Flight got cancelled without any intimidation. This airline company just walked away showing middile finger to his customer. A very negative attitude. No talk about inconvenience caused to customer and i had to pay thrice of actual price just because o[censored]naccountability of the airline because i had to reach to my destination. Bunch of people at counter reacts like it is not a big deal. Full refund does not gonna work can you pay for the inconveniences caused to me, only then we will meet again in future. Good bye for now and this thing will down the wire.

    I booked a direct flight from coimbatore to delhi (Sg8526) (Direct flight). It got canceled and got a prior information regarding it and rescheduled to connecting flight as stating there are no direct flights running between these places. The rescheduled flight is scheduled to depart at 12 pm, but it got delayed 3-4 times and finally departed at 5 pm. Actual connecting flight scheduled at 05:15 pm but due to delay in the actual flight, the connecting was changed to another and it was scheduled at 09:55 pm. The flight departed at the prescribed time and reached delhi at 27/04/2019 12:30 am.

    Issues:
    Total no. Of passengers booked tickets are 7, out of which 5 are physically unfit and aged too. The sole reason behind booking flight is fast (03 hours) and easy journey as many people are unfit (Because it will take a day on the train). But the direct flight got canceled and got to reschedule to connecting flight because the return journey tickets are already booked. Even it was a connecting flight the actual traveling time is 04 hours (Approximately). Thought 4hrs was no time and we can adjust, so booked the seats for both the flights by paying the additional charges.
    Firstly, the actual flight was delayed by 5 hours after issuing the boarding pass.in between which no services were provided (Refreshments and exact info. Regarding flight). Its basic rule to provide refreshments if the flight got delayed by 5 hours. As many of them are physically unfit already they are almost exhausted by the time they boarded the actual flight.
    Secondly, the connecting flight from mumbai was scheduled to depart from a different terminal on which the actual flight arrived. Its the responsibility of the airline management to shift the cargo between the terminals as we booked the connecting flights together. And they not even provided facilities for the transportation of passengers. As the connecting flight time was ticking, we are in a hurry to reach the other terminal to take the boarding pass of the connecting flight. As none o[censored]s are fluent in the local language of mumbai, faced severe problems during transportation (Traffic). And the time gap between the arrival of actual flight and departure of the connecting flight is very low, we are pushed to rush despite exhausted. As we are already exhausted waiting for the actual flight (05 hours), these hindrances made us almost sick.
    Finally, even the connecting flight was delayed by 20mins. And then we finally departed around 10:20 pm and reached delhi by 12:30 am the next day.

    *expected travel time for the flight we booked first 03:00 hours, actual time it got 12:00 hours (+2 hours, as we reached two hours before to collect boarding pass for the 12 pm flight).

    *no assistance was provided between this time.

    *no refreshments were provided.

    *no cargo shifting and travel assistance were provided for the connecting flight.

    Because of the delay and the lack of proper hospitality by the airlines made most o[censored]s sick throughout the journey, which resulted in devastating experience in our trip (One of the days we are almost spent our day in the hospital).
    So that our trip ended on a bizarre note.

    Tried complaining through spicejet customer care but there are unable to reach.

    So, we urge for the refund of the additional expenses we incurred during the journey and the connecting flight and the compensation for the problems undergone.

      Dear sir,
      I visited spicejet counter at domestic terminal 1d, delhi at 1610 hrs on 03 may 2019 to get bookings of two members (Mr tarun lal & mrs ira goswami) cancelled in pnr : qbgm7g (Delhi to dharamsala on 06 jun 2019 & dharamsala to delhi on 10 jun 2019). The spicejet official confirmed to me that my request has been accepted and the two bookings have been cancelled. Since there was no official confirmation on mail id (P. [protected]@gmail.com), i again checked for the same from spicejet official on duty at 1730 hrs. However, this time the lady on duty stated that the same is not possible being in restricted fare (Family and friend). It is categorically mentioned in the ticket that cancellation in r/o bookings made under this fare shall be permissible if minimum of four (04) passengers are retained in booking.in my case i am retaining 05 five passengers after cancelling booking in r/o two passengers only.
      Please help.

        I was traveling from bengaluru to kolkata in spicejet sg-741 on 19th april with pnr tftbsk which got delayed for more than 6 hours saying "delayed due to operational reason'". My return flight from kolkata to bengaluru was on 4th may in spicejet sg-713 with pnr yeyl3n at 8.55 am which got canceled without any reason and they rescheduled another flight spicejet sg-249 on the same date at 2.55 am with the pnr yeyl3n. Due to bad weather, airport was supposed to closed till 8am on 4th may but it was absolutely no reason to cancel the evening flights on the same day. They canceled the flight which supposed to departure at 2.55 am as well on 4th may and didn't gave any alternative direct flight to bengaluru fron 4th may to 6th may on convenient time, which is not justified. I got my rescheduled flight in 7th of may in spicejet sg-516. I'm traveling first time in spicejet and it's a really really worst experience from a customer's point of view. We are not getting the value for the money what we are paying.

        And spicejet's pathetic helpline number. It never get connected. Are they always experiencing high trafic? Or they bother to pick customer's call once and face them to give any solution?

          Dear sir/madam, my self mohammad nihal, booked spice jet flight (Sg 8475, pnr yfhuwn: 24 apr 2019 delhi-gorakhpur) ticket from delhi to gorakhpur to attend funeral ceremony (Scheduled at 5.30pm) of my father in law in siwan, bihar on 24.04.2019. I was going from abudhabi & booked domestic ticket with full confident to reached my destination on time. Please note that, the take off time as per schedule was 11.10 am from delhi and arrival time to gorakhpur was 12.55 pm, but due to miss management of air line, we could not attend the ceremony, as flight delayed more than 4 hrs.
          Since i was going from abudhabi with family by paying highest price of air ticket to attend the funeral ceremony of our family member, but due to airlines management failure, we could not manage to reach on time.
          First of all, we strongly advised airlines to avoid such a situation not to happen for any body else. Secondly, we have spend more than two hundred thousand for nothing. Since this is happened due to airline management failure, air lines has to compensate the amount immediately.

            Hello spicejet team

            I have raised a request on 23rd april about the refund cancellation of pnr:id23rq flight as my husband was stricken with typhoid so we couldn't able to make our flight which was scheduled on 24thapril from delhi to bangalore.

            1st call on 23rd april : spoke to spicejet executive, he asked to provide the medical proof over email to "[protected]@spicejet.com", i have shared the medical information on the same, i got a referrence no.03683118 in auto-generated mail saying they will get back in 2-3 working days.

            I have been waiting till 29th april, till the time no response.

            2nd call on 29th april: i have called again, one of the executive told we didnt receive your medical proof, i share the same right away on call, he confirmed he has received it and will get back in 2-3 days and shared new referrence no.03697977.

            It is 3rd may today and there is no response yet.

            Is this the pathetic services you are providing to customers???
            I am struggling for my flight cancellation due to unusal happening of health problem and you guys are not at all responding on this?

                My husband had booked tickets for us and our infant from dehradun to pune which was supposed to take off at 7:30 pm on 1st may. We usually take night flights so that our son can sleep through the travel. He was also not well and under medication. This flight got delayed by 3 hours. We had a connecting flight from delhi to pune at 12:30 am on 2nd may. Now this was going to take off from international terminal. On asking, we were told that we will have to take the luggage ourselves. Dehradun airport is very far from the city so my parents who had dropped us told us to cancel the tickets and take next morning flight but through every step during our interaction with your officials we were assured that we will be able to make it through the time crunch. We proceeded with the journey only after assurance that the priority tag on our luggage will send our luggage first to the belt and we will "find it as soon as we reach the conveyor belt". After that all we needed to do was to take the shuttle to the next terminal.
                So the flight took off at 10.40pm. We spoke with the air hostess about our luggage and requested to make sure that it reaches the belt on time. We were assured. On reaching the conveyor belt we got our luggage with the "priority tag" almost at the end. Then we rushed to the nearest spicejet counter and told the person there to inform the officials in the international terminal that we are heading towards the shuttle (Suggested by the officials in dehradun and the guy at the desk himself to take the shuttle) so to send someone at the terminal to guide us. We were assured. Well we boarded the shuttle and throughout we were getting calls from a particular number (Saved) about our whereabouts. We were telling everything and had no idea it will be so far. The person at the other end shouted abuses at my husband on requesting him to wait a bit longer as we were still on our way. Throughout the phone calls my husband, an eye surgeon, was very respectful towards this person addressing him as 'sir' and in return this guy shouts abuses at my husband. This took a toll on my husband and me when actually we are very calm people. Still my husband didn't shout back or speak rudely. On reaching the terminal no one was there at the check in desk or to tell us that the flight took off. We called up at the same number and on questioning the guy as to why he abused he obviously didn't agree that he did and in the end he said "ukhadle jo ukhadna hai" (Do what you what to do). Where is the decency?. Is this the way spicejet allows it's people to talk to the commuters? We missed our flight, our infant was sick, we were abused, the manager said that he understands why his worker abused!!! How can he justify something as gruesome as this!! "sir, he was under so much pressure to take off 108 passengers and you were asking for more time" and that we should have taken cab instead of shuttle. But we were assured all the way. Nobody told us before. He said her will be partially refunded and he can get us seats in the next 8am flight which would take off at 9am after one hour delay. Horrified by the past experience and after all the mental torture we respectfully declined the manager's offer. We took other airline flight that took off at 4.50 am. My son was upset in the flight and cried for most of the time. I cried as i felt helpless recollecting how my husband, a respectable surgeon, was treated and abused and handling a sick infant who was tired andall he did in flight was screeched, retched and coughed. There are tears in my eyes as i am writing this and can still feel the chills down my spine. I want required action to be taken and full compensation.

                  I travelled spice jet two times in last 15 days and got serious issue each time flight got delayed almost 2 or more hours. It seems spice jet is very casual everytime about informing its late. Both the time i really lost the purpose of visit and need to raise it as serious concern.

                    I was flying from bengaluru to delhi on may 1 at 10: 00 pm flight. I have reached before 2 hours only. After getting my boarding pass and security checkin. At the last time of boarding, i have been charged fraudly by two associates of spicejet. They didn't allow me to board until i paid them 1200 and denied talking with senior supervisor. They said i am last passenger and i will miss the flight.

                    Denied to measure the luggage also.

                    They took the advantage of last minute boarding.

                      I booked a flight from kolkata to Chennai for 1st May at 4.50 am. But that flight got cancelled and they opted for changing the flight. So I changed to 3 pm flight. But again that flight was delayed by 2 hours. Later at airport the flight was again delayed by 1 hour. So atlast I landed Chennai at 8 pm and I missed my bus from Chennai to kanyakumari. Also I wasted my whole day at airport.
                      Ticket PNR-G9KHTM from Kolkata to Hyderabad has been cancelled but I have not received any refund.

                      My flight which was scheduled to depart at 9:45 a.m from Kolkata to Hyderabad on 1st May 2019 has been cancelled and I was informed through a call that I would receive a refund. I haven't been refunded till now i.e 29th April 2019. I have attached the details of confirmation of tickets.Kindly look into this.

                        The flight sj 031 on 1/05/19 is extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. The flight to hong kong from indira gandhi intl airport got delayed by 5-6 hours and the ground staff didn't even show up also the staff in action is very rude. I hope you will take an action on this issue as soon as possible and also train your staff how to talk to passengers.
                        Mari 29.4.19 ki Goa to Delhi (8172) flight hai... PNR no.C86L4M... Aur flight 3rd time delay hai.. more then 8 hours... Jab customer time se ticket Ka paisa pay karta hai to etne hours ki delay Ka refund kon karega... I want my refund...

                          I have travelled from goa to mumbai on 1/05/2019 through flight sg 487. I booked the meal paneer masala in tortilla wrap but your crew members said you have to take veg sandwich.

                          My kids really don't like spinach sandwich. I requested them to provide the meal already booked in advance but they refused to give the same.

                          They said u give feedback as we will not provide the same and said i[censored] want to eat anything pay extra charges

                          Now i am travelling from mumbai to delhi vide flight no. Sg 154 dated 1/05/2019

                          I request you to arrange my pre booked meal in this flight

                          And if you are not able to provide the same refund my whole flight charges

                            I had a flight from hyderabad to kolkata via jabalpur on 1st may at 5:25am (Flight no. Sg 2941). During descending both the times, me and my fellow mates had severe pain in our ears and headache. I had flown several times so the normal uneasiness that is caused i am used to, but this was something painful and even after 12 hours of flight landing i am still having issues hearing and pain in my ears!
                            Flight no: SG3073 air condition was not working. Luckily the flight was from Chennai to kochi so we had to suffer for only an hour. This is cruelty to mankind and lack of responsibility. Please don’t be this sadistic. Thanks

                              My flight from bangalore to kolkata for 1st may sg 741 have been rescheduled to 1.10am which was originally scheduled on 7.20pm. I cannot take this late night flight and trying to contact customer care to change it to other flight. But no one is picking the call. I am trying since last 1 and half hour and it is really becoming frustrating now. How can spicejet have such poor service

                                Hi,

                                Spicejet flight sg 242 is already delayed by 4 hours in ccu airport but yet passangers do not have any idea when the boarding will start.

                                Many passangers have came from remote places and they are waiting from morning 7 am. Airlines should provide refreshment
                                To all passangers but that is not yet done by airlines. More to it passangers could have connecting flight and important meetings aswell.

                                Kindly take necessary actions against this airlines as passangers are literally harrased mentally and physically by this airline.

                                  There was article in paper that from 1st august flight will start from mumbai to darbangha and booking will start from 1st may but when i go to website darbangha is not mentioned and when i call customer care no one answers.                                       This is regarding my damaged baggage complaint with respect to the flight from delhi to mumbai on 23rd april.

                                      Firstly, i had given a baggage for check in labelled "handle with care" and "fragile" and the staff ensured that it would be handled well because it will be sent by a different way rather than normal loading of baggages. My baggage was damaged when i received it in mumbai airport (Pictures attached). There was a big hole and some of the items were missing

                                      Secondly, i raised a complaint with the spice jet concerned person and was promised a resolution within 48 hours (No resolution till now) (Agent id - bom/pooja parmar/125439).

                                      Thirdly, i have been trying to reach out on the helpline number provided but even if i call at odd hours, there is always traffic because of delayed and cancelled flights and the line gets auto disconnected after 10 mins of hold.

                                      Ridiculous and pathetic customer care service, i must say. Forget resolution and compensation being given to me on account of damaged luggage, there is no one to address the issue as well. The damaged baggage contained goods worth inr 20, 000.

                                      Let me also mention that the same flight was delayed for over 3 hours without prior intimation. We were informed at the take off time since the boarding hadn't even started.

                                      Request some one to urgently take this up and get back to me at the earliest otherwise will have to go for escalations because i need to be compensated for all the damage done to the goods and the callous attitude of the customer complaints team.

                                        I had missed my flight due to some issue... Spice jet customer care people misguide me... This is my second compliment... Without any resolution... It's showing like resolved...
                                        I haven't received my refund yet... This time i want full refund of flight booking charge from you guys.. Otherwise i'll complain to consumer forum...
