Srl diagnostic salt lake kolkata
I stay at a place 4 hrs away frm kolkata thus i planned to have test at srl salt lake and confirmed over phone that they shall release results on next day night via email but the failed to do so for 2 days consecutively stating that mumbai dept isnot releasing reports. Am i liable for that? Such an unprofessional act.
I had to cancel dr appointmnt next day and also miss my office

For 2 to 3 days.. Even at reception i cleared twice that they would be mailing me reports next day at night... Charging so high than rates for same test at other labs in city... But their fake promises and commitments we have to suffer... I had no other option than to leave my office and stay at rent some where.

Have reached out to SRL 3 times and was assured on a home visit all 3 times. In the last attempt I also requested for a reference number for the booking due to multiple verbal assurance and no turn up.

In the 3rd attempt I called up just before the arrival timing just to be told the technician is booked and cannot come.

If so unprofessional with thier timings and behaviour wonder what happens to the blood once collected. Wonder if the reports are accurate. Clearly I would caution people people not to go with just the brand. Something is wrong at SRL.

My wife has put application for australian immigration for which she requires a medical check up.
In 1st week of july 2016, max panchsheel (Dr. Jaya kumar n dr. Rommel tikku) reffered us to get the sputum test done from srl gurgaon after unclear xrays. Sputum test report after 2 months came out to be negative which means she has no tb bacterias n unclear xray could be because of some past infection or some other problems (Not specified).
However inspite of negative sputum report in sep 2016, dr. Jaya kumar in max panchsheel forced to give her tb treatment for 6 months. Which we did not agree however at one point of time we agreed n had undergone tb treatment for 6 months. (Same was advised by australian doctors as well, because australian doctors say what ever they are being informed by max doctors)
Medicines were supposed to be taken for 6 months in paper however dr. Rommel tickoo asked her to take medicine for 9 months which was against the tb medication standard and it was never recorded. They mentioned on paper that she took medication for 6 months whereas she was given medicines for 9 months.

After 6 months of regular monthly checkup n treatment, she was asked for sputum test again in march 2017 from srl.
After 2 months of test given, when we received the report in last week of may 2016, we were surprised because of positive reports.

Since she was asymptomatic from the day her treatment was started, she never got sick. She was 100%active through out this period n even before the treatment. She has been pursuing all daily routine activities n studies without any issues of tierdness.
We were not convienced of the results so we had done her bronchoscopy through max itself which came out to be negative. (As per dr. Jaya bronchoscopy can not produce the wrong results and will provide clear picture). Side by side, we had consulted other doctors in lucknow pgi and fortis doctors of pulmonolgy department for their opinion on my wife case.
All doctors outside panel physician have said that sputum test report can be cent percent wrong if not taken properly.
So we thought of getting another sputum test done through srl lucknow in june 2017, when she went for submitting samples of her sputum they refused to take n said she is unable to produce sputum n the sample contains only sliva hence they cant take sputum test on the basis of sliva which can produce contrary results then the reality & refunded our money.
(I would like to declare that first two sputum test dated july 2016 & march 2017, both were conducted on the basis of sliva only because my wife was never able to produce sputum after numerous number of trials since she was not sick at all.)

(Healthy person can not produce sputum unless he has cold/ cough or any other respiratory or lungs infection)

When we went back to max doctors both doctors (Dr. Jaya kumar n dr. Rommell tickoo) both said 'we can believe that reports are wrong but we will not endorse because we have collabration with srl labs n this is the question of our affiliation with immigration. We can not interfere in to the work of srl"n asked her to go for mdr treatment which is long, heavy & strong treatment of 18 months. When we refuted their statement, drs.in max said"either you go for treatment or withdraw your visa application."
You tell me how can it be fair to put somebody for 18 months of heavy treatment when that person is not sick or diseased at all.
Now immigration has also adviced for mdr treatment because thats what indian doctors has suggested.

I would like to rebel my wife case.

Kindly suggest.

Today i visited 03 june 17one of your lab in Indirapuram where i give my blood sample for medical test and also ask for send my report through mail but they didn't then i spoke to your cc dept 2, 3 times they are giving me false statements and after that they send mail after 2 hrs where report attachment is mising then i reply back then send after 4 hrs where they sent me previous dated report 27 may 2017. What you people are doing. Why customer will suffer because these mistakes. I will post this on social sites.

In srl lab for medical check up i was so embrassed after coming to know there are no proper sources for ecg... They took me here and there for it after that the staff sent me in an under construction hospital for it.. Which i being a lady didn't accept that situation and refused to avail this service... I think its so disgusting to be with this type of services and i will not be

Yesterday i book an appointment for sugar test both fasting n pp i called up on registered number given on your wrbsite. Your executive told me he will confirm around 8 that around what time he is going to come in the morning he did nt gave call n in the morning he just gave a missed call from his number and when i called back he said he is already left from someother place for sample with in fraction of seconds how can a person go and this same thing happened last time also with me.his contact no is +[protected] i must say i have never seen such pathetic sevice in the service industry when so much of competition is alreday there in the market

Dear sir,

I have given a blood sample to your begusarai (Bihar) collection centre (Health care services) on 17/4/2017 for test of bhcg in the name of sweta devi. For which they have charged me rs. 1450/- and hb % - 180/-.

As it was told by them that report will be provided on 19/04/2017 evening but i have received report on 20/04/2017 evening after so many calls and call centre complains.

As the report which you have provided shows that the report is normal and the lady is nonpregenent. But the same test had been done in patna (Bihar) on 18/04/2017 in maurya lab and there report show that the lady is pregenent with a more than 5 weeks baby, and ultrasound report which is done on 17/04/2017 in begusarai and also in patna, shows the same report that the lady is pregenenet.

All above query shows that, sweta devi as per your report is non pregenent on 17/04/2017 and from other diagnostics center
And ultrasound report on 17/04/2017 and on 18/04/2017 report shows that sweta devi is pregenent for more than five weeks of baby. So it is not possible that if as per your report sweta devi is non pregenent on 17/04/2017 and from other center report she becomes pregenent for more than five weeks in one day. This is not possible at all.

It shows that srl diagnostics center which is the biggest health care cenre had provided me the wrong report of sweta devi of bhcg.

Due to your normal report the patient was not gone under doctor analysis and now she is very serious and admitted in patna under dr. Usha didwania.

For this wrong report by srl diagnostics have to bear all losses and mental harassment done to me and i will go to consumer forum against srl diagnostics for providing wrong report of patient. (Sweta devi)

1. my mother is 89 1/2 years old and, due to age factors, she is not, at all, able to move from my residence (near art of living, kanakapura road) to lab of the command hospital. she is a case of diabetes mellitus and hypertension [on treatment from command hospital (air force) bangalore].

2. srl home collect service was contacted.[ my mother's reference no. is webhci-[protected]. as per message on mobile sms service, a female staff from pune contacted me on [protected] on 13 march 2017. she took all details regarding my mother and confirmed me for 8am home collect on 15 march 2017.

3. it is disgusting that no one has reported on date and time on 15 march 2017. despite so many calls to pune phone number, no one picked up my call till today.

I had a discussion with SRL customer care for booking a thyroid test (T3 T4 TSH) for home collection and they committed a charge of 375 (Either we go to lab or we apply for home collection) so we booked home collection from SRL for 16th Mar .

Lab tech. came to collect the sample and he asked for charges 475 so called customer care and asked for the reason to pay more money

They had responded nothing to me which is not expected

I am shocked and highly upset by the Private health diagnostics centre SRL Diagnostics.
I had given them a prescription and a form to conduct Rubeola IgG Test but she confirm and conducted another test termed as Rubella IgG.

After my doctor and my organisation discarded the test, I called them back and the lady said it was my mistake that I didn't show the prescription and form.

Also while collecting reports I was told that I didn't show the doctor's prescription while making the tests so they had prescribed my name in the advisor.

Such big blunders and not acknowledging has deeply saddened me and also the way of addressing a customer was also very rude.

I booked for home collection for Sunday morning...They told it's all booked...They requested for Monday morning..I accepted for it...When I tried to call concern person he is not ready to come...Again I contacted customer care they apologized and again requested me to change for Tuesday morning which is very irresponsible way of handling situation...
So please don't go for home collection service in SRL diagnosis..

On 27th Dec 2016 I had visited SRL diagnose center at Udyog Vihar, Sector-18, Gurgaon, Haryana.
For TSH, Liquid profile & ECG.
At the time of ECG I noticed machine calibration tag & inspection tag was expired.
I raised the concern to team & madam at reception.
Then they told me, machine is calibrated & tested but forget to replace the tag.
I requested to show the certificate, they shown be other machine certificate, trying to polish.
I clearly told the team you don't have the valid certificate.
No one able to produce the calibration certificate.

I have done my mom's test from SRL Prabhadevi and the result is Reactive. Again I have done same test from SRL parel and hinduja hospital mahim where the result is NonReactive.We were totally shocked due to their wrong result. I called customer care and filed complaint. When I asked center manager he behaving like he is unaware of everything. And talk arrogantly and totally irresponsible behaviour. He told m u talk to customer care I can't do anything.. It was not my mistake it was lab's fault. But for m concern person is centre manager. SRL has unprofessional and arrogant staff. If they are giving such a wrong test results then it'll be ruin someone's life. Because Dr'll follow test results and give treatment according to that. We have done same test thrice that's why I got real result. Plz SRL stop giving such a pathetic service and wrong results.

I have book for a home visit with SRL diagnostic which later got cancelled due to some incorrect test mentioned. So I had to book another one for which I have already made the payment in CASH.

Now the earlier one which got cancelled and for which refund needs to be generated has still not been done. I have been following up on the same from last 15 days but each time they are claiming that team is working and buying time.

As prescribed i have done my t3, t4 and tsh test from srl diagnostic on 6th october 2016 by the named mrs. Samreen kidwai patient i'd samrf[protected] at srl ltd, indirapuram hospital p ltd, indirapuram, gr floor a 24 4/4 ahinsa khand, near aditya mall, ghaziabad, they reported t3 177.49 ng/dl, t4 12.50 ug/dl and tsh 4.029 uiu/ml when i shown the report to my doctor she objected this is clinically incorrect report and requested to recheck the same as per her wordings (If t4 is high tsh can't be above 4)

Next i shown the report to the clinic and requested them to recheck t3, t4 and tsh and i am ready to give sample again but they confirmed we had sample store will get recheck and again in the evening they have given the rechecked only t4 and confirmed my report is correct

Instead of requesting again and again they have not rechecked entire report which includes tsh also

Then at last i was left with no option and again checked the thyroid profile from other renewonend laboratory and i was shocked my tsh which was earlier reported as 4. 029uiu/ml was actually 2.781uiu/ml my doctor was also convinced by the other laboratory report

Such big and trusty worthy brand srl gives the fake report my all perception for them has gone into vein and will not recommend any one in future to get their blood tested at srl

Hi,

I would like to complaint here about the services provided by the SRL diagnostics center. Today's morning (22nd Sept 2016) I have booked the time for PP Sugar test and at the time they first say that test cost will be 70 Rs and collection charges are 50Rs and we are agree for the time 1 PM.
For the confirmation, I have received the call from "[protected]" and the person says that the collection charges will be 100 Rs but after discussion he again say that they are ok with the 50Rs charges.
But the most unprofessional thing happened at after 12 PM that they reject to take the collection and says that collection boy reject to take the collection and he will be not available after 12 PM.
If they know that collection timing are till12 PM then why they confirmed that to take the collection at 1 PM.
This is really bullsit services given here, where no one can faith on this.
Please close such 3rd type services in delhi region.

The blood sample for chicunguniya test was picked up from my doorstep at 10:30am on 28th august 2016 by the saket, new delhi lab and i was assured the result would come by 8pm the same day. On 29th august after calling the lab more than 10 times, im told the result will only come after 5pm on 29th august. When i asked for my refund, i am told since the sample is under processing, a refund cannot be initiated. They actually want 36 hrs for the result when the usual time taken is 8 hrs or less by all other labs. Imagine the state of the patient suffering from high fever and eagerly awaiting test result to pursue treatment.

I have request for a slide of biopsy on 16/08/2016, as cancer was detected in biopsy, so the doctor needed for the examination. Today on 19/08/2016 nobody from srl knows what is the status. Calling since yesterday for status but Everytime they say we will call back and let u know, but no call comes. As cancer is a serious I'll, it should be treated as soon as possible. The appointment was of the morning 7:30 am in the morning on 10/08/16 from jamshedpur center sakchi branch has taken a appointment to pic the blood sample for lipid test but the guy has not reach in time n when i call the guy he talk in a very rough way as he is doing some favor to come to home for collection inspite of taking the charges. Its being quater to 9 but the guy has not been here till now. Its a bad services from srl n the staff r too rude.
Its a cheap experience to be with them
