Hi, i had my flight booking on tuesday, 30th april'19 from new delhi to kolkata by sg272. Pnr:if59nk
The flight was delayed by more than 4 hours. After endless calls to customer care numbers, i reached at the delhi airport (T1) to talk to them personally. I asked and requested the spicejet staff on delhi airport to switch me to some other early flight as i had an important exam in kolkata to attend. But of course there was no help form spicejet. After standing for an hour there, i finally convinced them to cancel my flight and refund me the money, which they agreed. Because of this i had to rebook another immediate flight to kolkata which was way too costly. The attendant at the spicejet counter told me, the full paid amount will be refunded in your account within 3-4 working days.
Its been more than 10 days today and there is no sign of refund in my account. I tried to call the all the possible spicejet customer care numbers that exist on their website, none of them was able to connect me to the spicejet executives as usual. I had tried to connect to customer service before also, but its like they don't exist. This is the worst experience i have been to. I am not sure, where to contact for my money, do i need to go airport all over again for this reason. Is this the service and assistance they are providing to the customers. Please help me get my money back as i spent twice the money required for a travel and i am a student.

If flight is delayed everyday then they should reschedule flight timings.
This much delay should not be done
