Hi spicejet,

My luggage has been damaged due to force throwing while loading unloading. My rs 1800 bag was torn and now its unusable. It should have been handled carefully. The effective cost of my travel was ticket fee+ damaged luggage now. Moreover this was my first experience and maiden flight with spicejet which went awry. Saddened.

    Hi,

    My flight got cancelled on 15th july (Shirdi - hyderabad). I got notified just two hours before the departure. Customer service called me and informed total amount will be refunded as there is no alternative at that time. I agreed and accepted for refund which supposed to be refunded fully within 7 days.
    I called couple of times customer service to get my refund back, i got to know there were cancellation charges, i really didn't understand the reason for cancellation changes when the flight got cancelled due to operational issues and caused lot of trouble to customers. I suffered a lot to reach back my destination on the road with small kids and elders.

    Still I didn't receive full refund for the flight cancellation on 15th July. This is really not acceptable customer support from SpiceJet.

    Hy, dz is syed 1month back i got a call from naukri.com Spicejet they told me my resume is selected for a job in Spicejet ground staff executive, i have paid 22500 rs

      My work makes me be on the move always, traversing through states through flights. For this, I choose Spicejet always; as the airline service is very good. I traveled from Delhi to Dhaka-my air trip time finished easily thanks to good flying by the pilot. I compliment the experience for a comfortable journey and continue to fly with it as for the flight service it is best and so recommend to travel with the airliner.

        This is in regards to my flight on 4th july 2019.
        I was traveling from mumbai to kandla on spice jet. I had booked my flight 3 months in advance. Since i had a night flight from dubai to mumbai i reached much before the actual check in time of the flight. My flight was scheduled to depart at 1:05 from mumbai to kandla but i checked in at 9:30am. While checking in i had asked the attendant if the flight is on time only than would i check in since all flights were getting delayed because of the weather but she assured me the flight would depart on time.
        Than at around 11;00 am we were informed that the flight has been delayed until 4:00 pm. Finally the boarding started but after 15 mins they stopped boarding and kept us in dark. The staff didn’t inform us what happened. After 1 hour they informed us the flight has been cancelled because of technical error. The way the staff handled the whole situation was completely unprofessional. We all were lost taken initially to the arrivals and than we didn’t know which carousel are bags would come. I was traveling with 2 kids it was a very dreadful experience overall and specially the staff being very unprofessional and not at all helpful. Later i requested them to book me on the next flight which was on the 5th of july. I was assured by the manager ms. Reshama that my seats are booked and i should go in the morning to gate number 1 to get my tickets printed.
        I don’t stay in mumbai, i had to walk to taj hotel close to the airport and thankfully got a room to stay in the hotel. But spice jet didn’t provide any accommodation as they should since the flight didn’t take off due to technical errors.
        The next day morning when i went there with my kids to print my tickets firstly the staff printed the wrong dated tickets and didn’t even check. I just had a look at the date and realized they were dated 4th july. And than i was informed that i wasn’t booked at all. When i got upset finally after waiting for an hour they issued the tickets but we all were seated separately.
        My kids are 10 years and 3 year. And i had also paid for my seatings which i am not reimbursed yet.

        Sorry to say but traveling with spice jet was an overall very bad experience. I would request for to reimburse all my damages. Firstly for the hotel and secondly for the pre booked seating that i paid for.
        The spice jet manager initially had also informed me that he would provide a stay but later he disappeared and while i was dealing with reshma she completely denied that this isn’t possible. Than initially why was i promised by the manager at the boarding desk.

          Sr, last month i had applied for "ground staff technician" in spicejet. I have paid more than 45k rupees to complete each process. I have got a letter of intent also but i am feeling that the letter of intent is fake because after searching on the google the same kind of letter of intent is present and written that it is fake.
          What should i do now?,
          My money has been trapped i think.
          The executive no. Who used to talk with me ([protected]) is closed from last one month. I was said that after paying the last installment, which was of 23, 500, my hardcopy will be dispatched from the company side. But i have not get anything yet. I am realising that i have been cheated. Plz take some action & make my money return if it was fake.

            The flight was re-directed to ahmedabad airport instead of landing in mumbai due to flooded runway. There in ahmedabad airport your staff assured us the refund of tickets in 10 days for the inconveniences caused by attesting on the boarding pass. Attached herewith the scanned copy of boarding pass which is cancelled by your staff with their signatures. The baggage’s were also delivered to us very lately because of which we had to face more further problems.

            We returned from ahmedabad to mumbai by car which cost us rs.18, 000/ —

            We thus request you to kindly take immediate action on this and refund air ticket cost.

              I booked a flight from jeddah to cochin via mumbai (Pnr c45p9l) for my family. I was called hours before the travel and reboked on an alternate flight from mumbai to cochin which was 10+ hours delayed.

              There was no facility provided at airport and no support from spicejet team.

              Considering this an an international flight option is truly unprofessional.

                I had raised a complaint in dehradun airport spice jet office on the same day.
                Complaint was registered in the complaint book with no. 23876 by jasprit kaur. She has also taken few photos of my torn luggage.
                And i was informed by her that this shall be resolved in 24 hrs.
                But not resolved.
                On 23rd i had called her and she had assured me to call back and shall inform about the resolution of the same.
                But she didnot called back.
                On 24th jul again call to the same office.
                Mr. Vimal had answered and assured for resolving the complaint.
                But it does not seems to be resolved by spicejet.
                Frequent change of gate at Hydrabad Airport. Boarding on and then stop. No proper announcement about delay of flight.
                Spice jet service found very poor.

                Today, s morning flights 467 from Mumbai to Hydrabad also delayed by one hr.
                No AC running in the flight till take off.
                Ut was really a bad impression of your service today on 18.7.4019

                  Mumbai - kolkata flight sg6365 scheduled to depart at 14:45 hours on 23rd july, 2019, from terminal -2 mumbai, the check-in counter was closed before 45 mins. My passenger reached counter 10 mins late, and requested the aircraft load crew members to allow the baggage. There was 35 mins left for the flight to depart. However the air craft supervisor could not consider one passenger. A repeat tone parrot "sorry sir, we cannot do anything".
                  The passenger was delayed at the gate for 5-7 mins where he had to explain the cisp staff what does ccu stand for!!!
                  I mean.. Dude really!! A security deployed at the international airport for ticket and baggage check-in does not the full form of ccu.. Even the basic code knowledge of the source and destination is not given to them before the job posting!
                  To the height, when i called the spice jet helpline to request the boarding of 1 passenger, the call was received after 10 mins!. Then there was an # replying "sorry, we can't do anything!" the passenger who missed flight looses money and idiotic staff is not penalized.
                  Who is to be blamed now.
                  W have had past experiences where in if by chance there is a delay due to genuine reason, the supervisor allows flight load till 30 mins. And all earlier aircraft used to do that to gain customer faith.
                  # low-cost aircraft has employed # level staff to run the show who has zero brains to use. # service of spice jet.

                  My passenger is delayed at mumbai airport since 5 hours due to non co-operative staff behavior.
                  Now their flight bom-ccu is delayed by 45 mins.
                  The customer suffers with time and monetary loss.
                  Their exigency at personal end suffers
                  I never ever will recommend spice jet to any body.
                  Hope the spice jet closes down as company as this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior.
                  I was travelling from coimbatore to Delhi on 12th of July flight no SG8562 along with my family members 1 of my baggage we dint received . We are not getting a proper answer from the spicejet it's already have been 6 days now and we don't know what to do .

                    While travelling through spicejet flight sg 2976 having pnr number ah2dxe, from ahmedabad to kishangarh on 13th july 2019. Just at the time of landing around 1200 hrs, while i was just about to get off the flight, i remembered that
                    I have left my iphone 6 at the sheet only. Due to irresponsible behaviour of crew members i lost my iphone, as they didn't let me go back to my seat 7d and told that they would provide me my phone after all the passenegers had got off the flight but later they told that there is no phone.

                      Sir, We are retired Senior Citizens, Our flight to SHIRDI (from Hyderabad) was cancelled on July 15 ' 2019 after 30 mins of take off and due to this we lost our hotel reservation at Shirdi which is 8233.76 INR and the hotel did not refund our reservation as the Check-In time has crossed.

                      Since Spice Jet flight cancellation on the mid way resulted in cancellation of visit to Shirdi, we request Spicejet to refund our hotel fare of 8233.76 INR.

                      We have enclosed the flight ticket details along with Hotel Bill.

                        We were flying to kochi from mumbai on 13th july 2019 with spicejet (Sg6476) at 8.30 pm and had another connecting flight from kochi to kuala lumpur and from kuala lumpur to denpasar with air asia.
                        I got a message from spice jet that the flight is delayed for half and hour and will fly at 9.00 pm due to some operational issues. We got another message after sometime that the flight is delayed and will fly at 9.50 pm and reach at 11.50 pm to kochi. We had another international flight from kochi to kuala lumpur with airasia (Ak40) which was scheduled at 12.30 am on 14th july. There was no way we could have got that flight if we reach at 11.50 pm. We requested the spice jet people on the gate to move us to some early flight if possible or request the air asia people to wait for us but those people said that they cant do anything because the delay is not more than 2 hours. We reached kochi at 12.00 am on 14th july and till the time we reach terminal 3, the air asia flight already departed. Also we were not allowed to board the flight from kuala lumpur to denpasar as it was air asia's connecting flight.
                        We have to immediately book another ticket for almost 60k for kochi to kuala lumpur and from kuala lumpur to denpasar. This is an extra cost which we have to bear just because spicejet flight was delayed. This is so unprofessional. I want this 60k to be paid by spicejet as it was their fault because of which we missed our flights. If this is not addressed here, i would have to take this to consumer court.

                            Hy, dz is syed hajira hr, last month i have updated my resume in naukri.com i got a call from spicejet dat my resume has selected for a ground staff job, then they told me to pay 2500 for online exam, den they told me to play 7500 for document verification and later on they told me to pay 12500 for dress code n training fees i paid the full amount and i got my training letter and my joining date is from august 13 2019 in bengaluru devanahalli airport. Is this is real or fake i dont know i have paid the full amount approx 22500 please suggest me is this is real or fake please 😔😔

                              Despite of booking wheelchair for senior citizen my parent who is unable to walk, she was provided wheelchair upto airport exit gate c only. She made to parking with horrible pain. Her condition has worsened being a parkinson patient. This is very rude act by this carrier. I demand justice and some regulation for companies so that this should not happen with other needy people.

                                I had to board spicejet flight no sg 2934 from jaisalmer to ahemdabad and schedule departure was at 1535 hours on 20 july 19. Flight departed at 1645hours. My next from ahmedabad to delhi was scheduled at 1850 hours. As spicejet got delayed by 70 minutes, i missed my connecting flight to delhi due to spicejet. I suffered a loss of rs 4102/- due to spicejet negligence. Please refund the sum to me. Ram rattan

                                  I was just 5 mins late for check in for spice jet sg768 first they didn't let me check in
                                  Over that staff was very unsupportive.
                                  They didn't help me with any other alternatives.
                                  They cause a lot of inconvenience to me because of which i missed my flight.
                                  They didn't even help me with any kind of information regarding alternative flights n refund.
                                  Staff behavior was very impolite.
                                  Never gonna recommend this airline to anyone.
                                  It is the worst of all.

                                    Pledged not to use spicejet ever again, did a mistake.

                                    July 19th - sg 732, boarded at patna airport, had two 16 kg checkin bag and 9 kg carry on bag when we weigh our bags at the airport.

                                    I agreed to pay for the extras even we weigh few kgs less at home. No hassle.

                                    Then i was asked to pay for my laptop bag weight as well, which was unjustifiable. Never ever i paid for my laptop bag as an extra carry on bag in last 10 years. No other flights charge such an extra bag fee.

                                    I agreed to pay for the laptop bag as well, but asked the spicejet staff their ids which they declined to provide, they get all our informations and unwilling to provide their ids, which would help me to streamline complaint against them. Our co-passengers were too carrying carry on bag above 10 kgs, but we're singled out.

                                    They even said, it's bihar we do what we want here.

                                      I tried booking flights from cok to bom which will leave from kochi at 20th july, flight (Sg 164) at 11:55. I filled all the necessary details which they asked, my name, mobile number. They then asked to pay an amount of 4448rs, i chose to pay through a debit card. I filled the details of the debit card and pressed pay button... After that an otp has been sent, i copied the same to the site and the transaction has been failed. So i tried to book again and again then they said i have insufficient amount in my account... I checked my account balance and 4448 rs was deducted through razor pay spicejet. I have attached the screenshot of transaction. I haven't received any futher messages or emails regarding the booking or flight details... When i check my spicejet account no trip has been booked, i lost my money. I need to get to mumbai asap, all i had was the money i had in my account., im helpless now only because of spicejet. What will i doo.

                                        My flight departure was at 7.50 from bangalore to mangalore on 19th july 2019. Boarding time was 7.20 am. We reached departure gate at 7.29 am. Was told bags are off-loaded already without any consideration for allowing us on the flight. We would like a refund of the flight ticket. Would like to take it up to consumer forum if complaint is not considered.
