Hello sir,

My name is sibin. During our journey from bangalore to panjim on 28th sep 2017. The bus was suppose to start by 10.15pm which was purposefully delayed 3 hours and we reached panjim by 3.30pm the next day, where we are suppose to reach by 10am. Also during our journey we were badly effected by bed bugs in our berth. I have paid 6400rs for a double berth. This is so very disappointing to get an poor experience in our vacation trip after we pay a premium amount for our travel. I did inform the staffs, they took photos/videos telling me that they will be submitting a complaint in their office. I would like to have a compensation for poor experience in the journey. The next morning there were two stops for wash room and food, both the places were poor and bathroom facilities were very pathetic.

I have attached 2 photos to submit as a proof of what we experienced in the bus. 1 of the photos is bed bug and the other is my neck getting all redish after getting bed bug bites.

Also forgot to mention that, the driver who was driving in the next morning was a rash driver. He didn't even consider the life of kids and families inside the bus. It was so poor that people were vomiting inside

Just a FYA - Attaching a photo of amenities showcased in the website. No movie was played, Reading lights were not working, Personal TV was not working. I am sure fire extinguisher and hammer for emergency exit is only in a single location in the entire bus. Considering the fact that half of the amenities were not functioning at all in the entire bus, the higher price for the tickets is cheating. Please take necessary action

      I booked 2 tickets from trichy central bus stand for tirunelveli on 09/10/17. She instructed me to go srs office before 15 minutes for 11.30 bus. I was waiting for half an hour in the office. After 11.30 i enquired about bus they told me to go opposite to murugan temple junction. Then again i came back to junction with heavy rain. 12 of midnight the bus came. Without any attender driver only checked my ticket.in seat no 11 and 12 somebody were sleeping. After that a bad service, in tirunelveli they didnt inform me even they didnt checked. Volunterly i asked driver he told me bus is now at sathankulam. I shocked after hearing even in ordinary bus service the persons are checking even stage by stage. Please take severe steps on persons concern for future convenient to the passengers

        I booked ticket for 12th october today. But it got booked for today. I ensured the dates while booking and have screenshot aswell. But it booked for 9th october only i. E. Current day. I tried calling the srs service number to cancel or postpone the ticket number.
        Not happy with srs customer service not the web/ app behaviour.

        Raised fir in the nearest police station.

            I had booked ticket from mangaluru to bangalore and whole journey was unpleasant. The guy who booked next to me was so big that he occupied my seat as well. I was not having space at all. I even requested for change of seat but i did not get helpful response. Kindly look into it.
            Hope i will get the response asap.

            I never experienced this kind service from SrS. I won't travel any more and won't prepare for the srs
            I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to tenkasi.the arrival time is 8:40 pm boarding at boomanahalli. The bus is not arrived still 12am . I tried to call the driver, person who was there in booking counter no one is responding. What kind of worst service is this. I always used to travel in srs.this is the worst service I never experienced.

              The bus from pune to banglore is delay by 2 hours and which is too much terrible service i could expect from any travel agency. This is my second experience and still it made me frustrated and all my schedules were changed due to which i even lost the chance to meet a client.

                My wife travelling on dt.29.9.17 from bangalore to badami.
                As per the srs timing they should reach badami at 7.30am.

                They have take almost 13 hrs.

                This is not right way to travel in srs.

                Pls take action on delay to reach badami.

                  It is showing very high fare if it is falling on the long weekend, why this is happening like this and no control from government.

                  100 % hike, this is really not acceptable, where normal people would go when they have such a high fare. This is happening for long time and nobody had taken action on this.

                  We booked srs scania business class bus, but now we are traveling through some other sleeper bus which is not comfortable and the conductors are very rude and we are been fooled by the transportation company .

                    But if you see the ticket fare in the date of 28.09.2017, rs 1472.5. (Example, please check the price details in http://www.srsbooking.com, date : 28.09.2017).
                    Exactly they have doubled the ticket fare.

                      11.40 pm bus from madiwala to chennai came in with luggage deck completely filled with luggage already which are not passenger luggage but some thermocole boxes. When asked to adjust and keep atleast one bag they denied the request. When asked to contact manager one number was given who disconnected the call first time and second time said he will talk to driver. They using these busses as lorries to transport goods rather than accommodating customers bags.

                      When saying we will raise a complaint they said to keep the luggage in next bus traveling to same destination. Which i was not comfortable with and rejected the offer. Then had to sleep with luggage in sleeping area.

                        Bus no. Ka 01 ae 2596. Bus driver was very impolite and did not stop for almost 6 hours without bothering to see whether people are being inconvenienced or not. I was one of the few ladies on the bus who was high inconvenienced by the inability of the driver to stop at regular intervals. He stopped for dinner at midnight and did not even give enough time for us to have dinner. Hardly 10 minutes stop. At our destination in hyderabad, he didn't even drop us at the destination stop. He asked us to get down at the main bus stand and go by ourselves even though our destination was showing in the list of stops. But he didn't listen to us. Very bad service. I'll never go by srs ever again. Horrible

                        I booked one ticket from Aurangabad to Bangalore on 13th September . The bus cancelled by SRS travels. But they are not return the amount yet. And I didn't get any response from them. They are making more delay in returning the money.

                          One of the worst bus experience in recent times very rude unprofessional behaviour of driver n his assistant, left around 11.30 from blore n reached hyderabad at around 10.30, all the way dey boarded the passengers, bargaining was going on just for 50 to 100 bucks dey provided the seats n made sure that all seats were occupied throughout the journey, driver was on mobile majority of his journey wen asked used abusive words, wen asked for the mobile port for the charging, he denied to switch on. Total experience was horrible. Definitely i would not suggest srs travels to anyone. It's not just running maximum number of buses what matters is the quality of service dey provide in future i will not travel by srs. Hope this msg reaches them. How can they allow talking on phone while dey drive it's totally unprofessional. Bus was like a local satellite bus picking up passengers n dropping dem near by place. Almost dey might have earned 2k to 3k. Funniest this is bargaining, totally disappointed

                            When iam traveling from vijayawada to bangalore today 13 sep 2017. Passengers without tickets are boarding into bus like vijayawada to guntur like that. Which i felt that no security to ur belongings and not reaching on time would be my concern. I hope proper action would be taken so that further i should not hesitate to travel with ur service.                               Bus journey details from bangalore to koppa on 08/09/2017 are pnr: 19460483, seat no: 12l, boarding: madiwala (Pickup van/bus) at 09:00 pm, service no. Bng-koppa sringeri non a/c sleep, bus no: ka 51 aa 6983 and helpline no:[protected]. I called driver no and helpline no [protected] so many times but they are not respond in a single time. I waited for bus from 8.00pm but they are not pick me from madivala to magestic office staff doing time pass with co staff and didn't respond promptly to customer. I was getting late and my bus timing was10:00 pm bus already departures from magestic point, they will not cooperated to customer. Who's the response for my loss of time, money, work? At 11.00 pm reached the majestic and ask them to refund amount but they are not ready to respond us and give me money.

                                Ka01 af 2981 late pick up from indiranagar and indira nagar office staff doing time pass with co staff and didn't respond promptly to customer. I was getting late and my bus timing was10:00 pm who's the response for my loss of time, money, office work? I lodge complaint at srs corporate office also and going to inform cmd. As well as fir lodge at megestic police station. Case copy to civil court

                                Sir i'm was travelled from bangalore to hospet on dated 08-09-17. Pick up from indiranagar but pick up van no:ka 01 af 2981 driver getting one hour late and rude behavior. When i going to complaint on this number [protected] customer complaint section, he also going to raise upon me and he said go and complaint wherever you want to wish. These type of worst bus service i never seen. U people must learn from vrl and sre services

                                Hi, I'm owning a Toyota innova crysta 2.8z clocked 23500 Kms as of now.. since 9000kms have experienced a break pad and disc wear out thrice.. every 3500 kms I'm experiencing the break pad wear outs.. please give me a solution soon.. have taken it to the dealer many times.. but still not able to find no a solution.. please help me out..

                                    I travelled through srs travels on 01.09.2017 from tirunelveli to bangalore.. My bus got accident near salem.. More than 20 persons injured and admitted in hospital.. Remaining were sitting on road in rain.. We couldn't even collect our baggage from police station as the manager of srs travels didn't come even after 5 hours of accident.. They didn't arrange any vehicle for us to go from the accident spot which is 15kms away from salem.. Also no arrangements for us to go from salem to bangalore.. No refund for us too.. So please don't travel in srs travels

                                    This travels provided me 50% refund which is nothing in front of my mental stress and medical expenses.. I didn't get sleep for more than one week.. Can't eat properly.. One family came with us for settling their newly married daughter in new home in bangalore.. But they became sentimental and became very upset.. Refund is not a matter in front of all these problems.. I heared from someone that the second driver is regularly taking sleeping pills before going to bed.. So only he can't wake-up when the first driver made him wake-up.. Immediately after 10-15 minutes of driver change, the bus got accident.. So please i request you all transport service providers to be cautious while selecting their drivers as the lives of lot of passengers in their hands.. Thanking you..
                                    I was traveling to Nagercoil from Chennai on Sleeper coach on 9th Sept 2017. The bus inside smells very bad.Curtaines were not in shape. Mobile phone charger not working.when we asked the driver no proper reply.

                                      Hello,

                                      I was about to travel from ahmedabad to bangalore through srs travels on 4th sep, 2 pm volvo bus. My pnr is 19380668.

                                      However, the bus was cancelled by the srs facilities. I received this information through one of their executives named mr imtiyaz (Ahmedabad office) ([protected]). He informed me about it and told me to cancel the ticket to get the full refund. He gave me this information after consulting with their head branch. However, when i cancelled the ticket it showed only 50% of the refund.

                                      I complained about this to their head office and in reply ms/mrs puja (Srs employee - bangalore branch - [protected]) gave me a consent that i will be refunded the full amount of 1512 inr.

                                      So far, i haven't received any amount in my bank account and hence i am complaining about that. Two of the srs employees have confirmed me for the full refund and yet nothing has taken place. I expect you to return the money to my bank account on immediate basis.

                                        Hi.. I felt one of my really bad experience with srs travels.. I plan for my relative marriage from banglore to mayiladuthurai... The bus suppose to reach mayiladuthurai by 6.30 am as per the schedule.. But it reaches mayiladuthurai by 10am... From trichy onwards the bus drivers started filling local tickets from each and every stop... The passangers us started fighting with the driver's but no use... It's better to use govt buses instead of this fraudulent travel...
