Patna to delhi flight no. Sg 8722 travel date 06 july 2019 dep. Time: 3.10pm from patna the check-in counter was closed before 45mins. I was juste 5 mins late for check in first they didn’t let me check in, there was 40 mins left for the flight to depart, i requested a lot to the team. Over that staff was very unsupportive. The air craft supervisor could not consider one passenger. A repeat tone parrot “sorry” we cannot do anything.
They didn’t help me with any other alternatives. The cause a lot of inconvenience to me because of which i missed my flight. They didn’t even help me with any kind of information regarding alternative flight n refund. Staff behavior was very impolite.

    I booked a student discount ticket from spicejet website after reading the temrs and conditions of the student ticket. The terms says -
    "the bookings made under the scheme are changeable and refundable, but are not transferable (No name changes shall be permitted)."

    After booking the ticket when i called up spicejet customer care, was informed that tickets can be rescheduled/refunded only after paying fees of rs. 2500/-. When i informed the custome care executice (Ms. Priyanka solanki) i was told by her that the site doesn't say it is free of charge and i should have clarified with airline.
    Are we not expected to believe the written word on the airline website? Spicejet should clarify the terms on their website or put a disclaimer that every line should be cross checked with airline staff.
    I would have paid almost the same price under refundable category with makemytrip. Hgowever got fooled by them,

      Dear spice jet,

      It is embarrassing to learn that while i was rescheduling my spicejet flight from 16 august to 18 august 2019 from new delhi to chennai n while talking to your customer care number +91 [protected] the executive ms ritika was doing accordingly and asked me to pay online rs 5791/- which i did through net banking yes bank where we get massage and same reflected debited from my account and also got itinerary on confirm ticket which i have saved it. Later few minutes got sms from spice get that payment has not made and insisted to re do the payment.

      I need to know how such fraud are being done by spicejet like renowned organisation. I need immediately a copy of spicejet account statement showing if they received payment or not in next 2 hours on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, my cell no is +91 [protected].
      Failing which i will forward case to consumer deptt

      Attaching sms of payment debited from account and itinerary showing confirm ticket after rescheduling and payment made

        I traveled from flight no. Sg083 and i supposed to collect my luggage from counter no. 11 from savarnbhumi airport bangkok.

        And when i found it, it was all open and my stuff was all on the floor and few items missing.

        I tried contacting the staff but there was nobody around so after like an hour i stopped my search and went to my hotel with my missing stuff and breached luggage.

        If i will find something otherwise in my bag.. I will be held responsible and i want the return my stuff be it new.

          I m to aprise you that on 1st august 2019, i have booked spicejet flight ticket from kolkota to guwahati for 26th august 2019 by paying rs 2197 from by sbi visa card. But till today i have not received any e-ticket or confirmation via email or sms.
          My payment for booking is acknowledged by razorpay and my ticket i'd is 654012.
          Therefore kindly resolve my problem immediately or refund my payment so that i can book my ticket immediately.

            Hello spice jet management. I travelled on spice jet dubai mumbai in august 02, 2019. I had a connection flight to coimbatore. I have not received my luggage and it causing huge discomfort as i have other plans to travel. I believe your company has the worst service ever i had. Like me more than 15 passengers have not received luggage. What explanation do you have towards this bad experience. Atleast an apology, if you do not take action i will keep posting about this experience and share this with maximum people

              I the undersigned (Pnr-j43jwb) suppose to travel on 12th jul. By sg678 from chennai-mumbai. I received sms from airlines that the flight rescheduled by 5.40am (Advance by 10 mins.). This message i received once i started journey from native place by road. And i reached the airport and reported to boarding pass counter sharp 5.02 with only cabin luggage. And i requested to issue me the boarding pass, i explained the whole story siting that i have only one hand luggage with me. They refused for boarding pass. My reporting times was within stipulated limit if flight did not rescheduled.
              I clearly explained my condition that i received the message late, and you would have considered my request and issued the boarding pass. Even i begged to issue me ticket with minimum penalty for next available flight. They did not obliged me,

              Is this the business ethics to collect the money from hard earned service class people.
              I have paid rs 5955/- extra to travel by star vistara. Why you did not intimate 24hrs advance about the reschedule of flight. I am far away from chennai airport, how you expect such passenger could reach if you are sending message just less than 12hrs. There is genuininty in my case if the ground staff would considered it would have averted this incident. Ultimately i was the looser and it made me mental agony and monetary loss.
              Hence you should compensate me. Otherwise i keep on send mail and text the issue in social media.

                I have a query regarding your spicejet airline. Kindly assist me with the same.

                While taking boarding pass, we all passangers are allowed to choose seat (Il/middle/window seat, if available emergency seats too) according to your seats availability and our comfort. Infact, i was assigned once 1st row seat without any payment.
                Also, i keep receiving calls from your company that i can avial free meal and emergency seat just by paying rs.500

                Today i was travelling by spicejet (Pnr tcs4ug, flight# sg438, seat no. 7d, passanger name anand kumar rungta), i was feeling uncomfortable at your assigned seat. So i moved to your emergency seat. When i sat, one of your air-hostess “rupesh bangera” asked me to pay 1200rs. When i declined to pay, he asked me to move to my assigned seat i. E., 7d.

                I just want to know, at the time of boarding pass, how do u allow passangers to take emergency seat (When available)?
                Also, why do i receive such calls from your company?
                Kindly comfirm me about your system, so that in future, i will be aware and also if this will be your flight system, i will think twice before travelling as i am a very avid traveller.

                Kindly revert me back. Awaiting your response.

                  Today 30july i was going for surat it was my early morning flight 5:55 was departure to surat so they started early boarding at 5 only after making all passengers seated ac was not working upon complaining they said when engine starts then ac will start after that waiting 5:50 was departure till then their one engine was not starting all passengers were getting suffocated due to small flight.                   Checkin Bag 11.20 Kg - still charged Rs.1000 Extra saying special Handling Sport Kit. I am frequent traveller with may Airlines but this is a bitter experiance from SpiceJet.

                  Request you to refund the same else will take this matter with higher authorities. There is no question of Rs.1000 but ethics.
                  Today in Dubai from Jaipur came your seat number from SG058 to seat number 31b and your suitcase has stole 30000 rupees from the stolen people in your company.

                    Team, recently on 27th july 2019 while i was making a round trip reservation from delhi-chennai unfortunately 2 times i have been charged.
                    Reference number (At192090004000010015624) - where my card was charged with an amount of inr 22, 897.00 and no reservation has been made.

                    Do understand this is my corporate business trip and all charges have been applied to my american express card. Kindly support asap.

                      To my bad luck, may be not mine a whole lot of people too.. Recently i got to be in your flight sg8952 and it was the worst flight trip ever in my life. No proper timings and above all aircraft's with technical complaints. We were kept stuck inside for about 2hours without even the ac on.

                      People even faced medical conditions and doctors on board has to attend to it.

                      Pathetic is the only word i can rate.

                        Dear spicejet

                        This is to inform you that at the time of boarding, i have been treated very badly and on duty staff ‘ diksh’ was extremely rude and her behaviour was disgusting. I have seen worst customer experience so far during my entire air travel. I booked normal ticket with baggage limit of 15+7kg and i was carrying total 11.2kg luggage with me. My flight was bangalore to mumbai-sg456. Because of heavy rain situation, in order to avoid delay in baggage claim, i carried 11kg (7+4 kg) with me, couldn’t submit it at baggage drop counter. Just for this extra 4 kg, staff on duty treated very badly and i was left with only 2 options: either throw my extra 4kg luggage or miss this flight. Paying rs 1600 for 4kg is still manageable for a traveller who is affording air travel, but the way i was treated was awful. You should train your staffs on how to communicate things rather than misbehaving. And the worst part was differentiation between customer. Many people with two handbags (Cabin bag and laptop bag) were simply passed through the gate without any question. When i requested the staff on duty ‘diksh’, to check others bag too, she simply refused. And she responded very rudely that “she would check whoever she wants”. What kind of service is this!! Why is this discrimination between your customers. Why can’t she ask others also who are carrying extra luggage.

                        Worst worst worst ever. Your customer has paid for 22kg luggage and just for carrying 11kg, rs 1600 extra amount was charged to poor customers based on appearances. So rude, will never ever consider spicejet for my booking. Thanks for such an awful experience.

                        Please give me answer about the following:

                        Why rude behaviour, your staff could have handled this with a polite voice

                        I could have been given the option to deposit my luggage to them also like other airlines do. Cabin plus laptop bag is carried my many, by count it’s two. Why i was not offered deposit option for cabin bag

                          I am travelling from jabalpur to bangalore in spicejet. It requires halt for 5 hrs at mumbai. After landing at mumbai while i was moving towards transfers i was told to exit the terminal, take a cab and go to terminal 2 where my next flight was to depart from!
                          The cab took 210 rupees, i checked for internal bus shuttles or transfers but they weren't there.
                          Does this mean all transfers are happening this way? For flight numbers[protected].? This is ridiculous. Why should i pay extra money for a transfer flight for which i have already paid in the ticket?? Just because there is no planning by the management, why should the travellers suffer and be charged over and above the tickets?
                          As my wife travel from Jeddah to Hyderabad last night fight number SG 34 .
                          ADDITIONAL SERVICES PURCHASED but not provide the services.

                            I was traveling from hongkong to delhi from sg032 flight. When i reached home i realize that my money is missing from checked-in baggage. I have travel insurance also. My seat number was 17e. The amount was inr 5500.
                            What to do now. Please suggest. I am attaching my boarding pass along with this complaint. I was not expecting it from such a reputed airline. Although it's not a huge amount it really pains. Please resolve my issue asap. Please let me know if i have to complain about it anywhere. I am regular flier but facing this issue the first time.

                              Hi, i was travelling from mumbai to varanasi from sg-246 dated 27th july 2019 from mumbai - varanasi.

                              15 mins after the flight flew there was a terrible shaking of the flight though weather was not at all bad. I have travelled to other aircrafts during this season but i have never experienced such a bad flight turbulence. This happened continuously 7-8 times during the journey. Flight shake was so bad that even crew members fell on the flight floor. Landing of the aircraft was pathetically bad that our head got banged.

                              It seems pilot was not able to handle the weather & the flight.

                                When i booked one seat of this flight (Pnr no. P7gi8s) on 28th july 2019 from pune to kolkata the scheduled departure was 11.40 hrs. When i checked in in airport i was surprised that this flight was rescheduled as departure time 13.00 hrs. I was manage my journey according to the arrival time of this flight at kolkata airport. I have to go to dhanbad jn. By sealdah new delhi rajdhani exp. Pnr no. [protected]. The departure time of this train is 16.50 hrs. If this train i could not catch in time who will be responsible for this. The spice jet management could inform me much before this rescheduled flight so that i could manage the ongoing journey.
                                I am feeling very sad.

                                  This is the second time i’m flying with spicejet this week (21/07/2019) and the flight has been delayed yet again today (27/07/2019). The flight was delayed by 2 and a half hours the first time i was flying to madurai from mumbai on the 21st. I refrained from complaining because spicejet said it was due to “operational reasons”. Now flying back to mumbai a week later, i get a message saying the flight has been delayed due to consequential effect of bad weather in srinagar. Are there no contingency plans to prevent unexpected changes affecting passengers? It doesn’t just affect passengers in terms of their time lost waiting at the airport but also financially. I have to travel from mumbai to a different city and i have pre-booked a taxi. This is unacceptable when it becomes consistent for an airline and they do nothing about it. Rather, just offer free (Tasteless) biryani to all passengers.

                                    The people working in spice jet are irresponsible. The flight was delayed around 5-6 hours. We the common people chose flight because we will be having some emergency.in our flight one of them was having exam. Other two were having counselling n some people have emergency in their home. My sincere request is i[censored] want to cancel the flight do it fast or tell us the proper time when the flight will depart. Don't treat us like your slaves. We are not flying free in your flight. We have paid enough money to flight. Please respect your passengers.

                                      I am formally logging a complaint against, spice jet and ground supervisor mr. Gurmukh singh for medical negligence and trauma for a passenger.

                                      I have traveled to dehradun from delhi today under the pnr ahd3pr. Attached ticket clearly states wheelchair assistance and the same was provided seamlessly at the delhi airport.

                                      Travelling with a fractured foot and a plaster and a walking stick made it very evident that the wheelchair assistance was required at the dehradun airport as well.

                                      When we landed today, i told 2 of the air hostesses that i need a wheelchair from the belts to the main gate, where my car was waiting.

                                      Post 20 mins after landing, i was not only asked to walk myself to the bus as it was raining but also had to wait for someone from the runway staff to come help me with my hand luagge, which was just one bag.

                                      They got me on to the bus which was overlyful without a seat, made me stand and gave me my bag and said we cannot take you to the exit gate.

                                      My fellow passengers saw this extremely barbaric activity happening and offered to get me off the bus inside the terminal. Once i stepped inside, limping, carrying my own bag and trying to walk in pain, i had to ask the police officer to help me to get someone from the spicejet counter as there was no one available near the belts or the exit area.

                                      My mother waiting outside went to the ticket counter of spicejet and told them that a wheelchair was required. None of your staff acknowledged her and she had to ask the police on duty to help me out.

                                      Post 30 mins of me waiting in one corner, a guy came and said oh we might not have a wheelchair, let me check. The floor supervisor was on leave and someone called mr singh was in charge for that day and did not even show up once to resolve the issue.

                                      I had to wait for over 45 mins to get a wheelchair so that i could get to my car and go home.

                                      I need to understand how the staff is not prepared when all passenger information is passed on to the landing airport, especially medical related information.

                                      I need strict action against the team who was available at the airport today when my flight landed, including the aircraft staff.
