Generated Covid -19 report of this detail is NEGATIVE as per SRL lab report.
But, SRL lab had informed ICMR as positive report. The government authorities has informed me that this patient is positive case.

I got myself tested and got to know that i am suffering from thyroid and need to take a lifelong medicine but before that to be assured I just got myself tested from dr lal path labs and got to know that i never suffered from thyroid... Seriously if I started the medicine then what will happen......

I have raised the complaint again for refund case no 477155 on[protected] even after raise complaint till now their is no refund

Every time when i call the customer care they say 5 to 7 working days its been almost 14 days but no refund

The customer care people and floor managers says they will call back me to get me the update till now no one turned up every time by myself i need to call them and get the update...

I would request to refund my amount ASAP... its been 15 days now just waiting for the refund

I am so sick and tired o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of srl..They didnt do only one test report and after repeatedely asking them to refun, they did so after 10 days..There are much better and more professional labs than srl..Please dont waste your hard-earned money and mind on this lab..I want to delete my account..Help me delete my account..

This is regarding my test i booked for my mother in law from SRL on 25th feb 2022 for anti-TPO antibodies..It was written on the site that result will come in 48 hrs..Its 4th March 2022 no report has come..Not a single person called and informed me also about the reason for delay..I was making repeated calls to SRL..And every time new agent (Himanshu or Samarth or Hamna) picked up my call and i had to reiterate my issue over and over again..I asked for refund that also they are making me roam
in circles..Such horrible treatment they have given me as a senior consultant in Safdarjung Hospital..plz lool into this message

On 21.02.22, My wife gave blood sample to VCARE for sending to SRL diagnostic for blood test " CBC" . I was told that the report will be available by evening.
AT 1500 hours, I enquired of VCARE about status of my report . Screen shot was shared stating " Pending Accession"
At 1807 hrs, I received what's app post on my registered mobile pdf file enclosing report which can be opened through password.
I did .
To my surprise the report contained" SAMPLE NOT RECEIVED".
It was socking with a feeling of breach of trust by SRL. If at all it was not received, I should have intimated in time but what was fun to wait till evening when I had no alternative.
It is strongly requested to fix the responsibility, identify erring staff and check him out of service to avoid recurrence of such service.

It's been 8 days until my wife's blood drawn for testing at 25.01.2022, till now red ruptured rashes are seen from her left hand.
When we go to the shop the shop guys give a deaf ear to us.
I want some clarification on how this could be done and what needs to be done now for this misbehave upon taking blood samples from a patient.

I want immediate answers, and how such a so called big company can employ such idiots to run their shop and company, I want viewable actions taken for this mater right now.

Also to add the person who drawn the blood is such a coward as he does not want to show his face, and when my wife goes to the shop she got thrown out and misbehaved with by saying to her that she should put ointments over there instead of clarifying what had gone wrong and what they should do to compensate in this case.

I got my Double Marker pregnancy test done via SRL lab who gave wrong report of existing risk as per the test. The journey with SRL after that has been pathetic. Had to follow up multiple times to get the report corrected. When got no positive response we went ahead with NIPT test as suggested by doctor after looking at the SRL report. The NIPT report however confirmed of no risk in pregnancy and also SRL accepted of the mistake made by them. Again after hundreds of followups was able to get my case looked at by Prachi Kaneri, Executive - Customer Care from Goregaon(W) Mumbai location. As she mentioned she followed up with concerned team and made them agree to refund the NIPT charges Rs. 14000. We were asked to provide cancelled cheque to process the refund, after which Prachi completely disappeared from the scene. Neither she is responding to emails nor anyone is able to arrange a callback from her or her department. Since the only channel for customers to reach SRL is the customer care department, have been calling numerous times only to repeat the story to every single agent that picks the call each time and get an assurance of callback from Prachi or her department.

Never expected this kind of irresponsible and totally unprofessional behavior from a reputed lab like SRL. This incident has made me lose faith in the lab and also tell everyone I know of not to go to SRL.

I am expecting a prompt refund as promised on the account details already received. I will be left with no other option but to take up this issue legally if this is again getting delayed

I took my mother to SRL lab, Ranjit avenue, Amritsar today for some tests . As a routine matter, I handed over the doctor’s prescription to the person at the reception . I paid what he asked me to pay . Afterwards, I saw that he made me paya Rs 1200 more . He charged me for the tests I didn’t ask for . Why would I come back to SRL if such things happen ? I hope that this would not go unpunished, the concerned staff should be terminated at this very moment . I am attaching copies of reports and doctor’s prescription . The tests with ☑️ were the one I had to pay for, rest are those for which I have been wrongly charged .

It is intimated that officials deployed in SRL diagnostics at Civil Hospital Joginder Nagar district Mandi Himachal Pradesh do not behave well with people and not execute their work fastly. They are doing their work with partiality. To whom they know, they do their work on priority basis. They are jeopardizing the name of SRL diagnostics. They have the procedure that they will provide test report of whether it may HB test or other small time consuming test, in fix time they have their own schedule.
I have faced 3 to 4 times these officials having same attitude. Today on[protected] in the day shift. Same officials have repeated same instance again.
It is therefore requested to take strict action against these officials and terminate them to protect the name and fame of SRL diagnostics.

Home collection AHCP Neeta Chauhan ([protected]) collected samples of My family and I - 3 members on 6th January, 2022 at 8 am ; immediate Gpay was done with Rs. 2100 . Until 8th January, 2022 there is no invoice mailed even after constant followup. The medical report is still pending even after 48 hours .
As per customer care, the sample got registered on 7th January, 2022 at 9.50am

When followed up last on 8th Jan at 11. 30am; was told to file complaint at customer care as they can't help either with invoice or with Medical report .
If you cant deliver on time forget reports even invoice ; please refund amount immediately.

I have booked a home collection test for my Aunt and Uncle who are old and live alone. Both are experiencing Covid symptoms and have co-morbidities.

As per SRL website time slot availability, I have booked for RT PCR sample home collection for both of them and already made the payment online.

Now we have been informed that all slots are full and a home collection could only be possible tomorrow i.e after 24 hours.

This is preposterous, as we booked the appointment only as per the time shown on the SRL website.

If the slots are not available then you should not take payment from us in advance by making false claims.

I need the issue resolved ASAP.

I am Dr Avina Pokharna.I had got COVID RTPCR test for me and my mother Dr Vimla Pokharna on 4/1/22 at 7.30 am in morning...Its been more then 48 hours...We haven't received the test results yet..m
Very disappointing and annoying service by SRL labs...If lab cannot process reports on time...they should not have taken the sample...
Ridiculous service as such delay in report of COVID RTPCR is not acceptable...A lab as established as SRL should understand its capacity to process the sample and should take tests booking only when they can deliver the report on time...
Very distressing experience...

SRL diagnostics centre Uttarpara, Bally whose phone no is[protected] charged rs 1300 for RTPCR for home collection where as SRL diagnostic charges only rs 950 from client for RTPCR test for home collection. This type of cheating is going on. If a person is unknown about the charges then they make fool them.
Please do needful against this type of cheating

I am 44 years old, and I am suffering from major pain and going though various test to diagnosis the problem.
I choose SRL because of their reputation and as my treatment depends on test results. I have gone for "AIH Profile Plus" (Accession No: 0071UL000003) test dated 1 Dec 2021 and as per SRL result report is Positive, and my doctor asked for further Liver Biopsy test based on report and started medicines. I have visited Max Hospital,...

Sample for Covid19 PCR given on 30th Dec 1pm, report not received. Is 4:30 pm on 31st Dec now and I have to catch my flight. We have called SRL customer care several times but nothing happened.

I had booked a rapid rtpcr test for both my sons at the arrival at the international airport mumbai. I paid rs 3900 per test, vs the regular rs 700, only because the website says that the report will be ready in 30 minutes. in the first case the report came in 1.10 hours, and the second time almost two hours. They are probably charging for the rapid test and giving the report in the regular test time . Kindly ask them to give a compensation for the inconvenience.
