I've booked a ticket from Sindagi to Bangalore, the arrival time given was 6:30 but they shifted my ticket other bus which was delayed by 3 hours. Worst timing.
Cleaner behaved very rudely when I checked about timing. Even after calling to customer care they have not taken action and no regret, Worst customer satisfaction. Vrl is much better as compared to rude srs. I will never travel by SRS
