Pledged not to use spicejet ever again, did a mistake.

July 19th - sg 732, boarded at patna airport, had two 16 kg checkin bag and 9 kg carry on bag when we weigh our bags at the airport.

I agreed to pay for the extras even we weigh few kgs less at home. No hassle.

Then i was asked to pay for my laptop bag weight as well, which was unjustifiable. Never ever i paid for my laptop bag as an extra carry on bag in last 10 years. No other flights charge such an extra bag fee.

I agreed to pay for the laptop bag as well, but asked the spicejet staff their ids which they declined to provide, they get all our informations and unwilling to provide their ids, which would help me to streamline complaint against them. Our co-passengers were too carrying carry on bag above 10 kgs, but we're singled out.

They even said, it's bihar we do what we want here.

    I tried booking flights from cok to bom which will leave from kochi at 20th july, flight (Sg 164) at 11:55. I filled all the necessary details which they asked, my name, mobile number. They then asked to pay an amount of 4448rs, i chose to pay through a debit card. I filled the details of the debit card and pressed pay button... After that an otp has been sent, i copied the same to the site and the transaction has been failed. So i tried to book again and again then they said i have insufficient amount in my account... I checked my account balance and 4448 rs was deducted through razor pay spicejet. I have attached the screenshot of transaction. I haven't received any futher messages or emails regarding the booking or flight details... When i check my spicejet account no trip has been booked, i lost my money. I need to get to mumbai asap, all i had was the money i had in my account., im helpless now only because of spicejet. What will i doo.

      My flight departure was at 7.50 from bangalore to mangalore on 19th july 2019. Boarding time was 7.20 am. We reached departure gate at 7.29 am. Was told bags are off-loaded already without any consideration for allowing us on the flight. We would like a refund of the flight ticket. Would like to take it up to consumer forum if complaint is not considered.

        I am travelling from hyderabad to vizag
        Flight no sg1059 seat no 13c
        Flight was supposed to depart by 1855 hrs. Time currently is 2045hrs still there is no clarity on flight status. Support team of spice jet are not at all helpfull gates are getting changed till now there are three gate changes, still unclear and giving away the reason of some technical glitch.

        This is not expected delay of 2-3 hrs. I have started my journey from mumbai to hyderabad bt flight no sg467 boarding happend with 10 minutes delay but it was waiting for atleast 50 mins in flight before take off and ac was not working we were litterally sweating and no one was tyere for help all crew members were helpless. Ultimately that flight arrived one hour delay.

        All this happened on 18th july 2019.

        I require a strong answer from jet airways on this. Looking out for your reply

          Sir,
          i booked a air ticket from ahmedabad to srinagar via goibibo of spicejet airline. my Pnr number was VBSDKW. after some days the airline company change schedule of my flight via delhi instead of direct flight. i agree with the new schedule without any query. now my booking was ahmedabd to delhi Flight number SG8194 and delhi to srinagar flight number SG130.
          since journey i got the air lines messages for my bookings for extra facilities and online check in.
          on the day of journy (20th june) morning at airport i was surprised when i listen that my ticket was cancel via telephone. i instantly contact the Goibibo customer care, they advised me to purchase new ticket and carry on the journey. the Customer care person told me that they will give back my extra payment after checking the mistake. my trip schedule was for 20th june to 2nd july. during this period i got mail from goibibo that they are working on my problem with the id number Re: 28159936 Dom Flights - Cancellation - Cancellation Due To Schedule Change By Airline - FSGVBSDKW.
          the Goibibo send me mail on 30th june and 2nd july with a attachment of ip address, and told that we cancel the ticket online.
          i refuse and told them that i am never cancel my ticket and i am not so stupid that after cancel ticket go to Airport 4.00 a.m. morning.
          so, i feel something going wrong, since last two days the goibibo not replying my mail.
          i have to purchase new ticket and i was out of money in the morning also got frustration in the early morning. i have to give lots of time for the new ticket also. i want only my money refund ...

            Your flight no sg 463 from chennai to varanasi dated 17.07.2019 is delayed by 2 hrs and 45 min but no message from spice jet. You are busy in making money by sending messages about extra advantages. We have an urgent business meet at varanasi and the loss by not attending it will be huge. Very bad experience.

              Dear Sir,
              My wife and kids were traveling on Spice jet on 10th July from Dubai to Ahmedabad by flight SG16 which was delayed by 2 hours.

              When my wife claimed her baggage at Ahmedabad airport, she found 2 bags was totally damaged by Air lines for which we had submit a complaint to their customer care but there is not reply from them.

              We had given all the proof but they are not bother to response.

              Very poor customer care and totally unreliable airlines, my brother had same problem when he traveled to Ahmedabad during Feb19.

              please assist me to get my claim money from air lines.

              We booked tickets on 29th june 2019 but because of some personal reasons we cancelled our ticket and it was told that the the refundable money of rs18, 000 would be refunded within 7 to 10 days, but it is not refunded till now.expecting fastest response from the concern officials.

              Its so hot and humid already in Delhi .This type of service is totally not acceptable.

                My father is in flight and the AC is not working and the crew has no idea about it. Poor service from the airline. He is in the flight from past 45 mins and still there is no update about the problem, I believe that not how an airline operates and that's not what customers hope. 38 degree outside and he explained that its boiling inside the aircraft.

After two days again he asked me to send Rs.7500 for documentation verification. And I refused to pay the amount and I told him my reason. He told me to send cancellation mail to [protected]@outlook.com. And I send him the mail. After that I was trying to contact him, he is not responding and he is declining my calls. I tried to contact him through WhatsApp, text messages and call, but there is no response. Please take immediate action against this. Then only this won't happen again to anyone. I have all the relevant details regarding the money transaction etc, in this mail. Please look into this asap. This is a kind request from my side.

                      my money got deducted but ticket didn't get booked

                      I was booking 4 ticket on 9th july 2018 from spicejet.com from bangalore to bagdogra for the travel on 9th feb 2015. While doing that the amount got deducted from my indian bank account, but while returning back to the spicejet site, there was some error on the portal. As a result the ticket was not booked. I got the message from my bank (Sms and email) regarding the amount deduction (Rs 5405) but i didn't get any confirmation regarding the...

                      This is with respect to flight SJSG 2942 and PNR no. I8IHJP and complaint no.[protected]. My parents were travelling in this flight and at the departure location at the arrival of the luggage, it was observed that one of the cartons of 2.6 kgs has been emptied and brought in front of them. This was their first horrible flight experience. How can the baggage be lost? At the end, they just said may be the things would be in the flight which has already left for hyderabad. Literally, this is heights of carelessness and misbehaviour. Shame on you people as you misbehaved with a passenger who was recently operated and asked for a wheelchair assistance. Atleast, the airport should have taken the matter with care as the passenger could not take the pain of shouting and asking for a resolution again and again. I have yet not filled a complaint with airport but I'm soon gonna do that.

                      I want my things back properly And yes I did not get any update whether they found anything at the hyderabad airport or not. This case is of 3oth may and the response from the airlines says that this is not what always happens, please let us serve u once more. Why will I be ever willing to travel after such an experience.

                      Awaiting a quick response to my issues. Please help me as soon as possible.

                      No customer service. No compensation for the luggage lost.

                        On june 4th, 2019 i traveled from dubai to pune on a spicejet airlines flight. I had 3 pieces of luggage. A large suitcase 25 kg which i checked in, a carry on luggage 7 kg and another bag 5 kgs. During boarding, i was charged excess luggage fee in the amount of aed 300 for the 5 kgs bag. However immediately after this, at the gate the staff was asking to check in luggage for free as the flight was full and i checked in my 5 kgs bag. At this point i had only 7 kgs carry-on luggage which is within the allowance. I mentioned this to the staff and asked for a refund and they asked me to write to spicejet customer relation.

                        After landing i have been writing repeatedly to spicejet customer relations and nodal officer explaining the issue and asking for a refund. But they flat out refuse each time pasting a standard response saying i had excess luggage. Despite me submitting evidence in the form of gate bag tag, they are refusing to consider my request.

                        I seek help in resolving this issue. My carry on luggage and total checked in baggage weight was within the allowance at final boarding time and i would like a refund.

                          I am flying from kochi to mumbai on 10 th july and booked on spice jet flight sg 6283 at 6:30 pm. The flight timings has been delayed thrice and the company is not providing any real reason. I have my connecting train for onward journey which will be missed if the flight is delayed. Spice jet do not provide any refund nor any provision to accommodate in flights. I being a senior citizen is facing lot of trouble due to intentional approach of spice jet.

                          They are very negligent in responding to customer queries, very rude staff, worst airline, never on time, no accountability of customers.

                            A desk staff named priyanka from kanpur airport was rude and charged me for extra luggage
                            Where every other flight allows a consession of 1 or 1/2 kg spicejet kanpur staff are rude and absolutely non negotiating on any terms
                            Very poor service from spicejet
                            Not travelling from this flight again
                            No respect and concern for women travellers and especially if they are tmyoung or students.
                            Only bothered about money making and exploiting the customers

                              Hi travelled from capetown southafrica to hyderabad india.
                              Luggage was missed in mumbai on the date when we travelled through rwanda. However rwanda did send the luggage on 16th of june to hyderabad through spicejet and they confirmed they recieved the luggage. Been to ariport 3 times but no one there to help. After a heavy followup came to know spicejet handed over the luggage to some other people without any acknowledgement.
                              They keep on saying # stories daily and very much irresponsible.

                              Rahim spice jet manager of hyderabd and suman the security manager from hyderabad confirmed they will sort this out last week already and still now nothing been sorted. It's 6 luggages still not handed over and it's 9th of july
                              Not sure where to file the complaint
                              My mother who is in her 50’s is waiting for her flight which was scheduled to be departed at 9.50 from Patna, but flight is again rescheduled, I want compensation for this, she is continuously waiting and waiting, no one is there to see

                                I was booking my ticket on July 8th 2019 from pune to Dubai amd once the paymetn was complete the page showed some error and no ticket was issued. I paid an amount of 16, 866/- amd it was a return flight as well international fares. It is quiet high of an amount kindly look into it. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I booked through debit card of hdfc bank and I have no ticket and my money were also deducted. The airline told the money would reflect in 48 hours but it hasn't yet. I have lost my money and have no ticket either. It is a large amount that i expect to be refunded. The bank was not reachable on this issue and no ome has answer to this problem i am facing.

                                  I have travelled from mumbai to delhi via spicejet flight no. Sg-158 on 06th july, 2019 via pnr no. Oecrua. However, after landing at delhi, i received only 1 out of my 2 luggages deposited at mumbai. After waiting for 1.5 hrs with my wife and 9 months infant at luggage pickup belt during late night hours, i was made to fill a form for missing luggage. After filling the form, i was told that my luggage will be sent to my address in delhi by 1600 hrs on 07.07.19.
                                  Now, today it is already 08.07.19 and there is no update from airlines. I have made them 100 calls or more, and have received the same reply everytime "sir, we are checking and will revert you back in 30 minutes". I have even told them that i have to go further from delhi for some personal as well as important official engagement.
                                  This is a clear case of negligence and mis-management. I have been buying personal stuff, material for my baby, and clothes for myself since yesterday and i do not know if i will be even getting my luggage back.
                                  Airlines should compensate for the mental harassment i am going through, for the stuff i had to buy for the number of days the luggage will be missing as well as send my luggage to the required address in healthy condition.
                                  Your support is required for the resolution of the same.

                                    I was not happy that my varanasi to delhi sg2420 flight delay and i ask the spicejet representative but no one took interest and gave a piece of biscuit. I was waiting at airport from 8 pm. He said i will provide you a food but didn’t turn up. So irresponsible staff and very bad experience. I wants to go further and make complaints about this irresponsible behaviour
                                    I have booked a flight from cochin to Bengluru on SG-745 date of travel 05/06/2019. But flight was cancelled by airlines. No refund is credited to my account yet. For other details ticket details is attached.

                                      I am travelling from ghy to coimbatore via mumbai and my first flight from ghy to mumbai got delayed so i missed my connecting flight from mumbai to coimbatore. As i am travelling through the same airline (Spicejet) and missed a connecting flight. They booked me in the next flight but the time difference is 14 hours (17:05-9:20) so when i asked for accomodation they said they can't provide me one and showed me out of the airport. Now where am i supposed to go in the middle of the night?
                                      There is a delay in flight and again and again and again
                                      4 times dealy in one flight and that's their routine
                                      In spite of delay they didnt have curtecy to inform.
                                      Such a miss management.
                                      In one line... I wont recommend this carrier to anyone and will avoid to fly with Spice Jet🙏
                                      Travelled today from bangalore to calicut today. firstly the flights were delayed and it got us all annoyed. The pilot made a hard landing! Was speeding while landing and didn't realise where the runway was! This act made the passengers as well as the crew members freak out.
