rash driving because bus left the source station late

Hello,

Bus number ka 42 9560 was suppose to depart at 10 pm but left at 11 pm. Right from the beginning both the drivers were driving very fast and rash to compensate the time. At 4.30 the driver ramped the vehicle into a truck and we almost survived a rollover.

When called to the helpline number, they didn't respond well and stopped speaking after a while.

The driver says that he didn't sleep...

service very bad

I have booked srs multi axel sleeper mumbai to bangalore. The pickup time is 21:00 hrs reached at 30 min late and estimate arrivals time to bangalore is 14:00 hrs, right now time is 17:15 hrs, the bus still 2 hrs from destination point, without any stuck or jam,

Kindly request to all website service providers and srs bus management review above matter and resolved the such a issue,

srs travels bus hit our car in btm bengaluru

Srs travels bus complying for dxc technologies route no. 4 vehicle number ka 01 ac 2063 hit our car baleno from behind while taking changing lanes from left to right rashly, date 7th march, time 7.20 am, plan btm main road bangalore. It hit the rear door, caused a big dent, paint peeled off. Thankfully our kid wasn’t riding else it would have hurt her. This was sheer ignorant and rash driving. srs not hearing customer voice against the srs employee behavior

I booked bus ticket from chennai to theni on feb 9, 2019 on srs travels using by paytm. Paytm site automatically took gender is female, but i didnt noticed that and bi-mistakenly i selected seat near ladies seat. I didnt noticed this useless paytm matrix.

On feb 9, 2019 i catch the srs bus and went to up to perungalathur toll gate and conductor not checked...

vehicle driver not responding. ka010th ae 1801

I booked the ticket from tirunelveli to mumbai on yesterday.[protected].
Vehicle noka 01 ae 1801.
Seat no 35. Bus schedule time is 21.50.
But i reached to 10 minutes late.
Before that i informed to travel agency person and drivers also.
They are not waiting and the bus was moved from tirunelveli.
Again i catch another one kpn bus and i was tracking your bus and stop in between at namakkal toll gate.br...

about bad service

I am basavaraj, i was booked ticket from savadatti to bangalore on 24 feb, on that day bus arrived 1 hour late because repair and and updating wrong reasons for delay for the bus, still up-to 12 o clock also the bus didn't crossed hubli also, after requested many they changed bus, but i booked 2 tickets as semi sleeper and they shifted local bus from this reason i couldn't sleep as well i can reached office at afternoon, that's the reason...

no show, no prior info, change of bus

Booked. A ticket from dindigul to bangalore, bus starts at 11 from madurai and supposed to reach my boarding point by 11 55. But until 12 20 there was no show and by 12 20 it was informed there's is. A change in bus.

Have booked ac seater scania but i am getting non ac sleeper.. Not sure about my travel yet.. Booked bus via red bus and even from red bus there was no prior info or intimation. Worst scenario.....

worst multi axle sleeper volvo bus service

Bus departed 1 hr late from majestic (Vehicle no 8097). Broke down at near belgaum. They have changed the bus with same facility (Vehicle no 4602). It took 30 mins. But the changed bus again broke down between belgaum and kolhapur. After 3 hrs and after contacting with their manager they have replaced the bus with a non volvo non multi axle bus. So ultimately the drop point delay is more than 6 hrs. Srs is not providing good maintainance...

complain about double seat arrangement

Hello,
I am now travelling from mumbai and booked one upper double bed seat since all single ones are already booked. Some other person was also booked the seat beside me. However he also have his brother who's age seems to be around 7 years and he booked a single seat for both of them which is just beside mine.
It is very difficult for 3 people to share a double seat.

complaining about parcels

Providing the parcel transport fecility from tumakuru to bagalkot but not from bagalkot to tumakuru. Even in tumakuru also srs travels is there but bagalkot srs travels completely refusing to take parcel, they warn us if the party is ready to pick the parcel itself then only we will take otherwise they said no. This is not the way of giving service please resolve this problem and do provide us parcel transport from anywhere to anywhere......

delay of bus

I rajesh hosurkar travelled from belgaum to bengaluru on 12 feb 19 by bus no ka 51 6969.
The time of bus arrival at bengaluru was 0615 however the bus was reached at 0730 hrs. Due to which i missed my flight from bengaluru to delhi which was at 0800 hrs.

I am claiming my flight ticket amounting to rs 3600 which was i missed due to your bus was delayed by one and half hours...

wrong information about bus departure

Dear sir. Self booked ticket to bangalore from hyderabad dated 02/02/19. Pick up was at opp archana hospital my jewel home, waited from 9:15am, no sign. Immediately called up srs staff in return they told bus has moved and at shamsabad, took cab from archana hospital rushed to shamsabad by 12:05, but no sign of the bus, it only reached at 12:45. My complaint is why your staff misquided me by saying that bus is at shamsabad. Bad service. How...

worst travel with srs people please don't ever choose srs

Ticket details: bangalore to dindigul on 21/01/2019 are pnr: 27540572, seat no: 8, reporting time: 07:35 am, boarding: madiwala, bus no: ka - 51 d - 9953

No proper timing, as per timing bus should reach dindigal at 11.45 am and o e stopping for food
But he stopped twice that to driving is very slow, driver speaks too bad no repect to the passengers
That to he said go and complaint anybody. No one can't do anything...

Driver used the words as follows,

I came from dubai to bangalore. I booked srs travels from bangalore to salem.
Since i come dubai, i brought 2 small luggage’s (Total weight is only 20 kgs) and one hand back (7 kgs)
When i got down with my luggage’s, driver said one person is carrying 16 luggage’s and looked at me badly.

I didn’t reply anything keeping in mind that i can complaint to srs...

pick up van service

I would want to advice all not to travel by srs again!!!
The pick up van location was changed at the last minute and the driver told me if i didn't want to miss my bus i better make it to the new location. Its 11:15 in the night. The is not the first incident with srs. I told i will make a complaint but i was told i will miss by bus.
Now i was told to come back to my original pick up location.
I had to travel up and...
