Good morning sir.,

This Abubakar M seat no 26 Travelling from Bangalore to hyderabad 9 december Bus no 4408 departure time from Race course is 11.30pm but bus departure at 12.00am no problem understand for 30min delay, but after that the bus driver stopped at Hebbal for 1 passenger for almost 1.15hr and all passengers are frustrated for 1 passenger is this way of service.?

All are having there works on next day and arrival time for Hyderabad is @7.00am but after 9.30am I am travelling in your bus yet not reached to hyderabad, totally we are unsatisfied with your service, it is not good showing one doing one, please take necessary action, I have planned now to not travel in SRS on words.

I have try 4 times for booking of ticket from davangere to mumbai on 27/10/2016 on srs website through paytm gateway . But all the order are unsuccessful but they have cut 2000 rupees from my account and not answering my grievance and not refunding the money.

    Could you please teach the employees about how to take care customers? They don't know ABCD of it.

    I have been traveling in busses since 10 years, never had such horrible experience and never met such irresponsible, bad behaviour employees.

    They seems don't worry about brand of travels.

    I had booked a bus Bangalore to Bijapur on 9th Dec 2016.
    It's due to pick up van got late and I have missed bus. The employees blames this on me. Even though I managed to reach the Anand circle by walk due to traffic.

    Somehow I got the seat in other Bus. Last seat where even I can't afford to put my leg as it was souch dirty and dust.

    When I ask employees to clean and they not able to listen, they told me to clean myself, very rude behaviour.

    Later one person came and asking again to change sheet @12 : 00 am. I changed seat almost 3 times.

    I booked sleeper coach, employee says it's not the bus you book and you have to sit wherever we allow else get down.

    So kindly take action on these else they will ruin business.

    Definitely I will do, never ever I board SRS travel again in my life.

      I had booked a transport of my Honda Stunner bike from Bangalore wilson garden depot on 06/12/2016 (Lr No. 207/37773). They assured me that if I book before 4:00, they would deliver by next day morning. So on (07/12) with confidence I went to Hyderabad lakdikapool office to collect the bike. They said it is not received as it is not dispatched.. I got disappointed but thought ok let me come next day..

      When I went next (08/12) day they said it is still not dispatched. This time I got irritated.. I wanted the staff at Lakdikapool office to make sure that the bike gets dispatched the same day and they assured me the same..

      The next day (09/12) they again said it is dispatched today afternoon and asked me to collect at night 11:00 or next day morning.. this time I really got frustrated and decided to complain..

      I was using SRS for travel.. Now I am not going to use any more for any service and I will make sure none of my friends and family uses your service.. I will also post this in all consumer websites and makes sure it is read by maximum people.

        I had booked tickets from bangalore to coonoor for 1st dec. The tickets confirmation doesn't come till the last minute and at 6.33p. M i get message telling ticket is confirmed, like 3 hours before the bus, how on earth am i to get the refund on cancellation as per your terms. Dont you people have some sense? I request refund for my loss. No matter whomsoever i called in srs travels they told me its not my problem. Kudos to the response.

          I booked a ticket from kolhapur to bangalore on 26.11.16.The bus departure timing was 10.pm and i booked the ticket at 8.30 pm, just 1 and half hour before the departure. Due to some urgent work i had to postpone the journey for the next day.i went to the srs office at 9.pm just half an hour after booking the ticket and told them to cancel my ticket which they denied, then i told them to at least postpone my journey to next day in the same bus, but they totally refused both the ways.i hav payed 2760 rupees and i lost my money.my journey pnr no:15459160. This amount meant a lot to me.
          The cancellation policy should be changed. I[censored] cant cancel and give refund at least give a option to postpone the days.
          This is not going to make any difference to the srs travels, but this was my last booking on srs.i had to travel every week to bangalore or mysore, but never ever i am going to travel again in this travels.

            I booked the bus ticket from Vellore to Pune for 16/09/2016 (Ticket Number CS[protected] for RS.1637.80 . But due to kaveri river water issue BUS got cancelled. I called on several numbers for refund but I didn't get positive response from anyone. They were just saying you can call on another number. It is about 70 days passed but I didn't get the refund yet.

              A very good service was what we expected from them but however what we experienced was completely opposite of our expectations. We had booked a tirupathi package the pick up point was at an extremely uncomfortable and secluded place. We were assured that we'd get sheegra darshan for which we paid rs300/person extra however we were forced into dharma(free) darshan.

                This is with reference to the travel dated 21.11.2016 from tumkur to belgaum through SRS travels, multi axle sleeper bus no.2569, the below are the list of issues faced from SRS faculty

                1. Bus delayed by 45 mins to reach my boarding point as per schedule mentioned before travel.
                2. Around 11:35pm, driver stopped bus for dinner & shouted on everyone to get down from bus for security purpose & he wants to lock the door
                3. Even many ladies were there in journey & felt discomfort because of improper timings
                4. Even though camera was there, not allowed anybody to sleep while bus stopped for dinner..
                5. Shouting on everybody
                6. Driver fighted with people who are sleeping in bus in dinner stop
                7.driver told us to take responsibility if anything lost

                  Neither i was informed that pick up point(gandinagar) is different from main pickup point that is anand rao circle which i had selected as pick up point
                  Nor i recieved msg status on bus no

                  This is has caused me inconvience as i have to run from anandrao circle to gandinagar carrying huge luggage to make in time

                  Kindly look into this matter and dont make inconvience to passengers

                    I was travelling from belgaum to bangalore on 04/11/2016 pnr no[protected] i carried with me one cartoon box in belgaum your srs office charged for that rs 50. I returned on 06/11/2016 pnr no[protected] with same cartoon box in yeshwantpur they charged me rs 60, i asked your yeshwantpur srs travel office person his telling this bangalore because of that we charging more, i called your ho office no [protected] he telling me this not your father bus we are charging more. Why you people doing like this. Your taking hamali chrage rs 10, your people even not touching the box we have pay rs 10 why?? As per govt rules one person carry with him minimum 25kg but in your travels that is not there why?? Worst and pathetic behavior of your ho people, your person telling me come to kalasipalya i will see you, this your behave with customer.

                      I was traveling bangalore to bagalkot (Vidaygiri) bus no 5610.. They stopped in bagalkot and transfer all passengers to another bus, bus no py_01 cc 5562.. That but was going to billagi.. I have too much lagagues so i plan to get down in gaddankeri cross. Before that one lady request to get down at btd office driver has stopped bus there. But i want to get down before gaddankeri cross i request to driver and kinner they told we will not stop.. How come if a lady ask request they ll stop if gents ll ask to request they ll not stop.. It's too bad.. Take a action to driver and kinner...

                        With respect to bus number 1152,


                        On 19th October I was suppose to catch bus from kengeri at 7.15PM to Udupi. I booked my ticket through online.and I got a confirmation message for the same mentioned time. But contact person called me at 7pm and asked me to reach bus stop immediately but my house is around 10 minutes far from the bus point . I had planned my schedule based on that. We had some arguments. He started talking very rude finally I told him that I will be reaching in ten mins. But by the time I reach the point bus had already left. He asked me to go to Majestic. And I was a single lady and upon that started talking very rude. Then I had to take reservation in some other bus to reach udupi.

                          I booked ticket in SRS travels website on 08/09/2016 for the travel date 09/09/2016 .
                          My PNR no is 14610542
                          Travels have cancelled the ticket due to Bandh issue and I have been told that my money will be reverted back to my Account within a week.
                          Till now I haven't got my ticket amount back.
                          I have sent more than 10 emails and for every mail their reply is we will do within this week. But till now they haven't done.

                          Please refrain from using SRS travels in particular online booking.

                          Srs travls dharmapuri office is closed .thersis a no responce and unauthorised over charges for shanmugam day duty. but i ask the reason means your parcel is next time totally damaged. blockmail. i am waiting for auction in dharmapuri.

                            This is ragini jha. I had booked my ticket on 16th oct from hyd to mumbai and my pick up location was gachibowli and dept timing was 17.40 hrs but at 16.30, one person called from travel agency and he asked me to come at miyapur which was so far from my place. That person was not ready to understand my prob and he was yelling and shouting on me. He threaten me that he will cancel my tkt if i not go to miyapur. Thanks goes to arbaz from goibibo who managed everything and and just bcz of him i could board my bus. People is so cheap of agency i had very bad experience now i will never ever go by this travel agency. I waited at bus stop for more than an hour and driver was making me run here and there on road. Very bad experience for a girl. Shameless ppl of srs.
                            The number from i got call who was shouting is :- [protected]. Even after asking he did not disclose his name. Take strong action against him.

                              My sister is heart operation patient. We are waiting for bus 1hour 30minute. On the road side dust area. There is no any proper area to seat. Actual bus time is 8:00pm in yeshwantpur bangalore. But bus come time is 9:36pm. Bus dealy 1hour 36 minute there is no time sense to srs travels & there officer also not respond properly to passenger's.
                              Dear friends if you have required correct time bus, so don't use srs travels bus services because this service is cheat timetable. Today my sister face lot of trouble on bus stop due to dust. So dear friends think before srs bus booking.

                                I have booked srs on 12/Sept/2016. SRS Travels Ticket with PNR 14648893

                                The bus service was cancelled. mailed more than 5times and now its more than a month and till now I haven't got the refund.

                                18/oct/2016, around 3pm called their customer care no.[protected], that guy asked me to call[protected], who then asked me to call [protected]. This guy first time didn't pick up, second time picked up but asked me to call him back after 10 mins. I called him after around 40 minutes. called again and again some 4 times, he just cut the call. after some 5 times he picked it up. I again explained him the problem he said within three days I will get refund, after 10mins I got a mail giving a coupon code for the same amount, to book in their website. I mailed them back saying don't want to book again in their website, till now no reponse. only god can save us in this country from these kind of lazy/looters.

                                  On 28/08/2016, I have booked a ticked from Salem to Bangalore and Bangalore to Karad in SRS Travels for the amount of Rs.2114.70.00.
                                  Unexpectedly I was in need of cancel trip. So I have cancelled the ticket. On cancellation, I have received a mail having a coupon for the amount of Rs.1815.45 .
                                  I have requested to do the needful to refund the amount and sent a mail for the same. But till now no response from SRS. Poor behavior.

                                    My name is Harini Shankar and my ticket no. Is 14991532. I am travelling from BTM layout Bengaluru to Hyderabad. I was traveling with 5 luggages and due to traffic i reached the pickup location 3 mins late. Then I had to take a cab to reach the race course office and unnecessarily pay 250 rupees. The problem is the guy who was responsible for the commute was so rude and disrespectful. Imagine if you had a daughter who was 21 and was traveling alone with so much luggage. If I wanted to pay extra 250 why the hell will I put my location as BTM. I understand the policy but even after requesting him to tell me the next stop, he instead of replying had disconnected my call and told me to get on the bus at 9. Is this the quality you provide to your customers? This was my first booking and will be my last and I will also make sure that nobody will travel by your travels which has no respect for its customers and is so hugely arrogant. This is the most unsatisfied response I have ever recieved. This has actually spoiled my mood and I am supposed to report at my job. The people you have appointed are hopeless. What if you are not on time.? And you don't reach due to traffic? You will expect us to understand right? Why can't you do that for us also? Totally hopeless. Here I am waiting at race course road 1 hr before the bus will arrive. Who will answer my queries now. ??? Just plain hopeless.

                                      We have traveled by Belgaum Bangalore AC sleeper bus no. 0563 yesterday; the bus was very unclean with multiple cockroaches in pretty much all lower seats and small Ines on upper seats. This quality is unacceptable. Upon complaining to the driver and cleaner we were told that the issue has been reported to officers in charge multiple times before this, but no action has been taken or suggested. To top up, the driver for first part of the journey was drivin very rash - to make most passengers feel unsafe. Expecting some action and response on these issues. Thanks!
