Hello this is dr arvind from bangalore
I had boarded davangere bus on 26june 2017 by 11.30pm at yeshwanthpur.
I was supposed to be dropped at davangere.
But i was dropped at rannebennur toll gate and left alone for myself.
I had the last seat in the bus nd i wasn't feeling well (Running fever)
Driver claims tht he shouted for few times in davangere.
Is it not drivers duty to look for passengers before taking empty bus to other place??
Ok leave tht apart
Is it not drivers responsibility to make sure the passenger boards another bus in return. Can't he stop at a place and convey the incident so atleast some other vehicle vl drop him to davangere.
Which # would trust the above story and drop the person holding luggage near toll at 4.30 am??
Is this the service which srs is giving to its customers??
Any local bus is far better than such branded bus travel if this is the case.
I would never board srs travels in my life again.

Dear Sir,
Today I hd booked two tickets from hosur to Chinnamanur in sleeper coach. While booking the price was shown as rs 650 pet ticket. But while proceeding it was took 899 RS and gives the disc of 44. Totally I had paid rs 1708 (854/ticket). this look like fake price you are displayed in the home page.

    Pnr number: 18415045. While traveling from salem to madurai on srs travels (Ticket booked through red bus.com) i was forcefully made to get down from the bus on a highway early morning at 2.50 am. I was told the bus would not go to madurai anymore! They changed me to another bus when my ticket clearly said that the drop point is periyar bus stand. When refused to board, the driver is just screaming at me that this is your only option! How safe is it for you to be made to stand on a highway waiting for another bus at such an hour! And why should i? I would never book a ticket which would make me change buses on a highway for no reason! Very bad and pathetic behavior. Never to book this travels

      My religion i can't eat in non veg mix restaurant, now i am very hungry but i can't it in this restaurant, plz solve my problems,

        I booked bus ticket on 15.06.2017 from hyderabad to vijayawada, s. R. S travells. While booking it showed bus starting time is 3am. So i booked at 3am. I got the ticket. But at 3am the bus not started and i called to travels, they were not responded. After 30min they told me that bus will start at 6.30am. So i had urgent work and took another travel bus. So its your mistake to show the bus timing. Add money to my wallet which i debited.

          Hi srs travels,

          Pnr : 18228968

          This to inform you that i have booked ticket online from bengaluru to kukanoor, journey date 13/06/2017, departure time 10:15 pm.

          Since bus was not available at 10:15 pm, i have taken other bus and reached to kukanoor. But at 10:30 pm i got a message that srs has provided another bus by rescheduling the time at 10:45 pm.

          Later to this today 14/6/2017 i called 4 times to srs to the number [protected]. I did not get any proper resopnse.

          Please let me know when my amount will be refunded.

            I booked one parcel from ahmedabad on 30.06.2017 at srs narol office. The cost of parcel delivery was rs. 600. It was suppose to deliver at bangalore on 02.06.2017. Till date the parcel is missing. On several contact on given tel. Numbers people are not giving answer and are using bad words.
            I would like to share the tel number on which we made call to findout the parcel.

            My lr number is 73/6548 dated 30.05.2017 time-03.19 pm

              Sir, i named basappa n sangainavar travelled on 10/06/2017 from belgaum to mumbai srs bus number ka 01 af 300 and i have to catch the train from mumbai central and further flight from delhi next day but due late reaching of you bus i can't boarded because why it's happening in pune your staff took so many people without ticket and he stopped the bus near about 2 hours in pune moreover 35 minutes for lunch and a total of 2 hr 45 minutes while he stopped that i spoken with your staff and they misbehaving with me again and again i have faith on your bus should look into the matter and my ticket pnr number is 18177640 and cell number is [protected] near about 4 hrs late

                Bus between belgaum and udupi on may 16 was cancelled by srs travels because they mentioned that the bus broke down somewhere. And they mentioned that i shud send a mail for refund. I returned to bangalore and then sent a mail on 25th may for the refund and also called up [protected] and got a number and the person on the line mentioned that the refund would happen in 3 days. I had to recall that the refund had not happened and called the number to get the same information again on 01/06 for which i got 3 days refund message. And that didn't happen and this liar gives me same information about refund in 3 days again 06/06 and this time he mentioned that i wud receive a mail and a msg as confirmation. When i didnt receive any, i called up other numbers available on website and they mention that they are getting the information for the first time and refund would be done in 3-12 days after verifying that i did not get refund in case on may 16th. The information that the bus was cancelled by srs is not available to any of the guys who' numbers are available on website. And information that i have not received refund in case on may16 too is not available with them. And then they cannot refund immediately using one of the oldest neft or newer imps or upi because of the process.

                In case of tickets booked online, if a bus is cancelled by operator, the refund shud happen automatically to the account from which payment is done.
                All information related to bus should be made available with the ticket number which is not present yet (Or so is mentioned to us by the guys made available for refund queries).
                Mail sent to [protected]@srstravels.net is not responded to and/or not fwded to [protected]@caritorsolutions.com which takes care of refund queries.
                Taking 3-12 days for a refund in the age o[censored]pi/bhim/neft/imps is like using postal mail instead of email.

                  This is to inform you about the major inconvenience and tragedies caused due to the poor and delayed service by the srs travels, the details for which are as below :
                  Date of journey - 26/5/2017, 08.30pm from wakad, pune
                  Expected arrival in bangalore - 27/5/2017, 11.00am
                  Source - pune
                  Destination - bangalore

                  Pune-bangalore, 26-may-2017, 08:30 pm, seat:6u, 1u, 5u, srs travels

                  The bus arrived at the departure point @wakad at 9.30pm i. E it was delayed for departure itself by 1 hour.
                  As the journey began, the speed of the bus was unexpectedly slow and it had its first halt at 11pm for dinner at
                  It waited there for almost an hour. Merely after 15 minutes of the travel from there, the bus stopped again and the driver reported that the bus has got some issues which will need to be fixed.
                  After 1.5 hours, the bus started again with an unpexpectedly low speed and stopped again @5am in the morning for almost an hour and started again with the speed of a bullock cart. It then halted for breakfast for an hour and since then the bus repeatedly kept taking halts ; the reasons for which as stated by the driver were - the bus not taking a pickup, needs repair etc.
                  The passengers then finally contacted the head office for srs travels and it was communicated to everyone that another bus is being arranged.
                  Finally at around 2pm after a lot of follow-ups with the bus operators, another bus was arranged. The transfer of luggage to the other took 1 hour and the bus was found to be non-ac with non-working plug points. So even on paying for an ac bus, we had to travel in a poor non-ac bus.
                  The bus finally reached @anandrao circle bangalore at 06.30pm with a delay of almost 7.5 hours, which is really gross!!
                  I had to attend a client meeting in bangalore and my parents had to meet a hospitalized relative very urgently. And this was the reason i had chosen srs travels - believing that it will take us there on time. I missed my meeting and this is now going to affect my career severely. Also, my parents being in the same bus did not reach on time resulting in a useless hospital meeting, since it was too late!
                  This is really frustrating and is a clear case of carelessness and cheat to give such service in lieu of the loadsome of money for the ticket.
                  All i need back now is the entire refund for my ticket which amounted rs.7155 as a compensation to all my loss, as per the attached ticket. Please arrange for the same asap else be ready for the further legal actions.
                  Please share the email id of the concerned authority so that this complaint can be forwarded to them and i can get my much deserved refund for the tickets asap.

Staff also ask me extra 500/- to allows in bus but i have refused and catch bus from broda. Plz call me and take action against paladi staff otherwise we will take legal action against srs. I have lost rs. 600/- car charges to catch the bus.

                        As I have booked bus from Bengaluru (Madivala) to Chennai (Koyambedu), Booked bus at Madivala SRS Office on 17/05/2017 at 11:40pm bus for AC Sleeper bus. Your SRS guy has told only AC Sleeper bus is having available seats & ticket rate is RS.1000/-. So I agreed & booked ticket for Rs.1000 but not giving the hard copy of soft copy of ticket. from 17/05/2017.

                          The bust staff was very rude
                          He was reluctant to clear our enquiries
                          Acted very rashly with no considerations for us passengers
                          And was very bad and abusive
                          He also dropped us of at the wrong place and didn't even apologise for it but acted as if it was our fault
                          Due to his bad behaviour we suffered financial loss also

                            There is no proper services between Bangalore to villupuram and villupuram to Bangalore .so many people's from villupuram are working in Bangalore .so I suggest srs travels introduce the services between these cities as soon.i[censored] introduce the services between this place many people feel glad .there is no private buses available in this route.if srs introduce sleeper or Volvo seater between this place.i hope srs travels will take action for this as soon.

                              Hello sir, this is ranjith, i booked 6 tickets from ur bus both up and down from hyd-goa ticket no's:20-26, 19-24,. Bus no:ka01af5543. Bus started late from hyd and in between the ac got stuck with some problem, there was no ac at all in the bus from then and after then when it started from goa also the same problem occurred in the bus no ac at. I felt that it's a worst service from ur management due to when i was complaining regarding this in lakdikapool no one was least bothered regarding this. Now i want to ur team one thing that i finally travelled in a non-ac bus but i still paid for the ac bus charges. I need my money back.

                                My name is venu chityala. I along with my friend have travelled from coimbatore to hyderbad during 13/05/2017 to 14/05/2017 through srs travels. Our bus details and seat details are as follows bus no : ka51aa4345 benz and seats number are 29 and 32, the bus journey details are from 13/05/2017 2.00 pm from coimbatore to 14/05/2017 6.00am to hyderabad. The bus travelled smoothly from coimbatore to bangalore and we reached there at 9.40pm. From there they have changed the bus and we have have to take another bus allocated by them. From bangalore the bus started at 10.30pm and just after 2 hour there is break down and they didnt allocate another bus and we have stay till 5.00am in the morning in bangalore itself, after that they have changed one more bus and finally we have reached hyderabad at 1.00pm next day. My interviews timings are from 1.30pm and i am unable to take the interview because i have reached hyderabad at 1.30pm of their negligence. Kindly revert our two ticket amount and provide necessary compensation for the loss.

                                My name is venu chityala. I along with my friend had to travelled from coimbatore to hyderbad during 12/05/2017 to 13/05/2017 through salabham travels. Our bus details and seat details are as follows bus no : ka51d2225 and seats number are j1 and j2, we stayed at the boarding point 1 hour before and we started calling the operator for every 10 mins, everytime he says that the bus would be coming and you don’t have to call, we waited for almost 1.30 hours and we have called almost 10 times to the operators regarding the bus and our seat details. Later after the bus as started the operator says that you are standing in the wrong boarding place hence you are unable to take the bus and because of which i lost the bus and a have to waste 1 fruitful day of mine. I have been selected for an interview which was to be held on 13/05/2017 morning 10 am, because of this salabham travels i have lost my opportunity. Kindly revert my 2 tickets and pay compensation for the occurred loss for me.

                                  I am traveling in srs travels from elayankudi to bangalore. I got sms ftom red bus for boarding time 8 pm. But the driver called me at 7:50 pm and scolded to come fast otherwise past will pass elyankudi. I have told the driver, bus timing 8 pm and i will reach on time. He threaten me bus will pass, so i came by running and got into the bus by 7:53 pm. Bus started immediately i have reached. If i am late, driver can scold me but how can he scold me to reach early. I felt embraced and tensed. Pls try to change this kind of people.

                                    Hi,, bus journey details from bangalore to belgaum on 20/05/2017 are pnr: 17862087, seat no: 11u, 12u, boarding: marathalli s r s travels (Opp kalamandir] at 09:00 pm, service no. B, lore-belgaum non a/c sleeper 2, bus no: ka 42 9779. The srs bus driver didn't pic up the passenger and left the pick up point, the passenger had to go by some other government bus. The passenger was waiting at pickup point for 45 minutes, and they said they can't wait till the passenger reach to majestic srs depo place. Because of all this the passenger had to suffer in the heavy rain in night. Please compensate for this and return the ticket amount.

                                      SRS Travels:

                                      Traveled Vadodara- Bangalore via SRS Volvo sleeper bus. While booking, website says the entire journey will take 24 hours. Reached bangalore at 11:30 pm instead of 5:30 pm. Late by 6 hours.

                                      And, a week later, traveled back to Vadodara from bangalore. Bus reached Vadodara at 2pm instead of between 8-9 am. Again late by 6 hours~.

                                      They deduct 100% of booking amount if cancelled in 3 hours before the scheduled time. However, they don't compensate anything if the delay is from their end. Pick up is also delayed for hours most of the times.

                                      Recommend not to use their service unless anybody is okay with delays on the travel time.

                                        I travelled from Pune to bangalore with my husband on 19th May 2017. The bus number I travelled on was KA 51 AA2782. The scheduled time to reach bangalore was 11am but the bus reached Yeshwant pur past 12pm. My husband had asked the driver to stop to urinate. He did not stop anywhere. With no other option we had to get off the bus near a mall before Yeshwant put to use the rest room. The driver denied to stop but after having an argument he stopped. I also noticed that the driver when I saw in Pune was the same while getting off the bus. I think there was the single driver who drove us all the way to bangalore. When a lady is in need to use the restroom. They should prefer to help her instead of ignoring without even considering her situation.
