Hi,
Am Ankita, I place 2 Order for COVID test and cancelled the same due to unavailable time slot.

I have attached my Order screenshot.

I already mailed multiple time to the given mail id [protected]@srl.in but there is no response.

Pls. Help with the refund immediately.

    We had given blood sample for D-dimer test (Rs.1600/-) on Sunday 18.04.21 in Goyal Medicos Gautam Nagar Delhi which is the collection center of SRL diagnostics.
    No report has yet been received even after full payment.

    Hence, I require full refund of the test performed.

      Hi,

      We got the COVID tests done from SRL, Dwarka, Delhi on 19th April, 2021. They mentioned that report will come within 3 days, and today is the 4th day, there is no update. Trying to call on [protected], but nobody is picking up the call. Tried [protected], but not picking up the call. In this condition also these people don't have courtesy to pick the call and respond properly. Will tweet Mr. Kejriwal, so that he takes an action on these people.

            I have made an appointment for corona test yesterday from greater noida, swarn nagri branch, no employee went there to take the test even they are not picking up my call.. they were supposed to send their employee around 10 a.m. and now am not getting any response from their side.. please help

              I gave two blood samples for my self and wife for blood test on 18.4.21 after it was confirmed by SRL that blood test report will be given same day. However, the report has not been given till now at 9 pm even on next day.

              Mr Sanjeev [protected] of SRL East Delhi also stated in the morning that there was some problem in my blood sample and it needs to be taken again. I informed him that I will not give further sample and do not give me test report, now surprisingly he stated that test are being done ! Is it some fudging of my blood report?

              You have charged rupees cash 16000 for blood test but did not give receipts so far despite my repeated requests. And now even not accepting my calls ?

              Very unethical practices are being adopted in tough times of Covid by Sanjeev and your company which is highly regrettable.

              The reports of Corona tests were give today on 19th when samples were taken on 15th. I can understand the delay in this test due to load but when you have repeatedly confirmed that blood test there is no queue and report will be given same day, it is not given till night of next day !!! What is the purpose left now for this.

                I took a covid-19 test from SRL Diagnostics on 14 April 2021. They were supposed to give me my report in 24 hours. It has been 5 days and I have not gotten any report. The people from SRL are also not responding to calls.

                  We took complete care package worth Rs.3399/- for our family of 4 people (1. Pavamanaprasad Athani, 2. Shalini Deshpande, 3. Bhaasita Athani 4. Nesara Athani) and opted for sample collection at home. SRL technician collected our samples yesterday 16th April at about 7:45 am..We have recieved reports of 3 people but report for one person "Pavamanaprasad" is still pending.
                  I have been calling since afternoon for the report of Pavamanaprasad athani..Your representative on phone is falsely assuring that it will be sent for the last three follow up calls made since today afternoon but even now I havnt received the report..This is emergency and we need the report urgently. Consider this request as a priority and pl share the report immediately

                    My daughter's swab was taken on 12th April 2021 and today is 16th April 2021. Neither I have got any negative report nor I have received any call from BMC. I am absolutely clueless about the status of the result. They are not even giving me the reipt for the collection of the swab. The swab was taken from kandivali west from SRL franchisee on Mathuradas road, Kandivali West, Mumbai. I need immediate status of the report. Absolutely pissed off with service. The Customer care doesn't even bother to pick up the call.

                    Please help us with the above concern.

                        I have opt an evergreen package of Rs 1999 on Sunday (11th April) i have paid the full amount through Paytm and booked for home collection and slot was 10 to 11 Am.
                        I suppose to get a confirmation call on next day(12th April), I waited till afternoon but unfortunately I didn't receive any confirmation call so, I have to cancel my order . But till now i didn't receive my refund .

                            We have given samples for RT-PCR on 10th April on 4:11 pm. But it is 6th day when we have not get our reports which is the seriously matter of concern. Without knowing the reports, how can we start the treatment. Due to such a delay, who is responsible for any mishap if occurs. My department is asking for report, if I am in COVID. And as it not provided to me then it is not possible for me to submit the same to my department. Concerned persons at indore are not properly answering whether the reports will be available so that we can start the treatment.

                              I have yet not received my test report for Booking Reference CUD028904. The Covid test was conducted for myself at 10:59 AM on 13/April/2021, but even after 42+ hours now, the test report has not been provided. Customer care department is totally non-responsive. Calls made to the never get connected to any executive and emails written to them are never replied. I fail to understand what is the problem here, when the company claims that they have 24 by 7 testing centers and when every other lab is providing a report in 24 hrs. Ad this is when the test is pre-paid!

                              This is our worst experience as far as Covid test report result availability is concerned, that too against such a big brand name. The trust factor is completely lost. Sample was collected from my home in Gurgaon. Please help get this resolved on priority.

                                    This is to being your kind notice we had conducted RT PcR test on 10 April 2021 & still we have not recieved our report
                                    on calling customer care number there is no response
                                    on calling vasai center they are saying it's not there lookout
                                    test is conducted for senior people, with health issues
                                    such kind of ignorance & pathetic service is not expected from organization like SRL

                                      Please note that the Covid test was conducted for my nephew Ashwani kumar chauhan and Soni chauhan at 3:59 pm on 10.04.21 but even after 40 hours the report is not provided. This is our worst experience as far as Covid test report result availability is concerned. The sample was taken from our home in Gorakhpur.

                                        Rt pcr report for patient jagruti thakkar mobile no [protected] and Ma an in I thakkar . sample submitted on April 8 2021 morning 8 o clock . No report received till now and when we are calling on customer care health advisor is saying we have received sample today morning and it will further take 24/48 hrs. already it is more then 60 hours .

                                        Why was sample not submitted for 2 days .
