I went to the SRL lab VARANASI, Lanka, 221005 but the employees behavior were so bad to the customer include patient...Their language were so abusive...
Those people make the patient wait a lot...
He keeps on talking nonsense while sitting on the chair...They do not do any work properly...next time I will not prefer SRL lab...for only employees' behavior...they abuses alot...[protected]
this number belongs to which employee, He is very bad..uses abusive language with the patients. ..You'll have to take serious action against them...thank you...

    I give my home sample on 14 October 2021 for C-Peptide test and now on 16 October I still not received my report, my appointment with the doctor on 16th October, when I visit the lab physically they told me that there is a technical issue and for the same you have to give the blood sample again. I told you that I'm a patient of hypoglycemia as well as hyperglycemia, to me it's not easy to give blood sample again and again, Your Lab is one of the most genuine lab in india, this type of behaviour is not good for your upcoming future. Now tell me what should I do ?

      I went to PRINCE PATHO CARE, JAGAMARA, KHANDAGIRI, Bhubaneswar, which is working for SRL, for a simple malaria parasite test report which costs Rs 150 as per on line SRL charge, but this Prince Patho Care Lab charged Rs 470.
      The report came negative mp.
      Please, take necessary action to return my money.

        Hi,

        On 04 October 2021 I gave my Blood sample for test at 11 am and i had appointment with doctor at 6pm. At 6:30 i got a call from lab and said machine is not picking up sample so come tomorrow again for sample.Then I called owner Mr Sanjeev Bhatia of Lab and he said its a human error and haven't refunded me amount. Address of lab is : Booth No.81, behind Gopal Sweets, Sector 125, New, Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Punjab 140301.

        Very Unprofessional I will complaint the same at Medical Council of India for negligence and and not refunding the amount.

            Sharifpura branch srl diagnostic phlebotomy is not good as i say worst she wouldnt knw how to take blood samples and also not responsible for samples of patients. I request you to take serious action as i personally a pharmacist nd we r here for curing patients health not worsening them.

              I had booked an appointment online on 08/09/21 from your website, paid an amount of Rs. 3474/- I informed customer care, I was told since I didn't get the order ID the payment was unsuccessful.
              The appointment got confirmed on the call, the next day I swiped the card of Rs.5780/- (for 2 people). There is excess payment of Rs. 3474/- made in your account. Kindly confirm the same.

                I got blood tests done from SRL, sultanwind gate, Amritsar on[protected] for creatinine, blood urea and uric acid. But when I got my report online creatinine test was missing. I made a call to lab attendant. He repeated test on[protected]. Today is[protected] but still I didn’t get my report. My doctors appointment is delayed due to this. This is case of negligence.

                  Today is 9th Set and i am yet to receive the complete report. I've been running around the person whom i contacted ([protected] - Mr. Kamal) for the outstanding reports, but he's stopped responding. I also messaged at [protected], the no. you proudly display on internet to contact. They too are not responding. They asked the patients name and then vanished.
                  i've been getting tests done from various labs since last few years and i've never seen such poor and careless handling of customers since i came in touch with you recently.
                  Needless to say that i will never use your services ever. I will also ensure i stop as many people as i can from doing so. I will use every platform available to report this, for sure.

                    Its been more than 24 hrs, i haven't received the report
                    How do i start his treatment for covid without reports
                    He is a senior citizen, 70yrs age
                    And atleast the lab should provide verbal report, whether its positive or negative, just so the line of treatment can be started
                    I being a Doctor is facing such an issue from ur end
                    The treating physician is fedup asking me of his reports
                    Atleast fpr COVID reports this is not expected

                      Hii, , , my name is gurwinder, yesterday I gave sample for renal /kidney panel 1, at 9:30 pm with accession number 0080UHl010549 lab PPL told me to collect report in the morning. I gave both blood and urine sample as told by the technician. Today I got report but in that they have mentioned urine sample not received. I called staff there and they started making excuses. This is not the first time I got disappointed from Srl this is my second chance. I requesting u to please look into the matter and enquire about it. Previously last year they gave me 2 different report o[censored]rine culture. This is not expected from such a big so called brand SRL.

                        I had booked blood testing packages for 2 of my parents on 5Aug, Booking ID CUH005628 and CUH005625. I have paid `7000 Rs for testing's and given confirmations of online payment by email. Results were promised to be given in 24 hrs .
                        SRL people started fooling around, saying that they have not received any email, they cannot send any email, their systems are facing problems . They asked to contact Whats app number to receive reports -just another way of fooling around. On making rigorous followup, SRL people ( Priyanka Gomes and Mr Himashu ) on every day on 7Aug, 8Aug and 9 Aug, still promises were made that reports will be shared.
                        On 9th Aug afternoon ie 5th day after the blood collection, Priyanka disclosed that the samples have not been tested by the lab and the payment was not received in time. Till this time there were no attempt from SRL to inform me, on top of that SRL people started approaching the patient for repeat sample collection to hide their lapses.
                        To escalate this issues I insisted to speak to their hire bosses, and they kept me waiting on the call for more than 1 hr today (9Aug)
                        They have taken the money and did not bother to either test Or to repay the money. On every occasion they have been highlighting that they are facing some challenges to email or calls .
                        Their services are purely pathetic and unprofessional.
                        I wish that SRL diagnostics should stop their services and stop looting & fooling consumers.

                          Yesterday I booked home visit for kidney related tests with SRL and a technician called Manish Rathod Kartavya came today morning. He said that he was not vaccinated and neither had RTPCR tests done. So rather than collecting blood sample, had he been sent to transmit virus?? Very severe violation of norms by a private path lab of repute. Treat this as urgent . My son has to get his tacrolimus test done and these kind of technicians are sent!!
                          I hope I will not have to resort to social media

                              The report seems erroneous. The confusion where the SRL Kolkata people were unaware as to who has made the sample collection itself is very questionable. Till 1:38pm when I received the call SRL Kolkata they were unaware of the collection for these tests. Therefore, it can only be assumed that they were not able to see any records in their system for the same. The readings in the report also seem very inconsistent with our recent tests from SRL itself.
                              Furthermore, the sample drawn time in the report is incorrect, the sample was collected around 8:30 am but in the report it is mentioned as "DRAWN : 03/08/2021 12:34 RECEIVED : 03/08/2021 12:34 REPORTED : 03/08/2021 16:43"
                              How can you change/manipulate the sample collection time in the report by so many hours?

                              This is very disappointing and casts a huge shadow on SRL's credibility with tests and accuracy/reliability of the reports.

                              Please treat this as MOST URGENT and arrange for the same collection and tests to be done again in a proper way at the earliest. Your immediate action is awaited.

                                    Did a test for DIF - Skin from Bio- Asha, an authorised collection center of SRL Diagnostics at Kolkata on 25-June -2021.

                                    The sample was supposedly sent to Mumbai and was promised a delivery within 5- 7 days.

                                    Full payment of Rs 4950 was made on 25th June

                                    Now on repeated follow ups, Bio Asha is not able to track or update any status or expected date, which is adverly affecting my treatment for pemphagus vulgatis.
                                    They are unable to share any order # or accession # with which I could have shared in the App.

                                      The Blood collection personnel has been completely untrained and has ### the patient(My Father) multiple times giving dark swollen bruises.It is very disappointing that a Trained Phlebotomist was not sent and Patient's health was hampered. It is an ethical Issue and was not expected from a trusted Lab like SRL.
                                      I am raising a complaint because this kind of pathetic blood collection was done thrice (SRL Lab, Royal Palms Goregoan East)even after complaining to them for a better Phlebotomist or registered Nurse.I am a healthcare professional too and cannot tolerate this kind of inhuman behaviour.
