I dr chethan was travelling from bangalore to udupi on 17 nov 2016 with PNR no 15269171
(In bus no PY 1152)
Neither i was informed that pick up point(gandinagar) is different from main pickup point that is anand rao circle which i had selected as pick up point
Nor i recieved msg status on bus no

This is has caused me inconvience as i have to run from anandrao circle to gandinagar...

I was travelling from belgaum to bangalore on 04/11/2016 pnr no[protected] i carried with me one cartoon box in belgaum your srs office charged for that rs 50. I returned on 06/11/2016 pnr no[protected] with same cartoon box in yeshwantpur they charged me rs 60, i asked your yeshwantpur srs travel office person his telling this bangalore because of that we charging more, i called your ho office no [protected] he telling me this not your father...

I was traveling bangalore to bagalkot (Vidaygiri) bus no 5610.. They stopped in bagalkot and transfer all passengers to another bus, bus no py_01 cc 5562.. That but was going to billagi.. I have too much lagagues so i plan to get down in gaddankeri cross. Before that one lady request to get down at btd office driver has stopped bus there. But i want to get down before gaddankeri cross i request to driver and kinner they told we will not stop.....

Travels have cancelled the ticket due to Bandh issue and I have been told that my money will be reverted back to my Account within a week.
Till now I haven't got my ticket amount back.
I have sent more than 10 emails and for every mail their reply is we will do within this week. But till now they haven't...

I had booked my ticket on 16th oct from hyd to mumbai and my pick up location was gachibowli and dept timing was 17.40 hrs but at 16.30, one person called from travel agency and he asked me to come at miyapur which was so far from my place. That person was not ready to understand my prob and he was yelling and shouting on me. He threaten me that he will cancel my tkt if i not go to miyapur. Thanks goes to arbaz...

On 28/08/2016, I have booked a ticked from Salem to Bangalore and Bangalore to Karad in SRS Travels for the amount of Rs.2114.70.00.
Unexpectedly I was in need of cancel trip. So I have cancelled the ticket. On cancellation, I have received a mail having a coupon for the amount of Rs.1815.45 .
I have requested to do the needful to refund the amount and sent a mail for the same. But till now no response from SRS. Poor behavior.br...

My name is Harini Shankar and my ticket no. Is 14991532. I am travelling from BTM layout Bengaluru to Hyderabad. I was traveling with 5 luggages and due to traffic i reached the pickup location 3 mins late. Then I had to take a cab to reach the race course office and unnecessarily pay 250 rupees. We have traveled by Belgaum Bangalore AC sleeper bus no. 0563 yesterday; the bus was very unclean with multiple cockroaches in pretty much all lower seats and small Ines on upper seats. We pick srs travels bus from tirupattur (Sayalkudi route) on 10 october. The bus depart one hour delay, moreover we ask to drop us in vandalur zoo but ur person has dropped us in srm college potheri itself, 10 km before the exact stop at 4.30 am. I had booked ticket srs travels (volvo, ac sleeper) from shimoga to borivalli mumbai on[protected]time 11.15pm), but the bus came at 2am (late by 2 hours 45mints). ticket no[protected].

There was no information about delay by this much time, only it was told that bus is delayed by 45mints. after starting it was informed to us bus will reach by 12pm to borivalli.

I have been a very regular traveller on your SRS volvo line from Trivandrum to Bangalore. I had always got a nice experience with your travels till about yesterday. I guess it was a new set of team (atleast) the drivers and the cleaner on the bus no. KA 01 AF 5825 from Trivandrum to Bangalore on 7th October, 2016.

During the first 30 minutes of the journey I requested them to put on the movie (as my son was getting cranky)...

BUS number TS 07 UC 0351 driver is so careless and drives very rash on city roads. Two busses of SRS travels were side by side from bio-diversity junction towards mehdipatnam, knowing that roads were full of ditches drivers were really so careless in driving, it seems as if both were on some race one is trying to beat another one. Both of them forgot that they were on a public road....

I have sent a mail to [protected]@srstravels.net from Mithun.[protected]@247-inc.com & still waiting for the revert.

Booking request was handled at high priority, but when we speak about refund & final bill I am still waiting for the revert.

Also to add, Trip / travelling was memorable.. however please educate the drivers to speak politely with the guests....

I have been booked SRS TRAVELS from Cumbum(TN) to Bangalore on 15/09/2016. But according to the cavuery issue the journey has been cancelled by the SRS themself. Now its 15 days is over. I didn't get any proper response from them yet regarding the refundable amount. I am not satisfied with their service. So, i am requesting to get back my amount as soon as possible. I can't wait for another more days also. Please do the needfull.

Up till 30.09.16 i have not received my cargo when we call to bangalore srs office they say we have dispatched the materials but when we check in mumbai srs office they give us different location and after doing follow up they shout and say we have not received the cargo. I have got a debit of rs. 5, 00, 000/- due to srs and still they are saying the cargo is not received so i have lost my cargo and also my order....
