Self traveled wide ticket no 16843804. Ticket booked for Air-conditioned sleeper but when I reached at 10.30 PM to travels office found same bus cancelled, staffs tried to my mobile no results Rs unable to reach on mobile (self wrongly typed the mobile no.). Finally they allowed me to travel by non Ac sleeper bus. For comfort only we pay so much if bus cancelled suddenly what passenger can do at last minute. Understand that travels staff tried to reach my mobile at 7.30 pm.
1. How we get alternative transport?
2. Paid for Ac sleeper but travelled by non Ac bus.
It seems to be like cheating
Need your reply and difference fare should be refunded

    I took a bus from srs travels from trivandrum to Mookambika Temple, kollulla. But the bus all thing was ok but the trouble was about the bite of mites or bed bugs which was full in unhygienic conditions. People started to scratch it was in the sheets and in the seat. During travelling my wife got bite from this incredible tiny creatures and started scratching and at last she got allergic and became unconscious. Why you people make a perfect clean this seats . we are ready to pay know then why you make your travellers happy. That day it was a horrible night. please make it clear that don't do this again.
    Remember the best customer is the best advertisement.

      Harassment of a female passenger

      On Wednesday evening[protected] we were supposed to board a bus from marathalli to manipal.The bus was at 9:00 pm.We reached there by 9:07pm and the bus had already left.The person seating at the desk named Sriram (I think, he didn't tell me his correct name)told me that he changed my booking to gandhinagar, and that the bus left while also stating that he tried to call me thrice but no one picked up the call.I checked the number, it was...

      I have experienced very bad behaviour and rude behaviour o[censored]r driver come cleaner in the below details of bus and date.

      Now on decided to nt to travel with ur travels i[censored] don't consider my complaint.

        Srs chennai to theni date 8.3.17.ur bus operator all r waiting in dindigul bus stand and collecting the pessangers and put ticket to travel...around 45mins the bus was standing in dindigul bus stand..ur arrival time of theni in ur portal 3:45 but in dindigul nly bus in time 4:00am that more in convince for all passenger...pls kindly take a action against that all guys I need a positive reply

        Most of the Bus drivers / Conductors are doing these kind of activity to get more business in their trips for earn some more money as commission. So that they do like this. Raise the complaint / write the complaint to SRS owner to take any suitable steps.

          I m reqested to u, that i m traveling today 8 march 2017 bangalore to gulbarga from srs travels bus no..7415 driver is very illiterte, i m telling to the driver 8th, 9th time in tha journey period bt driver using abusing language and charging not giving in whole journey how to possible journey with out charging. Please sir take a serios action and resolve this problem for the future... I hope you take action.

            My journey with srs travels yesterday (7/03/2017) night in Karwar to Bangalore was horrible (i got in from kumta).Your staff doesn't know how to speak to woman passengers, in the morning i wanted to go to washroom but your staff called prashant or prasad was like " ok go in the bus somewhere", this is not how you show consideration to your passengers. One of the worst services you people have, after i complained to the emergency number they stopped at a washroom near toll. In our bus three lady passengers one of whom was an elderly aunty got down to go to washroom. Have some respect towards women passengers and teach your staff to behave and talk properly to women.
            Make some provision or notify the drivers with good restrooms once in morning hours for the ladies and not be insensitive and ask them to pee in some bush

            One more thing i am never ever taking your worst service again.

              His name is Sanjay He is fraud let me talk to him only i am calling to [protected] this number but no. is switched off he has to call to me Otherwise i will Complaint to the Police station. He taken Finance from me He did not pay Finance since 3 months. otherwise I will take serious action in this regard

                I am a foreigener tourist, travelling from chidambaram to bangalore, bus ka429558 on 25th february. I was calling to the pone number provided on the ticket to confirm the boarding point, but nobody answered the phone. On the street people indicate me to wait in one spot. I always get a call from the bus operators from different parts, so i thought it would like this now and i know buses are always delayed, so i was calm. Suddenly i saw a bus thinking is mine, but got shocked it didnt stop, i try to call again to the phone number provided... No answer. After half an hour i got a called from a differnt number to inform me that i missed my bus and i had to catch it somewhere else. How is it possible that they don´t call you while doing the bording, but after half an hour of departure??? How can you provide a phone number that nobody answers, knowing that in india the boarding points are not easy to understand specially for foreigners??? On my eleven years coming to india and travelling by bus, this is the firts time something like this happens to me. And the person who called me wouldnt take responsability for not calling me while doing the boarding or for not answering the phone when needed, so i feel very disappinted with your service and surely will warn my friends to be careful if they need to travel with you.

                This is to inform you all that, on 25th feb 17. I have booked to travel from Mumbai sion to Davangere. Bus No 3776, which supppse to reach at 7:20 am at davangere but it reached around 11:20 Am (4 hours delay)

                This is highly unlikely and impossible to travel in SRS travels henceforth..

                  Good morning, I have being frequently travelling by srs but my today trip from Mumbai to banglalore trip dated morning 1 am was a never forgetting experience which made me to think whether next time to travel in srs. I booked tickets on pay tm at 24 th Feb 17 from morning 1 am, bus got delayed by 3 hrs no information from the operator. Later on bus came @4 am, I boarded the bus seat no 9 bus no KA01 AF 9221. The seat was beside lady passenger, later on the bus person came to me and told me get down as I can't seat beside lady passenger and I had wrongly booked in lady name which was highly digest for me. Midnight he is telling me to get down from the bus or seat in the cabin.
                  Need to take stringent action against this person or else I will post in facebook, so that everyone comes to know that srs is not a travel but it's run by rogues.

                    Hi, I travelled from Pune to Sirsi on 16th by Booking ticket for the bus Mumbai - Shimoga (Bus No 972). Pickup point was Warje in Pune at 7.40PM and some how I managed to reach Location opposite Mai Mangeshkar Hospital. Bus was delayed by 20 mins and there was no one to inform me at that location and some how I got response for getting Bus number (972). At same time Bus passed the Warje location just in front of me with out stopping there.
                    When I called given number in sms, they told me to catch Auto and come behind the bus to next stop Katraj in Pune.
                    Some how I managed to book Uber and reached next stop by paying 150/-
                    But bus was not there and I got info that Bus will be waiting in some Hotel on the way and another bus going to Banglore will pick me to connect original bus. But there was not even guilty feeling and behaviour of staff was like helping me !!! And reason I got is new driver and didn't know that stop and driver told no information from office staff for the stop!! And main thing was mobile number of Bus staff was not reachable !!!
                    Repeatedly travelled from last two months and never faced these kind of issues. SRS need to train their staff and need more professional way to handle customer services.

                      I traveled from bangalore to tirunelveli. I dont have any problem. I reached 30 mins before the time. During the time many calls came to the office regarding bus inquiry, there are three landline phones are here in that office because of the call those staff members simply disconnecting the call and placed the receiver down so that no body will reach the phone i went and asked why your doing this many ppl are try to reach you dont do that. Even after i asked those ppl not put the receiver properly. Please srs owners take action on this or appoint few more members to handle the phone call.

                        This is in ref to Booking from Hubli to Udaipur on 7th Feb 2017. I was informed that bus has been cancelled due to some technical Problem & I was being alloted another bus from Hunli to Ahmedabad next day 1225 Hrs on 8th Feb 2017.

                        As per office bus was scheduled on time & were informed me to be on time at SRS office at Hubli.
                        Around 1225 Hrs drop up facility was given to drop from city office to Hubli Bypass where I was suppose to board.

                        Dear all concerned pls note that bus was running 1 & half hours late by scheduled time & I along with other passengers were waiting for bus on main road. On asking every time your office staff told to wait 10 to 15 mins. Being late night on the Highway it was all unsafe surrounding nearby. Localite drunken People around making troubles all coz o[censored]r office staff Mis communications regarding bus schedules.
                        This is highly unacceptable to keep passengers waiting on the Highway at high risks. It clearly leads to unsafe passengers handling or transfers.

                        Although 1 bus cancelled from Bangalore to Udaipur & even another bus running so late & the incovinience caused is highly not acceptable. This leads to the trusted name of SRS Travels put into black Mark and loss of reputation & Bussiness always.
                        Pls do think dat every customer is valuable to run your company smoothly.
                        This reputation is a result of your customers only, so dont make dis reputation down by playing wid customers in such a way.

                        I hope such things are clear to your good office & your staff.

                          Driver Name Suresh . Bus number 551. Mumbai to bangalore bus... 11:50 PM pickup from Kalamboli mumbai. This bus driver made a gents to site next to ladies seat.. That is against policy. When asked about it, he denied stating that there is no such policy and made a lady sit next to man on long journey...
                          When called and complained to SRS travels about it, they asked to adjust dint take any action against it.

                          I am traveling to Mumbai today I requested driver and bus boy to let me us the wash room the bus was standing in Yeshwanthpur for 15 mints but still they didn't let me go . I am diabetic patient.

                            We had booked bus from Bangalore to Mysore. The bus was due to arrive at 0615 in Anand Rao Circle, Majestic. We had been standing there since 6. However, the bus was late by 1 hour and we were not informed about the pick up place. Neither did we receive any calls. The employers were also not helpful. Refund was also not provided. It is a very sad thing you lost a valuable customer. Your travels will also not be recommended. It has been a very disappointing experience.

                              I Udayan agrawal booked a journy rameshwaram to banglore for 01 fab 2017. PNR NO 16221888

                              At rameshwaram starting we 2 are the only passengers for boarding

                              SRS office staff ask us for boarding. After getting in found coach is TOO HOT,

                              I requested driver vary politely "Anna please on Ac" and he started shouting on me - he is not mad, what I understand myself.

                              I don't know what I wrong told him, why his behavior is toooo... rude.

                                I traveled to Bangalore from Surandai on 30th Jan 2017.

                                We didn't receive any confirmation call before starting the bus. The bus has started five minutes earlier and the driver didn't inform us after starting the bus.

                                One of my friend, who was in bus informed me. Though I was near to the point, the driver was not ready to stop the bus.

                                It took us 10 minutes to follow and catch the bus. If I have started alone, it is impossible to catch the bus on that day.

                                When we ask the driver, he is telling that we have GPS and it will create problems for me if he stops.

                                Company should not do this to customers.It is not a free service to leave without informing the passenger. I am paying for everything.

                                Not down, you guys are not always punctual. I have waited half an hour to one hour in SRS travels for bus.

                                So you don't have rights to start the bus without informing the passenger.

                                Worst journey I ever had. Good Bye.

                                  Worst experience with SRS travels, i booked a Scania AC Multi Axle Semi Sleeper bus(Bus No: 9951) from Hyderabad - Bangalore Dropping Point is Electronic city but the driver stopped it at Silk board and Driver was speaking toooooo rude. No minimum common sense of speaking.

                                  It was suppose to reach by 7 AM in the morning @ electronic city but for silk board i reached around 10 AM. Waste service, Don't ever never dare to book SRS.

                                    This is Rakesh G N have traveled from Pune to Bangalore(total 5 members), dated departure on 26.01.17. with PNR TS-PAYTM40717347AGD.

                                    We had traveled along carrying 5 luggage bags and 2 hand caring bags, among this there are 2 bags missing-1 luggage bag and other hand carry bag(with EFD written on the sides). We had noticed this on arrival to bangalore.

                                    The hand carry bag has mechanical gears and a electronic unit.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have booked a ticket on SRS travels between Chennai and Madurai dated 25/1/2017. Started from 9 am at koyembedu. Ticket no: TK2U42252754
                                      PNR no: TS-RB40689428LHV/16240039/Chennai-SivakasiNon A/C Sleeper. I was not well and faced situation to get out of the bus to pass urine and come back. When I requested the same to bus driver and Bus boy near toll booth as there won't be time waste because of me, they should have said yes or no. Rather than they said I will give u 30 seconds if you wont come back, I will leave u and will start the bus. Due to my situation, I went and came back.. I am really disappointed to travel with SRS because of cheap behaviour from bus driver and Bus boy. Request you to take action and give me acknowledgement. If no action taken I will call SRS travels owner and will explain the situation.
