My name is Deivendran K and I am traveling from Madurai to Hosur on 21-Jun-2018. My seat number is A1. A person other than the assistant was sitting on the foot steps near to the driver seat. My leg has touched the person and I requested him to slightly move away, but except him the Driver and the assistant spoke very rudely that if you buy a ticket you are not the owner of the bus. The assistant is supposed to sit on his seat provided but one lady was sitting on the assistant seat. 2 persons sitting on the footsteps causing problems to the person. Please look into this matter and let the drivers know that we, the travellers are customers.

    Third class or very poor and worst service ever experienced by us being a merchant.
    Especially sultanpet branch in bangalore who never keep their commitment and never properly respond the clients.
    We used to regularly book parcels for our clients and every time we receive negative feedback from our clients for delay reason.
    Hereby, we are much disappointed and would like to divert our parcel booking service with other transportation.
    No respond
    Worst service
    And uneducated employees

      Dear srs team,

      I have booked 2 tickets in srs travels (Ac - sleeper) from devakottai to hosur on jun15th 2018 through rail yatri (Order id - 639774).

      Bus number - ka-01 ag-4742
      Bus starting point - rameshwaram to bangalore.
      We boarding from devakottai - hosur.

      We have kid around 4.5 years old.

      While the time of boarding bus driver asked ticket for my kid and i said he is not even 5 years, so no need ticket for kid. But the driver rudely said no, your kid looks like 5 years you should take ticket and he allowed us to go inside the bus and he told us to take a ticket in trichy for kid.

      We started at 9.30 pm from devakottai and we reached trichy at 12.40 am. Once bus reached trichy the driver came and disturbed us in a deep sleep and he asked money.

      He told full ticket 650 and half ticket 450. You will give 400 for kid like that he asked. Then i argued with him, finally i am not ready to give money for half ticket and i asked separate sleeper for kid and i said i will pay money for full ticket and i asked ticket (Hard copy or message in mobile) for acknowledgement.

      But the driver is not ready to give response to the passengers and he spoke very rudely in front of co-passengers and suddenly he get the money rs.400 from my hand like robbery and he ran away without giving any acknowledgement for that rs.400 which i gave to him. After that only i came to know that his duty got over and from trichy driver got changed from trichy to bangalore.

      I totally disappointed with srs service and drivers behavior. Did you give any rights / freedom to your drivers to collect the money from the passengers without giving any tickets or acknowledgement for the money.

      I request srs management to take immediate action to the particular driver
      1) robbery for his pocket money and
      2) worst behavior to the passenger.

      I am expecting your quick action on this.

        Hello,

        It's been a horrible journey from bangalore to mumbai..bus details: Volvo multiaxle AC sleeper bus no:PY 01 CM 2569.i boarded pick up bus at 9.00pm from marathalli Actually bus departure time was on 16.6.2018 10.30pm from Anandrao circle.. But the bus was late by 1 hour and bus started at 11.45 from destination. Bus broke down just 80kms away from bangalore at 1.30am mid night.. And were told to wait for the another bus, but the bus arrived at 5.00am in morning. Again journey started at 5.30am(17.06.2018) and reached belgaum at 12.00noon.. Again told to change the the bus.. I was travelling to mumbai on some urgent work..the bus should arrive to kamote at 1.30pm on 17.6.18 but I am still travelling in bus. I am writing u this mail sitting in bus.. I will reach my destination at 11.00 on 17.06.18 So it's almost 26hrs journey. What condition bus do you maintain.? Horrible and worst experience with srs travels..

          I am a passenger of srs travels on 14.06.2018 from satara to bangalore. First of all bus was late by almost 2 hours arrived at 23.50 instead of 22.00. Even though it was too late, it's fine i understood and was waiting in ganesh travels in satara. We normally trust gps tracking. As per it bus was not arrived. Driver who forgot to call me and moving almost 2km away is calling me and infact scolding me. For his mistake, scolding a customer that too in wrong manner is highly not acceptable.in midnight carrying luggages and running for 2kms was a very difficult task. He even not explaining where exactly he is. Driver was very very rude and highly misbehaving. I am a regular traveller. I travel every 10 days. This is the worst experience. If at all, it there is any customer caring authority is there in srs travels, take required action against driver such that let this problem not occur to other people. Highly embarrassing moment for a customer. There is no customer value.

            Mrs. Kukoo mistry age 72 yrs was travelling from bangalore to mumbai on 11th jun 2018 from scania 3:30 pm ticket number being 23780744. The drop location was sion but the driver forced my mother to get down at panvel.
            This is the 2nd time this has happened the prior being on 23/11/2017 scania 2:30pm ticket number being 20583022.
            I had complained the last time but let go it being a one off incident, but this is being repeat every time and with a female senior citizen.

              I booked bus from bangalore to guntur on 1st june, friday. The departure time was 8:20pm. There came a pick up van at 9:30pm to marathahalli and we were taken to k. R. Pura at 10:35 pm. Technically, the bus was more than 2 hours late. On top of that, the luggage compartment is stuffed with some good and there's almost no space for travellers bags.. And in side the bus, we've no space to put laptop bags. We had to hold all the small bags through out the 12 hour journey. Not satisfied at all.

              I called customer care number at [protected] the guy was very reckless and didn't even listen to me properly.
              Some other SRS guy came and he asked me to keep my laptop bag in the luggage compartment, when asked about safety, he laughed at me. UTTER NONSENSE with the management

                We book the consignment from your race cource road branch regularly from many years. And we are unhappy with the person who is at service there, his name is prakash.
                He asks for money when the parcel is booked and when we say to do topay he abuses and sends the person back.
                If you dont accept topay consignment write us in a mail, we will not book any consignment from your travels any more.

                  Boarding point was given as adyar. Once i reached there they informed not bus but a pickup van will come. Sometime later they called me again saying pickup van broke and i have to go to perungulathur to board bus. At the very last minute. They asked to hire a cab and they'll refund the cab charge. Now they're denying. Worst service ever. Lost 483rs

                    There is no proper communication regarding boarding bus nor they give any details regarding van which has to pickup and drop to respective location to board main bus and they don't even care about their customer to call once and inform them, above than that all they lie to customer. They deny for alternative bus and don't refund also even though it's their fault. They blamed us for everything and it's a very shameful act by srs travels, as i traveled by many other travellers also but they always give a prior call to customer not lyk srs.

                      I ve booked ticket from erode to bangalore in non ac sleeper bus. Boarding date is 25th may 2018. But at the time of boarding only we came to know it's a normal seater bus. When we asked the operated they told some unwanted reason and got extra amount also from us. Please take this as complaint and help me to get refund. I have never faced a worst experience like this.

                        I see that curtains rod had fallen down. No one to take care about. I wish i could stop bus but no one responded until i made huge shout around.

                        Second complaint :
                        Usually all the busses will come to anandrao circle stand except my bus. I checked with enquiry as i couldn't see bus on time. They said.. Bus is standing somewhere in the signal go find it.

                        #, i paid 1000 for this # bus and i deserve some serious service which i paid for.

                          I have booked srs non-ac sleeper bus from sirkali to bangalore. This is my 2nd time travelling with srs and had bad experience on both occasions.
                          First i want to complain about maintainance of insides of bus. The bed covers and screens looked like they are not washed for a long time. And that's not at all it.
                          We found a dead bat (Which seemed like its been there for a long time) and under which worms feeding on it.
                          When told this to attender, he did not even care about it. We had to clean up the mess ourselves to be able to continue the rest of our journey.
                          Then, while the bus is running, constant metal clanking sound from the bottom. I was travelling at night time and could sleep because of that.
                          Then, the attenders inside have not been trained how to treat and talk to customers.
                          Srs is bold to call themselves no.1 travels in india when the quality of them is absolute sh*.
                          Never gonna book srs ever again.

                            I have waited more than 1 hour for the above bus in the boarding point. While calling them, they have not answered my call. The bus was not stopped at the boarding point. The bus driver stopped after 2 kilometers away from the boarding point. I have reached the bus with auto rickshaw. I have asked for the bus driver why you have done like that?. And the irresponsible bus driver responds with ignorant answer. One of my worst travel experience. My personal advice please don't travel on this bus.

                              Booked bus from thirthahalli to Bangalore on 17th may 2018, bus agency who look after for bus pick up is doing partiality for the people who is doing booking through online.
                              He ([protected] )is forcing me to book though agency. And irritate during pickup time of bus..this is happening from last 7 month .and since I dint booked from him.. he called me after bus departure from thirthahalli.. and also harassment for single ladies.. and since because of that I had to go alone to bus where it stopped after 10km away from city.. it s difficult to the ladies to reach that place at night 10.30. this feels so irresponsible from the agency without checking the passenger in bus. And not tried to call. after bus departure that agency people informing us that bus left.. .And bus driver also harrassing that by telling lie that my phone is unreachable at that moment.. being in city how mobile network may get unreachable at that moment.. it is so disgusting moment ..
                              My concern is why agency ppl has to force ppl to book through them.. it's person wish/choice. Since they know very well that i will be travelling alone in this bus they purposefully did this incident ..
                              If People books through agency they will be waiting more than half and hr. But they are not caring the people who books through online
                              I would like to take proper action regarding this on them.

                              During journey from bangalore to thirthahalli I never face this issue.. and no body comes and ask us to book bus through agency.. why they are harrassing single ladies????

                              Please take action for the same...

                                I am extremely upset with the travel experience. My vip luggage bag got completely damaged (Torn) while on journey from ankola to mysore. Also, all my clothes inside my others bags also got completed wet due to rain water inside the luggage compartment. I have shown the baggage to the driver too.

                                  I used the service to travel from hyderabad to goa
                                  Firstly the bus was delayed for 2.5 hours
                                  I was not fool to come and be there waiting for the bus.. And nonsense reasons were given to me
                                  It was given that the glass of a bus is broken and crap reasons...
                                  And there also the people were not at all willing to give a proper reason,
                                  When asked the question to the manager of srs at lakdikapool
                                  She was like dusting dust from her shoulders onto someone else
                                  And that person doesnt have time to stand and talk to the customer
                                  This is the customer relationship you guys are maintaining
                                  And the next thing was rash driving at the ghat roads
                                  And more over no water facility in the bus..
                                  As its a 14 hours journey you have to provide to the customer..
                                  When queried to the cleaner he states that we dont provide on this route and he answers it in a very sarcastic way...
                                  The so called blankets which were given were torned somewhere or the other
                                  Dont know what he thinks of himself..
                                  I guess he thinks that he is a "boss"
                                  By this way of crap behaviour
                                  Nothing will be ok for you people.
                                  And i am not at all satisfied with your service... It should never be that you people have done, just taking the money and sitting back relax at you seats...
                                  I need a proper revert for my complain...

                                    Dear sir, this is to inform you i am traveling today from mumbai to hubli, i have get in the at 7pm i have booked with 2200rs as i found that uncofertable sheet with non co operative staff, as i asked for where it will stop for food they told me after pune at around 12pm in the mid night it is very shocking, i have started the journey at 7pm usual time of any bus will stop for food is 10 to 10-30pm, & at least your people not have cortecy to inform us to take some thing, its total disoppinting as i am frequent traveler, i found that your service is worst, it's bus no4063

                                      On 28-4-18 was one of my parcel booking lr. No. 207/47482 at benglore's srs travels at kalasipalyan office. Whose freight srs has imposed rs.500 / - similarly, my parcel has been booked on 8-5-2018 to srs travel lr no. 94/4829 and imposed a freight charge of 260/ -. I have repeatedly called him by phone and i am not getting any answer. I have his call recording too. My money has been taken too much, i need my money back. I also spoke to the nasik office, but the nasik office people also said that this is wrong and your money has been taken over by banglore srs travel office. I spoke to [protected], [protected] number which is the number of banglore srs travel office. And i have to complain against them. There are many numbers of srs travels banglore office but they do not take any phone quickly. I am sharing all their numbers with you. I hope indian constitution will do justice to me
