bus fare

Dear sir,

As per tamilnadu government rule there is no any more charges for travel agency. But they will collect more money in online usually they will collect 700 to 900 but this festival time they are collecting 1650 for one day travel. Is this oks for that tamilnadu people. You can see srs travels booking as well. They do online itself means if we go directly??? I think they charge more and more

Bangalore to pottalpudhur route srs bus always delaying in arrival and departure because of their courier services doing in the same passenger bus. Getting everywhere stopped to unload the courier it is taking extra 4 hours to reach the destination. It should reach pottalpudhur by atleast 7.30 but still they are unloading the courier service in kovilpatti it is 8.30 now. It will take nearly more than 2.30 hrs to reach the destination. It...

too much delay

I am travelling from pune to blore.. The bus is late by 3 hours... I am missing a meeting due to this delay by srs.. I would like to have a refund of my ticket amount.. This is third time i am facing such delay by srs.. Worst service.. No time sense at all.. Kindly look into the matter seriously as passengers suffer due to delay.

cheated

I uttam kumar raha mob [protected] was first time traveling from davangere bypass to salad on 20.08.2017, at 6pm.

Despite of booking bus at your stand there at davangere, they boarded me on another bus which goes to some where else and dropped me at karta at 3:30 am on 21st.

I was told that i will be given ticket later, kindly explain what is my fault and why am been cheated....

driver negligence

My parents were travelling from bangalore to gajendragad pnr:19121633. During the travel the bus was stopped at 3.30pm about 10km away from hospet in the middle of the road for washroom. My father got down from bus. While crossing road, my father was hit buy truck and he was hospitalized. He went unconscious. He had head injury and fractures in ribs.
We want you to take serious action on these....

wrong information, rude behaviour, unclear baggage policy

I am travelling from bangalore to ahmedabad right now... My ticket no is - tk9c84228683... Boarding point was srs office at madiwala... I reached the point in time with all my luggage.. Now the bus came on the opposite side of the road... So i was forced to transfer all my luggage acroos the road which is hosur road, near silk board... This is very busy road... So basically i have risked my life because of wrong information given by the agency...

rude behavior of 2 drivers py01ck 8097

pune bangalore bus which was supposed to arrive at 3:30 am

I had booked a ticket from pune to Banglore from make my trip. The bus timing shown as per the site was 3:30Am. This was the reason why I booked this ticket as I had to catch a train from Banglore at 8:30.

I reached at the Katraj SRS bus stand at 2:45 to find nothing. Even the SRS transport was not open. I saw they sent a message that the bus will reach at 4:30am.

I waited till 4:30 Am. I called the contact number...

bus delay by more than 3 hours

I suppose to travel from pune to bangalore tonight i. E.,[protected]. Boarding time is 07:30pm and they informed that bus bus got delayed by 2 hrs and now at 10:00pm they are saying that further delayed by 1hr. I dont what happening to the travel management. You should care about passengers travelling long distance. Atleast care for ladies and children. You dont know the distance between pune to bangalore, what kind of transport you are maintaining....

too late I reached my place

I booked bus in bangalore to sivagangai, i should reach in 6.30am to my place but i reached 10.30pm it's not one times i always facing this issue in this route bus and they are stopping more place and every place they are taking 45mns.

The bus was rashly drived. By the grace of god i'm safe enough... Driver and cleaner spoke some rubbish language... I'm seriously depressed about the driver. Today we came from dharwad to manipal in your travels bearing the bus no. 5831. Your bus driver asked us to get down near udupi and arranged them in an another private carrier. When i have booked my ticket up-to manipal is it not your travels responsibility to drop me till the destination. When they asked the driver he told since only your seat is their till manipal we cannot come till manipal. Also some passengers were boarded on the way...

pick up bus driver fully drunk and smoking inside the bus
