I have made a payment of 2900 rs on 20 sept, 2019 converting my tickets to spicemax and attached is the confirmation regarding it. When i was at thailand airport they are denying that it is not upgraded and they have allocated normal seats for us tough i hav the confirmation pdf with me with seats allocated. This is really hell service how come this confirmation pdf is generated.
I need refund and the reason why it is not done.

    I am dr. Anupriya hajela. I travelled by your flight from bhopal to chennai via mumbai yesterday. My flight numbers are sg 6482 and sg 247. My baggage was misplaced by ur flight people. My baggage no. Seq 0158. I received a call from phone no. [protected] in the morning saying the bad has been found and come and collect at the airport.. I sent my friend to the baggage claim of spice jet after that call and there was no one there.. I have been calling on that number since then and that dumb wit female doesn't have the courtesy to take my call back and is cutting the calls. I am new to chennai and staying 30km away from the airport. It is now your responsibility to deliver my baggage to the my current address..
    Have the courtesy to call from ur side on [protected] to update regarding baggage location.

      I am a frequent flyer of spicejet.
      But today i have a bad experience about this airline.
      My name is sajahan sekh i am an employee of reputed mnc company and last 8 yrs i had using your airlines for training. But today at kolkata airport i have a bad experience. Your ground staff mrs. Anishua mallick counter no h4 time 10.40 am. She refused to give me a window seat even after my humble request also. After that i confirm my window seat from your ground supervisor. My flight no is sg 76 from ccu to dac. Mrs anushua mallick not only refused me for window seat but she also argument with me and told me for raising complain.
      From today i decided to not traveling with spicejet.
      My bagges missing from Mumbai airport as my parents travelling from delhi to Mumbai with PNR PGKV9U and flight no SG8169

            I am a frequent traveler and using 2-3 international flights every month even but
            Traveling from dubai to jaipur with spice jet on 23rd aug 19 is my worst experience forever.
            I always carry my laptop with my handbag and all airlines check the only handbag weight if its under limit or not
            But this is the first time spice jet ask me to remove 4 kg weight at boarding time because i had 6 kg handbag and 5 kg laptop which was always accepted during my all last flight with spice jet
            First of all i tried to explain as i have travel so many time with spice jet but laptop never counted as handbag but since he said its depend on us we count laptop with hand bag or not so you need to remove extra 4 kg
            After all i went to the counter where we can pay for excess weight and asked them "how much i need to pay"
            The time i was discussing about payment suddenly the person who asked me to remove the weight start shouting " what you think i am stupid that i am asking you to remove the weight and you are asking to pay for extra weight? You must remove the weight, only this is the option if you want to board, we will not accept any payment for excess weight.
            Since he was shouting i asked politely why you are shouting i am just asking if i can pay and he got more angry i will shout and i will not allow you to board today you can complain where you want.
            And he start pressurizing other staff to close the gate.
            After all thanks to a arabic guy in his staff who asked him to allow me for boarding and some how i traveled on same ticket.

            I would like to request you to look in this seriously as i think he represent to spice jet and his behavior make impact on spice jet business not on his salary.

              I had applied for airline job vacancy at spice jet. And i got a call from hr and they told me that ma profile was shortlisted for the post of ground staff in this spice jet. And they asked me to pay rs 2000 for attending an online test and i paid the amount and im done with ma online test.. After that there is no kinda response from their side sir.. I tried calling them but they don't pick ma calls.. And after one day they pic ma call and whey i asked about this they told me that they were at a meeting.. So that they dont picked ma calls.
              Before payment they send me a mail showing that in any case of cancellation the amount will be refunded.. And here ma application was cancelled but they don't respond or even take ma calls also fail to refund that amount..
              We have booked our travel from Hyderabad to Mangalore by sg1035 were allowed seat nos 15cand 15D at Bangalore 15C was allotted to another passenger travelling to Mangalore from baar we were subjected to a lot of inconvenience finally the air personal adjustment.

                We travelled from chennai to madurai (8) members and we found that we got cheated. U are charging wrongly by calling it spicemax. When u are marketing a premium brand u are supposed to stick to the same. We were shocked at the point of check in and entry into the aircraft. No priority then the seats very bad. Food was given and even before we could open they said landing. For all this we paid an extra amount of 30000 rs. The only thing we got was our luggage came out first. Please do not cheat customers like this. I am waiting for ur reply before approaching the aviation ministry of how u are misusing spice max. Since we travelled earlier by spice max we were so impressed that we booked again. I will never ever travel by your flight if i don't get proper reply. I am not for money but i don't like if somebody cheats u. I also want to see that u remove the spice max for flights where u cannot support.

                The cost of the perfume is approximately 5K and was opened only a couple of days back.

                  Hi this dimple my filght is book for 11th sep 2019 at dehli to mumbai 6:20am. I had reached airport at 5.35. Am. But some employee told me you dont boarding because of door is closed. I request many time but no one listen to me they just told me that go in this counter go this counter this not good for passengers then i was go spicejet help centre they dont help me and dont talk also i asked him that please help for next fight for mumbai they dont help and further i need to book airindia.

                  My tickets us showing terminal1 but flight is departure from terminal3.

                  I was not fight time travel by sepcjet filght this not good for passengers and your employee attitudes they dont help us. They just wants more money told book new tickets. This not the way to talk at list help us.
                  I now it's my mistake that not reach on time but before i reach door close just 5 min different they dont allow me and not adjust my last ticket amount.

                  I need my money back.

                    Hi,

                    Please note that i have booked a ticket on 30th sept from (Pnr qcb5kg) make my trip and then i wanted to reschedule it on 3rd of october. So after contacting make my trip correspondent my call was forwarded to spice jet customer care where the lady rescheduled my flight charging an extra amount. But the twist is after receiving the ticket i found my child name is missing from the ticket so again i contacted the executive and they confirmed that it was there mistake not to include the name. So now i need to pay again and book the ticket of my child. I found that this is not the way to book tickets on daily basis where the flight ticket prices are dynamic.
                    I requested them to refund the money and the executive told that would be refunded within 10 working days.
                    Today is 09th of sept till now i haven't received my refund money. (Pnr qcb5kg).
                    Please have my money refunded.
                    I had my flight scheduled for 12th sep 2019, at 8 am and it has been delayed again and again, i have a tight schedule for the day, it has been a really bad experience flying with spicejet and will not prefer to fly with spicejet again

                      Pnr number udt8ud, date of travel 7th sep 219. Lady travelling alone with a 2.5 yr old kid. Flight was delayed got intimation in advance that it will take off at 10 but actually took off at 1:30 am. Passengers were boarded at 10pm, so 2.5 hours sitting in the flight, whatever the reason for the delay - but what was disappointing that if the delay was beyond normal the passengers who showed patience and didnt cancel their journey should have been given food and beverages on foc basis as the delay was beyond normal. Need a response from the spicejet team on this. The lowering standards of service level is concerning.

                        My self and my colleague mr shailendra meena were travelling from kolkatta to mumbai on 31st august 2019 by spicejet. Our flight no sg6366 and pnr no tfju8k. We checked one bag at kolkatta airport with zip lock which was tied after scanning. When we return to mumbai - terminal 2 there was unprecedented time for arrival of luggage of second lot. Mean while i got my bag, it had no zip and inr more than 16000 k had be stolen from sling bag inside the checked in bag. We lodged the complain wit spicejet security officer mr rawal. After arrival of bag we wanted to complain for stolen cash but there was no one on belt 11. After 35 minutes we found some one girl at belt 13 from spicejet (Probably girl on duty for lost and found baggage - absolutely new to her job). She tried to contact her superior for atleast 1 and half hrs. Finally we got mr rawal. No response since than even after comlaining through email and twitter.

                          Hi .i was flying from delhi to kishangarh ajmer on 22 aug 2019 .after a long 26 hour international journey i reached to delhi and took this flight from delhi @a guy who was aitting on the counter does not know a ### about his job and denied my prepaid extra baggage and he wanted me ti pay complete luggage again without any GENUINE reason .he just wanted may be extra money by harraaing me . After a ling duscussion his seneor saud to let mw go because i dont need to pay again still he tried his luck .
                          I didnt like the attitude of the guy and neither service of spice jet after waiting long day we were in the flight sitting to fly out they declered tachnical problem with the jet and after waisting time they changed our flight .
                          I will not advise none to take these flights with no experienced rude staff handelling .
                          Totally unhappy customer .

I just wanted to make a minor correction you can’t even provide a revert. Boneless Business. I’ve lost my 5000 for your stupid service. You better refund it back.                             My son 2nd sept was with his boarding pass in his hand they didnt inform him while giving t boarding pass time is pospond he was in lounge hving coffee when he went at 4.45 thy said t gate is closed he was coming home fr holidays to bagdogra he had to face somany problems due to ur staff of spice jet.                               I travelled with my family and a toddler to jammu from gwalior from spicejet on aug 27 2019 and the air hostess in the flight was rudest when my son started crying and i was trying to calm him down. Instead of offering help she started threatening me that she will hand me over to security at jammu airport as when i was giving a lil walk to my toddler and was trying to calm him down. Her name is shruti and she was the most arrogant air hostess i ever met. My son is so little and he was panicked as he was having a severe stomach ache. We were not even on the runway and i was trying to take his medicine out and she didn’t let us do it for next 40 minutes. I am so surprise what kind of cabin crew, this airline has. I am making this complaint as this should not happen with anyone else

                                I am khalid shaikh from mumbai, i have plan my holiday plan with my wife and 2 child (8 & 5 years).

                                I have booked spicejet flight from jaipur to ahmedabad, pnr no. V3pqtb depart. 7th june 2018 at 1:05 am. We are on holiday with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 4 years).

                                But all of sudden i got massage about above mentioned flight is cancelled then i have call/ contact with your customer care executive mr. Sandeep rana, he replied that above mentioned flight from jaipur to ahmedabad is cancelled which is shocked to me. He told us their is no other alternate flight available from jaipur to ahmedabad. I requested him to provide alternate airline, he replied "it is against spicejet policy. Mr. Sandeep rana forced alternate flight to surat at early morning which i replied which is very difficult for me. But he has forcing me that their is no alternate flight is available till 13 of june 2018.

                                Is this is way of airline treat to customer. I request you to arrange surat to ahmedabad cab and compensation for all trouble because of cancellation of flight. I am facing so many problem's because of spice jet flight cancellation.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I have booked a ticket PNR no. GCTBPD of Spicejet airlines from Hydrabad to New Delhi via Happyeasygo.com having trip i.d[protected], my booking contact no. is [protected] and booking email I.d is [protected]@gmail.com, but spicejet airlines cancel my above ticket without my concent, after multicommunications with airlines, they said my ticket was cancelled after a phone call from my booking contact number, and talking person as per spicejet customer care was Mr. Aditya (Employee of travel agency who buying tickets from airlines), which is absolutely not possible, as how an unknown person sitting at some unknown place in our country can use my mobile, and also for that I taken all call detail list from airtel office of my no. [protected], but there is no call being done to spicejet airlines for any purpose, so please let me know who cancelled my ticket and by what authority . Spice jet falsely said that i called from mt booking number but they are unable to provide me call detail from telecom department after multiple requests.
                                  Whatever is done is from airline side, please take action against airlines . I have only hope left from your side.

                                    I had booked a cargo service from patna airport with spicejet airline. They mentioned flight number sg8722 and mentioned a date of 25/08/2019, sunday, for the delivery on my invoice. The cargo was supposed to reach delhi by 5p. M and when i reached spicejet cargo office they told me that they have changed the flight to sg8481 as the flight for which my cargo was booked doesnt even operate on sunday. So they charged me 2, 171/- for the service that they did not provide but also provided me wrong information causing delay in the work for which

                                      I was traveling from mumbai to jaipur in spice jet flight sg 6276, i was made to wait for 15-20 min because of some technical glitch and by that time i was denied boarding pass as boarding had already begun. As a compansation they the accommodated me in the evening flight, that was due after more than 12 hours, what about the compansation of my lost time, my cab charges of 1500 rs as i had to travel back to home and then to airport again? Such a non professional behavior of ground staff, i had to go through so much mental stress.
