I had booked a ticket from pune to Banglore from make my trip. The bus timing shown as per the site was 3:30Am. This was the reason why I booked this ticket as I had to catch a train from Banglore at 8:30.

I reached at the Katraj SRS bus stand at 2:45 to find nothing. Even the SRS transport was not open. I saw they sent a message that the bus will reach at 4:30am.

I waited till 4:30 Am. I called the contact number at 4:15 . The person said that they will take 1 hour. I waited till 5:15 and called again to which he replied that it will take half an hour more. I called again and the person said it will take 5 minutes more. At this very moment I am still waiting for the bus and its past 6:00 Am in the morning. Great customer service and professionalism.

    I suppose to travel from pune to bangalore tonight i. E.,[protected]. Boarding time is 07:30pm and they informed that bus bus got delayed by 2 hrs and now at 10:00pm they are saying that further delayed by 1hr. I dont what happening to the travel management. You should care about passengers travelling long distance. Atleast care for ladies and children. You dont know the distance between pune to bangalore, what kind of transport you are maintaining. I have experienced the similar case while i was travelling to hyderabad last month. Be responsible. Otherwise refund our amount. We will book through other operators, they will be more puntual than yours.

      I booked bus in bangalore to sivagangai, i should reach in 6.30am to my place but i reached 10.30pm it's not one times i always facing this issue in this route bus and they are stopping more place and every place they are taking 45mns.
      Pls find bus details.

        Srs bus no: ka 49 a 5839
        Date:09.08.17 around 9.40pm
        The bus was rashly drived. By the grace of god i'm safe enough... Driver and cleaner spoke some rubbish language... I'm seriously depressed about the driver. Kindly the srs travels should take some necessary action against the driver and cleaner... Once i reached home called and complainted to this [protected] number... The person who picked the phone answered lethargically... Which all shows how bad and unsafe service the srs travels provides to the cuatomers... Because of such a driver faith on the travels goes badly... I demand the action against the customer... I hope it ll be... Thank you.

          Today we came from dharwad to manipal in your travels bearing the bus no. 5831. Your bus driver asked us to get down near udupi and arranged them in an another private carrier. When i have booked my ticket up-to manipal is it not your travels responsibility to drop me till the destination. When they asked the driver he told since only your seat is their till manipal we cannot come till manipal. Also some passengers were boarded on the way and seats were required for them he said. Request you to address the complaint. Plz acknowledge the receipt of the complaint to sumukh. [protected]@gmail.com.

            Hi team,

            Am traveling from bangalore to nellore 04 aug 2017 in srs travels, bus no ka 01 af 5539, i requested driver to switch off lights as lightening is much high compare to other buses it was just like day whole night, he argued with me that he won't switch off and told me what ever u do u do like a rowdy, he told that it was ladies exist then, if it is a reasonable lighting i would adjust but it is disturbing lighting, even though apsrtc bus drivers also switch off lights, n komitla people also switch off for passengers comfort but this srs drive are behaving like rowdy,

            We job holders work all day friday and book tickets to spend at least two days with family, if this type of drivers and services buses we book our whole plan to our home towns is upset even though we are paying double charges, sat will be sleepy days and what we enjoy with our families, it is not a irresposive action and unfair action must be taken on these type is services, i want to escalate on this and even though i will complaint to consumer court on you guys and bus service people, as you guys encouraging these people without having reviews below bus services

            Red bus is far better than u they have reviews board its shame on you n service providers,

            I want immediate action and justification my whole night is spoiled with this srs travels,

            This is first time i booked and unfortunately i booked return ticket on sunday night i will cancel it, the bus is not bus it is like night bar.

            And ac no way of cooling...

            Why you guys put these buses to book tickets in your portal and spoil our all way happiness and money

            Please keep review board for each bus service..

            Please find the attached pictures how clear people are visible in the lights which driver didn't switched off,

            Please escalate and do justification to me

            Travelling from Bengaluru to hubbali in scania bus driver says he wil drop outside the city and cant go inside the city as he his travelling long distance and this bus is not meant to go inside. Its during night 2am. First thing pick up at jaynagar 4th block was cancelled and the now the drop as well.ticket detail 18973484

              Today, 2nd aug 2017, i was waitinf gor my 9.15pm pick up bus at kr puram srs travels shop. Ka01 af 753 was the pick up bus and kr puram pick up bus driver was initially late by 15 mins to pick up and on the way he stopped at gandhi nagar to give away the parcels. We all had to wait for 15 minutes until they find the guy whom to deliver the packages. That moment i got a call from srs saying bus is waiting for me and i went to give the phone to driver. That was the moment i got to know he was drunk. While driving he was on a call talking to somebody not to buy drinks for him. But something most irritated was, while he stopped at gandhi nagar, he was smoking inside the bus and we all had problems with it. Request you to please look into this matter seriously. Driver being drunk and even smoking inside the bus. What level of proffessionalism and culture these guys are having and sorry to say its been entertained by some people. I hope you will take right action on this regars

                Hello sir m rohit jain traveling regular in srs travels the driver abd ticket checker not talking properly with customer they talk like rubish and short temper how to travel in srs next time. Make mantaine these driver and ticket checker they are thinking like they are the owner of srs form pls iits mi request to handle dis last time also they talk rubish for ex we ask to driver where will b next stop they talk go and sit on your place i dont now where will b the next stop like that they will talk... So money pro are there i cant explane

                  SRS bus number KA 01 AE 1805 travelling to bangalore from hyderabad with pnr 18867868. I was about to pick from radhika theatre point at 8:50pm.. But the bus came at 9:00 and the driver didnt stop the bus at the respective bus stop and when i called him he was simply saying it was a mistake and purely due to confusion and he was asking me to come to the next stop... I had to take the bus to reach the next point and then when i reached the point.. The driver was so rude and he was arguing and blaming me that i didnt come at the respective point on time... I have two witnesses along with me... Witness 1: ram kumar [protected] witness 2: nagesh [protected]. It was really disappointing the way u treat your passengers and we will never want to travel in your bus ever again... And stop saying that you are customer friendly... All nonsense and bull #### service you are providing.

                    I'm regularly using srs i booked yesterday ticket from gobichettypalayam to bangalore pick time 11.23 i waited till 12.40 bus not came i was keep calling from 11.20 to driver he not picked then i called srs customer care they said wait, after long waiting i harsly asked them they are saying bus already crossed my boarding point i don't know what to do to go bangalore i least asked them to refund but they disconnected my call and not responded later, i want you to get my amount refunded

                      I was scheduled to travel from nelamangala to mangalore amd boarded the bus no. Ka42 a 788 at srs pickup point in nelamangala. The staff present in d bus were not of professional behaviour. They dint even guide me when askd abt wher d seat is and they used derogatory words without giving respect and startd threatening. When i asked to give their office no. I will complain they are lik do complain to anyone we don't care.
                      The worst ever service provider.
                      I strongly recommend none of d users to use srs travels.
                      Both the drivers were very rude.

                      I want to go to theni . already told to the driver to drop Dindigul but the driver not inform when dindigul come after 20 km he droped me and my friend on road most problem is driver behaviours is verry verry verry bad and rash he told that SRS is like this

                        Hi, i was supposed to travelling from mumbai to bangalore on 23/7/2017 and bus timings is 3.30 pm. Driver started calling me from 3.20 pm to come and catch bus but i was struck in signal near by area. He started warning me to come within 5 mins otherwise wll leave the place and finally when i reach at 3.40 pm the bus already moved to other place.

                        My question to driver and srs travels:
                        1. Have u run buses on time at all places.
                        Becoz i always found srs will never on time and delayed by at least 30 mins.
                        2. Today bus driver told he came early as there is no traffic bt same driver will arrived destination by almost 2 hrs delayed.
                        3. When we wait for hours during other day for bus and same questioned to driver there is no response.
                        4. Srs travels need to train drivers regarding behaviour with passengers.

                        Finally i decided not to travel in srs travels in future.
                        I suggest others better to raise complaints all d time when bus delayed by 10 mins.

                          I am travelling from bangalore to pune from the bus ka - 51 d - 9953. This is in regard to the srs ac bus in which the ac isn't on and the driver giving the reason people will need to go to washroom and we won't stop anywhere. This is the lamest reason i have heard from any driver for not providing the service which we are liable for and have paid for it. Even after repeated requests they don't pay heed to you and making us feel uneasy. Pathetic travels to travel in. Overrated travels. I will make sure i never ever travel by srs again and will make sure my dear and near ones don't face such problem. Cheating people big time.

                            So please take streaky action on driver

                              My mother was travelling from tanjore to hosur.in red bus when i booked a ticket and when i applied filter in the portal to select seater bus, it showed sleeper and booked it thinking its sleeper,
                              As soon as the passenger boarded the bus they are giving seat 17/18 upper birth, how can a 45 year old sick woman climb upper birth and finally she was given 7 lower, but actually i booked for seat no 2,
                              If somebody is reading this please take an action immediatly.

                                Hello, i booked a ticket from mangalore to hyderabad in srs multi axle but the bus incharge asks me to get down in blore srs agency that too at 5.30 am when asked he says there would be another bus in few minutes and the bus leaves with no information regarding the next bus. The srs office opens at 6.30 and then when enquired says next bus is at 7.30 i almost had 2 hours laps adding on the next bus is srs benz. If i had to travel in srs benz wouldnt i book for the same???. No proper information regarding drop point as well. When booked i was assured for the asked destination and later i was dropped somewhere 30kms away from the destination. Very inappropriate. I will never suggest this bus operators to any.

                                  Bus no. Ka 42 a 993 from manglore to kalburgi, the driver was very rude to all the passengers he driving was very rash, he used all the dirty dirty words towards the passengers, kinner threw our bags in to the baggage like anything, after showing all the baggage package slip he took the money from us, they told that they will stop the bus for dinner at 10 to 10:30 but he stopped for the dinner at 11:30, one of the passenger who has sugar has told that it will be late so he requested the driver that it will be late so in that case he asked for taking some fruits at the udipi stop he negeclted and scolded the passenger and denied to take the fruits, he was so rude to the passengers and co passenger fought with driver and ran and bought the fruits for the sugar held passenger, and the last thing an nearly 60 years old man asked the driver to stop bus for the natures call (Toilet) the driver scolded him like anything and said that the passengers r playing games with him (Driver) and refused to stop the bus.
                                  So its my humble request is to take seviour action on the driver pls sir.

                                    Hello, i booked 2 tickets from dvg to bng on 29, i booked as seater buss but without customer permission srs shifted to sleepr couch buss. This is not fair how can you shifted, for that i cancelled my tickets for that also they are taking cancellation charges, simply loss of money. Worst customer support, i enquired about this in dvg's srs travels their answer is not acceptable. Still they are not refunded my amount. The worst experience with srs.

                                      I travelled from Bangalore to Ahmednagar in the bus KA 01 AF 556 on 07/07/2017.. It is a 14 to 15 hr journey. He stops anywhere he feels in between as many times for peeing on the way and not even at a proper place where a girl can use. We were only two girls in the bus and he stops some place where there were no water no light and doesn't even give 5 mins of time to go and come back. Threatening saying he will leave us in the road and go. Suddenly starts shouting as we enter the bus.
