Ur a/c bus numbering ka51, d9406 has been kept switch off due to the driver along with cleaner dinner at 12 midnight for 20 mins dinner. We most of the passengers are suffering inside the bus due to the suffestication - this cause might lead to death of the passengers and request to take the corrective actions immediately.

Even the helpline person rajesh is joining the hands with driver and cleaner on switching off the bus.

    I had booked a bus from bangalore to kozhikode for 13th april 2019. Pick up was scheduled at 8.15 pm. I was there at 8 pm. There was no one at the counter, there was a guy running around with a sheet outside, he asked me to wait inside and said bus will come. At around 8.30, a guy who was waiting with me got a call and ran out, i took my luggage and followed him. But by the time i reached bus took off, i banged on the door to stop, one passenger saw me and might have even told the driver. But they did not stop. When i went back to the office, suddenly there was a guy at the counter. He was not there at all for half an hour since i came. I asked him why no one announced in the office that bus was waiting far away. I realized my number in the ticket was wrong. But at least people should tell the waiting people that bus is starting. And the bus is parked no where near the office. I had paid 1100 for that ticket, which i expect to refunded. It is pure negligence of the office in charge

      Bus driver and workers are too rude.. Bus departure time was at 7:10 from anandrao circle and they started around 7:45 to reach yashwantpur they took one hr and we reached around 8:45 and stayed there for 20 more min. On asking they were saying it's not their problem.

        Horrible experience ever!!
        I waited in the boardin point almost 20min prior and i have not recieved any call from d driver if m der in d boading point or not, my bus was at 9 15pm, i reached der before 9pm n i kept on waiting n around 9 30 i calld d no in which was mentioned in ticket n he told me bus is on d way. I still waited der n again when i called around 9 45pm they told me bus had already left,
        How irresponsible d staffs r, i was d only lady waiting der n it was really tuf tym for me that night

          A purple color trolley bag is suspected to be left in the luggage compartment of the bus while taking out the luggage at wakad ginger hotel stoppage pune, when i got down there today at 1pm. Since i had a lot of luggage with me this one bag got missed!

            I am travelling from kolhapur to ahmedabad in bus number ka 01 aj 6826, an arrival time according to your sechdule is 8:45 am today but still at 9:55am we are 179 km fare away from ahmedabad. I don't find any traffic in road or in city at night such as pune and mumbai but than also why bus is getting this much delay. I am a business person and i want to reach my destination with particular time. But your bus bus service worst because no body is carrying for time. If you are good business people that surely take some step on this. Otherwise you will loose your customer, your choice.

              TV, Charging point, Light was not working, asked driver for resolution, he refused to help. We called helpline number he also refused to help and disconnected our call, very bad service from srs, Give all the money refund to us ASAP. We will not suggest SRS to anyone, they refused to give refund also and driver said you had not given money to money

              after two day they will increase the price 1485..this is too much ..even that day not friday ..even it is for saturday..

                I’m extremely dissatisfied with your worst service. You guys seriously have problems if we come late and your bloody driver abused me to the core for coming early. Teach that illiterate useless man some basic manners before hiring such scoundrels. God damn you guys. Never ever gonna travel by this bus again. I used to always use this service when i used to travel to mangalore. Well this was the last because of your bus driver’s dirty scoundrel behaviour for yelling at me. The vehicle number is ka01af0554 scania bus and timing of 11:30pm gandhinagar. I saw the bus on my way to gandhinagar which was just another 1km away but i stopped and thought of boarding the bus as i saw it there anyway and knocked on the door and the driver yelled at me loudly in such a cheap way. Srs teach your drivers how to behave properly to customers. I paid to travel and it’s not you guys who paid me to travel by your bus and this is what your driver made me feel so. He asked me to go to gandhinagar when i asked him to let me in. Is that the way how you treat a customer? Teach that good for nothing man or take an action against that # if you really value or give a damn about your customers

                  Hello,

                  Bus number ka 42 9560 was suppose to depart at 10 pm but left at 11 pm. Right from the beginning both the drivers were driving very fast and rash to compensate the time. At 4.30 the driver ramped the vehicle into a truck and we almost survived a rollover.

                  When called to the helpline number, they didn't respond well and stopped speaking after a while.

                  The driver says that he didn't sleep for more than 24 hrs and he was forced to go for this trip and he was traveling to this route first time as this was an extra bus left.

                  Is this how srs travels risks everyone's life??

                    The bus finally reached panajim at 12.10 p.m. The bus loaded with goods in Bangalore and unloaded at Madgao. It was standing in Madgao bus stand for appx half an hour. I need strict action against this. All my further plans has been cancelled coz of being late. Also they should update the correct Arrival and Departure time on the various Bus booking apps.

                      I have booked srs multi axel sleeper mumbai to bangalore. The pickup time is 21:00 hrs reached at 30 min late and estimate arrivals time to bangalore is 14:00 hrs, right now time is 17:15 hrs, the bus still 2 hrs from destination point, without any stuck or jam,

                      Kindly request to all website service providers and srs bus management review above matter and resolved the such a issue,

                      Dears passengers don’t book srs upper seats there is no spaces for sitting its is very horrible.

                        Srs travels bus complying for dxc technologies route no. 4 vehicle number ka 01 ac 2063 hit our car baleno from behind while taking changing lanes from left to right rashly, date 7th march, time 7.20 am, plan btm main road bangalore. It hit the rear door, caused a big dent, paint peeled off. Thankfully our kid wasn’t riding else it would have hurt her. This was sheer ignorant and rash driving. The driver and his supervisor behaved rudely, non apologetic and dared my husband to complaint in police. If corporate drivers behave this way, it is not acceptable. It will cost us a lot to repair.
                        Please take proper and immediate action against ignorant driving and rude behaviour.

                            I booked bus ticket from chennai to theni on feb 9, 2019 on srs travels using by paytm. Paytm site automatically took gender is female, but i didnt noticed that and bi-mistakenly i selected seat near ladies seat. I didnt noticed this useless paytm matrix.

                            On feb 9, 2019 i catch the srs bus and went to up to perungalathur toll gate and conductor not checked properly about this issue while boarding. After reach the perungalathur toll gate he noticed and he said get down here without any prober discussion, but i requested conductor please change the seat or drop any main bus stop. But he is behaving like adamant not hearing my voice properly. He dropped near perungalthur toll gate without considering my voice. I am not able to get any buses there. Conductor behave like rowdy and he is not ready to here customer voice. Also conductor ask paytm and we are not responsible for anything.

                            I lost my bus fare 650 and got mental depression because of the useless guy (Conductor). This is not right way to deal with any passenger and srs travels giving training to bus conductor.

                            I have summited complaints to srs travels and paytm about that conductor behavior. But they are didn't take any proper action against that person and not giving any solution.

                            Paytm and srs behave like dumb and i called no of time to ask about this complaint paytm, but they are telling "we gave rs130 paytm cash that's it" please use that and that is our action like that.
                            Paytm and srs travels playing with customer safety.

                              I booked the ticket from tirunelveli to mumbai on yesterday.[protected].
                              Vehicle noka 01 ae 1801.
                              Seat no 35. Bus schedule time is 21.50.
                              But i reached to 10 minutes late.
                              Before that i informed to travel agency person and drivers also.
                              They are not waiting and the bus was moved from tirunelveli.
                              Again i catch another one kpn bus and i was tracking your bus and stop in between at namakkal toll gate.
                              My kpn also rushed to toll gate again your drivers and respond to my call and move to bangalore.
                              So that i missed the mumbai bus from banagalore alos.
                              I totally lose rs 2100 and again spent more money for my mumbai travle.
                              I am many more times requesting ur drivers they ate not respond to my call.
                              I am much more inconvenience by today.
                              Please refund to my travel fare and take the action to ur driver.

                                I am basavaraj, i was booked ticket from savadatti to bangalore on 24 feb, on that day bus arrived 1 hour late because repair and and updating wrong reasons for delay for the bus, still up-to 12 o clock also the bus didn't crossed hubli also, after requested many they changed bus, but i booked 2 tickets as semi sleeper and they shifted local bus from this reason i couldn't sleep as well i can reached office at afternoon, that's the reason half day salary has been deducted from my salary,
                                So please make sure for the refunding amount for that days,

                                  Booked. A ticket from dindigul to bangalore, bus starts at 11 from madurai and supposed to reach my boarding point by 11 55. But until 12 20 there was no show and by 12 20 it was informed there's is. A change in bus.

                                  Have booked ac seater scania but i am getting non ac sleeper.. Not sure about my travel yet.. Booked bus via red bus and even from red bus there was no prior info or intimation. Worst scenario..

                                    Bus departed 1 hr late from majestic (Vehicle no 8097). Broke down at near belgaum. They have changed the bus with same facility (Vehicle no 4602). It took 30 mins. But the changed bus again broke down between belgaum and kolhapur. After 3 hrs and after contacting with their manager they have replaced the bus with a non volvo non multi axle bus. So ultimately the drop point delay is more than 6 hrs. Srs is not providing good maintainance to their buses, otherwise how two bus can break down in a single journey. No compensation provided for the delay and harassment. Srs manager mobile no. [protected]

                                      Hello,
                                      I am now travelling from mumbai and booked one upper double bed seat since all single ones are already booked. Some other person was also booked the seat beside me. However he also have his brother who's age seems to be around 7 years and he booked a single seat for both of them which is just beside mine.
                                      It is very difficult for 3 people to share a double seat.
                                      I did complained about this in pune ofc as he shifted from other seat to my seat only in pune and they said "cannot do anything now as all seats are already full in bus and i need to adjust and asked me to complain online".
                                      We do book a sleeping coach online just to have a journey smoothly. But it ended up with no sleep as there is no space only to sleep proper.

                                      Not at all accepted.

                                      We never book srs again. If this kind of services you are giving then slowly customer will find alternative travel and there are many good travels are available now a days.

                                        Providing the parcel transport fecility from tumakuru to bagalkot but not from bagalkot to tumakuru. Even in tumakuru also srs travels is there but bagalkot srs travels completely refusing to take parcel, they warn us if the party is ready to pick the parcel itself then only we will take otherwise they said no. This is not the way of giving service please resolve this problem and do provide us parcel transport from anywhere to anywhere...
