Traveling by sg 82 from bangkok to mumbai on 30.9.19, my new bag is damaged by spicejet staff, it was in very good condition, while it was handed over at the bangkok airport at the time of luggage check in (Which can be checked in ur camera systems of airport too). Thereafter, it's got damaged by the ground staff of spicejet, which shows their carelessness in handling luggages irresponsibly.
Moreover they came to me, after my boarding in flight and informed me that my bag is got damaged, while transferring and you please confirm that this is your bag and than they took my sign on the luggage id sticked to my bag.
When i asked them to give me acknowledgement that the bag is damaged due to their mistake, they refused. I meat with mr. Anand, customer service relationship manager at bangkok and he was totally disagree to accept that my bag was in good condition, in fact he was trying to blame me that i was traveling with that damaged bag..,
While the damaged bags parts was with them.
I am very much disappointed by the services provided by spice-jet company by keeping such an unethical staffs, who not only damage our goods but also give us harassment by putting customer in fault. I am traveling with 10 of my family and friends and every one will admit any time that we have given our bag in very good condition.
I think, the company is thinking that they are the only company in airlines, after the shut down of jet airways... And doing whatever they want with customer, their staffs behavior is not even polite, first they told me that i can claim for my damaged bag at lost and found counter at mumbai airport and took my signature on the bag's id and after signing they immediately denied that it's not their fault.
I hope, you will kindly take a serious not of the same and will take some strict actions against such unethical practices.
