Bus staff forced me to get down at st johns hospital, my drop stop was silk board as i was the only passenger.
They were rude and misbehaved with me. They didn't even bother about safety 80 year old senior citizen
Staf[censored]sed abusive language too. Booked srs, for them reason drop point is silk board. It is shocking that left me stranded on the middle of the road

    I took srs travels bus booked through redbus app on 5th sept pune to hubballi, the departure time was at 10 pm (Ticket number tma[protected]. Pnr ts[protected]cqdq/25152863/mumbai-blore/scania/volvo4. Bus no. Ka01af304). Bus arrived 1 hour late. However i got into the bus the guy checking the seats confirmed my name and destination once i boarded the bus. Arrival time at hubballi @5:30 am, at about 5:45 am the cleaner of the bus wakes me up and tells me that hubballi has passed they have come ahead about 60 km away from hubballi towards bangalore. When i asked why u did not stop he said in a very rude manner that i was supposed to tell him that i get down at huballi. This is wrong in so many levels. He started arguing me and man handling to get down from the bus early morning. Its the bus drivers responsibility that he stops at the destination where i am supposed to get off. I was alone i had to listen to him and get down on highway at about 5 am. My phone had no charge i had no idea where i was had to wait for another 2 hours on the road before i took another bus (Ksrtc) to reach hubballi. Also pay about 140 rupees for that ride. The srs bus was infested with cockroaches all the passengers started complaining. The staff is very rude and they behave like goons. This bus journey has caused me mentally trauma. I need justice. When i spoke to me friends around they advised this has been a common story with srs travels there have been lot of victims to this kind of 3rd grade service from srs. I need an public apology and compensation for my ordeal.

      Drunken co driver. Who threw my language and damaged the guitar. And he is suppose to drive from hassan via charmadi ghat.
      Such a worst management. When i called the srs office they are so careless and told they are not responsible

        Hi, this morning i noticed a tempo traveller from srs travells driving very rashly on the road bearing registration number ka01 ag 1278. He was also on the center of the road not allowing any vehicles to overtake both on left and right side.

        Please take necessary action against this driver. I thought of reporting to the police authority, but i know you will solve it without a need of that.

        This is my PNR for bus ticket booked from Velankanni to Bangalore on the 05th Aug 2018. Tried calling them up, they only keep responding giving different phone numbers to speak to. An amount of Rs.1977 to be refunde as the bus was cancelled from the operators end. Make sure anybody doesnt get in trouble with SRS travels. Do not travel with SRS.

          One of the worst and fraud travels company. I never and ever choose this bus services. We booked the ticket from ooty to bangalore (15.08.2018). Neck movement agent told that, the bus is breakdown unable to go, as we will arrange other bus. Arranged it but there is in last seat. That too worst bus. We booked the ticket in front. Today again the same issue. From mangalore to gulbarga, i have reached bit late. Bus left without any single call. Guys pls think before booking the tickets.

          On 26th Aug 2018, I travelled from surandai to Bangalore in srs bus with family. Early morning another driver sleeping near seat no 11 got up and put hand on sleeping woman. When my wife shouted he left that place and and said sorry. Srs lady passengers be very careful with Srs drivers. E Satheesh

          The worst ### opening a bus service, I was traveling from hyd to bng on sep 19th 2018, I booked 11:30 bus but dur to insufficient seats they cancelled the bus and we were moved to 1:00 pm bus, this didn't end here added to that that bus broke down near shamshabad and we were clueless what's going on, finally they said we are cancelling bus and left. Guys never book in SRS please...

            Worst experience with Srs they are not dropping in the desired dropping point instead they are saying thy his is vizag bus we will drop in bypass we will see our convenience not yours. I was requested to drop me in tirupati bustand which is my dropping point in Ticket. But still they left me 20kms far from my destination point. Srs travels bus driver behaviour was worst

            And i have got a seat for which charging point is not working. It is one of the worst thing to happen in bus travel.
            Shivanand here, bus number ka51ab0971, aug 17, going to Bijapur from Bangalore, the bus was in so worst condition, it's smelling very bad, I didn't expect this from srs.. I would never book again, that too giving 1500 and going in dustbin.. Worst managed bus

              This is abhay seat no 18 date of journey 14/08/2018 from mumbai to belgaum.. Boarded bangalore - mumbai scania coach.. The drop point (Srs travels ramdev neharu nagar) still the driver doesnt drop me instead he drops me to the other end. I. E. Gandhi nagar... Where as my house is located in nehru nagar.. On the ticket the drop point was printed still the driver doesnt drops me..

                Dear sir, myself Nadeem Pasha M I am travelling to Lonavala to Bangalore on 13th aug 2018 with my 2 friends. First of all the bus is too late at pickup point 1hour late. And now at the middle of journey at 4.20 am they shifted us to sleeper bus to semi sleeper. It's not comfortable to sit in the bus for 490kms distance..
                I am not happy with this service..

                  I had a mind [censored] experience last night in the srs travels which I travelled .
                  Journey details: 11 45
                  Boarding point: madiwala
                  Name: Revathi boopathi
                  Dropping point: chatram bus stand

                  Asked the driver lf he would stop at palpannai since the bus's end point was tanjore. His response should have been an yes/no. But he asked me to come at 8...I thought my dropping time was 8 ...so slept...at 6 30 got a call from redbus saying a reminder. ..I got pissed off...went and asked the driver. How much time for palpannai...he said me that it will not stop. I told him that he only said the previous night. He said that it was he who shall decide where to stop. He was shouting like anything. I told him that I will get down at Central bus stand. He was behaving rude with other passengers also...also...bus journey was not at all safe. Someone was checking near the seat often. Felt like he was searching for the mobile. I did not sleep even a minute. Will never ever travel in srs travels again or ask my friends to. Thanks for the badass experience

                    My friend was traveling from bangalore to hyderabad on[protected] and when he got down at hyderabad, he was surrounded by three persons (Srs) and was asked to pay 400rs. He was told that he had to pay on account of the one luggage (Less than 5kg) which he had in addition to the backpack. On asking why he had to pay, he was harassed and was forced to pay the money. Just because the passenger didn't know the language, the srs people took advantage of the situation.

                    Such a behavior is totally unexpected and horrible when you (Srs) have these many travelers.
                    Also, if extra rate is being charged, at least have the responsibility of mentioning the same during booking.

                      I travelled in SRS travels bus PY01 CD 1155 today 08/08/18. While travelling myself & the other travellers in this bus noticed lots of bed bugs & it's bitten us a lot. informed bus drivers, they are saying that it's a known issue. Unable to travel. Very worst service by SRS travels. Herewith i have attached the photos for reference. Kindly take necessary action on this ASAP. I spent RS. 1426 as a bus fare.

                          I, vishwanath s shetty, age:-63, mobile no:-[protected], address:- d-7/005, lulla complex, adharwadi jail road, kalyan (W) have boarded srs travels having pnr no.24520511 in bus no. Ka-01/af-551 having seat no.22 at 3pm on 30/7/2018 from pvs circle. I was carrying 1 small handbag, 1 small suit case in which 30 grams of gold mangalsutra along with 2000 cash and locker keys were there which i had kept inside the bus above my seat. On 10:30 pm we had dinner at yellapur and while returning i had checked my bags was there above my seat. I had to get down at vashi and that time the suitcase was missing. I had checked with all the passenger, driver and conductor but no one had the information about my missing suitcase. Then with the help of conductor i had called all the passenger who was got down before my drop and we found out that two passengers who had to get down at mira road they have got down at panvel also there mobile numbers were switched off. There seats were booked at the name of riayasath ali, age 45 male, mobile no.[protected], e-mail id:[protected]@gmail.com. We had filed the complaint at vashi police station for the above incident.

                          However, we have the concern that no cctv camera was installed inside the bus. As per the government rules, cctv camera is mandatory inside all the luxury travelling buses. As there were no cameras inside the buses we are not able to identify the culprit who had taken my suitcase. I would like to know who will take the responsibility of finding out the thief who have taken my suitcase.

                          I always travel by SRS travels from Bangalore to satara and always receive bus no. by sms before journey. This time I didn't receive bus no. and this is a serious issue Also I would like you to have bus operator contact no. so that I can track my bus location. As sometimes gps is not working.                             I had booked online total 3 tickets (Through my account using netbanking) from pune to bangalore by srs travels semi-sleeper bus journey date[protected], 7.15pm departure the details as given below :-

                            1) seat nos. 9 & 10 total amount paid rs1095/-) ticket no. 24262042/[protected] by jodhpur-bangalore 2+2 new b11r i-shift volvo multi axle semi sleeper ac, video (48 seats).
                            & later i booked one more ticket
                            *2) seat no. 11, amount paid rs1065/-). Through red bus, ticket no. Tm8d69576825, booked on[protected] of the same bus.

                            The bus was cancelled due to strike. I received the intimation through phone-call from srs travels, mitramandal chowk, swargate. I had visited the office personally, wherein i got the answer that "the booking has been done online, so the amount will be transferred to your account directly within about a weeks time.

                            I received the refund of rs1065/- full amount (Without any deduction) of
                            *2) seat no. 11. Through red bus, ticket no. Tm8d69576825, booked on[protected] of the same bus.
                            To my account online. From red bus, the service provider on[protected].

                            But there is no intimation or any move by srs travels till date regarding online refund of the ticket amount of rs1995/-.

                            I am not at all satisfied with the service regarding refund from srs travels.

                            The return journey from bangalore to pune was by srs travels.
                            The charging points were not working. There was a lots of dust in the blankets provided.
                            Otherwise the travel was good, we reached pune on time.

                              Very sorry to inform you that SRS from excellent travels has become the worst Travels and as a press reporter I will see to it that this is published in the news papers so that others come to know about your buse and about the customer care you provide.
                              1. I booked seat No 1, 2 from pune to manglore for the 20th booking done one week in advance as I wanted the front seats as I have leg problems. My bus departure time was at 4:30 .
                              2. I did not get a call or message that the bus is cancelled and when I reach the SRS office at 4:00 PM they tell me that the bus is cancelled and the next bus departure is at 8:30 and my seat No is also changed form 1, 2 to 35, 36. I told them at SRS pune office I have a leg problem i need the front seats they cancel my booking or take the seats . (This is how they speak to customers as if we are travelling free of cost.)

                              3. The 8:30 PM depature bus comes at 11:15 PM . when asked why they said rain in mumbai.
                              4. The bus condition inside and the seats was so dirty as if it's not been cleant for a long time
                              5. On the way to all passengers surprise the seats and blankets were full of bed bugs (can u believe it!) and when we called the pune mumbai and manglore SRS office to inform them no one was ready to lisen and were cutting the line every time we called . So many calls were made that night and in the morning this is the service we get from your customer care .
                              6. The 11:15 PM Bus that started from pune reaches udpi at 2:30 in the afternoon the next day. 16 hours with bed bugs.
                              7. Stoped at the petrol station at night for 45 min to fill diesel and one tire had to be changed .
                              8. my daughter who is a 12 year had to be sitting in the bus for almost 16 hours and she had all bed bugs bites on her back and hands.
                              Thanks for reading and I know that no action will be taken . But I will see to it that others passengers travelling with SRS come to know and they don't have to go through what I and my daughter experienced. Think of your family on the same bus and take some action .

                                If customers are asking when the bus will arrival, he is answering this is not car we can't tell and don't ask me again i[censored] want u can go along car don't come this bus like this saying very harshly,
                                He may drink and driving, he is talking to all the customers like this type

                                Vehicle numbwr i will update shortly
                                Kindly teach the bus drivers and cleaners how to behave with the customer.
                                More importantly to respect women.
                                I m very disappointed by their behaviour

                                Bus has broken down from last 4 hours (since midnight 2:30) and no help has been sent yet. Drivers are also very helpless as they are also waiting for some help from Travels. We are stranded in heavy rain with many women and infants. SRS has been providing very pathetic service. Even SRS helpline is not picking our Calls. Highly disappointed.

                                  We have booking in SRS travel from Goa to Bangalore but bus didnot came at all. We have kids n its midnight waiting fr bus...poor service...no contact no. Provided by the person at offc...all concerned people switched off their mobile...pathetic situation. atleast they have to tell abt delaying information. We are working people n have immidiate work in bengaluru...this kind of poor service should be noticed n immidiate action shoyld be taken otherwise these people will not take it seriously.

                                      I have never seen or had bus poor service of like srs travel. Which i was traveled last time in madurai to bangalore.. I was booked confirmed ticket. Last minitus ticket has been shifted to another bus, but it's very unfortunate my seat also shifted.. How its come.. I don't know.. Earlier bus have some breakdown.. That's okay. But, how my seat number will change???

                                      My name is Sathish shet, my journey date 08/07/2018, traveling from honnavar to bangalore booked ticket, they had give reaching time is 5:30 am but reached 7:30 am. Please don't give wrong time and misguide the passenger's.

                                      Dear all don't prefer SRS travels for any journey.

                                        I was traveling to Pune from Belgaum it was a Non-AC Sleeper bus. (BUS NO: KA 42 A 5835) Initially, When I got onto the bus both the drivers were sitting in Drivers Cabin. Once, the bus was in motion around 2 AM one of the drivers came back and slept beside my seat and he started touching me inappropriately which made me really uncomfortable. I Immediately screamed out loud hoping for someone to help, luckily there were 2-3 people who woke up and handled the situation. Upon questioning that guy he is saying... (GALTI SE LAGA HOGA) Seriously? I couldn't sleep for the rest of my journey thinking about the incident that shook me mentally. I feel disgusted! And would never prefer SRS again to travel. I request you to please take a strict action against the Bus driver who was on duty. I have also mentioned all the necessary details with the photo attachments
