Bus no 4406, route mangalore to hyderabad. I booked two tickets from mulki to hyderabad. But i called the srs office atleast two hours prior saying i’ll board the bus at pvs circle instead of mulki. I got the confirmation for the same. I reached pvs circle by 1:30 and was waiting there. The bus came and when we were boarding the bus driver and the agent started shouting that we were late and that we were supposed to board the bus at mulki where the bus waited for us. Not sure what the problem was with the driver and the agent when we even had a confirmation msg about the pickup point. Why would we not get any call from them if we were late? I got a call from them just when i was crossing the road to board the bus. Also we did not get any message about the driver and the bus until i called the srs office. It was sent after i called the srs office for pickup location change. They were very rude. I would never again go with srs if this is the behaviour of drivers with the passengers.

    I have been using srs travels for over 2 years and have never encountered such an shameless act of rudeness and violent behaviour of driver and his accompliance. I was traveling from ichalkaranji to bangalore back from my journey and was accompanied by my wife and my 1 year kid. I had three bags which consisted of 1 suitcase and 2 cartoons namely of fruits. I requested to have them stored in bus storage and surprisingly was refused stating other than 1 bag i couldn’t store 2 fruit boxes in storage racks. To my amaze when i and my brother asked reason the driver became violent and even abused us threatening literally to point of physical violence. I being accompanied by my wife n kid had to board bus with boxes loaded on our seats and literally sat on sleeping coach with space available. I intend to take police action if srs cannot control or indicate the action taken about this. Compliant as this is not only poor customer service but threatening and abusing passengers.       There is no co-ordination between bus operators and bus drivers, when i called srs travels to change my boarding point they confirmed that they have changed it & i should be their at 7.30pm and i was waiting at that point from 7.20pm, at 7.50 i got a call from bus driver and he is saying report in different boarding point. When i reached that place, i asked about the confusion they are telling they didn't got any updates from bus operators and if i have any query i should go and talk to bus operator. Thses kind of attitude is not expected from srs travel team and i was travelling alone and in that night if they are asking women to come to different boarding point that is not appreciated. Please educate your drivers and give some manners to them about how to talk to a lady passengers.

        I'm a single woman who chose to take a night bus from erode to chennai. The bus was delayed by 2 hrs. A 11pm bus arrived last 1am. The delay is still fathomable under reasonable circumstances. But mr. Vimal at the srs mettur road office started hurling insults at all the passengers who made enquires. I was verbally abused by him and was treated with an immense lack of empathy and humanity. On no grounds can such statements made by the person be justified. I personally felt greatly insulted and targeted. Not only did i feel that my safety was at stake, i also felt strongly violated. Even if customer service is not provided the passengers could have been treated on humanitarian grounds.

          We are new dealing with srs travels kalasipalyam it is the worst service we experienced no proper management we had to receive 3 parcels nobody responsible to check n handover the parcels somehow we found 2 parcels but the 3 rd parcel is missing when asked the biller he is so rude saying that u have booked 10 days ago why are you coming now wait for 2- 3 hours behaviour is too bad, is this the right way to talk with the customer we left the parcel to themself n returned we decided never to deal with srs travels

            I had traveled on company's multi axle volvo bus from indore to bengaluru and my journey was very bad as the staff of bus were very rude and also all basic thing were not working like light and speakers in my compartment and also requesting them that i need things to staff of bus they just nodded and tell me to complain to its manager. It was also very bad experience because it was a long journey and you expect company to maintain dignity

              Dear sir,

              I am a regular customer of it service and usually travelling in it vehicles.
              This time i made a booking from lingasugur to bangalore in red bus application. The ticket no is tm5h95245809 and the bus route was yadagiri to bangalore. Boarding time was 10 pm and i reached at 9.50 pm.

              I asked your dealer prajwal enterprise m k mobile, whether bus was on time or it is late as we don't have crew no. Other passengers who are boarding for the same bus joined me.

              In response who was playing carrom, replied harashly that he don't know any thing. It may come or may not come. I am not the driver of that bus. You people booked in online ask there only don't ask me. Bus was late and reached at 10.45pm.

              This is worst response from such a big and reputed travells.

              From next time we can't choose ur travels to travel.

              Sorry good bye.

                Travelling in srs is horrible. The bus i travelled from vijayawada to pune had bed bugs. Me and my family suffered a lot with bed bugs for around 14 hrs and we had bumps on skin with redness; itching and swelling. It is totally disgusting to chose srs travels.

                  My self hanumant i'm just travelling from bangalore to shahapur, #service is from bangalore to gulbarga on 16/04/2018 departing from 9 pm
                  Facility inside a bus is very poor... No power supply to the mobile charging point... Bed cushion is very poor and also beds are very guilty, then i never seen such poor beds even in government busses... Finally i feel very bad to travel in #srs travels...

                    I am complaining against bus driver of ka 42 9777 and tumkur srs office agent.
                    I have booked a ticket to travel from tumkur to yadgir today at 22.20 pm. But the said bus came to tumkur office bus stop at 21.45 pm instead of 22.20 pm. The tumkur office agent has informed me through my mobile that the bus would come at 21.45 pm. I have faced lots of hard ship and some how managed to reach the bus stop and catch the bus. I have asked the bus driver that why you have came so early and you are supposed to come at 22.20pm. The driver and tumkur office agent both have misbehaved and argued that we will not maintain bus timings and you should come whenever we inform you through mobile, you are not supposed to ask the bus timings etc like that they argued a lot.
                    I therefore request you people that take necessary action against them to behave passengers politely and maintain the shedule bus timings. Otherwise you will loose faith on your travels from the passengers.

                    Lots of cockroach on all beds. Your bus driver says, "this is normal, what to do. If you want you can complain..."

                    After paying 1700rs that too in SRS which ia highly not acceptable. I need a response on this from SRS

                      They cancelled the trip with out any information...

                      After i reached the bording point then i called to the contact person that time they are updating today trip cancelled like that.

                      Please refund and humble request dont keep like this unresponsive travels inside redbus network it will damage your name..

                        My bus from goa to bangalore pnr 22550155 and 22550080 seat number 8u and 9u dated 31.03.2018 at 7:00 pm. I was late by 10 min and bus didn't wait for me, i called customer support and they gave me the number of driver he asked me to reach a petrol pump but when i reached bus was not there. I called driver so many times but it was not reachable i called customer support as well they said driver phone is not reachable. Why they did not wait for 10min. If you are so punctual they why on 28/03/2018 your bus from bangalore to goa started late by one and half hour. I was told to reach bangalore bus stop at 10pm but they made me waited for one and half hour. Pnr 22502900 seat number 14u, 15u. If i was made to wait for one and half hour then why didn't you wait for 10 mins. Is only your time valuable not ours. Now, either you refund me for bangalore to goa ticket which was late by one and half hour or you refund for goa to bangalore which could not wait for 10min and i missed my bus. Otherwise i have to escalate this complaint to next level.

                          I have booked ticket bangalore to tirunelveli bus have to reach at 7 to 7:30am. I was informed to drive pls inform me when u reached to my point.
                          Morning i was seen it was 8:30am. I asked to drive the tirunelveli? He sad it's went long back i was called to everyone. Then you he's not called me? I was there in bus only? My set no is l16 its last in bus how can i come??? Now i am going to tirunelveli from nagarcoil in government bus one ticket is rs 70/-.
                          Who is the responsible for this???

                              Sir i booked ticket at 9:38pm from bangalore to muddebihal which i mentioned pickup point at goverdhan thetre. Departure time was 9:45pm around that time i was there but they didn’t pickup and booking office they were telling bus passed and go to next pickup point we informed again we went there still same so still i didn’t get my seat they told u come to our rutine dinner stop daaba we will pickup this is the way to behave with passengers sorry to say too worst experience in sas travels kindly rectify this issue

                                  While traveling from raichur to bangalore on 18th 9pm sleepr/seater srs bus...already one guy is verified the names at starting...but aftr 1hr one more guy came but he was DRUNK and he was verifyng and misbehvng with pasengers...totaly i got bad impression on SRS and scared...name of the guy i dont no...but some one told safrosh something he has muslim name...better i hope you you wil take action on this type of issues...and give good service thank you

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    Iam a resident of bangalore and i recently used srs travels on 28th of february to travel from hydrabad to bengaluru, my pnr number is 21981553 and my seat number is 22, 21, 24 and 23. But i regret to inform you that iam not happy with the service provided by you. Following are some of the aspects which i was not happy about,

                                    1) departure time was stated as 7:15am during the booking but the bus arrived @ 7:30am.

                                    2) the bus which was booked by me was scania but the bus provided was mercedes benz.

                                    3) the estimated arrival time was 4:30pm but the time i reached bangalore was @ 6:30pm

                                    4) the bus was not a hygienic place to sit, sleep or travel. Due to mosquitoes the travel was not pleasant.

                                    5) the bus had been stopped at kurnool (Madur nagar) for a duration of 45 mins @ 11:40 am and few of the passengers were asked to get down and were later asked to board back.
                                    Which caused delay in arrival.

                                    The total experience with srs travels was not upto my expectation and the delay in arrival time by 2 hours has caused damage to my business. The money which i paid (Rs 2396) was much higher than the service provided. Therefore i demand the refund of rs 2396 with a letter of apology.

                                    I expect to hear back from you with a full resolution to this issue within 7 days, or else i will be forced to raise a complaint you against you on state consumer disputes redressal commission and under consumer protection act.

                                      I booked bus from bangalore to kolhapur on 28th feb 2018

                                      The bus should reach kolhapur by 7:50 am.

                                      It's 10am now but bus has still not reached kolhapur

                                      When enquired to bus driver he said there is some issue in permit

                                      This causing inconvenience to passengers

                                      Now we can not meet our next schedule because of bus delay

                                      I m sure i have to think 10 times before booking srs travels

                                        I have kept my luggage bag in side dikki. Dikki owner is taken my mobile from luggage before i get down. Not received proper response from srs. I called srs agent but he is helpless as he said to contact the bus driver. Bus driver is supported dikki owner which means it is planned activity. The bag was kept outside before i get down from bus at destination point.
