I am travelling in srs from belgaum to bangalore. The worst service i have seen.in the website the reaching time is mentioned as 11.30 and it reached at 1.30 to bangalore. And the driver stopped bus at 10.30 pm for food because of free food to him inspite of passengers complaining to stop earlier. The bus no. Is ka 51 aa 4388. The behaviour of driver is also rude.

    As i boarded the bus from bangalore to mumbai on 8th jan 2018. The bus no is 1419. The bus stared at 6 o'clock from and rao circle. As the journey began small small chockrockes started coming on top. Later on found a lot of chockrockes slowing coming up from all places. The bus was absolutely not clean. Lights were not working. Tv is fluctuating. Switches are not proper.

      There will be no space for luggage to place.
      They use to place our bags in the place of stepney.
      Our luggages got damaged.

      They use to keep there goods at our luggage place then no space for our luggage...
      And seats are also not working properly..
      So please solve these problems for passenger comfort

        I am a student from telangana currently studying in tamil nadu. I travel a lot and all of it by bus. I have tried many travel services and by far this is the most mediocre and ignorant travel service agency i have ever seen. They claim to be providing the best service in market but it's quite the opposite. It would be an understatement when i say this is the most unreliable bus service. Yesterday i travelled from trichy to chennai on 05/01/18 and my bus departure time was 11:45 pm and somehow srs travels feels comfortable to change my seat, my bus and my bus timings (11:55 pm). I can overlook the timings part because it's just 10 minutes, but no! My bus is delayed by one and half hour which i thought is some problem with the bus, so no big deal. Today (06/01/18) my bus from chennai to trichy gets delayed by an hour again. Now once it is a mistake but still by considering the traffic and stuff i thought it was fine and i could board the bus but no! The number of the driver given was not working, so i've tried the customer care number which is always busy. So i tried another number who introduced himself as srs travels agent and i asked him where the bus was (3 times) he said it was 20 mins to my stop. Five minutes later i get a call from the bus driver that he had forgotten to pick me up, so he asked me to come 1 km away from the stop. I took an auto (This is my second time in chennai) and came to the spot but no! He asks me to come back 500 m so i walk back and do not say a word. Now if it was a rational human being he'd say sorry and if he was ignorant he just doesn't say anything but no! Instead of him being grateful that i travelled a km and walked half a km he shouts in front of everyone as if i were to blame. So now tell me after screwing up your job which you do on a daily basis literally for living how could some one be so retarded?

          Booked semisleeper seat from bengaluru to belgaum but the bus that arrived had seats with push back and no footboard. The condition of the bus was bad and journey was bumpy. The customer care was highly inefficient and seems to treat people like goods. Worst travel experience of my life so far. Surprisingly they spent half an hour trying to convince me that the seat was a semisleeper. I am a frequent traveller and i very well understand the difference between the two kind of seats. Srs please train your stuff to come up with better excuses.

            I m nanda and i travelled in srs bus with pnr 21170940 on 28th dec 11 am departure one but it came to kurnool at 11:30 am without informing. Till 3:20 pm he did not even stop for lunch on the way and then he did after everyone were worried about their sugar patient family members in the bus. Water bottles weren't given since hyd stop. Finally they forcely dropped me at majestic ananda rao circle at time 17:46 where i selected my drop point as wilson garden which says drop is at time 16:40 while booking the bus in abhibus app. I hav proof of drop point and time they dropped by my cab booking
            So by all these i wasn't happy n satisfied with the services they provided
            I would like to know the actions taken on that and may need my fare refund back to me

              I have booked 4 tickets for 30th dec through make my trip in 7:15 non ac sleeper from mumbai to dharwad. (Boarding from sanpada at 22:00 hrs).
              Today on 29th that the vehicle is cancelled due to break down & they have asked us to contact [protected] for refund.
              As i had booked through make my trip i contacted their toll free number[protected].
              They informed me that mmt does not have the information of the bus cancellation, however they have taken the complaint & said that the refund will be initiated within 72 hrs.
              I called up [protected] for latest status & they informed me that the bus is indeed cancelled, however the person says that mmt should contact them to for knowing the status & initiating refund.
              I simultaneously checked other websites itdc, srs
              In itdc this bus is still available for booking on the given date & on srs website this bus is available on request.
              I don't understand why srs cannot stop the booking of this cancelled bus on all the websites to prevent further bookings.

                We, 10 members have traveled in srs multi axle semisleeper bus from panjim (Goa) to hyderabad on 27th evening in the bus registered with no. Ka 01 af 5543. We purchased some wine bottles from a govt. Approved shop with valid permission. As far as i know, we are allowed to carry 2 bottles each with that valid permission and we were just carrying 1 bottle each.

                While boarding, the driver and guys said srs doesn't allow alcohol to be carried which was nowhere mentioned while booking ticket. They did send a text message regarding this at 4.45 pm where as our reporting time being 5 pm. With no time left for returning the alcohol, we had no other option but to submit it to srs folks. (That is of rs. 10000 worth). I am sure they wouldn't have destroyed those rather used.

                The sad part is, both the drivers who collected the alcohol from us, themselves carried their own alcohol bottles in the bus.

                I am very much fine with srs policies of not carrying alcohol in the bus, but why was it not mentioned while booking ticket or in terms & conditions. Why was the text message sent just 15 minutes before boarding time. Had that been sent at least 2 hours before the boarding time, we would have returned them and got our money back. Was their intention to make us buy the bottles and loot them?
                I am very much disappointed that i wanted to file a complaint in consumer forum.

                  I was travelling from shirdi to bangalore on 25/12/17 in srs travels sleeper bus# ka 51 aa 6968. The departure time from shirdi was 1pm however the driver said he wants to depart early as there was some entry time in pune which was 5 pm. Once the bus was in pune we repatedly requested the driver to stop as it was almost 6 hrs travelling and every body especially ladies wanted to use rest room. He kept on saying after 1/2hr he will stop but he didn't. At around 7.30-8pm he stopped on a highway as there was traffic jam and when we again told him he asked us to go and use a rest room which was little ahead. We went and in the meanwhile the traffic was cleared. When we were back which was within 5 mins the bus was already moving and the driver started screaming and scolding us coz he didn't want to stop. We told him that vehicles are moving and we were coming as fast as possible but he didn't listen. He abused us using all bad words and even threatened to hit my husband as well.
                  It was worst kind of service and horrible experience for us. The staff's behavior was worst and i will never ever like to travel by srs any more. Request to resolve my complaint asap.

                  Please stop bus where you have proper toilet. If you stop somewhere in middle of road how can lady passenger go for toilet.

                  It is very important to have proper toilet as comparison to other services like VRL.please stop bus where lady passenger can go for toilet without any hesitation.

                  The Bus journey (TS[protected]LPST) from Bangalore to Torangallu was horrible. The Bus driver was VERY rude. The bus did NOT stop for Ladies for attending Nature calls. It stopped in between where there were NO toilets. Ladies had to go attend nature call in open. How disgusting...

                    Hi,

                    I kaviraj who had booked the ticket from mumbai to bangalore on 24th of december 2017 through red bus was not able to understand if there is a boarding point at goregoan. However, i had called the respective 2 nors given to me when i recieved my ticket but both of them were not available.

                    Then i had to rush to vashi to catch it. Meanwhile i got the nor of the driver wherein i called him. To check if there was a stopping at goregoan and he replied to me saying there is.

                    My question to you guys is why isn't this mentioned in the ticket while booked online and also no valid nors.

                    Why??

                      Mumbai to bangalore bus no py 5189. Complaint registering on below mentioned points seat no 8 & 9 l boarded bus at jogeshwari east
                      1. Firstly bus was one hour delayed
                      2. Understand due to traffic at khandala got reaching got delayed. However, as l of seats were empty driver and co driver and cleaner dumped many ppl to that seat just to make money and came like shuttle bus even if the roads were free.

                      3. When questioned driver says do what ever u want this is how we r
                      4. There are kids elderly ppl who has to take medicines and this useless drivers stops bus at 1 am in the mid night for dinner when ask they gave some manager number mr rajesh telling call center number but none responded
                      5. Is this the services expected from srs and after paying 3000 almost a flight charge

                      6. Suggest please cancel it services to mumbai very pathetic.

                        Iam booked ticket from belagavi to bengaluru 23/12/2017. And departure point is kk tours and travels. I asked for kk travel person wheather bus is coming or pickup van coming. But he is rudely told call to given no. I am called to given no. They are not pick uping my call. After i searched in website for srs main office no. Then i called they told nobody can say i[censored] want bus just go for triveni hotel. After i am gone through auto to that point. Auto charges is 150 rs. Iam travelled so many times other travel agency but this experience not happened. My humble request is i want 150 rs auto charges from srs travels.

                        I am a lady passenger and have come 2 hours back to katraj SRS and my bus is late by 1 hour. I need to go toilet and asked staff here. They said no toilet here . I asked them I am in urgency. They are responding very rudely and asking y you came early u can go if you want. This behavior is not at all accepted.

                          Though my amount got deducted but still booking bit confirmed, kindly take it seriously and refund my amount i am yet to done with booking. And ur customer care told after 12 hrs i ll get money back but still not got.
                          I am awaiting for my money paid back and then i can try booking again.
                          Tried booking semisleeper for 23rd dec 2017 for 10pm and 12th seat number.
                          Kindly urgently pay my amount back.

                            I booked a ticket as a second option from bangalore to badami sleeper i have not ticket from vrl travels but your vehicle still in anandrao circle at 10.10 pm as departure time is 9.30pm as per schedule starting point only 40 minutes late means what service ur giving they are purposely making delay because they are earning extra money from putting extra passengers from crossing hubli they are earning more than the salary what action ur taken for this worst service

                              I am a regular customer so every time when i was travelling the bus delayed by 2 to 4 hours the system timings are not appropriate and correct and some drives are not professional.
                              About my last travels i have booked the bus from bangalore to pune at 10 pm bus number is ka 51 4338 mercedes-benz bus.
                              The journey till morning was fine but in the morning driver changed and he is driving the bus very slow like speed of 40-50 and all the vehicles like bikes, govt buses overtake the bus and he is still complaining the speed lock at 80 the bus is not taking speed but we checked 2 - 3 times and he is driving the bus like 40- 50 speed so i reached pune at 2 pm but the actual time to reach pune as per site 10 am and all the people in the bus asking him about this but he is not responding properly and some of the people was trying to reach the customare care but they are also not responding.
                              As i am regular customare please this issue seriously and please hire the professional driver and change the timings in your system

                                Srs travel agency and its employees and the bus is a disaster to experience for any!!
                                My bus was at 7.20, i was told to each at 7 and the bus arrived at 8.30! All the while i was told that the bus is coming is coming is coming... Bloody losers!! And when arrive, the # conductor did not have the curtsey to answer to our query and told the driver to start the bus and that mother # started and left irrespective of pleading to stop!!

                                  9 parcels of t shirts were booked from hyderabad kukatpally in srs losistics from my vendor surya exports on 30.11.17.We received the parcel on 05.12.17 in chennai t nagar branch.There were two parcels damaged with big holes.When we checked the quantity total 30 pcs of t shirts were missing all together.Even after asking so many times in srs travels there was no proper response from them.I the director of flawsome couture pvt ltd raise a complaint against them.Expecting relevant conclusion in this regard.Value of the stock is rs 12000/- approximately

                                    We regret to inform you that we have booked materials from bangalore to ahmednagar vied your lr no 1/39216 dated 04/12/2017 the material has still not reached the destination and when we tried to call your office they are giving excuses and are telling us not to book material with us.

                                    Mr krishna kumar ([protected]) give us assurance that the material is booked on 07/12/2017 by vehicle no 553 but the next day morning when we inquired at your ahmednagar office they told the material has not come and it is also not booked from bangalore office.
                                    Today again we tried to call mr krishna kumar many times since morning but he is not giving any answer and also not picking of our phone and has no courtesy to answer us.

                                    We request you to please look into the matter and please send the material today. Our machine is held up for the consignment.

                                    It is a 26 hours of journey and driver refused to turn on mobile charging point. He is also using bad language when asked to turn on charging point.
                                    He is also saying "Go to SRS head office and still I wont turn it on."

                                    Please take some action.

                                      This complaint is against corrupt practice by makemytrip & srs bus travel that has affected me by losing the ticket price rs.1008 as it has not yet been refunded by makemytrip. The chronology of event is as follows;
                                      Dt 20th nov’17: i booked bus ticket through makemytrip (Mmt bus booking id: nu[protected], ticket no: c2fqu8p2, operator pnr: ts[protected]ydth/[protected] for my travel from vadodara to udaipur dated 24th nov’17 by srs volvo bus at 12:55hrs.
                                      Dt 23rdnov’17, 10:42 hr : received a telephonic call from srs travel, mob-[protected] in my mobile saying “the bus has been cancelled”.
                                      Dt 23rd nov’17, 15:57hr: i called srs travel at [protected] to reconfirm. Srs customer care confirmed cancellation of bus.
                                      Dt 23rd nov’17, 17:32hr: i called srs travel at [protected] for 3rd time to confirm. Srs customer care confirmed cancellation of bus. Also confirmed ‘no alternative bus arrangement from srs travel, i have to arrange my travel & mmt will refund money’.
                                      Dt 23rd nov’17, 16:03hr: i called mmt customer care (Mmt ref[protected] and explained detail. I asked to confirm in written through srs travel. Mmt customer care said ‘ they will be able to confirm within 72hr’. Complaint closed without resolving.
                                      Dt 23rd nov’17, 17:33hr: i called again mmt customer care (Mmt ref[protected] and asked/argued to confirm in written through srs travel. Mmt customer care said ‘they will be able to confirm within 72hr’ i. E after travel is over. Complaint closed without resolving.
                                      Dt 23rd nov’17, 18:15hr: booked train ticket in tatkal (Pnr [protected])
                                      Dt 24th nov’17, 6:17hr: : i called srs travel at [protected] 4th time before boarding train to reconfirm. Srs customer care confirmed cancellation of bus.
                                      Dt 26th nov’17, 20:42hr: wrote a mail to mmt ref[protected]. It was closed without solving issue
                                      Dt 26th nov’17: wrote a mail to mmt ref[protected] and escalated to next level
                                      Dt 2nd dec’17: mmt representative asked to provide train ticket detail
                                      Dt 3rd dec’17: i provided tatkal train ticket & snap shots of all calls. Mmt says to revert in 48 hrs
                                      Dt 5th dec’17: mmt wrote to revert after 48hr after review
                                      Dt 7th dec’17: issue not resolved till date & money has not been refunded yet. I have escalated to level3

                                      I further appeal to srs travel to resolve with mmt, so that my money is refunded, take appropriate correction in system so that customer is informed in written for any kind of cancellation in bus & money gets refunded automatically. Such harassment & cheating will not help to build up a long standing association with customer.

                                        I am travelling from bangalore to tirunelveli on srs sleeper bus no. 9024. Apart the usual things like poor maintnance, late, non responsive, even though all the seats in the bus are reserved they are filling extra people in the bus to provide town to town drop like a government town bus. Its more than 15 people who came in asked the reserved passengers to give space for them to sit. Its so annoying. If they are providing service like a town bus why they are branding that route bus service as a sleeper reserved bus service and charging high cost to the people who are booking tickets.
