Fisrt i didn't catch my filght which i have booked, because airlines staff told me we dont have a seat in that flight. Before that my flight was 7:20 am & now my flight is 12:55. The waiting time is too long. Second ia m waiting last few hours but still nobody ask for refresment.

Due to miss this flight i have loss my golden time & lot of money because my argent service meeting was there. I never choose & suggest to spicejet airline to my colleague.

    Five persons were missed. They didnt call a single call after boarding. And the flight timing being 5:40 and passengers reached at 5:20. Still the lady told the plane is on runway and they cannot do anything. However it is totally their responsibility to not miss 5-5 passengers at a time. Okay, even after their mistake their response is totally ignorant and incooperative regarding the refund and accommodation of the 5 passengers in total. Dated 1st june 2019. I request the person in charge of complains please take necessary action (Refund at the least that the spicejet can do for those passengers). I hereby atttach a photo taken at 5:45 showing the status as “ blank” instead of showing it as “ gate closed”.

      I was supposed to fly with spice jet flight sg12 from dubai to delhi on 31st may 2019. The flight departure time was 10:45 pm. I reached the check-in counter exactly at 9:38 pm and there was a person before me who was being issued the boarding pass. I reached the counter at 9:41 pm after the person before me was handed his pass and the attendant refused to issue the boarding pass saying the counter was closed at 9:40. I told her the check-in is until 9:45 pm as per the rule on the ticket which i attach. However, she continued to argue with me and did not issue the pass saying that the airlines had called her to stop boarding. However, it was while she was arguing with me that she received a call from the airline to stop the boarding after she had already wasted 10 minutes with me. She lied on my face and refused to issue a boarding pass even though i was present within the defined timeline on the ticket despite my repeated requests. As such, i would request you to take this matter up urgently and very seriously. Not only was i denied a pass when i was in full right to get one, i have to now also delay my journey by 1 day and get a new ticket issued for close to 2000 aed (Or rs 39000). I would request a complete compensation from the airlines for this mental and financial trouble i have had to face due to the inexpiable behavior of the attendant. I also attach my ticket for your reference.

        This is to draw your attention towards an incident that occurred to me on 30th may 2019 on flight no. Sg626 kolkata to chennai in seat no. 3c (8:30 pm). While the flight was landing, my official mobile phone slipped grip and fell on the ground. As the flight was landing the phone reached the front row, as passengers started de boarding the flight; i enquired the air hostess if she have found my mobile. To my utter shock, she replied that she has handed over that particular phone to the passengers sitting in 1b & c as they claimed it to be their mobile phone. I reconfirmed the same twice or thrice and the same reply was given to me. Further she constantly requested me to get down the flight and get in touch with the couple sitting in those seats. I did the same without thinking twice as the mobile contained many confidential information and as i got in touch with the couple sitting in seats 1b and c, they told me that they were not handed over any such mobile phone in the flight. Later the couple also realized that they have left a cabin baggage in the flight so we together went to the customer care of spicejet. We told our complete information to the customer service representative and when they started enquiring they informed us that they have found a mobile phone and also the luggage of the other couple.
        We were made to wait for almost an hour at the airport stating that lost and found procedures takes a lot of time. Later i was intimated that nothing was found and the flight has left for delhi. I was fuming with anger by that time, to console us the representatives took down our mobile number stating that they will intimate us if they found anything.
        The kind of service provided by spicejet is becoming pathetic day in and out. Instead of trying to provide a seamless service you guys make it a point to harass customers. The first point is to train your flight stewards and air hostess well. If a mobile phone is found isn't it the flight stewards duty to call out to all passengers asking who's phone it is describing the phone. If a person demands also that it's his/her mobile isn't it the duty of a flight stewards to ensure that it's his/her only requesting them to unlock the password of the phone. To my utter shock spicejet forgot to recruit and train people in a way so that they can handle such situations.
        The mobile phone lost is my official phone and thus have many important and confidential information. So i hope that spicejet takes utmost responsibility, if any of those information is misused.
        I travel quite often to various places within india for work and i would very often choose spicejet but now onward i will think twice before taking up your services.
        I hope at least the top management is efficient enough in solving this issue. And if the mobile is found to be please returned to me.

          I faced internet errors while making payment. The money was deducted. When i called spicejet, they told me it's not their issue, money will be refunded. Then i emailed the razorpay to know if tje payment was made or not and they asked me to contact spicejet as the payment was made. But i didn't received any ticket and the customer care service is so so so poor. I tried to call them more than 20 times and was kept on hold for minimum 10 min everytime, but still no executive was available. Very very very poor service.

            I was travelling from pune airpot to dubai al maktoum international on 28th may 2019. My name is ramaswamy chandrasekhar iyer. I had checked in my bag that had jabra elite 65t earphones along with the charging case. The airport authorities had applied a plastic lock as well. When i arrived at dubai airport, that was firstly cut open and my jabra earphones were missing. The earphones are work rs. 14000. This is the first time i am flying via spicejet and it is very disappointing that my experience was so bad.

              After having boarding pass & paid for extra baggage the flight has departed much before 5:45 am the scheduled departure of sg 3706. Pnr no lbg8uw from hyd to maa of passengers. The ground staff & the booking desk were behaving erratic & disobediently. We demanded for rebooking in next flight which was turned down by the personnel. Kindly do the needful urgently.

                I am traveling on 30 th may 19 from delhi to bengalore and the std was 18:30 hrs and now it's time 19:30 hrs there's no boarding and not any updates. Your staffs are just bluffing 10 minutes, 20 minutes and during this time your 4 flights (To goa, alhabad, mumbai and kochi) are also delayed due to this passengers are standing on their foots for hours i am frequent flyer in various airlines but this is one of the worst experience i had. Your airline is making the passenger fool by minutes by minutes

                  I have booked my flights on april 30th to travel on july 26th with return on august 17th, muscat to hyderabad. And on may 30th i got a call stating that this itinerary is being cancelled due to operational reasons. And when i tried call the numbers given in the sms they took my 40 minutes for waiting to speak to a customer care and they rescheduled my flights with 4 to 6 hours extra each segment of my travel.

                  I want compensation for my prolonged hours of my travel time as the airline will cannot understand the time importance, and for the interest of amount i have paid on april 30th for booking the ticket which is 20% pm for detail as below.

                    Its worst service by spice jet, my flight is on 30th may and pnr i8gqxc my flight is being delay and then they told me fight is cancel but the real reason is that flight is not cancel inspite of that my seat is given to person who paid higher for that seat, this is absolutely a worst service they should see that i have confirmed booking. I hope spice jet also sealed by govt as like jet airways...

                    To give you some background, I have booked a flight from Mangalore to Mumbai scheduled departure on 30th May 2019 - SpiceJet. There were two PNR created a) PNR - NY7S7J with 3 passengers(Nikesh Shetty- Physically challenged, Sharda Shetty - Cancer Patient & Reshma Shetty (Wife of Nikesh Shetty)) . b) PNR - ZI4C2R for passenger Vilas Shetty. We made payment on 26th May 2019 through Paytm wallet for both PNR's while the payment for both PNR's...

                    On 27 may 2019, my family was flied to kochi in sg 8952 flight with infant and child. She was carrying spice max ticket and flight was delayed by 3 hours. None from spice jet had offered her facility and meals as it mandatory to offer passenger for meals and facilities.
                    Due to the delay, my family felt in stress and unwanted worries. Also we have lost self operating hours to me and the person who came to pick my family at at kochi airport at late night.
                    Please take this incident as serious issue as we trust your service and make our family travel with you. These incidents make our confidence down and not to recommend people to travel with you.
                    My tractor in warranty period but i paid labour charge.

                      I traveled from dubai to mumbai on 28th may 2019 flight number sg014. My all 3 baggage was missing. I waited for almost one and a half hour for my baggage and there were so many spice jet personnel but no one informed us that the aircraft did not load about 50 bags in the aircraft. I was one of the first people to check in from dubai 3 hrs prior to my departure. The flight was suppose to start at 2.15 am but started half an hour later. I reached mumbai at 7.10 which was a delay for me. I had a connecting flight back home to hyderabad at 9.15 through indigo airlines. I was travelling with my husband and 7 year old nephew. I want to stress that the spice het customer service sucked. They refused to help and did not provide any compensation. I lost 13, 000 rs becuase of this. I could not bord my connecting flight becuase of this and i had to stay in an unlnow town untill i spent more koney put of my pocket to book a brand new tocket for the 3 o[censored]s. Totally looting tbe cusptmers. Spice jet has caused nuisnace to over 30 passengers and need to answer and pay for this

                        Complaint No:CMBSG 9264.Since till date I am not getting my missed baggage by hand or through door delivery as I got message from the baggage dept on the travel date of 08.11.18.

                        I called many times in the Airport baggage Dept and Spice Jet Airlines too at Colombo.

                        But no proper reply and no proper response for that.

                        So I went to Colombo airport on 20.12.18 and 12.02.19 for my baggage claim inquiry for the missing baggage status to both Airport baggage dept and Spice Jet airlines.
                        There was not found my missed baggage and after that only your Spice Jet woman staff was given me the contact details for the Customer relations to send mail.

                        Now almost six and half month lost for the missing baggage to find by your Airlines.

                        Pls. take necessary action immediately to get my baggage or the claim as per the NORMS.

                          Mr sangeeth who was handling the baggage check in was behaving ruthlessly to other customers which impairs the reputation of spicejet. Already the flight is good at delaying. He is shouting at the passengers for carrying extra luggage. He says rudely that it's the responsibility of the passenger to read it and it is not his concern. Really am disappointed by his rude behaviour. When i said i would complain he said he doesn't give a damn about the same.

                          Today on 21st May morning, spice jet staff at check in counter not talking politely and was not helping to provide small sticker to seal my luggage lock area .
                          He was talking rude and I have taken his picture and he told me to delete it .
                          I had strange experience and pls send me feedback after you survey.

                            We baught tickets from ccu totpt viahyd and back on 21/4/19 (Pnr nos _ceghhk andte8vyq) which were cancelled due to boyeing 737max, on 30/4/19. We had to shift to indigo, on the same days paying an extra amount of rs21000. However, the spicejet flights to and fro from tirupati, were scheduled on those days. Instead of refunding the full amount, spicejet could have easily adjusted our ccu to hyd and back flights. No customer care personal could be contacted, only getting a busy tone, and a recording_sorry for the inconveniences.

Ok i asked how will pay, she massage bank account details my number, (Account holder name:parmal adibasi, account number:[protected], ifsc code:sbin0030082) i have transfer the money directly my bank account. Next time she sendcompany whatsapp number-[protected] (Flying.com) this number is send online test. Test is pass, she is told test pass send your documents in whatsapp number i send all my documents. Next day she called and connected hr he asked me about my qualifications and experience and skills, and my family. Next day she called asked me you are selected for ground staff job for telephone verification and he asked for the money day by day documents verification-rs-6400, soft copy-rs-16300, soft copy password rs-26300, bank account opening rs-32500, i'd card &gate pass rs-35200, uniforms rs-40200, laptop rs-45600 (Total 2 lacs 4 thousand 350rs) all amount paid for my bank account to parmal adibasi account he branch is sbi station road ashoka nagar madhya pradesh. Next day mail for me your joining date is march 11 sent soft copy. Next march 8th mail for me yours joining date as changed april 25, next april 22 mailing last change your joining date may 20. But may 20 is fast is phone number [protected] is switched off whatsapp number [protected] is not available. Please i have requested to you check the attached documents put the case for frauds and my money to back for me please find out account holders.

                                  I travelled from jammu to delhi by flight no. Sg 161, jammu to delhi on 23 may 2019, pnr no. Db1kfg

                                  I booked a seat 11a after paying extra money as 'additional services'.

                                  I was shocked after reaching my seat at 11a as there was no window. (Photo attached).

                                  It is clear denial of paid services (No window seat after purchasing additional services). It was embarrassing for me infront of my family as i told them kids will get window seat.

                                    Me & my wife traveling to mumbai - kolkata on 19th may 2019 flight details sg 490, on 25th may 2019 sg 579 & sg489 named mr jitendra kadam & shraddha sukre.
                                    While traveling by your staff bag causes very much damage that is lock had been broken, wheels are breaked, from one side bag is also teared while this journey.
                                    For luggage care it is worst experience with spicejet.
                                    Looking for improvement for luggage care.
                                    The passangers who all are traveling through your flight will faith you.. They carry there valuable goods in that luggage... It is your responsibility to take care very much carefully. But the same thing makes us disappointing.
