good condition.

          I think, the company is thinking that they are the only company in airlines, after the shut down of jet airways... And doing whatever they want with customer, their staffs behavior is not even polite, first they told me that i can claim for my damaged bag at lost and found counter at mumbai airport and took my signature on the bag's id and after signing they immediately denied that it's not their fault.

          I hope, you will kindly take a serious not of the same and will take some strict actions against such unethical practices.

            We were a family of three travelling from dubai to kolkata. We had a stopover at mumbai airport for 2-3hours. While checking in on the kolkata flight we were told the flight was delayed. From 19:45 to 9:20 in the night ultimately the flight took off well past midnight. No food or compensation was offered. So essentially we were travelling continuously for almost 24hrs disgusting

                I have a ticket from HYD to Patna on 30 sep, 19 but i just saw that Patna is on high alert due to flood and i cannot reach even my home from the airport thus i have on other option to cancel due to high alert by Government.

                Still, in this case, i am getting only 1/4 of the amount as refund. I discussed the same with spice jet customer care and even they are saying we do not have any INFORMATION and we cannot help.
                I asked to check or at least some extra weber should be there as almost all flights are getting canceled for that route, they replied that if it is cancelled, you'll get the full amount else only less than one-fourth amount.

                There is no confirmation but just wait till morning. We are not canceling this flight intentionally but there is no other option. If we cannot reach our Home from Airpot, already water steamers and boats are running in the city, how can even we go there.

                  I was booking for flight tickets for three person on 29.9.2019 for mumbai to hyderabad for 18.10.19 for 7.20 morning flight and hyderabad to mumbai flight for 23.10.2019 for.05 hr flight total fare amounted for rs 13646/-. But transaction got cancelled and amount was debited from my account at 6.53 pm on 29.9.19. I have not received any information regarding the refund of my amount or weather tickets govbooked or not.

                    My journey date was on 21.08.2019 from bangalore to kolkata.
                    Due to some reason i reschedule my journey on 28.08.2019 and
                    Accordingly as per customer case of spicejet airlines i paid difference
                    Amount of rs.2764.00 within 01 hrs. On 10.08.2019. But suddenly
                    I observed on 27.08.2019 that my journey was cancelled without
                    Any information i. E.in email or mobile. I lodged a complaint to
                    [protected]@spicejet on 28.08.2019, 02.09. And 12.09.2019.
                    Mr. Nair replied on 2nd sept. Enclosed mailed below.

                    Greetings from spicejet.

                    This is in reference to the trailing mail.

                    Please be informed that as per our records, payment was declined and concerned team tried to contact you on [protected], however call was unanswered. Hence, booking was cancelled due to non-payment.

                    Further, we have processed the refund of inr 774 towards the agency account dated 28-aug-19. We request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency to claim the refund. Also note that the travel agency will refund the amount as per their terms of contract.

                    Assuring you of our best attention at all times.

                    Still today no payment was made to me. I paid rs.2764. 00 as per
                    Their demand on 10.08.2019 it observed that they refunded the money
                    To bank account without any information. My question when i paid for rescheduling the jounry and accordingly they changed my
                    Journey date on 28.08.2019. I observed that they refund money
                    To bank account on 21.08.2019. It is not understood where is my
                    Fault. What is the reason to refund money after 11 days.
                    My request to kindly arrange the refund of full amount because there is
                    No fault on my part.

                    No step has been taken by the Company to resolve my complaint. E-mail has been sent by [email protected] Against my complaint Spice Jet on 27th Sept. 2019, they are not replying properly. Everytime they are replying that payment was declined. I repeatedly told them that payment was made on 10th August 2019 for rescheduling the date. Rescheduling date was changed but it is observed that ticket was cancelled without informing any sms or email. It is observed that payment was credited to my account after 11 days. It is not understood when payment was made on 10th August 2019 why the question of cancellation.Is there any fault on my part ? Totally fault on the part of Spice Jet. How the refund was made ?                     Every time Spicejet are telling the payment was declined.. My question who is responsible for declining
                    the payment. Every time I am referring that on 10th August 2019 I paid extra fare for reschedling the
                    date. You are not answering my question properly. How the refund amount comes to account on
                    21.08.2019 i.e. after 11 days. You answer please that the excess amount was credited or not in your
                    on 10th August 2019. How after 11 days the amount was credited to my account. I never applied for
                    the same. Once rescheduled date was changed how ticket was cancelled. You are telling repeatedly
                    that you tried over telephone. OK I am admiting then why you not sending sms or mail to my
                    e-mail account. It is very painful as a lady your office not helping me for the journey. Even that day
                    ticket was available. I rang to customer care, nobody guide me for proper action.

                        Myself sanjay t. Shah travelling with 10 pax,
                        On 25th sept.2019 to bangkok from mumbai by flight no. Sg 81 of spicejet, the seats alloted to us was of very poor condition, which i had brought to the notice of the flight attendants but they said they are helpless...

                        The seats were not getting back, the cup holders for our seat no. 20 d and 20 e were broken... This is a late night journey and we were made compelled to travel for next 4-5 hours seating restlessly.

                        Myself and my family members were totally upset by this kind of services...

                        While the other airlines with the same fare or even lower fares provide much better comforts..

                        Later on we came to know that they were hiring flights of jet airways, which were lying on hangers since very long time without any servicing done...

                        I was worried what if they do same with engines and other important parts...

                        By this poor experience, i came to a conclusion that either the company is careless or trying to save money by using such an uncomfortable aircrafts, which are not properly managed...!!!

                        While writing this, my flight was about to take off and they shut down the ac for more than 15-20 min., whatever complaint anyone may have, they just reply that they are helpless and you may write to company of competent authority.

                        Kindly look into the matter and compensate for providing the terribly uncomfortable ride.

                          We booked 4 seats from mumbai to coimbatore in spicejet flight no. Sg6361, date 14-9-19, pnr no. Being fcrigq. We all are senior citizens 3 being 80 years of age. Due to physical difficulty we also requested for wheelchairs. Due to our problems we booked aisle seats ie. Seats 20c, 20d, 21c and 21d for which we paid extra rs 640. But while issuing boarding passes we were allotted seats nos. 14b, 14c, 14d, and 14 e which we realized only when we boarded the flight. We told this to the flight attendant but she was helpless. We completed our journeys in great difficulty.
                          This is utter negligence and carelessness on the airline part.
                          We request you to please at least refund rs 640 which we paid for aisle seats and which you did not finally allot.
                          We hope for very urgent action.

                            I have made a payment of 2900 rs on 20 sept, 2019 converting my tickets to spicemax and attached is the confirmation regarding it. When i was at thailand airport they are denying that it is not upgraded and they have allocated normal seats for us tough i hav the confirmation pdf with me with seats allocated. This is really hell service how come this confirmation pdf is generated.
                            I need refund and the reason why it is not done.

                              I am dr. Anupriya hajela. I travelled by your flight from bhopal to chennai via mumbai yesterday. My flight numbers are sg 6482 and sg 247. My baggage was misplaced by ur flight people. My baggage no. Seq 0158. I received a call from phone no. [protected] in the morning saying the bad has been found and come and collect at the airport.. I sent my friend to the baggage claim of spice jet after that call and there was no one there.. I have been calling on that number since then and that dumb wit female doesn't have the courtesy to take my call back and is cutting the calls. I am new to chennai and staying 30km away from the airport. It is now your responsibility to deliver my baggage to the my current address..
                              Have the courtesy to call from ur side on [protected] to update regarding baggage location.

                                I am a frequent flyer of spicejet.
                                But today i have a bad experience about this airline.
                                My name is sajahan sekh i am an employee of reputed mnc company and last 8 yrs i had using your airlines for training. But today at kolkata airport i have a bad experience. Your ground staff mrs. Anishua mallick counter no h4 time 10.40 am. She refused to give me a window seat even after my humble request also. After that i confirm my window seat from your ground supervisor. My flight no is sg 76 from ccu to dac. Mrs anushua mallick not only refused me for window seat but she also argument with me and told me for raising complain.
                                From today i decided to not traveling with spicejet.
                                My bagges missing from Mumbai airport as my parents travelling from delhi to Mumbai with PNR PGKV9U and flight no SG8169

                                      I am a frequent traveler and using 2-3 international flights every month even but
                                      Traveling from dubai to jaipur with spice jet on 23rd aug 19 is my worst experience forever.
                                      I always carry my laptop with my handbag and all airlines check the only handbag weight if its under limit or not
                                      But this is the first time spice jet ask me to remove 4 kg weight at boarding time because i had 6 kg handbag and 5 kg laptop which was always accepted during my all last flight with spice jet
                                      First of all i tried to explain as i have travel so many time with spice jet but laptop never counted as handbag but since he said its depend on us we count laptop with hand bag or not so you need to remove extra 4 kg
                                      After all i went to the counter where we can pay for excess weight and asked them "how much i need to pay"
                                      The time i was discussing about payment suddenly the person who asked me to remove the weight start shouting " what you think i am stupid that i am asking you to remove the weight and you are asking to pay for extra weight? You must remove the weight, only this is the option if you want to board, we will not accept any payment for excess weight.
                                      Since he was shouting i asked politely why you are shouting i am just asking if i can pay and he got more angry i will shout and i will not allow you to board today you can complain where you want.
                                      And he start pressurizing other staff to close the gate.
                                      After all thanks to a arabic guy in his staff who asked him to allow me for boarding and some how i traveled on same ticket.

                                      I would like to request you to look in this seriously as i think he represent to spice jet and his behavior make impact on spice jet business not on his salary.

                                        I had applied for airline job vacancy at spice jet. And i got a call from hr and they told me that ma profile was shortlisted for the post of ground staff in this spice jet. And they asked me to pay rs 2000 for attending an online test and i paid the amount and im done with ma online test.. After that there is no kinda response from their side sir.. I tried calling them but they don't pick ma calls.. And after one day they pic ma call and whey i asked about this they told me that they were at a meeting.. So that they dont picked ma calls.
                                        Before payment they send me a mail showing that in any case of cancellation the amount will be refunded.. And here ma application was cancelled but they don't respond or even take ma calls also fail to refund that amount..
                                        We have booked our travel from Hyderabad to Mangalore by sg1035 were allowed seat nos 15cand 15D at Bangalore 15C was allotted to another passenger travelling to Mangalore from baar we were subjected to a lot of inconvenience finally the air personal adjustment.
