This Nagpur to Bangalore via Hyderabad travels has a lot hell of bedbugs.. and the bus is only clean from outside from inside it is very untidy and not maintained at all.. bedbugs are in blankets, seats and covers.

The worst part is even after complaining to the driver and conductor they didn't take any action. Finally when we reached Hyderabad we put a complaint to srs office but they also didn't take any action.

These bloody Srs travels ppl have no good service at all. They don't even respond to complaints and plus dont even have manners to talk to anyone.

Very arrogant ppl at Hyderabad SRS office and very very bad travels and service.

    I am travelling from Byadgi to Bangalore.

    Local agent always had problem with the person who book online and tell all the passangers that he will not be responsible who books online.

    Today he put some one in my place in bus and also bus driver and conductor not verified document and went on leaving me behind and after quaralling my brother dropped me to next stop to board bus.

    Please consider this as serious complaint this is happening every time. I may go to consumer court against the agent which might affect your business.

    Local agent always had problem with the person who book online and tell all the passangers that he will not be responsible who books online.
    They are not give any kind of response for late bus delay by more than 1 hours and also make a bad behavior with me..

      The driver is extremely rude. Acts as if he is doing us a favour by giving us a free ride . Talks on face . Talks on back. For example . When a co pessenger asked about a loo stop he said " Go sit back ! You will fall on my glass and break it !" This is simply outrageous . After paying a good amount of money, we expect to be treated better than a bunch of school students beeing taken on a picnic. Next time I would choose a different service. I don't mind paying 400 extra for some smiles and warmth

        Dear all,

        My name is huxley. I have booked and travelled in srs travels from nagercoil to chennai on 1st jan 2017. The pnr number is 15549343. I had booked 3 seats l1, l2 and l3.

        I had a very worst experience yesterday, among these many years of my bus journey. I like to bring it to your notice. As i have booked 3 tickets for my complete family, i have brought 4 bags as luggage. When the bus arrived at nagercoil, i asked the srs office person, to open the carrier space to place my luggage. I got a reply as the carrier space can’t be opened and asked me to place the luggage in the bus. I started arguing that, i can’t place it inside the bus in the pathway as it will be a disturbance to all passengers and the baggage also may have a chance of missing. Repeatedly denying for my concern, the official finally provided me a reply as ‘the carrier key was lost and hence cannot open the carrier space’. I asked, how you can provide such kind of irresponsible reply, for that i got a reply as ‘conductor has took the key and he is not coming for the trip’. Frustrated of the replies i got, i said, i cannot take my luggage inside the bus; he personally asked another office person and he himself carried all my luggage and placed them in the path. After entering the bus i was shocked to see all the passengers luggage in the path, seeing my conversation all the passengers raised the same issue as, why none of the passenger’s luggage is not allowed in the carrier. After this, the driver started quarrelling as, the booking is only for the person and not for the luggage. If you want to travel you should come only with 1 bag and if there is more bags you need to book luggage. It went on as the driver started quarrelling aggressively and i am very much embarrassed as i am getting scolded by a driver between the other passengers. I asked him ‘why you are not opening the carrier, if none of the passenger lauggage is there, what is inside, you please open the carrier’. There is no reply from him for this.

        Since the luggage are very much disturbing the passengers, i have called the srs head office and informed about the situation. They have replied me that they will ask trichy office to check the issue.

        When bus reached tirunelveli, bus was stopped at the srs office and an office person came for inspecting my luggage. I told them, i was told the inspection will be done at trichy, why it’s done here. They told everything is same and added, ‘we would have left you, but since you have called the head office and complained us we are not going to leave you without paying for the luggage’. I asked why should i pay, i am carrying 4 bags for 3 tickets, am i not allowed to carry 4 bags when i hold 3 tickets. They finally said, no, we will charge for the poly bags which i had with me, and they started like fighting with me, finally i said, ok, i will pay and complaint in the head office. He replied, wherever you want to complain, but we are not going to leave you unpaid, as you have complained the situation to head office. I paid the luggage charge for my 2 poly bags. Finally the thing is, having 3 tickets in hand, i carried only 2 hand bags and paid charge for 2 medium sized poly bags.

        I specifically complain about the co-driver who boarded the bus at tirunelveli, he has harassed me a lot by words and in an aggressive manner and that’s why i had decided to pay the amount and leave the place. I felt very bad by the words of the driver who has boarded in tirunelveli. Especially, i was not treated as a passenger yesterday, and the hospitality is very worst experience for me.

        Seeing the situation, few passengers came forward and raised concern along with me asking why none of the luggage is kept in carrier and it’s not a single person problem, it’s an issue for all passengers. All the drivers and office persons combined and shouted at them saying, ‘you don’t have any issue and we will bring your luggage safe to the destination, but here the issue is different, he has complained to ho, so we are going to charge, we are not going to charge you, so you can leave without creating any issue’. So they left.

        Finally, i accepted to pay as all the passengers are getting delayed. But, i asked them, ‘ok, i will pay, but i want you to open the carrier and place my luggage there’. They said no, we will not. I asked them, i am paying, then why you won’t open the carrier and place the luggage in the area where it need to be kept. They said, no, we are charging only for the luggage and we will keep it wherever it is for our convenience. You just check if it’s not getting delivered along with you.

        Later we came to know from one of the office person that, the carrier is loaded with apple boxes.

        I am really upset a lot, for gaining money through loading the apple boxes, srs travels has not allowed the passengers to place the luggage in the carrier and created issue and made me pay for my 2 luggage, in spite of having 3 tickets in the bus. I am very much embarrassed with the behavior of the staff and the hospitality provided to the passengers.

        Note: since the upper boot space above seats are occupied by berths, we are dependent on the carrier space only.

          Hello sir I came by SRS Travels bus yesterday i.e on[protected] from Belgaum to Bangalore. Bus was scheduled at 09:45 pm. But due to the negligence of the driver of the pick up van the bus was late by 1 hour. it was left Belgaum (ramdev SRS stand) at 10:45 due to which we faced a lot of problems. We could not go to office by time and had to take a half day leave for the office. Please make sure this bloody hell wont happen again with any other customers and travels.

          Worst bus service ever. Nashik to bengaluru. Bus was worst. It is said to have multi axle. I think it doesnt even have shock absorbers. Roof was torn splitting the ac. Continous sound due to some loose screws, nuts and bolts on the roof. Attendants does not listen to the customer since they got their money. Bloody bastards. They just looted us.

            Bus no: 9121, Journey date:1/1/17, Bed sheet was very dirty and the bus was AC sleeper, the blanket was also very dirty, they did not change the blanket, somebody had peed on it, very bad smell, couldnt sleep. When asked the driver and conductor to change that they behaved very rudely with me. They dont know how to speak with female passenger, Please take strict action on such people. I had paid Rs.1166.00 for this ticket and this is what I experienced.

              I am regular traveller through SRS, Ticket booked from Dharwad to Bangalore on 28th Dec 2016 @ 9.45pm, bus left the from Dharwad at proper time having no problem in the vehicle . However after travelling around 25kms from Dharwad bus has been stopped and all passengers were asked to move to other bus which was lower quality with all aspects from the boarded bus and the reason was the boarded bus was technical problem but never seems to be. The rude behaviour of the SRS employee and in convenience caused to all copassengers, this is the worst service ever with SRS . The cleanliness and noise of the current travelling bus is horrible and nonsense . This is 2nd instance I an facing and SRS losing customers like this and no proper response from duty managers called Manjunath. Travelling bus number ka01 aa7682 which lower category bus.

                Sir., my sister came your omni bus with baby from Chennai to sivakasi in 28.12.2016.they put bus in virudunagar for one hour& Madurai in one hour for downloading goods from bus.they came 2.15 hours late.they came 9.15am instead of 7.00am.
                And they dropdown them before 2 km from proper stop of bus stand.also a old lady affect by it.is it a SRS travels or SRS goods carrier?.i t is your protection of your customer.we regularly come your bus.if you don't take action you loss many of your customers

                  I took a AC sleeper bus from rameshwaram to Bangalore on 27/12/2016 at 6:15 pm, had asked conductor to switch on the power supply, first time he said he will do in some time, second time after 20 minutes I asked him to do so he started shouting.. "let the engine be hot.. we are not fools" but instead of doing so he started claiming false charges on me and started shouting which I felt was a very bad behavior to treat their customers/passengers.

                  Please strictly take up an appropriate action against them.

                    They asked us to change the other bus near hubli because ip address is change it seems. That to around 1 am we had one year baby it's very difficult to change the bus at mid night i don't understand why this kind of negligence towards passengers this is happening second time with me i request to our consumer court to give an example to these srs travels that this kind of negligence is shouldn't be repeat... And that other bus was not cleaned seats were dirty smelling. Curtains huk were not there...

                      We have booked in SRS travels from byndoor to Bangalore (Via Shimoga) on 24/12/2016. My mother & my sister and she had 2 months baby with her. When getting into bus also the bus people where very wrong, they are asking her to get in fast with that baby. And the timing is not good.
                      She wanted to get down in Guruguntepalya and she had informed them 10 mins before also. But they took them half Kms far and made them to get down and that guy telling to get down fast with that baby with luggage and he didn’t touch any bag to help them. Will that idiot will do same think for his mother.
                      Don’t book any ticket with SRS. And i suggest you VRL & Sri Durgamba they all are nice people who help us without asking them

                        Sir I m the regular customer of srs travels ...today (24.12.2016) I m booked to travel on Bangalore ..before that I m clarify to ask the bus timing at velavan travels, sivagangai.They didnt response properly and he insulted me .again it ll happen, I m suggest my friends to convert to travel at different transports . I believe u can take the proper decision

                          We have 1 bundle to goa in your travels on 15/12/2016.L.R no. Is 31/20477. But the bundle has not reached goa till now.We telephoned to bangalore complaint office several times. We are not getting a correct answer from there.I telephoned there today 3 times, but there was no reply.
                          Please take immediate steps to get the bundle in goa today itself.

                            I am principle designer at Mumbai Art. SRS tour and travels bus facility is not good at all in fact the staff is not good and behaviour is very rude.bus is delayed and the staff don't have any reasons for the same. Things not good in bus
                            1. Blankets are smelling bad
                            2.no cleaneenes in the bus
                            3.rude behaviour of counductor
                            4.delay in bus timing
                            5.not haulting at good resturant for food.
                            6.not providing electricity for charging points
                            7.no racks in bus to keep our backpack
                            8.nothing complimentary like water to drink.

                            N0T GOOD AT ALL !!!

                              I traveled from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam. They pick up from shuttle bus to KR Puram. There is no public address system to guide the passenger. Luggage Limitation will not tell to customer at the time of booking ticket later charge more as they want. Rude behavior from staff. They give stop for having dinner is so expensive. Trying to cheat on number of boxes we carry.

                                I was travelling from Nagpur to hyderabad while travelling the driver and the service members of the bus are not at all good it's absolutely rude with vulgar language. Is this the way that you people are treating with customers. You people think that we are not paying you the enough fare that you people are charging to us.its absolute non sense behavior of your staff. Suggest your staff as how to behave with customers.

                                  I received a call from [protected] stating that the pick-up van is punctured and i need to sort my journey to anand rao circle. He was not sympathetic at all and rude, i showed my concern stating it's 2 and half hours journey from electronic city to anand rao circle and it cost me rs. 500 for transport.

                                  When i reached anand rao circle, staff over there was not willing to listen to my complaint and asked me to call [protected] in kalasipalyam as that's the head office, when i called that number, the person said that i need to complaint to head office and he can't do anything about it. This's unacceptable and it's an bad experience.

                                  Resolution : i would like to be refunded with rs. 500, or else i'll be going to consumer affairs. I want to get compensated because i was not treated as an valued customer.

                                    This Abubakar M seat no 26 Travelling from Bangalore to hyderabad 9 december Bus no 4408 departure time from Race course is 11.30pm but bus departure at 12.00am no problem understand for 30min delay, but after that the bus driver stopped at Hebbal for 1 passenger for almost 1.15hr and all passengers are frustrated for 1 passenger is this way of service.?

                                    All are having there works on next day and arrival time for Hyderabad is @7.00am but after 9.30am I am travelling in your bus yet not reached to hyderabad, totally we are unsatisfied with your service, it is not good showing one doing one, please take necessary action, I have planned now to not travel in SRS on words.

                                    I have try 4 times for booking of ticket from davangere to mumbai on 27/10/2016 on srs website through paytm gateway . But all the order are unsuccessful but they have cut 2000 rupees from my account and not answering my grievance and not refunding the money.

                                      Could you please teach the employees about how to take care customers? They don't know ABCD of it.

                                      I have been traveling in busses since 10 years, never had such horrible experience and never met such irresponsible, bad behaviour employees.

                                      They seems don't worry about brand of travels.

                                      I had booked a bus Bangalore to Bijapur on 9th Dec 2016.
                                      It's due to pick up van got late and I have missed bus. The employees blames this on me. Even though I managed to reach the Anand circle by walk due to traffic.

                                      Somehow I got the seat in other Bus. Last seat where even I can't afford to put my leg as it was souch dirty and dust.

                                      When I ask employees to clean and they not able to listen, they told me to clean myself, very rude behaviour.

                                      Later one person came and asking again to change sheet @12 : 00 am. I changed seat almost 3 times.

                                      I booked sleeper coach, employee says it's not the bus you book and you have to sit wherever we allow else get down.

                                      So kindly take action on these else they will ruin business.

                                      Definitely I will do, never ever I board SRS travel again in my life.

                                        I had booked a transport of my Honda Stunner bike from Bangalore wilson garden depot on 06/12/2016 (Lr No. 207/37773). They assured me that if I book before 4:00, they would deliver by next day morning. So on (07/12) with confidence I went to Hyderabad lakdikapool office to collect the bike. They said it is not received as it is not dispatched.. I got disappointed but thought ok let me come next day..

                                        When I went next (08/12) day they said it is still not dispatched. This time I got irritated.. I wanted the staff at Lakdikapool office to make sure that the bike gets dispatched the same day and they assured me the same..

                                        The next day (09/12) they again said it is dispatched today afternoon and asked me to collect at night 11:00 or next day morning.. this time I really got frustrated and decided to complain..

                                        I was using SRS for travel.. Now I am not going to use any more for any service and I will make sure none of my friends and family uses your service.. I will also post this in all consumer websites and makes sure it is read by maximum people.
                                        SRS Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
