I had booked tickets online. The first time i used net banking and the payment was successful. But instead the page didn't load and went back to payment options. Again i had to process the payment for the same tickets this time using my card. And it was billed again. This error resulted in an amount of 8, 754 rupees being deducted twice. I booked these flights 30 mins ago on 9/5/19 from mangaluru to bangaluru.
I kindly request that the extra amount of rs 8754 billed be refunded.

    Hi, i had my flight booking on tuesday, 30th april'19 from new delhi to kolkata by sg272. Pnr:if59nk
    The flight was delayed by more than 4 hours. After endless calls to customer care numbers, i reached at the delhi airport (T1) to talk to them personally. I asked and requested the spicejet staff on delhi airport to switch me to some other early flight as i had an important exam in kolkata to attend. But of course there was no help form spicejet. After standing for an hour there, i finally convinced them to cancel my flight and refund me the money, which they agreed. Because of this i had to rebook another immediate flight to kolkata which was way too costly. The attendant at the spicejet counter told me, the full paid amount will be refunded in your account within 3-4 working days.
    Its been more than 10 days today and there is no sign of refund in my account. I tried to call the all the possible spicejet customer care numbers that exist on their website, none of them was able to connect me to the spicejet executives as usual. I had tried to connect to customer service before also, but its like they don't exist. This is the worst experience i have been to. I am not sure, where to contact for my money, do i need to go airport all over again for this reason. Is this the service and assistance they are providing to the customers. Please help me get my money back as i spent twice the money required for a travel and i am a student.

      Due to some family emergency I wanted to reach Delhi urgently and I booked a ticket for 09.05.2019 9.55pm with Spicejet, it first got prepone to 9.40pm which was manageable but now again postponed to 11.30pm.
      11.30???? Are you kidding me really???
      I want a solution to this asap (PNR - C88E2M) and moreover after calling us on airport at 11.30 they kept us waiting saying flight has not yet came.
      They did not started the boading till 1.30
      I finally boarded the flight at 2AM
      It is absolutely not fair to delay the flight by 4 hours.
      Flight was suppose to be taken off at 9.40 initially that's why I booked but it flew at 2 and I reached home at 5
      I sincerely request you to take strict action and help me with the loss
      This is not fair to keep your customers waiting, even the services are so slow

          I travelled by sg016 on 6/05/19 from dubai to ahmedabad. My seat no. Was 22f. I want to bring in your notice that i didnot receive one of my bag. I have already filled babbage irregularity report and they said i will get it tomorrow by the same filght around 5 am. But uptill now i didnot get any confirmation call.. I have called many times but they even dont receive my call... One they took the call and i got irresponsible answers from them that they didn't know abouty bag.. My report no. Is 9711.. I was having valuable in my bag around 50000.

            Pnr number : qdb1ud. This pnr number flight of spice jet from ahmedabad to vizag has been cancelled due to boing problem. After re - scheduling we are force to spend nearly 12 hours in mumbai. We are senior citizens with hypertension and diabetes. We can not stay so long near the waiting hall so we demanding the airlines people to provide lounge service at the cost of airlines. We came all the way to ahmedabad airport to meet spice jet office people by them we were advised to send a mail to you. Please considered is a urgent need and do provide the lounge. Thank you
            Today our slight sg928 delayed too much almost 4.5 hour. And due to that we have to bear our hotel booking at baglore cancelled.

            If flight is delayed everyday then they should reschedule flight timings.

              This letter is bring your attention regarding flight what i booked for family for 8 th june
              I live in jodhpur rajasthan and going to banglore for attend weddings for 8 th june in banglore
              I booked in total 18 tickets ahemdabad to banglore and also booked jodhpur to ahemdabad train ticket for catch the flight
              Today got message from spice jet for change the flight departure from 6 am from ahemdabad to banglore via chennai which arrive 5:40 pm instant 8am
              My all the wedding function for morning is over and that is so important for us
              We travel with all senior citizens and kids too.
              We need that spice jet make an alternative arrangement with another flight with same duration hrs direct flight or with another flight agency so we can arrive on time in same duration hrs
              Due to season price getting hight and this is very hard situation for me and my family. If we book another flight now we have to pay huge amount extra. Their is not at all our fault
              Plz make necessary action a soon as and make decisions so me and my family can get relief

                1) we 3 persons travelling from mumbai to delhi on may 07, 2019 at 07:20 flight sg152. We have corporate booking for meal but staff provide meal at the timing of landing.
                2) i was snizzing & ask hot water but staff provide it with meal.
                3) we check-in online by paying 350/- after showing window but actually there was no window.

                But offcoarse music & seats are better than others.

                  I would like to let you know the problems i have faced due to the delay of flight maa-vns (Pnr: ueyika) scheduled on 7th may 2019.
                  This flight delay caused me a year. I was going to appear in an exam for my semesters on 7th may but thanks to spicejet now i have to wait another year for my degree.
                  I don't know how you people manage to afford such casual behavior towards customers. It was a life event for me and now on i will make sure that no one, from my contact list, at least takes the spicejet.
                  Yet no apology call from spicejet.
                  Such a shame.
                  The Boarding time of flight ( Flight no. SG125) was 18:45 and it has been delayed by 2:15 min.
                  There is no good response from the staff of Spice jet.
                  They make us sit in the aircraft for more than 1 hour. The staff is not providing us any satisfactory. So irresponsive attitude from the the Spicejet.
                  Please look into the matter.

                    I am writing to share with you the difficulty i faced while traveling solo with an infant, which has led me to loath spicejet's quality of service and policies.

                    I travelled with my 11 month old infant last saturday from bangalore to kozhikode. I ended up choosing spicejet despite people warning me against it considering the reputation spicejet has with sudden cancellation of flights being just one among the many issues. I paid around 1500 for the infant's ticket which i am just not able to come in terms with considering the fact that i was not provided any infant friendly service. When i asked for a convenient seat in the first few rows to avoid ear pain in the infant due to pressure difference during take off and landing, i was asked to upgrade to spicemax by paying 1000 extra. My point is, if i even have to buy little extra leg space and a convenient seat in front row, what did i buy the infant ticket for!?. I do not get the choice of a convenient seat, i don't get extra leg space, i have to be stuffed in those tiny seats with a baby all over me throughout the journey inspire of paying 1500 for the infant ticket. So, ideally, what did that ticket buy me? Definitely not a seat, not little more leg space and not even the choice of a seat in frmiest few front rows. Where did my money go!?.. I felt looted and i am so frustrated and disappointed with spicejet, i am going to makw it a point to use all my sociu media accounts to share my experience and ask people to refrain from travelling with an infant in spicejet as it is a sure waste of money.

                      I am complaing that i have booked two tickets on 8th april 2019 from bengaluru to bagdogra for flight journey on 6th may 2019. The flight departure time is 15.15hrs and i reported to spice jet counter at 13.05hrs. The on duty staff told me the departure time has been changed and flight left from bengaluru. I have not received any message in my mobile no [protected] for changing of time and they have adjusted me for any other flights. My flight no is sg 759 and pnr no s5stul.
                      Please look after this matter.

                        Also he advised passengers to get down in case they r not feeling fine and rest could fly
                        And gave lame excuses for ac not giving cooling effect..

                          I have been flying with spicejet starting from last weekend. Two out of three flights are delayed due to operational reasons. The flight which was supposed to start from bangalore on 3rd may to calicut delayed almost 4:30 hrs which disrupted all my plans after reaching calicut. Again on 5th may the flight back to bangalore got delayed by 2:35 hrs when i am writing this complaint. Not sure how long this is going to get delayed.

                          Not travelling with this flight after today. Very much disappointed.😣

                            I travelled from dubai to calicut on 4th may 2019 in spicejet sg054. The flight which was scheduled for 04:10 pm took off at 10:30pm. It was 6 hours 25 minutes delayed from the scheduled time.
                            After we reached the destination (Around 4:00am), all passengers waited for over one and a half hour at the arrival hall to receive the baggage after which they announced that 40 baggages were not loaded due to weight restriction. They asked us to write down our address and they would send the luggage home.
                            I was supposed to write an exam in the morning (Which was also the reason for travelling) for which i could not reach on time and obviously was not permitted to write the exam.
                            Never going to opt for spicejet again. No value for the money we pay. Poor service. When asked for food, the passengers were asked to wait and corporate with the flight. Is this what we have to corporate to?
                            I had confirmed twice from the spicejet dubai office about the maximum permissible luggage. If 30kgs per person would create weight restrictions, shouldn't that be informed prior to the flight??
                            I also had perishable items in the luggage which is obviously going to go unused. Is this the service we pay for??
                            Aren't we supposed to be informed during the flight or atleast after the flight if the luggage was not loaded. Irresponsible staff and the service during the flight was also very poor. Very rude airhostess.

                              My flights from kochi - bangalore - port blair was cancelled due to the grounding of boeing 737. Travel date is 25th may.

                              I have opted for full refund amount, and it said the amount is refunded to agent. I paid for the tickets myself from goibibo and still am yet to recieve the amount. I have mailed you twice and got an automated response and i have been calling your customer line non stop and i have been waiting on call for nearly more than 15 mins. All flight tickets prices are increasing day by day and the more you delay in responding i am facing a huge loss
                              I need to know the status of my refund so that i look further into my travel plans.

                                I was told the flight sg167 dtd 04-may-2019 got cancelled due to technical fault. Full refund was agreed & i was issued another ticket on next day flight. I understand it was wrong information & the airline has tricked me since i can see on your site that the flight took departed bom & arrived cok on time & as scheduled. Why was i tricked? I need solid answer to this. I & my family (Including children) had to face lot of difficulty due to this.

                                  I had a flight yo catch on 4th may for mumbai to gorakhpur - 12.15pm was the deoarture time.

                                  As per the instructions, i should have reached one hour prior to departure. I was there in the queue for boarding pass since 11.15 am exactly. But i did not hear any announcements for gorakhpur flight. It was only announced for varanasi.

                                  When i reachrd at counter at about 11.40 am. The counter person was confused that how to take child's details. She wasted my 5 mins there and then whens he checked with some other staff, she said flight for gorakhpur is closed.

                                  I asked 100 times then to check once if its possible n i told that there was no announcement made here since 11.15. The announcement should have been atleast till 11.30 am.

                                  So i missed my flight and have to take other flight. This happened with 4-5 other co passemgers as well.

                                  Due to pathetic service by spice jet, i missed my flight.

                                  I have similar complaint for spice jet which i faced last year as well. I took the connecting flight from gorakhpur to mumbai via delhi but flight got delayed in gorakhpur and in delhi they said spice jet is not responsible for this as u have next go air flight.. But the flight was connecting as there was no direct flight then. Pnr was same for both still soice jet said we are not responsible.

                                  I hope some strict actions sgould be taken against this as its really causing a lot of trouble to passengers.. I will never prefer to take spice jet again

                                    Flight got cancelled without any intimidation. This airline company just walked away showing middile finger to his customer. A very negative attitude. No talk about inconvenience caused to customer and i had to pay thrice of actual price just because o[censored]naccountability of the airline because i had to reach to my destination. Bunch of people at counter reacts like it is not a big deal. Full refund does not gonna work can you pay for the inconveniences caused to me, only then we will meet again in future. Good bye for now and this thing will down the wire.

                                      I booked a direct flight from coimbatore to delhi (Sg8526) (Direct flight). It got canceled and got a prior information regarding it and rescheduled to connecting flight as stating there are no direct flights running between these places. The rescheduled flight is scheduled to depart at 12 pm, but it got delayed 3-4 times and finally departed at 5 pm. Actual connecting flight scheduled at 05:15 pm but due to delay in the actual flight, the connecting was changed to another and it was scheduled at 09:55 pm. The flight departed at the prescribed time and reached delhi at 27/04/2019 12:30 am.

                                      Issues:
                                      Total no. Of passengers booked tickets are 7, out of which 5 are physically unfit and aged too. The sole reason behind booking flight is fast (03 hours) and easy journey as many people are unfit (Because it will take a day on the train). But the direct flight got canceled and got to reschedule to connecting flight because the return journey tickets are already booked. Even it was a connecting flight the actual traveling time is 04 hours (Approximately). Thought 4hrs was no time and we can adjust, so booked the seats for both the flights by paying the additional charges.
                                      Firstly, the actual flight was delayed by 5 hours after issuing the boarding pass.in between which no services were provided (Refreshments and exact info. Regarding flight). Its basic rule to provide refreshments if the flight got delayed by 5 hours. As many of them are physically unfit already they are almost exhausted by the time they boarded the actual flight.
                                      Secondly, the connecting flight from mumbai was scheduled to depart from a different terminal on which the actual flight arrived. Its the responsibility of the airline management to shift the cargo between the terminals as we booked the connecting flights together. And they not even provided facilities for the transportation of passengers. As the connecting flight time was ticking, we are in a hurry to reach the other terminal to take the boarding pass of the connecting flight. As none o[censored]s are fluent in the local language of mumbai, faced severe problems during transportation (Traffic). And the time gap between the arrival of actual flight and departure of the connecting flight is very low, we are pushed to rush despite exhausted. As we are already exhausted waiting for the actual flight (05 hours), these hindrances made us almost sick.
                                      Finally, even the connecting flight was delayed by 20mins. And then we finally departed around 10:20 pm and reached delhi by 12:30 am the next day.

                                      *expected travel time for the flight we booked first 03:00 hours, actual time it got 12:00 hours (+2 hours, as we reached two hours before to collect boarding pass for the 12 pm flight).

                                      *no assistance was provided between this time.

                                      *no refreshments were provided.

                                      *no cargo shifting and travel assistance were provided for the connecting flight.

                                      Because of the delay and the lack of proper hospitality by the airlines made most o[censored]s sick throughout the journey, which resulted in devastating experience in our trip (One of the days we are almost spent our day in the hospital).
                                      So that our trip ended on a bizarre note.

                                      Tried complaining through spicejet customer care but there are unable to reach.

                                      So, we urge for the refund of the additional expenses we incurred during the journey and the connecting flight and the compensation for the problems undergone.

                                        I visited spicejet counter at domestic terminal 1d, delhi at 1610 hrs on 03 may 2019 to get bookings of two members (Mr tarun lal & mrs ira goswami) cancelled in pnr : qbgm7g (Delhi to dharamsala on 06 jun 2019 & dharamsala to delhi on 10 jun 2019). The spicejet official confirmed to me that my request has been accepted and the two bookings have been cancelled. Since there was no official confirmation on mail id (P. [protected]@gmail.com), i again checked for the same from spicejet official on duty at 1730 hrs. However, this time the lady on duty stated that the same is not possible being in restricted fare (Family and friend). It is categorically mentioned in the ticket that cancellation in r/o bookings made under this fare shall be permissible if minimum of four (04) passengers are retained in booking.in my case i am retaining 05 five passengers after cancelling booking in r/o two passengers only.
                                        Please help.
