I enjoyed the delay of the flight for 8+ hours arrested in your careless hospitality, with hope that i can get home safe with my baggage. I had to reach on friday night, but i actually reached home on saturday morning.
I can even put up with that. But my suitcase is heavily damaged and i don't know how even after testing me for 8+ hours, you can be cruel to handle the briefcase with such atrocious indelicacy.
I understand mistakes happen, but most importantly mistakes are to be undone someway. You don't have a time machine, but you do have capital to resolve this.
It is a polycarbonate material with retractable handle facilitating trolley with wheels. It is a 65cm/26 inch hardsided check in luggage.
