I have a call letter from spicejet and they asked me to pay Rs . 2000 initially.I have paid .they conducted an online test .Then they asked for document verification amount Rs.6200. I have paid that too.then they conducted phone call interview with HR team . They told me that you have selected. They asked me to pay Rs.13500 for medical checkup. They gave receipts for all these transactions. Finally now the recruiter number has switched off. Before that they sent me a intent letter which is password protected. Is this fake?

    Good evening - I am a frequent travel was since 1991 when even Spice Jet was not even heard, have been travelling with Spice Jet recently for five years.
    My Flight details - SG8723 - 21st June[protected]hrs boarding - Newdelhi to Mumbai
    Passenger - Umashankar Bathina - Father and Ms Mithila Bathina - Daughter.

    Point 1 - Checked in and at the counter the lady was helpful, as i had lost my voice i would not communicate properly but i managed with my daughter to tell her we need Priority baggage and we paid an extra amount of Rs 2400/- in total.She gave us seat numbers 7B and 7C with meals to be provided and extra leg space.

    Point 2 - We boarded the aircraft and settled ourselves to our seat, my daughter though was disappointed as she requested a window seat but would not get one - ( Please note Seat 7A was window seat and also was occupied by another male passenger)

    Point 3 - Daughter was feeling a bit cold as the AC flow was directly on her, i tried to rotate or close it but was not so successful so i pressed the call hostess button.

    Point 4 - The hostess eventually started serving meals and came to our row, she started serving 7D, 7E, 7F so i patiently waited for her to serve us, then she noticed the call button of hostess was still on and i explained to her that if possible to turn off in my sign language as well as my daughter spoke.
    Her reply was "You have to only rotate and i shall check later" which never ever came.

    Point 5 - She her name was ( Manisana ) looked at me and said " Mr Umashankar Bathina",
    I just nodded - yes, she said "Your seat is 7A and 7B, you should not change the seats" - Now this is absolutely very rude not to ask even the boarding pass to check.

    Next she said - you have a complimentary vegetarian breakfast for two,
    She served us and handed us the tray one by one.
    My daughter was in the middle seat and me on the aisle seat.
    She then gave me two packets of cookies with one tissue and it seems i had to give one packet to my daughter so i asked her another piece of tissue,
    She replied " You have tissues in the cutlery set" - Wow what an reply - totally unacceptable.But she did mentioned she will give but it did not materialized.

    Then she asked both o[censored]s " Any water or packet juices" not mentioning anything about hot beverages ( Seriously) for which my daughter replied - Do you have any coffee?
    She said " We have Masala Chai"Please note this was not suggested to us when she gave us choices of beverages as i believe she was taking the shortcut method of finishing the service fast and moving on - so with no choices we had to drink Masala chai even though would have loved coffee even if we had to pay a bit extra.

    There was no choices given to us during this time of service of breakfast for hot beverages.Is this service or is this just a routine job.

    No smile - No passion for service - No courtesy to say " Certainly sir i shall look into the matter of the AC flow" for which my daughter had to suffer throughout the flight shivering,

    She never came back -

    Now the question is
    Is this service acceptable - ( No extra paper napkin given)
    No smile-
    No empathy ( AC Flow)
    No service culture
    No courteous reply
    No hot beverages offered or suggested
    You ( Manisana) are you a brand ambassador of Spice Jet - ( Jerome Joseph is a good friend of mine and i shall relate this incident to him) He is a trainer in Brand Service.( world wide) check it out in Linked In

    Now as part of customer service i am sure i shall get a letter of apology saying we are extremely sorry and so on but this is not at all acceptable.

    One dissatisfied customer is equivalent to a figure you will not expect as am also in Hospitality industry.

      Dear Sir,

      I cheated by the name of SpiceJet company name, they used SpiceJet company name and logo.

      Already many of the job seekers cheated by SpiceJet. Until now SpiceJet can't took any action against these fraudsters.

      On 11 july 2019 they offered job in SpiceJet Airline and asked payments for the process. The same day I paid money because the job offered by the company SpiceJet. They strongly telling that SpiceJet's career recruitment process is like that. SpiceJet demanding process fees to the candidates. Is it true?

      They send a payment receipt with SpiceJet logo.

      I got calls from +91 [protected] and they chatted with +91 [protected] she told her name is VANI.

      I got messages from quikr.com and they mentioned +91 [protected] (HR named Vishal), +91 [protected] (HR named Sushant), +91 [protected] (HR named Sushant), +91 [protected] (HR named Sushant).

      They gave Bank account details for the money transfer is:

      Account Holder Name :- Harichand

      IFSC CODE :-SBIN0019147

      Is this SpiceJet's bank account?

      I'm from kerala. SpiceJet contacted me by Quikr.com

        Our flight Spicejet SG-9111 was suppose to leave from Delhi at 10:00 pm but due to negligence of Spicejet staff there was delay in departure of flight.. and till 10:15 they were busy in filling the fuel of flight.. what if any passenger comes late will Spicejet tolerate that and wait for the passenger ? We are sitting in the flight from past 45 minutes and the staff in here doesn't even know how to behave with the passengers

          I (single parent) was travelling from Jammu to Bangalore via spice jet on 18th June 2019 with my 2 year old son – it was a connecting fright from Jammu to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bangalore (boarding pass attached). I had confirmed tickets for my travel, all I needed was a boarding pass however, the staff was very adamant about 3months crossed. My son is 2 yrs old – this is his DOB – 14th Feb 2017.

          Pathetic policy of spice jet forced me to pay 15000, as its 2year 3 months at the time of booking. Does policy overrule humanity for this airline that there was no option?

          On 15th June 2019 2 days back I traveled from Bangalore to Jammu by Indigo with my son, they never forced me to pay a penny... (Boarding pass attached)

          Unprofessional ground staff forced me to pay 15k, for my infant was 2yrs 3 months old

          And was not even ready to make any adjustments to my current ticket – I request for options but they only forced me to pay

          Spice jet ground staff harassed me and my sick son – he was crying and was very disturbed with all the hassle around.

          Spice jet did not refund the old fare..also was not ready to cancel my ticket...

          How can my child travel alone? I was completely blocked on top of that they 1st they said that the fare was 12000 and then in 15 mins it was hiked to 15k.

          Moreover the staff was very unprofessional and started arguing with me, she blamed me that I had booked this deliberately.. and left me with no choice to pay 15000.

          Single mothers travelling with children must avoid spice jet

          As all the seats were not sold... they forced me to buy an adult ticket for my son who is 2 yrs old ...Horrible service and pathetic ground staff .. the commission was way more important than hospitality for the ground staff I have attached his picture and the manager was equally horrible and was of no help

          My trip to vaishno Devi was messed up... I had to borrow money and pay to spice jet... I wasn't having 15k with me

          This was not all – when I reached Mumbai to airport to take the connecting flight they gave away all my baggage at international terminal 2 and then asked me to take the luggage along with my infant to domestic terminal 1

          The staff who forced me to pay at the jammu airport very well knew I am travelling with a child – still she did not facilitate that I get my luggage in Bangalore and not in Mumbai

          I had to call Mumbai police for help as there was support from spice jet inspite of charging so much money

          My travel was full of harassment, I was travelling with a sick infant and the inconvenience caused was limitless

          Zero hospitality and no consideration for single mother travelling

            Your flight SG 6250 dated 17-Jun-2019 from Mangaluru is delayed due to operational Reason and will now depart at 11:40 PM.
            By this problem next flight missed, next flight which was after 2 hrs and 15 min from Mumbai to Ahmadabad. They didn't give me single refund because Spice Jet announced this before 18 hrs. at lease they have to inform customer before 24 hrs or else need to compensate regarding costumers next flights also.

              My 1st email was on 8th June 2019. I had mentioned that while booking my 2 tickets, the option to choose 'Jain Meal' was not available and therefore I chose 'Veg. Meal', so kindly change my meal to 'Jain Meal' without charging the difference.

              SpiceJet is still working on this small issue since past 10 days! Today is 18th June 2019 and yesterday still you say "We are still working on your concern. We shall get back to you soon" !!! How many days are required to sort this out?

                Hi, this is Neelesh. I travelled from New Delhi to Hong Kong on 11th June, 2019 in Spicejet SG 31. When I received my check in bag at Hong Kong airport, it was in severely damaged condition. The baggage was deliberately cut using some sharp object, as it was almost impossible to do that much damage by mistake. My bag was not locked, when I submitted for check in, so if it was done for some checking purposes( that I think, may be an excuse to be given by Spicejet authorities) then why was it not just opened and checked?!
                Why was the suitcase torn like that in such a rash manner? What type of rash services are being provide by your staff?!
                My suitcase was a "POLO CLASSIC" model, that I had bought just last year, worth RS 5500.
                I also complained about it at the Hong Kong airport and have got a complaint no. with a copy, that I am attaching with this complaint. I am also attaching the images of my torn suitcase, that has made it impossible to use now. Please look into the matter, and do the needful to fulfill the losses incurred by me by either replacing the suitcase with a new one or paying me the equivalent amount.
                Dear sir, Today when we reached at Delhi AIRPORT for VTZ 9:10 flight at T2 also our boarding pass shows T2, but at the bus stop the two security persons said "your flight won't take off T2 u have to go for T1. We had faced many problems. Some of your workers are cheated.

                      Yesterday I traveled from Hyderabad to Bhopal with flight No: SG 3463 (Confirmation no. MIDKHB) which was supposed to depart by 8.10pm but departed by 11 pm and reached Bhopal by 12.30am and delayed for 2.30hr. Due to this, I lost my connection trains and also to my office hours which troubled me a lot.
                      Hence, I request to pay the compensation as per the aviation rules of India.

                        I had met with accident on7 june, i had flight at 9.05 pm, i almost reached there at 8:30. My friend had already done check in formalities before me she was near gate no 22
                        .
                        I requested alot to the team.plane has to take off with in 38 mint. But still they didn't allow me i had 4000 to that flight.
                        I did my web check in but i was not aware that it was mot completed as my 300 already deducted from account while doing web Check.it was a pathetic services i had received.nor in that situation i didn't get chance to cancel as i was there at airport only.neither allowed tp on board or cancelled ny ticket.i has to book another flight which almost cost me double .

                          Customer service Team,

                          Please find the attached itenary of my family's ticket who travelled last week. My brother's luggage wasn't received at Colombo Airport when they reached back on 13th SG01 flight to Colombo.
                          The response provided was very bad. It's now more than 3 days and we have received no response or compensation for such.
                          The airlines should have provided a compensation for the delay and should have intimated about the delay for us in advance. We have tried calling the given number in Colombo Airport and they asked to reach Spicejet.
                          My question is very simple. We travelled in Spicejet and you are completely responsible for our luggage. If it's missing, it's your fault. We need our luggage back As soon as possible. Also for the delay, i need a compensation given. We are facing difficulties since we have lost a luggage. I'm expecting an immediate response.

                          I have attached the invoice given at airport for missing baggage.

                            We were travelling from dubai to delhi via flight SG 12 and our luggage number is SG [protected] and at delhi airport on 13 june our luggage was completely broken due to mishandling of the airlines staff. One bag was completely broken and the other is a little less damaged. There was great inconvenience due to this mishandling. Therefore we claim complete refund.

                              I booked ticket on 09.05.2019 for journy on 16.06.2019 for Coimbatore to Patna. I booked the seat 7E & 7F for my journey, and the same is mentioned in my ticket. However when we asked for the boarding pass, seat they have allotted was 17A, 17B for Coimbatore to Bengaluru and 12A, 12B for Bengaluru to Patna journey. I requested them to see my booking details and accordingly change my seat. All the counter staff and manager were asking for extra charge as it was premium seat as per there statement. I requested them to see mybooking details it is clearly mentioned that seat no 7E, 7F alloted as per my selection during my booking alonv with my food.
                              As we are old and my spouse is medically unfit, we booked ticket along with seat and food more than one month before.
                              Kindly look into matter and help us.
                              Presently we are going by the flight as they have nit helped us. Waiting for your kind help.
                              In future we dont want to suffer and dont want to let suffer else.

                                  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SPICE JET. I was travelling from Jabalpur to Pune where the Spice jet Flight SG-2942, got 3 hours delayed, due to which we missed our connecting flight (Indigo) from HYD to PNQ, which was at 2:30 AM. We reached at HYD airport around 1:40 AM and then we were waiting for our bags for near about 10 minutes. We reached at the Indigo check in counter exact 2:07 AM but they refused to proceed with check In as we were late due to Spice Jet delay. I went to Spice jet counter however the lady was pretty rude and was not in mood to help us at all. She was blaming us for booking two different flights. I booked my journey on Goibibo website. I asked her what can be done in this case but she had no answer and she said go to Indigo. Where Indigo was blaming Spice Jet for delay and said nothing can be done from Indigo in this case. Then we booked another flight from HYD to BOM and that cost us Rs. 6200/- Because of Spice Jet I lost money and time and I NEED MY MONEY

                                    I checked in my dark grey stroller bag from mumbai but it was not received on bagdogra airport.I took the spice max(business class) tickets where it was mentioned that i will get priorty baggage.My all clothes, shoes and personal items worth nearly Rs 45000 is missing.My whole trip to north east goes to waste because of this.

                                      Travelling from Bagdogra to Mumbai have total baggage 19kgs including hand and requested to take in total baggage in check in due to heart problems with proof of bypass surgery 6month back but he rudely denied and moved.so this type of treatment is not expected from a reputed airline.He should politely answered and look into the genuine problem of a customer.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Please note that i have travel from New Delhi to varanasi on 22.05.2019 through Flight no.SG2538. I have take two power bank & one earphone in my luggage.On airport my luggage was hired because the things are not allowed.They have keep my power bank & earphone at Delhi airport & told me to take back when return.
                                        After 10 days i came back and asked for my power bank & earphone.
                                        They informed me that the material is disclosed.The time is 3 months for taking back the material at airport then why they refuse to give me the material back only in 10 days.

                                        Please resolve the issue and arrange to get my material back to me.

                                        I had been booked ticket from surat to chennai. The flight was cancelled by spice jet. But till date i had not recieved refund. Kindly do need ful.
