Dear sir/madam

Iam a resident of bangalore and i recently used srs travels on 28th of february to travel from hydrabad to bengaluru, my pnr number is 21981553 and my seat number is 22, 21, 24 and 23. But i regret to inform you that iam not happy with the service provided by you. Following are some of the aspects which i was not happy about,

1) departure time was stated as 7:15am during the booking but the bus arrived @ 7:30am.

2) the bus which was booked by me was scania but the bus provided was mercedes benz.

3) the estimated arrival time was 4:30pm but the time i reached bangalore was @ 6:30pm

4) the bus was not a hygienic place to sit, sleep or travel. Due to mosquitoes the travel was not pleasant.

5) the bus had been stopped at kurnool (Madur nagar) for a duration of 45 mins @ 11:40 am and few of the passengers were asked to get down and were later asked to board back.
Which caused delay in arrival.

The total experience with srs travels was not upto my expectation and the delay in arrival time by 2 hours has caused damage to my business. The money which i paid (Rs 2396) was much higher than the service provided. Therefore i demand the refund of rs 2396 with a letter of apology.

I expect to hear back from you with a full resolution to this issue within 7 days, or else i will be forced to raise a complaint you against you on state consumer disputes redressal commission and under consumer protection act.

Kindly note my booking pnr no. TS[protected]UYVV/22306278 booking from Nashik to bengaluru. I am facing issues of television not working in the seat which i have booked. Kindly note this nd provide me a different seat or else i need a refund .
I am currently in the bus and 2 people are full drunkon the top sleeper class y does SRS allow these people to board.KA 51 0451.Entire nation should be ashamed 04'05 seat numbers

    I booked bus from bangalore to kolhapur on 28th feb 2018

    The bus should reach kolhapur by 7:50 am.

    It's 10am now but bus has still not reached kolhapur

    When enquired to bus driver he said there is some issue in permit

    This causing inconvenience to passengers

    Now we can not meet our next schedule because of bus delay

    I m sure i have to think 10 times before booking srs travels

      I have kept my luggage bag in side dikki. Dikki owner is taken my mobile from luggage before i get down. Not received proper response from srs. I called srs agent but he is helpless as he said to contact the bus driver. Bus driver is supported dikki owner which means it is planned activity. The bag was kept outside before i get down from bus at destination point.

        We had booked a bus from raichur to bangalore on 23/02/2018, departure time is 9.40 pm. We got a call from the travels person and told the bus service has been cancelled. They have arranged the bus service for 9 pm. We requested them to schedule at 9.40 but they said no and behaved very rash and rude way. The bus was stopped for dinned in some hotel which was very very unhygienic and the food was not at all good. Its been such a worse service and behavior by the travels. Please take necessary action and provide us the compensation.

          In srs (Worst travels), i have booked ticket for chennai from nagercoil (Vadasery omni bus stand). While boarding at vadasery, they are keeping my luggage inside the storage and asking me keep the big trolly bag in my seat. They are using that storage space for others luggage and getting money and asking passengers to keep their luggages. If we asked, saying that we will do like that only go and complaint. Don't know how to treat passengers. Indecent stupids.

            I booked ticket in the morning they also confirmed after that evening they called me and told the bus has cancelled but this case what should i do as a customer you are one liable to arrange some other alternative. They will not i m getting to much frustrated for that.

            The guy who called me (Raj kumar chennai branch) koimbedu he is stupid person he doesn’t have sense at all he was speaked like rowdy he didn’t give good respond to the customer

              We five members of our family were travelling on srs non ac sleeper bus from bagalkot to pune on 9/2/18. With bus no ka 42a 5608.
              1]to start with, the window glasses of our sleepers 2l & 3l were broken. After complaining a cardboard was put, but there was no circulation of air
              2]. The bus stopped at 10.15 pm just before solapur for dinner the hotel was dirty, had bad quality food and uncleaned washrooms without light. Imagine how ladies can go to bathrooms without lights at night
              3] moreover the bus reached late at pune.

                  Hello,
                  I had booked sleeper bus from bangalore to nagarcoil service. My pnr is, 21782189.

                  Service: py 01 ck8217

                  The vehicle starting time is 8.30 at kalasipalayam bangalore. Actual arriving time to kavalkinaru 20 kms before nagarcoil. I used to arrive the same place max at 7. But this time why this much delay i really didn't understand. The bus now it's reaching tirunelveli.

                  As a passengers to commit some meeting at some places and that time like this timings is not at all suitable.

                  Moreover the same kind of sleeper from other services can travel 10.30 hrs max. And why not srs?

                  This is very much not acceptable in this route taking more than 12 hours.

                    I travelled from hyderabad to belgaum dated 06/02/2018 and the bus number was ka4405. The driver and the conductor together charged me 500rs. They harassed and acted like beating me. Took 500rs from my pocket. Please take necessary action on them and remove such people from the job. They will definitely effect the entire srs travels. And in future i feel i will not travel in this travel through my life.

                    I want my 500rs get returned as soon as possible and also remove such bloody driver and conductor. So that people can travel safely.

                    I travelled from hyderabad to Belgaum dated 06/02/2018 and the bus number was KA4405. The driver and the conductor together charged me 500Rs.                     I was traveling from Bangalore to bhatkal they changed my bus and provided me with the wrong timing due to which I missed my bus.Poor service from SRS.I will suggest all my friends not to travel in SRS.You people wasted my time and money.
                    Right now I am traveling in SRS bus.
                    I had to leave in urgency. So came to toll naka and asked the SRS bus driver if any seat vacant. He told yes and he took me in the bus. At that he had told that i have to pay the same amount as shown in the srs website i.e 500rs as they have to pay the amount to the company.
                    But when bus moved he gave me the sitting seat instead of single sleeping seat. When i asked he told that by Tumkur he will adjust the seat... i am stucked here...
                    Now tell me what i can do for this...?

                      Hi team,
                      I'm not able to sleep because of one drunk person is sleeping side of me . Even he is not allowing to open window also...this smell is disgusting . Please make one rule for us also.. please don't allow any drunk person in bus . We are also humans . understand us thank you
                      We 2 members traveled from Dharwad to Pune with SRS travels on 28/1/18.Bus No was KA42 A991 .It was non AC sleeper coach .Glasses of both the windows of L14 L15 were broken. As senior citizen we could not bear with wind and cold, since it was night travel.No alternate arrangement made when asked

                        Driver by name pakirappa hubli, route to shirdi dropped my wife in the middle of freeway and started arguing saying we cannot drop you too your home and all. My wife boarded bus from belgaum and she repeatedly asked agent in bgm reading dropping point, and confirmed bus would stop at hadapsar.. Later when she arrived at pune, she was told they will drop her to hadapsar but internally driver and other helper decided to drop her in the middle of freeway and asked her to take rickshaw. I called customer care and the guy spoke so rudely and had no courtesy to help customer.
                        Please do no book this travel, these guys are bad and uncivilized.

                              Bus was scheduled from pune at 10:50 pm and most probably arriving at 1:30am still!!! Is this not insane!!???! It’s completely wrong!!! Half an hour plus or minus is adjustable!!! But more than 2 hours!!! It’s humilating and to stand wit a family in the night not even the arrival stop is good for family to rest!!!
                              This is not the first time... It’s the third time and above the saturation level!!!
                              Pune to bagalkot takes a long route... Just to increase its prices!!!

                                I would want to raise a complaint about the inconveniece caused by the dangerous journey in the SRS Travels . I was travelling from hyderabad to bangalore in the bus number KA01AF5543. After travelling for certain Kms the bus driver hit a car minorly damaging the rear of the car completely. We the passengers overlooked the incident considering it to be an humanly mistake. But after few more hours of journey the driver again lost control of his vehicle and toppled the bus to the shoulders of the road . The driver allegedly fell asleep and caused grave injury to all passengers aboard. Also the passengers had to arrange their own mode of transport to reach their destination.The above mentioned incident took place at around 4.30 AM on 25/01/2018. I kindly request you to please look into this matter and kindly take a necessary and fair action against the bus company.

                                  The journey was to start at 10pm at race course road, however it started only at 11. Pm.

                                  As per the package they offer free darshan. Once we reached, to our surprise they asked us to buy rs.300 special darshan tickets.

                                  We reached tirupathi at 3.45am. We were given only 30 mins for two persons to get freshen up in a sharing room. All they hurried us is to make us stand in a queue till 8am to buy rs.300 special darshan tickets.

                                  Once the tickets are purchased, they took us immediately to tirumala for 2pm darshan. They stopped for breakfast at tirumala around 10.30am after 7 hours you have been awake. And lunch is planned around 4.30 pm. This package trip is sheer inconvenience to visitors with their wrong information.

                                  Not worth the money you are spending.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that i was travelling in the above bus with my pnr no[protected]Bus no - 2865) and i had kept my luggage in the dicky of your bus, later on the conductor kept some container with fish over my luggage and all the water from that fish container seeped into my luggage and all over my clothes and books present in bag got dirty with the fish water. I had to attend an very important meeting today morning at hassan... And i could not attend it because i had no clothes... All my clothes were soiled with the fish water. I am a purely vegetarian person and we cannot even tolerate seeing all these... And now all my luggage and clothes are smelling of fish... Also i lost my meeting beacause of such mis management of your staff... This is not the way you manage the luggage of customers... So please let me know that how the damage will be compensated... Or do i need to approach consumer court to claim all the mental and financial harassment. I hope you will understand my problem and get back to me with some solution asap.

When we checked kaanur (Kerala office) came to know that they are planning o load today only this was not either inforedm to us and the materieal was to supply for an school for there festival which was done on today.                                         I booked more than 10times in srs booking most of the time they came by late, they won't keep up time punctuality, driver char was worst, he spoked rudely, last time i went 10min late they asked me to give 100rs to driver for adjustment, i asked them why i need to give money, they tell like they are waited for me that's why asking money and that driver told no need to wait for none, if i come late you complaint in srs office, really worst exp bangalore to paramakudi.
