Hi,, bus journey details from bangalore to belgaum on 20/05/2017 are pnr: 17862087, seat no: 11u, 12u, boarding: marathalli s r s travels (Opp kalamandir] at 09:00 pm, service no. B, lore-belgaum non a/c sleeper 2, bus no: ka 42 9779. The srs bus driver didn't pic up the passenger and left the pick up point, the passenger had to go by some other government bus. The passenger was waiting at pickup point for 45 minutes, and they said they can't wait till the passenger reach to majestic srs depo place. Because of all this the passenger had to suffer in the heavy rain in night. Please compensate for this and return the ticket amount.

    SRS Travels:

    Traveled Vadodara- Bangalore via SRS Volvo sleeper bus. While booking, website says the entire journey will take 24 hours. Reached bangalore at 11:30 pm instead of 5:30 pm. Late by 6 hours.

    And, a week later, traveled back to Vadodara from bangalore. Bus reached Vadodara at 2pm instead of between 8-9 am. Again late by 6 hours~.

    They deduct 100% of booking amount if cancelled in 3 hours before the scheduled time. However, they don't compensate anything if the delay is from their end. Pick up is also delayed for hours most of the times.

    Recommend not to use their service unless anybody is okay with delays on the travel time.

      I travelled from Pune to bangalore with my husband on 19th May 2017. The bus number I travelled on was KA 51 AA2782. The scheduled time to reach bangalore was 11am but the bus reached Yeshwant pur past 12pm. My husband had asked the driver to stop to urinate. He did not stop anywhere. With no other option we had to get off the bus near a mall before Yeshwant put to use the rest room. The driver denied to stop but after having an argument he stopped. I also noticed that the driver when I saw in Pune was the same while getting off the bus. I think there was the single driver who drove us all the way to bangalore. When a lady is in need to use the restroom. They should prefer to help her instead of ignoring without even considering her situation.

        When we booking tickets it shows 10.45to6.50am if it's late u people should cover the time at least one hr it's 9am we doesn't reach to madurai it's very important thing to us i never seen such a travels like dis... If any urgent issues will held to travellers they have a important work at 8am they will think it will reach at 7or max8am it been around 9am wat we should do... If it is a medical treatment if we people have an appointment and we doesn't reach at time we have to cancel everything and postpone for another day
        ... I think my experience is worst in this travels

          We have booked tickets of SRS travels through Red Bus. Ticket No. TK6G89669972. Bus Brock down in between. In this regard I had called SRS travels helpline to ask the backup or alternative plan or help plan for the situation. But there was no response from SRS help line. No solution plan communicated even after 3 hrs. I tried calling Solapur office Landline but the number available on the net was not working. Driver is also not providing satisfactory information about his communication with office.

            I am Umakanth one of the travelers of our travel today date : 16 may 2017 I travelling Bidar to Bangalore at 5:30pm bus your travel assistance picking non reserve or non booked passengers to bus and talking amount.
            This is to much inconvenience and irritating to all other reserved passengers.
            As per my experience.
            VRL travel servos is better than your service if neglect the smaller thinks like this your travel agency will be suffer in future.

              I was traveling from bangalore to mumbai.. He supposed to reach mumbai by 2pm.. But reached pune around 2 30 pm.. And they hv time for pickup pune local passengers.. But not for lunch break.. We all passengers from bangalore had travelled empty stomach for next 3 hours.. They don't how to behave.. And i am shocked by looking at the customer satisfaction and number of resolved complaints in your portal.. Please remove this portal if you are not concerned about the complaints.. Don't have to keep this for customer sake.. Please take a this complaints seriously... And revert me back.. We also know other places to put a review.. If you don't resolve this..

                Hi I was traveling to Bangalore to Belgaum
                In bus detail 09:30 PM, Service No. Bangalore-Sankeshwar-Chikodi, Bus No: KA 01 AB 1943
                Even after complaining no budy responded properly as seat push back was completely hevay couldn't sleep properly
                I am going to take this to grahak vedike
                After charging weekend high charges also bus was not properly maintained
                I request to compensate my travel money
                Why I have to pay for uncomfortable journey..
                We chose SRS bus as they maintain good vehicles but now days it's becoming verst.

                  Bus no. PY -01-CN-7400, i am travelling from vadodara to pune and my seat no is 18L. My seat is getting so hot that I can't sit on it. Same is the issue with passengers with seat no. 14L, 15L, 16L. We did complaint to on board staff they told to complaint to customer care at [protected], but it is not connecting at all. Also when we reached to surat due to some drivers driving mistake trafic police caught him and we are waiting for more than 2 hrs. Need to reach pune soon as I need to go to office on time due to some urgent work.

                  We have travelled from BLR to AHD. But got delayed by 5 hours.. Driver didn't stop but when all the ladies were asking as they wanted to go for nature's call.. They complaint to office and the office person spoke to driver..

                  This is inhuman .They should have behave bit more sensibly
                  Two persons consumption of alcohol and thease persons disturbing to passengers we are inform to driver but he was not responding the bus no is ka 01 AB 1941 this is very worst service in srs travels.

                    The bus broke down at satara and never started from there. The bus driver refused to provide any alternative and asked us to wait (It was already 12pm). Out of options, i had to take another bus from there and i managed to reach pune at 3pm. Apart from the bus ticket which costed me 2300, i had to pay an extra 500 to reach pune. Thus, i would like to get a refund for my ticket, or else i will have to take this case further.

                      My pnr no is tgpeub2oy8i. From madurai to bangalore... Bus departure time is 2315... Till now the bus hasnt come... While asking staff behaved rudely and scolded fellow passengers with bad language... Place periyar bus stand... Promise you never travel in your bus service and will convey the same to all my friends... Post the incident in fb and whatsapp... Those defaulters to be punished at the earliest

                      I came via Srs sleeper bus yesterday which was supposed to reach at 5.30-6am...but reached at 7.45 only. The reason I suppose is that the bus driver was taking in passengers midway on journey and hence stopped at many places in between. This caused delay in arrival and should be stopped asap!

                        Inhuman nd horrible service. Pnr 17183638 banglr to mumbai 28/4/2017 10pm -1.10 pm. Had promised pickup from madiwala and i did book the ticket due to madiwala pickup. But like my previous exp they informed that pickup bus is cancelled due reason they always say. Further i reached my mumbai droppoint at 6.30pm they did not hault for lunch. Pathetic

                          Yesterday I travelled from Bangalore to my home town from one of your bus. While travelling we noticed that there are too many bedbugs in the the bus seats, and we informed it to the bus driver about this. They told that they are just the drivers they will not clean the bus and all and they were speaking very rudely with the passengers. So I just want to tell that please clean the bus from inside.

                            I booked a seat in Upper today from Hospet to Bangalore, when i get in to the bus found that 2 people and 2 children are sleeping in the 2 upper seat's.
                            When i said it is mine, they were quarelling to me even after paying dual bus charge.
                            This is worst customer service which i had seen and nobody was there to listen to meh and these people never ever able to understand what i was telling i am a bit wide and they were telling me to adjust. I gpt pissed off...

                              Seriously this is the worst public transport company i have ever come across. I had booked my ticket from Hyderabad to Goa. The bus was cancelled by the SRS itself. Still the amount was deducted by 50%. When i called customer service the just refused my request. I strongly don't recommend any people to travel on this worst company. Seriously very much dissatisfied.

                                my name is gaurav kumar n i am from indore...recently i booked d 2 tickets from indore to banglore in your srs bus.. but wen i need to call to your driver n i asked to him that wen u will pick me from here so he scolded on me n he was do so rude talk which is so embarrassin.i didn't expect this from a big brand of srs travels..the rude behaviour of driver i dnt like so jst want to tell you that take a action for that driver bcoz they are spoiling srs travels name... n we promise u that we will not use srs travels to go anywhere even my family members also and my relatives also.. i will also upload dis things on social networking sites...

                                  My self Shivali.S and i want to complaint on SRS travels, I was suppose to receive the parcel in harihar from bangalore, The person in SRS travel harihar Miss behaved with me and gave miss information also that my parcel is given to someone else and after that when i ask him how this was possible without id proof of receiver, and when i told that iam going to complaint, then he told me to provide valid i.d card that my parcel is with him, but when i provided my i.d card then he told that the parcel is yet to come, this was my worst experience with this service.If this not Resolve soon, I am going to give police complaint.my phone number is [protected] and the person who miss behaved and created unwanted issue is [protected] and his address:SRS travels Harihar, jagadamba dresses, Nadavalpet, harihar -577601

                                    I had book Tickets in Chennai from koembedu office, after long discussion with your operator he given me Chennai to Bangalore then Bangalore to Mumbai connecting bus Tickets.

                                    on 24th March Chennai to Bangalore bus depart and reach late at bangalore its not my fault, and they are not wait for me, Even i told him i had taken auto for reaching faster to bus location majestic office and i will reached at 11pm. But SRS staff talking from no. [protected] is not having sense to talk with passenger. This is very bad Experience i have face while traveling with SRS Travels. Even they not provide me the bus driver no so that i can catch the bus talking with driver if the bus depart from majestic office.

                                    i have complete record of voice conversion happen with your staff, accordingly other people know what is support given by SRS staff to passengers.

                                    My suggestion please dont travel from SRS its very worst bus service in chennai / bangalore.

                                    I Hope you will help me getting my money Rs. 1802 back

                                      I parceled 4 packages to Mumbai Crawford market branch that included TV. In Bangalore I was never told about any additional charges but when I took parcel at Mumbai, they charged me 900 rs extra on name of freight charge of Vaashi. Also my packages were opened & were never re-packed for me to take it home. Is that the way customers are served ?

                                      I sent my parcel on 24-Mar-17 with a commitment of delivery by 25-Mar, however I could not get it until 28-Mar. So timeline missed

                                      I was charged 600 per bag plus 90 Rs hamali charges but none lifted my box. So commitment missing ?

                                      I was again asked for add on charges which was not told upfront in Bangalore. So hidden charges ?

                                      Your people speak rubbish language and show no respect to customers. Do you think is that right way to deal ?

                                      I am charged 900 extra with total frustrating services. If issue is not resolved, I will take you to consumer court.

                                      Looking for immediate answer.

                                        We have booked an 36 seaters A/C bus on 3rd Feb 2017, initially they asked for 100% payment and we have agreed and paid the amount with TDS deduction and when the final bill received, they have not charged the service tax and they are not refunding TDS amount, since many follow ups still they have not responding to our any of the mail.
