I travelled through srs travels on 01.09.2017 from tirunelveli to bangalore.. My bus got accident near salem.. More than 20 persons injured and admitted in hospital.. Remaining were sitting on road in rain.. We couldn't even collect our baggage from police station as the manager of srs travels didn't come even after 5 hours of accident.. They didn't arrange any vehicle for us to go from the accident spot which is 15kms away from salem.. Also no arrangements for us to go from salem to bangalore.. No refund for us too.. So please don't travel in srs travels

This travels provided me 50% refund which is nothing in front of my mental stress and medical expenses.. I didn't get sleep for more than one week.. Can't eat properly.. One family came with us for settling their newly married daughter in new home in bangalore.. But they became sentimental and became very upset.. Refund is not a matter in front of all these problems.. I heared from someone that the second driver is regularly taking sleeping pills before going to bed.. So only he can't wake-up when the first driver made him wake-up.. Immediately after 10-15 minutes of driver change, the bus got accident.. So please i request you all transport service providers to be cautious while selecting their drivers as the lives of lot of passengers in their hands.. Thanking you..
I was traveling to Nagercoil from Chennai on Sleeper coach on 9th Sept 2017. The bus inside smells very bad.Curtaines were not in shape. Mobile phone charger not working.when we asked the driver no proper reply.

    Hello,

    I was about to travel from ahmedabad to bangalore through srs travels on 4th sep, 2 pm volvo bus. My pnr is 19380668.

    However, the bus was cancelled by the srs facilities. I received this information through one of their executives named mr imtiyaz (Ahmedabad office) ([protected]). He informed me about it and told me to cancel the ticket to get the full refund. He gave me this information after consulting with their head branch. However, when i cancelled the ticket it showed only 50% of the refund.

    I complained about this to their head office and in reply ms/mrs puja (Srs employee - bangalore branch - [protected]) gave me a consent that i will be refunded the full amount of 1512 inr.

    So far, i haven't received any amount in my bank account and hence i am complaining about that. Two of the srs employees have confirmed me for the full refund and yet nothing has taken place. I expect you to return the money to my bank account on immediate basis.

      Hi.. I felt one of my really bad experience with srs travels.. I plan for my relative marriage from banglore to mayiladuthurai... The bus suppose to reach mayiladuthurai by 6.30 am as per the schedule.. But it reaches mayiladuthurai by 10am... From trichy onwards the bus drivers started filling local tickets from each and every stop... The passangers us started fighting with the driver's but no use... It's better to use govt buses instead of this fraudulent travel...

        While booking srs has told drop out at 7:30 it's panaji to bangalore bus departure 10:15 from ankola and they given a damage bus and midnight shifted to another bus. And later drop to bangalore delayed this is really a cheating u people are so irresponsible i will complaint again i[censored] people not resolved this issue i will raise a serious complaint. This fault is purely from srs bus driver no one else is responsible so take action against them only

          My father in law had to travel to nagercoil urgently. He worked as a inspector of police (Fp) kanyakumari district. So we went to srs office, wilson garden on 4th sept 2017 at 8:48 pm and enquired about a bus. The guy said that he has seat in a sleeper bus to nagercoil (8:30 bus). And he booked a seat in it and my father in law paid 925 rs for the ticket. We both were waiting in the wilson garden lobby and i asked the guy in the lobby, when the bus would arrive. He siad it will arrive soon. After some time, at around 9:30, it was getting late and i left my father in law. Then at 9:45 my father in law again approached the guy in the lobby and asked about the bus. The guy immediately replied that he could accomodate him in a different bus that will take to madurai and then from madurai he could look for alternate options. My in law scolded him and asked for a refund of the amount. The guy replied that he cannot and immediatly said that my in law missed the bus, even though he was sitting inside and waiting for the bus. He also got the ticket back and did not give the ticket back to him, in order to avoid any issues in the future. It was a clear case fraud that was carried by srs. It looks like, these guys have booked a bogus ticket for the bus which had already left. I i want srs to investigate and refund the amount. My family was a regular traveler of srs travels from now on we will never choose the bus. Also, my in law was a retired police officer and he very well knows the dsp of nagercoil and this issue will be further taken up with the dsp.

          i have the message in my father in laws mobile as proof with the time at which the ticket was booked. for 8.30 bus, ticket was booked by the guy at 8.53 pm.

            My parcel is booked from udaipur on23-08-17 & its dispathch from your udaipur office on 24c aug. The parcel lr n0 is:77/172.. Its booked for hosur. According to your system status the that parcel is received by that person mr. Naveen kumar at banglore of srs and its dispatch for housr by mr. Balaji on 26 aug.. But still i am not getting my parcel from hosur srs office. I want my parcel urgent.. If asked for the parcel i am not getting satisfied answer from your banglore and hosur office i went directly to banglore and hosur for four to five times.. So kindliy take necessary action for getting my parcel..

              Dear sir, we travelled from kumta to bangalore on 29th of august at 8:15pm boarded at kumta. As we were traveling to dubai next day we had 9 baggages, and kept all the baggage inside the baggage cabin. Morning we realized that all the baggage are fully submerged in the water. This is not due to outside rain, this is because of water already present inside the luggage cabin. Crew could have informed us before regarding this, we could have taken care of our baggages. Due to wet baggages, we have to undergo a lot of formalities in bangalore airport.
              All my expensive silk sarees damaged due to the dirty water inside the cabin.
              This is purely a crew members negligence. Crew must check the status of vehicle before travelling.
              We are deeply saddened by the srs service.

                Either SRS to take people or goods, taking both in the bus and taking so much time for loading unloading at several places..We are preferring private buses only for timing..If timing is not critical, we shall prefer Govt bus with cheaper cost. Its not my own opinion..Its from all passengers..Now I am in PY 01 CD 1155, (Bangalore to Tiruchendur) going with 4hrs delay..

                  I have booked mumbai bellery bus # py 01 cm 2865. From 8.30 pm to till time i am waiting near ginger hotel. Initially sms & told me bus is late by 2hrs. By katraj office mr. Nagraj. I reqursted him to adject in another bus, as i have customer visit in sirsi tomorrow @ 9.00 am. But no use. He has given no. Ask me to contact. From that no also another person has given to other contact. Finally jayant from katraj office also not adjecting and telling bus is late by 2.30 hrs. This is very bad experience i got from your team. Continuously giving new no. Wasting money & time of customer. I am very unhappy about your team & poor service providing to customer. I will not suggest to any body to go by srs. Your prompt reply & response awaited. Thanks, g zanjad

                    Irresponsible answers given from after getting tickets i have booked satara to bangalore to madurai two different bus on srs travels timing is[protected]:[protected]:[protected]:[protected]:30) 1hr late that first bus i reached 7 o clk and ask srs office opp of bmc he told i am not responsible so missed that bus. So please refund give or same ticket give

                      Dear sir,

                      As per tamilnadu government rule there is no any more charges for travel agency. But they will collect more money in online usually they will collect 700 to 900 but this festival time they are collecting 1650 for one day travel. Is this oks for that tamilnadu people. You can see srs travels booking as well. They do online itself means if we go directly??? I think they charge more and more

                        Bangalore to pottalpudhur route srs bus always delaying in arrival and departure because of their courier services doing in the same passenger bus. Getting everywhere stopped to unload the courier it is taking extra 4 hours to reach the destination. It should reach pottalpudhur by atleast 7.30 but still they are unloading the courier service in kovilpatti it is 8.30 now. It will take nearly more than 2.30 hrs to reach the destination. It happens always

                        But the sad thing is i am still traveling 😔
                        It might reach by 11.30

                        Such a worst experience from srs.
                        They already delayed in boarding point tumkur by 2.30 hours.

                        Sadly today there was a marrage of my brother

                        Please take it on serious note about this delay😔.

                          I am travelling from pune to blore.. The bus is late by 3 hours... I am missing a meeting due to this delay by srs.. I would like to have a refund of my ticket amount.. This is third time i am facing such delay by srs.. Worst service.. No time sense at all.. Kindly look into the matter seriously as passengers suffer due to delay.

                            I uttam kumar raha mob [protected] was first time traveling from davangere bypass to salad on 20.08.2017, at 6pm.

                            Despite of booking bus at your stand there at davangere, they boarded me on another bus which goes to some where else and dropped me at karta at 3:30 am on 21st.

                            I was told that i will be given ticket later, kindly explain what is my fault and why am been cheated.

                              My parents were travelling from bangalore to gajendragad pnr:19121633. During the travel the bus was stopped at 3.30pm about 10km away from hospet in the middle of the road for washroom. My father got down from bus. While crossing road, my father was hit buy truck and he was hospitalized. He went unconscious. He had head injury and fractures in ribs.
                              We want you to take serious action on these.

                                I am travelling from bangalore to ahmedabad right now... My ticket no is - tk9c84228683... Boarding point was srs office at madiwala... I reached the point in time with all my luggage.. Now the bus came on the opposite side of the road... So i was forced to transfer all my luggage acroos the road which is hosur road, near silk board... This is very busy road... So basically i have risked my life because of wrong information given by the agency itself.. I confirmed twice at the office that "weather bus will come here?" and i was told that "yes bus will come here"... They must guide the passenger properly and shud mention correct luggage policy in the m-ticket... Nobody will travel this much long distance without luggage... Thank you...

                                It was supposed to reach by 1.00, but it was delayed by 4.30 hours...
                                Never take this travels if you want to reach in time...
                                If you want comfort zone, it is good, but too bad in punctuality..
                                SRS team need too work on punctuality, then your tarvels will be the best..
                                No proper response from people at SRS Hyderabad Lakdikapool branch...All people are frustrated with this delay...When you run a service maintain punctuality...Punctuality is the way of good business...I won't prefer SRS in future...

                                  I travelled from chitradurga to mumbai on15.08.2017. Bus no py01 ck 8097. Drivers mr ameer and mr krishna patil.
                                  Bus was running late by 1.5 hrs. I wasn't having idea where do they stop at least for 2 minutes for urinating in the morning. I requested them to stop for urinating as it was early morning and it was not city limit. They talked non sense, very loose talk, and argued without any logic.in front of many co-passengers they both insulted me. Why i said i will lodge a complaint they further gone wild telling i can complaint anybody they don't care.
                                  I want justice. I am regular commuter from bng to mumbai and vice versa.
                                  They behaved like animals without even thinking about a human being who is in urgent to attend nature's call.

                                    Boarded on the bus from bangalore to chennai at 11:15 pm on 15 aug 2017. It was said that ut will be a sleeper /sitting...ac. But then it turned out that we had to board a non ac semi sleeper in the beginning and then we were asked to change to the actual bus.. Which was even more disgusting and dirty. The seats are wet.. No ac as told and it stinks o[censored]rine. There is no proper luggage space too. If this is the condition of the buses in the travel company i would never want to nor would i recommend someone else to travel by this company.. I hope this is dealt with serious action.

                                      As per the above subject a parcel was sent from srs udupi - to - srs gulbarga. On 12/08/2017. Lr no: 53/144. Booking time was 06:00 pm. As per the communication from srs udupi. I did not receive my parcel here today in srs gulbarga.

                                      It was an emergency so please provide me with the solution.

                                        I was booked bus from mannrgudi to bangalore, pnr no : ts[protected]aqtm/19098424. Bus is not came to boarding point went to directly to thanvur. I came to my boarding point half an hour early. After calling to bus service, they give rude answer and told we are not received any information about your booking. They told me "do it whatever you want we are not afraiding to anybody." srs called number [protected], [protected], take necessary action, and they has to provide my expenditure and i had missed my valuable training in bangalore, they has give the amount for that.
