Sub: Driver guilty of inhumane behaviour

I, A. Abdul Wahid and my partner Sajjad Khan travelled from Aurnagabad to Bangalore on 5/12/17(Tue). The bus did not halt after dinner break at 10:30 PM near Pune up until morning at 7am which means the driver did not stop the bus the entire night for washroom etc. This in itself is not expected from the travels putting passengers into undue inconvenience.

When in the morning he stopped the bus in some remote location near Sira the toilets were not having water supply. My partner asked the driver the point of stopping at a place where toilets were not having water. This questioning made the driver so angry that he came out of the seat and became physical with my partner. This led to an altercation between the two.

Let me also clarify that it was the driver who initiated the physical assault. The incident dragged on and the driver was also guilty of making communally offensive statements.

During the breakfast break at Sira in the morning at 9AM the driver with the aid of couple of men physically assaulted my partner again. I brought the situation under control and the co- driver was good enough to apologise for the entire episode. Apart from physical assault the driver was once again guilty o[censored]sing communally offensive language at Sira during the breakfast break. This unfortunate incident took place on the morning of Wed., Dec 6th.

Now this kind of obnoxious and inhumane behavior is not expected from any individual lest from a driver who is on duty towards a customer.

I request and appeal to the SRS travels management to take the driver into remand and take appropriate action against him. This request is not only in the interest of the travels but also in the larger public interest of maintaining social harmony. Surely such mischievous individuals shall turn their disgusting behaviour towards someone else in the future if they are not checked and accounted for today.

As a regular customer, I am looking forward towards justice on this issue...

    I travelled from mangalore to pune in srs scania bus numbered 554 (Last 3 digits) on 4 dec 2017. The address given was opposite to pabbas parlour. I waited on opposite side for the bus. But the bus was stopped in front of pubbas. I took 2 minutes to cross the road to get the bus. Both the driver and conductor spoke impolitely & harshly for making them wait for 2 minutes which i never expected from such a branded company.

        I, several times encountered this problem only with srs travels which is in anand rao circle, bangalore.
        The problem is about charging extra prices for personal belongings packed in the carton box, which doesnt even weigh more than 5 kilo. At the same time many passengers are seen carrying boulders like baggage which can weigh minimum of 30 kilo, but they arent getting charged for that.

        I think this is some sort o[censored]nequal terms of srs travels. May be they need to change this soon as already customers of srs are drifting towards other travelling agencies.

        Desired solution : limit the weight of the luggage to be carried by passenger.

        Dear Sir,
        I am Prem Kumar my booking PNR is 20677405.
        I reached Boarding point at correct time 8.45 and enter in bus but one staff said y u enter like dog. I am too upset on his behaviour. And bus also 17min delayed from Boarding point
        I was Booked My Material through SRSnParcel service on 23-10-17 with LR 83/8245 which contains 70000 rupees material in Parcel. But still it does not reach to destination. And people are not taking action after complaint also.
        Please help me with getting my parcel back or give me 70000 rupees as you unable to trace it.
        Vrl is far better in maintaining timings the was was 3hours later than mentioned time to reach destination

              Your srs bus service is totally waste and your drivers behavior is too worst.. They came maski by a time of 9.45 and the departure time as per the booking details is at 9.15. So who is responsible for this.
              And they are not even reday to provide the reporting manager number. Who is that person.. Is this the way of providing the service?? Why vrl travels wont do this? Learn from them on how bahave with customers.

                I am travelling from bangalore to chennai today 26th nov, the srs travels bus charged me 1100 online.. My bus time was at 11:15 pm to be boarded at kalasipalayam. However the bus did not arrive at destination, another bus which was going to trichy /tanjore took 8 passengers and dropped at double road.. The original bus which was allocated arrived at 12pm, and # there was not even water bottles provided in this bus. I called up helpline they are kind of answering rude stating no tv, no water, no biscuits.. More over ac was not switched on when i boarded and kept quiet for 10 mins, post my complaint ac was switched on... I will never recommend this bus.. Feeling irritated.. Bus charging less then 800 rs are providing water bottle.

                  Srs travels bus which was from hyderabadto belgaum scheduled on 24th november 2017, met with an accident in middle of the journey and the driver absconded, passenger got injured and hurt. No care given whatsoever. Passenger is 68 years old female and us injured in the back. Bus got lifted and jumped above to almost 10 feet up. Srs travels taking no responsibility whatsoever of this.

                    I booked a ticket to bangalore through srs mobile app. I wanted to check how much i'll lose if i cancel the ticket. Without any confirmation the ticket got cancelled and no refund provided. I really didn't want to cancel it and want to travel on the same ticket, but i was asked to book again with another rs.1000. Within few minutes the ticket is sold to different customer and i lost my money as well as my seats.

                      I am regular traveler of bus bus, i keep saying to bus driver regarding this problem still it's not corrected. But srs don't reduce cost in bus charge becuase it's charging for all these services.in these cases vrl takes care for the customer complaint vary seriously hope srs as well. Most of the time i am seeing srs is allowing drinker to travel in the bus this is causing other passengers safe journey hope to see action on this as well.

                      I have booked bus from Navi Mumbai to bangalore.. It was scheduled to pick up around 7PM but he reached around 8.30PM... And the drivers very slow in riding a bus.. Totally it took 20hrs to reach bangalore but it can be reached in 15hrs..
                      Driver came late and was behaving harshly. he started cursing in local language.when asked the purpose. He was answering, just sit .
                      Driver has dropped before destination ( Four ways) without intimations .Even the passenger have 2 bags and 2 years old child.
                      This is very irresponsible behaviour of SRS driver.

                          This is regarding my travel from hospet to bangalore on saturday 04th nov17. (Bus no ka42 9305)

                          My bag having iphone6s and cash around 13000 was stolen by a suspect seated at 1u whose ticket was booked by travel agent at srs office @ gangavathi.
                          The suspected person seated 1u has stolen my bag and got down in between before reaching the destination ie bangalore. The driver has claimed that the person got down near chitradurga.
                          When the details of that person was asked, phone number and id proof, that was given was the agents number and not the traveler's.
                          Please take a serious action on the agent and the traveler.
                          I need my belongings back. Since this happened in the moving bus and was not my negligence.
                          There should be cc camera or someway to find that guy seated at 1u. Also inquire the agent who booked his seat since he dint ask for his id. This is not the first time this has happened at srs.
                          Cash worth rs13000 and iphone6s (128gb) worth rs 60000 and my bank credit and debit cards are lost.

                            Bus number - 9154 from bangalore, 8th mile at 11:25 pm to manipal, 31st oct. I was in seat no.7 next to the window, seated next to a man at seat no. 8.in the middle of the night while i was sleeping the man had touched me inappropriately from behind in many regions and i shouted at him a little later causing him to run to the seats behind. I went to the bus driver and complained immediately and i told him the gravity of the situation and he did not react much. Infact he simply said, "if it happens again, tell me and i'll stop the bus.' if you could take my complaint seriously, please let me know what the further actions will be or who that man was at seat no. 8, contact at kanaya. [protected]@gmail.com. Otherwise i will be forced to lodge a police complaint or go to consumer forum.

                            My mother was travelling from TK to Mumbai on 8th November. Drop point was Sion, Driver and helper made her get down at Sanpada saying its Sion and bus left. Sanpada is more than 50km from my place. She had to take taxi costing more to TK to Mumbai ticket. bus cost is 1400 and taxi fare came to 950.

                              Hello everyone,

                              I like to bring this incident happend yeaterday regarding the pick up point from an srs travels bus py01 cc 5571 muredeshwara to bangalore (9.15pm departure). I got a message as my pick up point as "opp tonaveen restraunt". Few minutes back the driver of the bus called and demanded to be in the point 8:45 pm though the reporting time being 9:00 pm and departure time being 9:15 pm. (But didn't mentioned any point name). As per the message specification we were waiting at the specified point "opp. To naveen restraunt". Exactly i got a call at 9:10 pm from driver saying he is waiting since 20 minutes in the point. Astnoshingly, we were at the point exactly at 9:02 pm and didn't find this bus waiting. When i told the driver we are waiting in the given point from 9:00 pm and dont't see his bus waiting. The driver says he is waiting in ksrtc main bus stop. I was surprised the point he said was 1km away from from the actual point given and no intimation too. When i asked the driver why there is change and without intimation and its difficult to go to the point he said as it was night 9:15pm there was no autos or public transportation and along with ladies and children. The bus driver rudly said i already informed you when i called. I told him that he just specified about early pick-up and nothing about the change of pick up point, also i said it will take another 10 minutes to reach that point and he will have to wait until then. But the driver again said very rudly i cannot wait until then. Later by the blessing of lord muredeshwara we got a auto and reached the point that driver himself had changed without even informing the higer authorities, customer care who still said that the point i was waiting was the right one and to hold on until bus arrives where the driver had no interest to come. Later when i rudly asked driver how can he change the point without informing anyone, he started saying because of traffic sometimes they change the point nearby to main road. I was like # what is this new sense. Why does we opt for a point if we have to get picked up some where out of our reach don't we have any better service provider?? Really if some high authorities from srs travels are reading this message have to take a strict action on these kind of drivers who are spoiling the repution and earnings by losing the customers. Moreover, a kind of driver who says i own this bus and you can complain to anybody.

                              Bedsheet was pulled from below my head, 30 mins before my stop and i was abused by the driver and conductor, citing the reason that bus was getting empty and they had to clean it.

                                On 26.10.17 at 8.45pm my self & wife got into srs - bangalore to mayalarathurai bus no 1380 with birth u2-u3. No problem till we reach trichy at 3.30am. At trichy chatram bus stand the driver stopped bus & asked trichy passengers to get down since bus will not go to main bus stand srs office & he is going bypass. Like us others also got down cursing the driver.
                                If they are not dropping at main bus stand should inform early so that mentally we will be prepared.
                                This will really give a bad impression on the service. Please inform the passengers in the start so that where we have to get down at the destination.

                                My daughter travelled alone from coimbatore to Hosur on 1-11-17 pnr[protected] instead of drop at Hosur dropped at Madiwala Bangalore and she faced many problem and we also struggled lot and what is action you are going to take and why I should not take any legal action

                                  We have shipped the materials from bangalore to tenkasi office with necessary gst bills
                                  On 16th oct 2017 through srs travels with the lr number is 1/28701, because of delay from srs service
                                  It received tenkasi on 18th diwali day as a holiday of srs and our office,
                                  That is breakable materials as bill says those are computer items, if we keep in cargo office they
                                  Might get damaged, so we follow up with srs tenkasi, we took delivery on 17th diwali day from
                                  Load man, we received kept at office, next day we opened box
                                  Identified inside the box many materials are got broken, immediately we took to srs office tenkasi infirmed them, they did not give the proper response, we infirmed to bangalore office and mailed to srs office and talk to balaji and gm, still we did not get any reply from you.
                                  Because of this damage we lost more than lacks for this issue. This is a super computer board, we did not work and not able to design our company projects.
                                  Please help us to get the loss amount for us.

We don't have any problem with driver and cleaner d problem is inside d bus many cockroaches and smelling so badly we felt like nausea many people who where travelling with me even they felt same thing. And another complaint is about a restaurant in gujrath hotel name is ronak d food so third class i don't know on what basis u people have kept them to serve srs customers chapatti of wheat is horrible gravy is fine even rice it's not up-to d mark so plz change its a request we don't feel like travelling back to srs now.

                                    I travelled from Ankola to Bangalore on your Multi Excel AC Volvo Sleeper coach on Bangalore - Goa route on 24th Oct 2017. Seat No. 2L and 3L. I was very badly bitten by bed bugs and had allergic reaction. It took three days to heal. I am paying premium price for severe bed bugs biting ?

                                      We have booked tickets from pune to udupi on 14/10/2017 is confirmed with pnr: 19344961, mumbai-mangalore multi sleeper. Seat no: 1l, 2l, 3l, 10l, 2u, 3u, 5u, 6u. Operator has cancelled the service and shifted to mumbai-mangalore scania /volvo (2, 1, 27, 28, 34, 33, 32, 31- 8 seats).

                                      They have not given the same service for the cancelled tickets. We have booked tickets for sleeper but after cancellation they have given seater.

                                        I have booked my tickets from bangalore to nasik from srs travels. My boarding point was madiwala near silk board bridge.
                                        Reporting time was 8:50am. We have waited there more than an hour. We were seating at srs office. Srs office executive send us opposite to srs office to board in to the van. We crossed the road at 10am (When the traffic is on high) with luggage & small baby but the pick up van came in front of srs office. Again we crossed the road with hanging bags and baby in one hand to boarded on pickup van. Then i just asked to cab driver. If your cab was coming this side then why you people send us that side? I dont know what the f... Wrong thing i asked them. They came towards me and start asking.. Do you know kannada? I was super silent. I was just thinking what wrong i asked them. Then i asked the cab driver is it mandatory to know kannada to board in to your van. He replied - yes. And he started like from how many years are you staying here then you must know kannada. If you have to stay in bangalore then you must know kannada. I was super silent. I couldn't speak more because my wife has to travel alone. Literally they was trying to beat me. But i couldn't say anything so they did not get that chance.
                                        I would like to ask srs. Either change your staff mentality or stop your business out side karnataka. With this kind of mentality i dont think customer like me travel again with srs.

                                        SRS Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Bangalore 8th mile dasarahalli office persons taking bad words... That was bad experience to me in srs travels.
