I am a foreigener tourist, travelling from chidambaram to bangalore, bus ka429558 on 25th february. I was calling to the pone number provided on the ticket to confirm the boarding point, but nobody answered the phone. On the street people indicate me to wait in one spot. I always get a call from the bus operators from different parts, so i thought it would like this now and i know buses are always delayed, so i was calm. Suddenly i saw a bus thinking is mine, but got shocked it didnt stop, i try to call again to the phone number provided... No answer. After half an hour i got a called from a differnt number to inform me that i missed my bus and i had to catch it somewhere else. How is it possible that they don´t call you while doing the bording, but after half an hour of departure??? How can you provide a phone number that nobody answers, knowing that in india the boarding points are not easy to understand specially for foreigners??? On my eleven years coming to india and travelling by bus, this is the firts time something like this happens to me. And the person who called me wouldnt take responsability for not calling me while doing the boarding or for not answering the phone when needed, so i feel very disappinted with your service and surely will warn my friends to be careful if they need to travel with you.

Most of the Bus drivers / Conductors are doing these kind of activity to get more business in their trips for earn some more money as commission. So that they do like this. Raise the complaint / write the complaint to SRS owner to take any suitable steps.
