Dear Sir,

Please note that i have travel from New Delhi to varanasi on 22.05.2019 through Flight no.SG2538. I have take two power bank & one earphone in my luggage.On airport my luggage was hired because the things are not allowed.They have keep my power bank & earphone at Delhi airport & told me to take back when return.
After 10 days i came back and asked for my power bank & earphone.
They informed me that the material is disclosed.The time is 3 months for taking back the material at airport then why they refuse to give me the material back only in 10 days.

Please resolve the issue and arrange to get my material back to me.

    Respected Sir,
    On Thu 13th Jun 2019 myself and my wife Sadhna Rana checked in at Adampur for flight number SG 8732 of Spice jet for Delhi. I was told that the baggae was having excess weight of 32 KG permissible under one PNR 1515FL by 33 KG and asked to pay at spot a sum of Rs 13, 200 which I paid vides receipt number 2018-19/AIP 094 vides debit card as I had no other option under the circumstances. I noticed that I was allowed permissible limit of one passenger baggage only towards one PNR number 1515FL. Though we had two tickets one for me and one for my wife Sadhna Rana under the one PNR number 151FL and were entitled to concession of two passengers. In this way I was overcharged for baggage weight of 15+7 permissible to my wife the second passenger in the same PNR 1515FL. In this way though the airline was entitled to charge only for 11 KG of extra baggage weight but it charged wrongly for 33 KG of extra baggage. Since I am entitled to refund of amount of 22x400= 8800 rupees overcharged from me, I request you to please arrange for the refund of overcharged amount. from the airline.
    Flight delayed by 3hrs 10min. On 10 06 2019. Very bad hospitality from the ground staff. No proper response from the staff. Children s Where starving at midnight and later provided by a horrible food. No humanity. Later got the delayed flight . Pathetic condition every thing broken inside. Unsafe to fly. Even arm rest broken in plenty of seats.
    PnrJ6F6UI I traveled Dubai to Mumbai to coimbatore on 12 June 19 night.they didn't load my luggage n Dubai itself still now I didn't receive my luggage in CJB.they r not responding properly.bcz of improper guidance I missed my morning connecting flight from.mumbai to CJB.i want my luggage asap.

      I took connecting flight from Mumbai to dhaka via kolkata SG 490 and SG71 on 13/6/19. Unfortunately the flight from Mumbai to Kolkata got delayed by 6 hours. We were kept unaware of the exact take of time all way along. Meanwhile our connecting flight from Kolkata to Dhaka took off. Now I with my parents are stuck at Kolkat. This delay of flight has caused us much inconvinience. The next flight the have given us is on 17/6/19 so we are stuck at Kolkata for 4 more days. But the authority is giving us hotel stay for 2 days only. My father has a chemotherapy scheduled after 2 days. So ill have to check out the day he will be receiving chemo. Kindly requesting higher authority to extend our hotel stay for 4 days.

      Ac not working before take off. Cabin temperature risen considerably due to outside heat.

        Hi I have booked flight on 3 june and i reached airport 35 mins from the boarding time and they dont allow to travel please refund my money back This was very harrassing incident please do something in respect to this.

          I booked Kanpur-Delhi flight or June 11, 2019 which was scheduled to depart Kanpur at 12:30 PM to reach Delhi 1:45PM. I has an Indigo connecting flight from Delhi at 5:25 PM to Raipur. Spicejet doesn't operate on Delhi-Raipur segment and Indigo doesn't operate on Kanpur-Delhi Segment. Spicejet flight was delayed and took off at 3:45 PM from Kanpur and reached Delhi at 5PM. I missed my Delhi-Raipur flight. I had to stay in Delhi and purchase an expensive ticket for June 12, Dlehi-Kanpur.

          Spicejet took no responsibility for the inconvenience and the cost incolved due to the delay.

          I want them to compensate me for the expenses- Rs. 7000.
          Flight cancellation against two ticket with PNR no RDWKMQ and Z7RZRV journey date 11 may 2019 from delhi to patna. No amount is being refunded yet i had contacted them five to six time and the only reply i got is your application is being processed. Kindly check this complaint. An early action is required with reply.

            I ma purvesh mane travelled from dxb to mumbai on 11 june fkight number is SG014 while as sson as i come to mumbai airport i didn't receive my luggage after some time i got to kno thry keep my luggage in dubai airport after that they told you whil get it by tomorrow at u home bt naow it 2 days went bt my luggage is not yet received and they r not answering my call and mail
            Though transaction was shown completed of flight booking of dated 14 June 19 from new delhi to Bhopal & amount of Rs 3495 deducted from my account on date 08/06/19, but ticket was not received. Call to customer care but not got suitable response.
            When i will get my money back.

              We had a prebooking of spicemax seats in flight no. SG 8956 scheduled on 8 june from srinagar to delhi. While check in we were told that the air crafts have been changed and they no longer had max seats available, but they promised other facilities like food and beverages. It is to inform you that we paid an extra amt of 2037 just for the extra leg room which was denied to us at the last moment. Also tge food which was served was rotten which was stinking. Not only this we were traveling with our 3 yr old daughter who was also served the same chilly paneer and fried rice. How can you expect the child to have such food??
              Moreover the person who was suppose to get our luggage checked in did not put the tags of priority due to which our bag got exchanged at the delhi airport and we were stuck there almost for three hours. Spice jet people didnot even took the responsibility of getting our bag back. That task was also left to us.
              I just want spice jet to look into the matter and refund the amount which i paid for max seats.

                Dear Sir,

                My name Deepa from Trivandrum, Kerala. I'm unemployed and a jobseeker, looking for job. On 11 June 2019 (yesterday) I registered for airline job in Quikr.com. I got calls from [protected], and WhatsApp chat from [protected] and they are from SpiceJet Airline asked id proof, passport size photo and 2500 rupees for registration and gave bank account details as:

                I paid that money by my mobile banking money transfer. I sent my pan card photo as id proof and sent a photo They send a receipt with the logo of SpiceJet Airline company. Then they took online test and telephonic interview. On 12 June 2019 (today) they informed me I am selected. Then they asked 7500 rupees for document verification before 4 pm. They told me after pay the money they will send my job offer letter.

                Then I felt doubts. I keenly verified the receipt they given for the 2500 and I seen the date is 29/04/2019 in the receipt, then I understand I was cheated by them. I asked my money to refund. But they spoke me very harshly. I told them I will complain this, that time they told me what I can do that. Then asked me to send cancellation letter, but they didn't sent anything as mail. They didn't refunded my money.

                The fraud happen with the logo with SpiceJet airline company.

                They cheated me by the name of SpiceJet airline company.

                I need Justice.

                I am very kindly request to the authority please do needful.

                  Flight SG 8998 scheduled at 9.25 am on 12.06.2019 from Patna airport.
                  We all have checked in and boarding pass have been issued. Baggage booked.
                  We all are waiting for system update. No update on display board for security check.
                  At 9.15 an an official from Spice Jet inform me about the flight. We all went to boarding gate but informed that our flight was take off.
                  At 10.00 am we all have kicked out with my baggage from airport, Patna.
                  Please we request you please look in to the matter and arrange to refund ticket amount also compensate RS. 25000/ for miss conveynced caused by Spice Jet.

                    The staff in dxb r rude & disgusting. They stand near the flight entrance & rudely say to either pay or throw the luggage. We requested that our relative will take it back but rudely got a reply of no. Will never in life travel with spice jet. And will do max mouth publicity of this disgusting service given by the hooligan staff. The think staff did was what goons do. Shame on ur service

                      I have a medical condition due to which i could not make it for a trip booked for june 7th.. on june 2nd i send an email with my medical documents to [protected]@spicejet.com. till June 6th there was no response and then the customer care agent just cancelled the tickets as flight was next day and applied normal cancellation charge for both me and my husband . I was assured that their team would verify the medical documents in the next 2 days and process refund / medical waiver for me . It has been solid 10 days now and the documents are still not validated or refund processed . What exactly is causing the delay . None of my emails are replied to and customer care just says we ll resolve by tommo every single time i call . My ref ID is 03780782

                        I have booked a flight at 9.30 am from Tuticorin to Chennai (SG 3592) on 8-June-2019. I received a mail saying that, the flight will depart at 10.45 am from Tuticorin due to some operational reasons. I need to reach chennai before 2pm, since I had a connecting flight from Chennai to Kuwait at 4.05 pm. The Spice jet staff in Tuticorin, completed the check in process and made us to clear the security check and informed us, the flight will depart at 10.45 am. But after all the passengers completed the security check and were waiting near the gate, they started to change the flight departure timings on the display board, without any information. I tried to explain my situation to the airline staff and they were so reluctant in saying that the flight is still delayed and they kept on changing the timings til 2.05 pm.

                        There was no proper response from the staff or they put me in a most worried situation. I even asked them to inform the staff in Chennai to check the status of my connecting flight and they didn't help me in that also.
                        The flight took off from tuticorin at 2.05pm and they promised it will reach in 1 hour, but they took 1 hour 35 minutes and landed only at 3.40 pm. Due to that I missed my connecting flight from Chennai to Kuwait. I tried to contact the airline staff in Tuticorin, but there was no response from them.

                        Due to their delay, I have lost around 18, 000 INR for my flight which I have booked already and further I was forced to book a new ticket for 25, 000 INR.
                        to Kuwait. The airline staff took no responsibility about it and were not answering my calls also.

                        This is not fair from the airline side and it created a worst experience in my life time. I request the airline to consider this issue and do something, since it breaks the trust of being one of the trusted airline.

                          I had booked 3 tickets from 'cleartrip.com' for a flight from Bombay to Delhi on 9th June at 21:40. When I arrived at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal 1, I was informed that the timings of the flight had been changed to 21:00 and that all the gates were closed. I did not receive any SMS, Email or call regarding the change of timings. I went through a lot of harassment and mental stress due to the negligence on behalf of your airlines. It is unethical on behalf of your airlines to carry out such fraudulent activities. The timings of the flight were 21:40 on the tickets as well as the emails that I received. This act has clearly violated the Right to Information that the airline is duly obligated to perform towards its customers. I would rather term this as cheating by the airlines towards its customers.

                          I request you to look into the matter and respond at the earliest otherwise I will proceed forward to seek remedy legally.
                          We were having a connection flight from from Bagdogra to Kochi via Mumbai. We were informed that we could collect the baggage from Kochi. But spicejet failed to provide our luggages in Kochi.and informed by spicejet agent that our luggage is still in Mumbai. I am expressing my extreme unsatisfaction in your poor service..

                            I was traveling on 1june 2019 by spice jet 376, , my new trolley bag was not handled properly and at the end of journey I received my luggage /trolley which was rubbed badly and my chain hook was broken too... I am a regular customer of spice but now I think to fly with other airlines..this type of services is not accepted from spice.. Hope spice will improve luggage safety n security..

                              I am travelling from Mumbai to Delhi 6702. I had a carton box with glass frames inside, and already mentioned at boarding pass counter to put fragile sticker on it and handle with care. However i boarded the flight and i can see the luggage bags unloading through window and i see my luggage carton box is completely torned out also other heavy suitcase bags are staged onto it. I mean this is the way spicejet handle the fragile luggage? I have taken a photograph (just for proof).
                              Very very much disapointed seeing this.

                                The flight was supposed to take off @9.55 pm and there no announcement and notifications that the timing has changdd to 10.30 pm.

                                The service guys asked to onboard at 10.15 pm and every passengers were in and set for journey by 10.30.

                                Then the pilots did not come till 11.25 pm and all the passengers were uninformed untill asked.

                                Due to this irresponsible behaviors from the staffs, i have lost my precious 2 hours and failed to accomplish the commitments and appointments i had charted for.

                                I strictly need a compensation and refund of the money paid for the ticket for losing my time, efforts and health due to the irresponsible staffs at boarding gate and the irresponsible ans arrogant cabin crew.

                                  My mother is travelling from jaipur to mumbai for which i have booked her flight and i got a massage saying that i have booked a ticket which only allows cabin baggage no check in baggage and i called customer care and sorted that out by paying 400 rs but now they have again charged her same amount from my mom at the airport
                                  This is not acceptable and now no one is picking up the call also. On hold for so long and i am tired of hearing “all our customer care executives are busy attending other customers...” I had called so many times
                                  I want this to sort out bcz i already told the customer care executive that my mother is old and i dont want her to go through any hassle and she assured me that everything is ok she will not be troubled
                                  This is so annoying and for sure i am not gonna use this airlines
                                  This was unfortunately my 1st and last time booking this airline

                                    We took a SG3603 on 8jun2019 from Hyderabad to Goa. Traveling with an infant. The flight took off at around 5PM and landed around 6:30PM at Goa. It's been more than an hour after landing, they not yet have clearance to any of the airport gate. Currently the crew is not allowing us to access the wash room. We are currently having limited food for the infant and need immediate help

                                      My brand new Wildcraft rucksack was in tatters when it arrived in the Baggage belt. I was travelling by SpiceJet Guwahati to Bagdogra on the 5th June 2019. Extremely disappointed with the service of Spicejet There has been no compensation for it whatsoever. I had raised a complaint at the airport itself but to no avail. I don’t think the airlines care much about the passengers and the passengers’ belongings because my other luggage which had the ‘Fragile’ tag on it too was mishandled. I realised it only when I reached home as the contents of the bag were also damaged.

                                        I travelled on flight SG3106 from Goa To Chennai on 6th June 2019. The scheduled departure was 1:35 pm but the flight was delayed by more than 45 minutes with boarding starting only at 1:45 pm. There was no information through email or message regarding the delay nor did the Spicejet officials at the airport convey any message.
                                        This time the experience with the flight staff was pathetic as well. There was one air hostess Miss Valantina who refused to give water to me and my mom. I was feeling sick and had even vomitted before boarding the flight. And when the refreshments were being served my mom asked this air hostess to give me a cup of water. Miss Valantina walked off with her trolley to the other end of the aisle and did not return until 10mins later. We asked another flight attendant to give us some water. Miss Valantina was basically arguing with my mother that it is the safety of the food trolley that matters the most to her...not serving water to the passengers. She refused to apologize and kept arguing. I want to know what kind of training does Spicejet give to it's airhostesses? If they can't provide the passengers with a cup of water then what for are they even on board?? Isn't taking basic care of the passengers part of maintaining their So-called safety???
                                        Really pathetic experience everything on Spicejet. This will be the last travel for sure.
