We flew from dubai to ahmedabad on 31st may at 20:45 hrs in flight - sg-16, we landed in ahmedabad on 1st june 01:30 hrs, then we were informed that they left the bags of 55 customers on the dubai airport, i was one of the aggrieved customer, then after constant follow up, i received my bag on 2nd june at 18:17 hours, the bag i received was damaged, the courier guys took a photo with them and i wrote a letter stating that my bag was damaged and that the perishable items in the bag were no longer consumable, on the back of the delivery slip.
The chocolates i bought for all my relatives are now a paste essentially, my luggage handles are torn from the bag, and i have been upset for 2 days for my luggage, which had my certificates and documents along with the medical files that i need for my check up, which i intended to show to my doctor during this eid break along with a few interviews i had lined up, all my plans were thwarted because of the mismanagement, the chocolates were worth 4000 rs and i cannot calculate the opportunity costs i've had to bear in monetary terms.
