I have travelled from mumbai to delhi via spicejet flight no. Sg-158 on 06th july, 2019 via pnr no. Oecrua. However, after landing at delhi, i received only 1 out of my 2 luggages deposited at mumbai. After waiting for 1.5 hrs with my wife and 9 months infant at luggage pickup belt during late night hours, i was made to fill a form for missing luggage. After filling the form, i was told that my luggage will be sent to my address in delhi by 1600 hrs on 07.07.19.
Now, today it is already 08.07.19 and there is no update from airlines. I have made them 100 calls or more, and have received the same reply everytime "sir, we are checking and will revert you back in 30 minutes". I have even told them that i have to go further from delhi for some personal as well as important official engagement.
This is a clear case of negligence and mis-management. I have been buying personal stuff, material for my baby, and clothes for myself since yesterday and i do not know if i will be even getting my luggage back.
Airlines should compensate for the mental harassment i am going through, for the stuff i had to buy for the number of days the luggage will be missing as well as send my luggage to the required address in healthy condition.
Your support is required for the resolution of the same.

    I was not happy that my varanasi to delhi sg2420 flight delay and i ask the spicejet representative but no one took interest and gave a piece of biscuit. I was waiting at airport from 8 pm. He said i will provide you a food but didn’t turn up. So irresponsible staff and very bad experience. I wants to go further and make complaints about this irresponsible behaviour
    I have booked a flight from cochin to Bengluru on SG-745 date of travel 05/06/2019. But flight was cancelled by airlines. No refund is credited to my account yet. For other details ticket details is attached.

      I am travelling from ghy to coimbatore via mumbai and my first flight from ghy to mumbai got delayed so i missed my connecting flight from mumbai to coimbatore. As i am travelling through the same airline (Spicejet) and missed a connecting flight. They booked me in the next flight but the time difference is 14 hours (17:05-9:20) so when i asked for accomodation they said they can't provide me one and showed me out of the airport. Now where am i supposed to go in the middle of the night?
      There is a delay in flight and again and again and again
      4 times dealy in one flight and that's their routine
      In spite of delay they didnt have curtecy to inform.
      Such a miss management.
      In one line... I wont recommend this carrier to anyone and will avoid to fly with Spice Jet🙏
      Travelled today from bangalore to calicut today. firstly the flights were delayed and it got us all annoyed. The pilot made a hard landing! Was speeding while landing and didn't realise where the runway was! This act made the passengers as well as the crew members freak out.

        Hii i recently add my complaint but i am unable to get any response my amount is deducted from the account but i am unable to get the ticket on 30 june 2019. No one were responding to my mail or calls and i am able to get message after arrival of flight a6ba8ab398d6400b731643b00 is my transaction id and please check it out once to get my refund please

        Wrong Information... On Bording pass gate no mentioned was 42B n on Aiport information Screen it was 49B. At last minute it was so difficult 2 make out exactly whr 2 land up. I was suffering frm severe pain in my legs n due 2 mismanagement nuisance, i was forced 2 run frm one place to another
        SG489, 1st july 2019, departure from kolkata, they were given volvo bus service from ahemdabad, they were stuck in vapi since last few hours, no calls reachable, calls to spicejet complaint number not helping, only transferring call since 2 hours.

          Lady at boarding pass counter instructed to shift power bank from hand baggage to luggage. That power bank was confiscated and later when I inquired about the process on how to get it back the response was abhi time nai hai... Baad me aana..Pls look into the matter otherwise this attitude of yours will not take you too far. This incident happened at IGI T1D on 7 July 2019.
          I have booked the ticket for 7 th July, but I have rescheduled my ticket to 14 th July with payment of 4420 but I didn’t get confirmation from spicejet and saying that amount of 4420 due( received the call from call center). That is already paid Kindly check and confirm the ticket or refund the money as soon as possible.

          I am really disappointed with SpiceJet. My flight from Dhaka to Kolkata was delayed. Then again the baggage claim took almost 45 minutes. And because of that I missed my Kolkata to Delhi flight.

          This is very unprofessional on the Airlines side. The staff are lazy and uncooperative.

          I would never want to fly SpiceJet in future

            On 1 st july 19 i received a call from spice jet company for job selection. They ask me some questions and say i am selected for the cabin crew post. And i have to pay 1000rs as registration charge. And i was paid that amount by google pay. After that they send me a selection letter from gurgaon by speed post and when i read that letter they asking me to pay 2250 rs as security money. After i searched this was fake a big fraud as a name of job

              I booked a flight for bangalore from chennai... (Sg 3309) the scheduled departure time was 5:00pm which got later changed to 6:30 pm... And now again it further changed to 7:30pm... Are we all passengers useless? Dont we have any work? We paid less and that's why we being treated like this? This is the service which is provide to the passenger? When passengers make them wait... They leave their passenger behind! What about now? Give our money back or get the flight rescheduled early...

                I purchased ticket from patna to jeddah via mumbai (Connecting flight). First they delayed half an hour in in patna then they landed 4 hours late due to rainy weather at mumbai airport. However i missed my connecting flight for jeddah. I met with spicejet counter staff and they told to wait for next same flight next day. I waited 4 hours in front of counter and then finally they arrange hotel to stay one night. I came back to airport next day on 2 o'clock and airport security is not allowing me to enter as i didnt have current flight tickets. I met with outside located spicejet counter and they told to stay half an hour as someone is coming to sort out the issue... What the hell is going here with spice jet??? Is it a customer service? You are harassing your customers only. Should you not provide entry pass to enter hassle free in airport premises? I'm a girl and i'll never travel next time with spicejet in my life again...

                  I enjoyed the delay of the flight for 8+ hours arrested in your careless hospitality, with hope that i can get home safe with my baggage. I had to reach on friday night, but i actually reached home on saturday morning.

                  I can even put up with that. But my suitcase is heavily damaged and i don't know how even after testing me for 8+ hours, you can be cruel to handle the briefcase with such atrocious indelicacy.

                  I understand mistakes happen, but most importantly mistakes are to be undone someway. You don't have a time machine, but you do have capital to resolve this.

                  It is a polycarbonate material with retractable handle facilitating trolley with wheels. It is a 65cm/26 inch hardsided check in luggage.

                  As you can see, the bag is new with the polythene covers unwrapped. But your staffs broken it. I need a refund of 7, 100 inr or you can buy me the bag yourself and send me to the address:no 195, villanur main road, reddiar palayam, pondicherry - 605010. My mobile number [protected].
                  I've also attached a link of the product. Do the right thing. I promise the word won't spread if you do justice in two weeks maximum. I can't assure you the otherwise. So, please hasten up.

                    I travelled by spice jet flight, sg 2548 from mumbai to jabalpur yesterday, 5th evening. My baggage was not delivered to me. I was told that it would be delivered to my jabalpur address by 9am today, however the same has still not been delivered. I was given the spice jet jabalpur mobile number but the number is coming swtched off. My pnr no is a5et6v and my baggage irregularity report no is 40186

                    I had to also spend money on clothes but there is no response on spice jet on the re-imbursement.

                        I was about to travel to delhi at 7 am on 5th july, 2019 which was cancelled and rescheduled on request to 5 pm. But once again it was delayed to 7 pm which i felt uncomfortable and asked people in your ticket counter to cancel the ticket.

                        But the approach by the 2 lady worker was very worst and arrogant. I am a regular flier to delhi and this is the very first time to see a cheap nature by any airline professionals.

                        I strongly condemn you behaviour and i am in a situation to totally neglect spicejet in future for any trip.

                        Firstly respect your passengers and only it will shift them to turn as your regular customer. The fault is yours and people behave as we are going freely in your flight.

                        The tension and wrathness caused by your professionals in ticket counter males me to write even in this night time.

                        Please correct your mistakes and i ready for any questions in person in this regard.

My money got debited but i neither received any conformation regarding the ticket or pnr for the ticket. I have sent a mail to spicejet' customer care services but there has been no response.                             I have booked five tickets for myself and family members of spicejet flight on 04.07.2019 form kanpur to mumbai. The flight was scheduled to depart from kanpur at 17.20 on 05.07.2019. We reached at kanpur airport on time, taken the boarding passes and also cleared the security check in advance. After security check we have been told that the flight is delayed by one hour and will leave kanpur airport by 18.15 hours. The flight came about 18.15 hours at kanpur but did not landed. Afterwards we have been told by the staff that flight is canceled and the fare will be credited in the account from where it was booked within next 7 days. The checkin bagges were also handed over back to us.
                            It was urgent to reach at mumbai, now who is responsible for last minute cancellation? Why spicejet keeping our money for 07 days? Why spicejet not returning the money with penal interest? Who is responsible for our valuable time got wasted due to improper management of spicejet staff? Is it not spicejets moral responsibility to compensate the damaged done to all passengers in the form of monetary benefit or arranging seats in next day flight?
                            Shall i take legal action against spicejet?

                                I have taken Spice Jet international flight SG 032 from Hongkong to New Delhi on July 3rd morning 8:30 am. I have checked in one big Brand New suitcase which i purchased just 2 days before boarding flight. When I landed at Delhi and received my suitcase, it was damaged from the top corner and it seems like it was thrown blindly and carelessly by Spice jet staff which caused a new branded luggage damaged. Would like to get the refund of this brand new suitcase. if needed i can submit the suitcase purchase invoice also.

                                  I travelled in sg-.192. From delhi to bagdogra. I was a bit late to arrive and when they started to check in my luggage they charged me 400 extra i askd why but the staffs were very rude. They said my luggage was shown 0 kg in booking thats why i had to pay. But my quesn is it did not exceed 14 kg.14. Kg is the right of passenger then why charge? That time i was in hurry so could not do anything. But iam a student so i want my money back, so disappointing and when i went to sit the sit was so dirty full of wet tissues and when i askd for help the air hostess handed me the tissues and told me to clean on my own.. What service is this? The addendants were so rude and arrogant

                                    I booked a spicejet flight from surat to goa (Sg3568) which was schedule to depart from surat at 6:15 am on 5th july, 2019.
                                    I got the message from spicejet at 7 pm on 4th july stating that the flight is cancelled.
                                    Now, there is no chance that i can reach goa to attend my meeting.
                                    I am not provided with any alternate flight booking or any consolation for being at the receiving end of pathetic service from the airline
                                    I was suppose to attend an important meeting in goa on 5th july and i had already spent around 50000 rs. On hotel reservations and local transportation bookings.
                                    Hotel is not ready to cancel my reservation and i am in surat cursing spicejet.
                                    I guess i deserve better than just a refund from spicejet.

                                    Close the company if you cant run it.
                                    Go to hell spicejet...

                                      I am stranded in a spicejet flight right now waiting to take off. No pilot available as he is coming from hyderabad apparently. If there is no pilot, how can they schedule a flight and make customer pay for it. Action need to be taken against this sort of issue to set example.

                                        I had booked my ticket to pune on thrusday which was scheduled to leave around 11.10pm, it’s around 12.13am and the pilot is not available and no sign of moving ahead. We have to travel further and because of this delay am missing my next journey which is causing loss for my business who is responsible for this. You can’t bear my loss, i request you refund the ticket price.
