      Two times i gave blood sample for a test, test invilid due to some issue from SRL LAB, still not get my paid amount back. SRL care also not replaying to my mail.

        This is to bring to notice for all customers who have trust in the company's diagnostic, that the company in mumbai is outsourcing the test to other labs without informing the customers.Those outsourced labs are charging higher amount . They are doing so with an excuse that they are over loaded with work.

        I fail to understand how a brand like SRL can do such things and who will take the responsibility and authenticity of the reports at the risk of patients life.

        This is certainly a cheat!!!

        I request all customers to check the ID of SRL diagnostic person before the test, in case of home visit.

              Hi,

              I have reached out to your branch at pandav nagar delhi for covid 19 test on 25th Sept 2020 . They said they will charge Rs 2400 for test and extra Rs 1000 for home sample collection for which they will not give any bill . Since I was not aware that you are not charging any extra fees I confirm them to and gave in total Rs 3400 for tests.They gave me receipt of Rs 2400 only. after few days when my friend consulted your another branch they said no extra charges are reqd. when I confronted the person at pandav nagar branch for the same he said he will not give any receipt .

                  We have called 100 times that lab but no one responded. During this pandemic situation everyone is scared for their loved one as we are also. We just wanted to confirm some reports from the lab. The only courtesy they can do is to pick the call and confirm about the test. We as the citizens of amritsar have put our faith in your lab this is the result we are getting. Your persons in lab is destroying your name and our faith in SRL DIAGNOSTICS.

                  Kindly please look into this matter

                    Hi,

                    I had booked an Complete care package and CBC test for my mother on 30th Sept through SRL app. But when the collection agent called and explained that I don't need to undergo so many test as CBC will only cover all my requirements, so proposed that he will come and collect the blood and will take cash/card payment on spot against cash receipt and later I can cancel this booking through app.
                    While my test went fine and got my report on the same day against my direct payment to the agent. I am still struggling to get my refund of Rs 2969 against order number MTH011223 . I have made multiple calls to their call centre number [protected] where I just get one reply that someone will connect with me and resolve. Its been 20 working days now and haven't got any update. Kindly help resolve this please.

                      Good evening,
                      This e mail is regarding the misconduct by your representative Mr.Sandeep, from field gunj branch ludhiana .
                      We had called him to get blood test done, initally he was in great hurry and did not carry Covid precautions, he asked for cotton from us and was really unhygienic.
                      Then later when i asked him about the package then he asked for price which was super high as compared to the packages on your website .
                      He said its all fake and person will come in 8 days after you book online and got panic and said he does not have time and has lot of inquiries and misbehaved and had to send him out of my home .
                      In this pandemic situation - a representative of your lab is expected to carry all safety measures of Covid-19 and such unprofessional dealings in not expected .
                      Would like to bring this act of today to the highest management of Srl .

                        Nearly 92 members from SBI, RACPC, Basavanagudi were tested for Covid on 23rd july 2020. Till yesterday reports were not provided. And after continuos followup, we received nearly 66 reports and 26 still pending even after 6 days. Apart from waiting for result so long it's mental torture to the member, their family and co workers. Hope you will understand the situation and revert back with the reports. We also understand the position you are undergoing now. Hope to get the reports today.

                          Highly dissatisfied with the level of service srl is giving us. First of all no body called for the confirmation and i had to follow up multiple times and then on the date of test appointment no body showed up either and again i have to call multiple times and the reply i got was that the slot was not available that's why no one called to confirm. Then when i asked to reschedule, they are saying i have to re-book. When they do not have home collection facility available then why there app is allowing to book home collection and also why customer care is asking to re book. They are just making fool of the customer and cheating big time.

                            I enquired for covid-19 tests at srl centers and most centers said there were no available kits. Then finally i got a call from srl who forwarded my number to someone who asked if i was looking for a covid-19 test. He came to my house for collection of sample and collected blood (I was not aware that covid-19 testing can only be done thru swab) and 3 days later i was given an il-6 test result which is just an indication of any viral infection and not covid in specific. I had been specifically looking for a covid-19 testing which was not done and the srl person collected inr 4000 for a test which shows nothing in specific.

                            Now when i call them, they are saying that this test shows if you have symptoms of covid-19 and that is why we told you its a covid-19 test and this will not tell you if you are covid positive or negative, that is only done in govt testing centers.

                            Not only is this pathetic service, this is fraud too

                              Registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Four patients tests were carried out simultaneously on 04 july 1:30 pm and three reports were sent on the 05 july but one report is still pending on 7th july.
                              Why is such a delay in reporting...

                                Hi sir/mam

                                This is is ref to the jhansi srl diagnostics center mr kamlesh kumar he had come home to collect the blood sample of me and mom 2 months back and till take has not given me the correct report and money receipt, he had charged us with 6500 rs. After too much nagging he had send me a report which does not have my name and my mom who is age 81 shows 51 i am not sure to what he has done or only edited someone report.
                                I want you to look into this matter before i officially go for a police complain.

                                  Hi i am sunny, came for cbc urine and fbs test of my wife who is 9month pregnant.. On 17 june around 10am the sample has been taken now its 19 but haven't got the FBS report.. Reason given that machine is not working.. I was having an appointment with the doctor on 18 evening 5pm..

                                    On 13th June 2020, I did a test from SRL Diagnostics, for Thyroid and Uric Acid for myself and my brother.

                                    The results showed as absolute normal which is a wrong report as we had tested for the same from another lab 2-3 days before that.

                                    The result is absolutely wrong as I have a thyroid issue and the result was never normal since I had it and I am not under any form of medication for the same.

                                    I complained to the respective people and they gave another report with some slight changes to fool the customers.

                                    They are passing on wrong lab reports to people by reluctantly checking it or by not checking it absolutely.

                                    I have sent them an email regarding the same but still there was no reply from their end.

                                    I want them to do a proper blood test or pay me back if its not possible by them.

                                      I had carried out vitamin d test on 20th may 2020 at gurmeet imaging, vashi navi mumbai. The said lab had charged rs.3800/ for this test vide receipt no r/2020/05/29/0004 for patient suvarna wani.
                                      I had enquired in another reputed lab charges of this test and got information that the charges of this test is rs.1500/.. Only
                                      Sir,
                                      1) pl let me know whether these charges are as per your company rate list.
                                      2) if the charges are taken in excess please refund me the excess amount at the earliest.
                                      3) if the charged rate is correct then why it is difference.
