sivakasi - chennai bus are cancelled . Reason : Due to vehicle breakdown from msg at 5.21pm today .
Never realised this travels is so backward in maitainining time.No intimation about it and the way the workers there treats us as if like they pay us for the travel, the unruly behaviour was too bad..Not at all customer friendly.And the cheapest service provided ever.I would never recommend anyone to take this travels.
Third class staff very rude bus in pathetic condition don't use this services
I receive at least one parcel from Bangalore to Indore per week and per parcel freight is 760/- Rs total. On[protected] parcels were booked and they charged a total of 3950/- making per parcel charge about 1000/- Rs. Why this overcharging. Please help.

    No proper timing, as per timing bus should reach dindigal at 11.45 am and o e stopping for food
    But he stopped twice that to driving is very slow, driver speaks too bad no repect to the passengers
    That to he said go and complaint anybody. No one can't do anything

      Driver used the words as follows,

      I came from dubai to bangalore. I booked srs travels from bangalore to salem.
      Since i come dubai, i brought 2 small luggage’s (Total weight is only 20 kgs) and one hand back (7 kgs)
      When i got down with my luggage’s, driver said one person is carrying 16 luggage’s and looked at me badly.

      I didn’t reply anything keeping in mind that i can complaint to srs travels.

        I would want to advice all not to travel by srs again!!!
        The pick up van location was changed at the last minute and the driver told me if i didn't want to miss my bus i better make it to the new location. Its 11:15 in the night. The is not the first incident with srs. I told i will make a complaint but i was told i will miss by bus.
        Now i was told to come back to my original pick up location.
        I had to travel up and down with my luggage in tow.
        Do not go through this travels again.

          I boarded Hyderabad to Vishakapatnam bus on 08th Jan 2019 where I need to get down at Tadepalligudem. I asked bus driver to let me know of what time we generally reach my destination as I need to confirm my relative to come in picking me accordingly, but he refused to say as the bus was waiting for one passenger to get boarded and he has shown that anger by shouting at me. I called up customer care multiple times with no proper response and they are reckless of this. Not sure whether SRS travels have trained drivers, customers care support persons. I may not use this travels for future trips which is bad experience which I never faced in my past trips with other travels.

            This is the complaint against the bus no 2594, for dropping me wrong location and misbehaving with me and my brother. We are new to india and we didnt know anything about the location. They throw our bags and mistreated us for no reason, it was very important for us to reach anantapura bus stand, due to srs negligence and their carelessness i am stuck in hyderabad.

            My mothet got into bus without reservation ticket near Sivagiri busstop and we requested one ticket from bus incharger. He alloted seat for her. Later on he asked my mom to get doen from bus when crossed Rajapalayam. .

            This is totaly dissatisfied.

                We are travelling in srs sleeper bus banglore to mumbai and there are cockroaches roaming over the seats. Such unhygienic environment inside the bus and looks like there is no pest control maintenance ever happens for srs buses. Cockroaches crawling over us. Paid rs 2700 per ticket not to get such unhygienic and pathetic bus service.

                  I was allotted a pick up van from kalasipalyam, bangalore to anand rao circle. I had to board bangalore sindagi bus (, bus journey details from bangalore to bijapur on 22/12/2018 are pnr: 26812506, seat no: 3, reporting time: 07:45 pm, boarding: kalasipalyam (Pickup van/bus), service no: bng-sindagi non a/c slp/seater (B, lore-bijapur-sindagi sleeper), bus no: py-01 cm -4532 and helpline no:[protected]
                  So i was there at the boarding point at kalasipalyam at sharp 8. But the pick up van delayed by 45 minutes. Thus i missed my main bus. Then the bus operator asked me to go in another bus, i had to sit beside the driver and travel for 3 hours till i got my seat. This was not for the first time, earlier my friends and me have faced the same inconvenience. This is insane, my bus operator was not picking up my phone. And even the operators in the bus i was boarded to catch upon were rude. I tried calling helpline, but they didn't receive my call. Is this the kind of service u guys provide us. I need a refund of minimum 50% for the inconvenience caused to me. And of course i m never gonna travel by srs again, and will rate the same everywhere online in case u do not refund.

                    I booked a ticket with srs travels. But management said bus is already left.
                    I don't understand where is the communication gap. Why srs lied saying that bus will come at 11:15 pm. They said so i went for dinner. If bus time is earlier than 11:15 then i would not have gone for dinner.

                    Please provide me the justice for misguidance and the amount i paid for 1860 (Including gst).

                        I was travelling from pune to mumbai on 22/12/2018 and i paid the conductor rs400 and when asking for change he told we will provide it later. On asking later he simply denied that i had paid him rs 400 and told you did not gave me rs 400.
                        On top of that, when i called your complaint number the guy is talking like "are kya hua sir!". The worst people and the worst behaviour. You guys do not deserve to be running such bus services. Fed up with people like you who are spoiling the most used way of transporatation in india. You people should be dragged in court for fraudism.
                        Worst bus service and worst staff and worst people to trust. And i know your so called cheap srs will not take any action. If really you guys can take any action i want a reply and then i will provide you the bus number.

                          Vehicle number ka51aa6988. The person of contact was not answering any of the calls.. Not at all helpful when needed.. Cleanliness of the bus is pathetic.. Srs is not keeping upto its standards.. Very bad behaviour of the the bus person.. Not allowing passenger's luggage to be placed in the storage area.. Instars asking the passengers to place their heavy luggage at the end of the bus making it extremely uncomfortable to travel.. Very very bad behaviour and extremely bad condition of the bus.. Instead of helping the passengers the bus coordinator is utilising the storage area for transporting other good..

                            The bus service operated by srs from bangalore to various places of tamil nadu.in past couple of years the service has gone very bad. The pick up time especially on friday nights are very bad. The bus gets delayed at least from 30 mins to 90 mins. I have faced this multiple times and have seen many customers fighting the in-charge team at srs office. Some times because of this delay, either they drive rash to make up to the delay or reach the destination after a long time.

                            This is mainly done because of loading luggage on the top of the buses at the starting point. My last journey was on sep 1st where the bus come after 90 mins. I wrote a mail to the management on the same day and even after 4 months service is still bad and no action is taken. I'm attaching my mail to the management below.

                            Mail to the management:

                            "i’ve been traveling with srs travels for more than 4 years.in the past year the service has gone down very bad. The timing of the bus departure from bangalore is consistently late for 30-45 mins every time i take the service.

                            Today, my journey was booked to tanjore from bangalore, 11:45 at madivala a/c slepper. And it’s already 1:00 am the bus hasn’t come. At 11:45 the srs people here said the bus is on the way and will come in sometime. Now after people started fighting, they are saying bus is break down and it’s still at starting point.

                            The manner which the representatives speak here also is very rude. They say if you want cancel the ticket, you go and complaint anywhere. The part that bus getting break down, i’m totally fine with. But the manners of people work here in madivala, silkboard office is very bad and rude. Also there is no water service on the toilets here and the condition of toilet is also very poor. I’ve seen many people especially ladies fighting for the same. Still nothing has improved.

                            We are collecting the names and details of all the passengers here. I kindly request you to take proper action on the representatives here. We are also planning to report to the appropriate government department. Please do understand this is not a one time incident and happening for over a year now.

                            I’m aware of all these since i’m a regular traveler for past 4 years. My contact number is [protected].

                                In this bus driver and attender won't allow the bags to keep in luggages area and both are forcing keep the bags and all luggages in sleepers along with kids and asked how to sleep with luggages and kids. I asked why are you doing like that. Don't have humanity with you? If you want complaint, you can complaint to the management. This is what we do and we don't care about you. Please go and get the complain number. Both are treated me very badly and worst. I never see such arrogance in private bus services. Srs is becaming very very worst bus services than the government operating bus services. If this kind of treating the customers badly from srs, it will lose brand value and customer satisfaction and soon if customers are stopped using the services. Then it will face revenue loss. I'm writing this to srs management since i'm supporting the srs and it should improve customer care and grow more. Please take appropriate action and provide guidelines to the bus driver, attender, boarding point contact person.

Bus number is ka 01 ae 1801. I have planned to boarding at near by karur (Velayudhambalayam by pass). So that i called srs travel agent named as kumar. His phone is [protected]. From beginning he spoke like very arrogant person and using too much bad words. What is this?. I can't do anymore. If i am asking to him he had play and spoke untruth statement. I am so suffered this issue. If you are not take any action i will go to the police station and i will give complaint to srs travels and that person. I hope you will going to take necessary action for this issue.

                                      I was waiting for the bus at nerul lp at 10.05 pmand i was waiting up to 11.45 pm. And over that they did late by more than 3 hours. It feels as if the passengers have no importance of time and these people (Driver and conductor) are the ones who decide the timings themselves. If traffic is a concern then u make timetable accordingly and yes don't provide false time table. And mind u people do care about timings. And this complaint is going to escalate further.

                                        We had booked sleeper bus from shirdi to bangalore today at 12pm we were suppose to leave but due some brake down in bus we got semi sleeper instead of sleeper at shirdi we got bus at 1.30pm. They had said at pune they will change the bus to sleepler. Will be reaching pune at 6pm but we reached pune at 8pm and the bus left at 8.30pm. And now not sure how early we would reach bangalore there is no proper facility for ladies. As per our booking we were suppose to reach bangalore at 6am but now they say we will reach by 10am or 11am. Is there value for people’s time. Simply wasting of time in rounding in pune.
                                        Kindly provide justice from ur travels which really upseting
