My brand new Wildcraft rucksack was in tatters when it arrived in the Baggage belt. I was travelling by SpiceJet Guwahati to Bagdogra on the 5th June 2019. Extremely disappointed with the service of Spicejet There has been no compensation for it whatsoever. I had raised a complaint at the airport itself but to no avail. I don’t think the airlines care much about the passengers and the passengers’ belongings because my other luggage which had the ‘Fragile’ tag on it too was mishandled. I realised it only when I reached home as the contents of the bag were also damaged.

    I travelled on flight SG3106 from Goa To Chennai on 6th June 2019. The scheduled departure was 1:35 pm but the flight was delayed by more than 45 minutes with boarding starting only at 1:45 pm. There was no information through email or message regarding the delay nor did the Spicejet officials at the airport convey any message.
    This time the experience with the flight staff was pathetic as well. There was one air hostess Miss Valantina who refused to give water to me and my mom. I was feeling sick and had even vomitted before boarding the flight. And when the refreshments were being served my mom asked this air hostess to give me a cup of water. Miss Valantina walked off with her trolley to the other end of the aisle and did not return until 10mins later. We asked another flight attendant to give us some water. Miss Valantina was basically arguing with my mother that it is the safety of the food trolley that matters the most to her...not serving water to the passengers. She refused to apologize and kept arguing. I want to know what kind of training does Spicejet give to it's airhostesses? If they can't provide the passengers with a cup of water then what for are they even on board?? Isn't taking basic care of the passengers part of maintaining their So-called safety???
    Really pathetic experience everything on Spicejet. This will be the last travel for sure.

      I tried to book a ticket on 01 June 2019. The booking failed and an amount of Rs. 2430/- was deducted from my account which was done through SBI Debit card with number 5175XXXXX2190. I immediately logged a complaint on 01 June 2019 only and was provided a complaint number as 03779553. I was assured that the amount will be refunded within 24 to 48 working hours which have since expired. On talking to your executive over phone i was told that it will take some time. Please arrange to refund my amount at the earliest.

            I had booked a flight for 3rd June from Kolkata to jharsuguda but although the money has been deducted from my account I dint receive aby confirmation mail related to the ticket. So case number 03781558 has been filed against this grievance but everytime I'm calling for update no positive response has been received from the concerned team and no information has given through mail communication. Resolve the issue in priority

              Hi I am traveling from del to Mumbai spice jet SG8705 which was supposed to depart at 08:00 and it’s already09:30 and yet the flight has not takeoff.

              It’s such a disgraceful and disgusting that it’s too late and yet there is no guarantee and commitment to fly at the earliest.

              Your airline should compensate our for delaying so much without any assurance to fly soon.

              I had a emergency and a meeting at 10 :30 and yet the flight has not taken off.

                We were travelling from Ahmedabad to Bangkok on flight SG85 on 28th may and the flight got delayed by more than 6 hours.It was suppose to departure from ahmedabad airport at 7pm and instead it departed at 1:45am.We were four people and we faced lot of trouble.I demand compensation from airlines at earliest.
                SG85 on 28th May.
                Due to the delay caused my one day hotel booking in bangkok got cancelled which led me to loss of around 8000 rupees and we had sleepless night waiting on airport so i wish to get the refund asap.

                    My baggage was damaged during my travel from mumbai to chennai on 2nd june.
                    Flight no. Sg 6287

                    The handle was totally damaged due to negligence and carelessness shown by your baggage handlers. It is not replaceable and cannot be used. I was asked to send a complaint to [protected]@spicejet.com
                    By your staff near the luggage pick up.

                    On 5th i received a call from spicejet saying that a compensation of future travel voucher of 500rs to travel in spicejet which was offered for damage to baggage. How can you provide me voucher and compensate for baggage which can't be used without the handle. The handle is not replaceable and hence that baggage is useless. This baggage costs around 10k and because of your baggage handlers carelessness i need to bear the cost!!! Customer relation staff was least bothered to help me out.

                    I demand a proper compensation to the loss that occurred!!

                      First it was showing in the display as 11.45pm now it's showing as 12.25am.

                      Instead of jet government should close you I hope in future.

                        I have cancelled my flight sg612 sat, may 11th 2019 dep. Time 8.05pm due to postponed because i have to catch my connecting flight. Before leaving i spoke to customer care they promised to refund the amount 15976 rs which still i haven't received any.                           Dear Kamal

                          Just landed and am reporting the very unprofessional and untrained crew you have .

                          Couldn't get water after 3 reminders in a duration of hour or more

                          Until the descend no one came or asked for sale of refreshments

                          On complaint to the crew in charge she also was absolutely indifferent n callous. Just trying to enact a drama before the passengers

                          Overall on seeing them work they appeared to be completely untrained crew .

                          Further I also talked to the pilot and have informed him.

                          At bagdogra airport we were made to stand inside the bus after reaching the aircraft for 10 mins as the craft was not clean n ready .

                          I didn't see any rationale for pushing the passengers out of the waiting area when the craft was not ready .

                            Incident on dubai airport on 5th june 2019:

                            I booked the ticket on an emergency where prices were exclusively high and so did not book my seat thinking atleast i will get a seat at the check in... At the check in counter the lady who was so adamant gave me a seat 32e and i requested give me any seat until 10-12 row but please not too last as there are so many labors and there is a bad smell... She denied and said i cannot give as u have not booked and paid and there is no seat. As the flight is full.. Now being a female having back problems she did not understand and was very rude to me and insisted me paying such high amount. I knew she lied to me which is not good at all.

                            But finally at the boarding gate on my request they easily changed the seat and i got one in 4th row.

                            This thing which staff does is not right why do they have to lie not at all acceptable. I wish i had noted the girls name at dubai airport. I am very upset with her and her behavior. Staff has to be kind to ladies kids and families.

                            Recently flew Spicejet for traveling in the Delhi to Mumbai sector. The flight was for a little over the 2-hours duration. I traveled from SpiceBiz class...                               I have received a fraud call from [protected], spice jet dell counter (Name displayed in true caller) on 04/06/2019 at 0728 hours about the cancellation of flight sg-152 from delhi to silchar. For the verification of this call, i tried to call spice jet customer care but couldn't connect with them due to busy network. I have left with no option so i cancelled this flight to get ticket in another flight to reach my destination urgently on same day. After that at around 0915 hours when i connect with spice jet customer care telephonically i got to know that the flight sg152 was not cancelled and it was in right time to take off. So it's my humble request to spice jet kindly trace the number from where i got a fraud call because it's showing a spice jet dell counter name in true caller so that in future no body suffer like me.

                                This is with reference to my ticket from jabalpur to. Hyderabad vide pnr xyzsyp booked through goibibo.in the name of mr shubhank bhojwani.
                                Unfortunately on 02/june/19 date the said flight no. Sg-2942 from jabalpur to hyderbad was delayed by two and a half hours due to operational default in the flight as informed to me by ur executive. As a result i missed my onward connecting flight from hyderabad to mumbai by indigo flight no 6e-263 on 3rd june 2019 (Copy of ticket enclosed).
                                This not only caused me a financial loss as i hardly got any refund for the air indigo flight to mumbai but also led to additional cost due to spot booking on indigo 6e-235 flight from hyderbad to mumbai costing 3712 (Copy enclosed) further my arrival in mumbai was also delayed by 2hrs as a result of which i missed an important meeting scheduled at 7am in the morning on 3rd june 2019.
                                I therefore request you to grant compensation as per prevalent rules keeping in mind the financial loss suffered by me due to delayed departure of your flight by two and a half hours.
                                I herewith attach the copy of article published in economic times related to entitlement of my compensation.

                                  We flew from dubai to ahmedabad on 31st may at 20:45 hrs in flight - sg-16, we landed in ahmedabad on 1st june 01:30 hrs, then we were informed that they left the bags of 55 customers on the dubai airport, i was one of the aggrieved customer, then after constant follow up, i received my bag on 2nd june at 18:17 hours, the bag i received was damaged, the courier guys took a photo with them and i wrote a letter stating that my bag was damaged and that the perishable items in the bag were no longer consumable, on the back of the delivery slip.

                                  The chocolates i bought for all my relatives are now a paste essentially, my luggage handles are torn from the bag, and i have been upset for 2 days for my luggage, which had my certificates and documents along with the medical files that i need for my check up, which i intended to show to my doctor during this eid break along with a few interviews i had lined up, all my plans were thwarted because of the mismanagement, the chocolates were worth 4000 rs and i cannot calculate the opportunity costs i've had to bear in monetary terms.

                                    Pritam Desai traveling from Mumbai to Amritsar on 3-June-19. I reached at counter 11.10 am, staff was attending prior customers, while I was busy locking my luggage. Soon he closed system at 11.20 am done with customer before me. There were 11-customers reached 11.22 am. All o[censored]s were denyed loosing our hard earned money due to your arrogant customer service representatives. We also had argument with in charge manager who wasted 20+ minutes explaining how far is Domestic from International to catch flight in 40-minutes.
                                    I am seriously going to take this to Government Authority if not resolved in 3-days. I stayed back in Mumbai loosing my business prospect, and will recover my losses with penalty.

                                      I have travelled from jeddah to hyderabad by flight sg 34 in june 2, 2019. We had 4 passengers travelling together.
                                      My zamzam bottles (4 in number) have not arrived and we had lodged a complaint that day. They said they would call, but havent received any call.
                                      Since, it has already passed 24 hours. How do i get those bottles? No body called, also i tried customer care services, no response there also.
                                      Please tell me how to get my missing water bottles.
