Hi

We pick srs travels bus from tirupattur (Sayalkudi route) on 10 october. The bus depart one hour delay, moreover we ask to drop us in vandalur zoo but ur person has dropped us in srm college potheri itself, 10 km before the exact stop at 4.30 am. All the adult were ladies in darkness we were unable to find the location of drop exactly, i have booked 7 seats most of them were ladies and kids. Ur employees behaviour or was v. Worst. Sorry to say very bad service i ever seen in my life. All the travels were run for the passenger only not for a time pass and all the passenger travels from one location to other depending on ur services. I[censored]r person behaves like that, in certain days no one will board on ur buses.

I need clear explanation.

    My name is Swaroop, have booked a parcel on 8th Oct 2016...from s.p. road Bangalore to Chikkodi but still not even picked That point LR No:99/1378 non of the numbers mentioned in the bill take proper responsibility to responce . In fact each one of them guide us to comtact others like govt officials ...some of them disconnect the call on your face when they come to know it's a service escalation call ...these people work so irresponsibly

    My one no. is 14862281The cleaner had taken away the blanket... when called he just ignored and walked away...this is bloody illmannered.. you charge so much for the supposedly premium service and this is how the behavior of your staff is. I even called up your customer care with hardly any luck in getting response to it.

      Dear sir,

      I had booked ticket srs travels (volvo, ac sleeper) from shimoga to borivalli mumbai on[protected]time 11.15pm), but the bus came at 2am (late by 2 hours 45mints). ticket no[protected].

      There was no information about delay by this much time, only it was told that bus is delayed by 45mints. after starting it was informed to us bus will reach by 12pm to borivalli.

      I had connecting train to baroda at 2.10pm. bus travel was delayed again at various stops and luggage delivery etc., finally bus reached borivalli at 10pm delayed by 10hours and 45mints. i missed my train. i had been asking driver and conductor to move fast as i will not get any trains at late night. as my office reaching time will also get delayed. it was delayed unreasonably creating trouble to all passengers. this is very poor management by srs for superior fair tickets.

      I am sick due to late many hours of bus journey.

      I appeal srs to return my ticket fair amount and pay additional bus charges which i incurred to travel to baroda (total amount=rs.3118= rs.2618 bus ticket charges+ rs.500 additional bus charges to baroda).

        I have been a very regular traveller on your SRS volvo line from Trivandrum to Bangalore. I had always got a nice experience with your travels till about yesterday. I guess it was a new set of team (atleast) the drivers and the cleaner on the bus no. KA 01 AF 5825 from Trivandrum to Bangalore on 7th October, 2016.

        During the first 30 minutes of the journey I requested them to put on the movie (as my son was getting cranky) and obvious reason being that we have paid to travel on the luxury lines to have proper entertainment in place.

        However, I was taken aback by the shrewd and arrogant behaviour of your driver and the cleaner who went on to tell me to sit in my seat and they will decide when and what to do. When I told them that they need to do something about it, the driver slammed the brakes and stopped the bus in the middle of the road and went on to argue with me. It was a behaviour I never expected from SRS team.

        It was more like he was acting like a goon who was all ready to shove me off from your bus for asking them to put on the movie.

        Such an arrogant behaviour by the crew not only proves their vicious intent of your team that they are the ULIMATE BOSS once you are on-board. I have been your regular traveller and I have seen the best days of your service.

        A humble request to the bosses/ management team is to have good customer/ passenger friendly crew on-board as this would only tarnish your reputation. I do not mind sharing my personal details.

          BUS number TS 07 UC 0351 driver is so careless and drives very rash on city roads. Two busses of SRS travels were side by side from bio-diversity junction towards mehdipatnam, knowing that roads were full of ditches drivers were really so careless in driving, it seems as if both were on some race one is trying to beat another one. Both of them forgot that they were on a public road.

            I have sent a mail to [protected]@srstravels.net from Mithun.[protected]@247-inc.com & still waiting for the revert.

            Booking request was handled at high priority, but when we speak about refund & final bill I am still waiting for the revert.

            Also to add, Trip / travelling was memorable.. however please educate the drivers to speak politely with the guests.

              I have been booked SRS TRAVELS from Cumbum(TN) to Bangalore on 15/09/2016. But according to the cavuery issue the journey has been cancelled by the SRS themself. Now its 15 days is over. I didn't get any proper response from them yet regarding the refundable amount. I am not satisfied with their service. So, i am requesting to get back my amount as soon as possible. I can't wait for another more days also. Please do the needfull.

              I have booked bus from Bangalore to ahmd 6 pm on date 03/10/2016 and waited at srs travels office at Jalahalli Cross. I went to use toilet at srs travels building basement with key given to me from office, somehow the lock n key I lost and informed, they started abusing and asked money for it ... the worst experience ever

                Up till 30.09.16 i have not received my cargo when we call to bangalore srs office they say we have dispatched the materials but when we check in mumbai srs office they give us different location and after doing follow up they shout and say we have not received the cargo. I have got a debit of rs. 5, 00, 000/- due to srs and still they are saying the cargo is not received so i have lost my cargo and also my order.

                  Today on 25 th of September 2016 at 6 pm my car was hit by a tempo travel at Hebbal Signal when my car was stationed at Traffic Signal. After consulting macanic the estimate came at 20000 as rare bumber is dented, dickey is dented fender is dented and tail light is broken. I want driver to be punished. I am having avidence of all and as he ran away after i claimed money.

                    On Sept 12 2016 all SRS travels buses from Bangalore were cancelled due to strike in Bangalore and they have informed us that the amount will be given back.
                    But they haven't triggered ticket cancellation until 18th Sept and also the amount was given back as COUPON which can be used only for SRS booking later.
                    So they are actually not giving back the money and are forcing the customers to use their service only.
                    I dont want their coupon and Would like the amount to be credited back to my account.

                          I traveled from surandai to bangalore on 05/09/2016. Usually i get down before electronic city stop and i requested to stop the bus, driver said bus will not stop and it will stop only electronic city, madivala and kalasipalya. Last 10 years, i was using kpn and other bus services, they were friendly.

                          I was with my family with 2 kids, early morning, srs bus driver is not accepting to stop the bus. I asked the reason, driver told we have more luggage (Around a lorry capacity luggage), i need to reach the destination kalasipalya before sunrise, otherwise rto will catch us.

                          Why srs bus service including with lorry /truck service? Is this safe for people?
                          Also i noticed, huge cabin noise due to overload and not able to sleep properly.

                            My self satish ram kumar ch, booked my busticket on[protected] to travel from gachibowli, hyderabad to marathhalli, bangalore via redbus.in website. The travel company name is srs travels and the tin no. Is tj9s89394639 and pnr number is ts-rb32989991xau/14488764, bus no. Is 2596. I started from gachibowli, hyderabad on 28th aug 2016 and i was supposed to get down at marathalli, bangalore on[protected] in the morning at around 7 a. M. But on 29th aug 2016, i was forcefully asked to get down at hebbal, which is very far from my destination point and i was left on the road. When i asked the driver about the drop at the destination point, he was very rude and asked me to get down at hebbal itself, as the vehicle goes to mysore.

                            If the bus goes to mysore and doesn't go to the destination point (Marathalli), either the travel company or the website shouldn't display the destination point and once the destination is selected they must facilitate a drop at the destination point only and no where else, especially in the midway. For me it was unfair and i was extremely unhappy with this experience, as i had to travel from hebbal to marathalli which costed me valuable time and an additional amount.

                            This type of issue shouldn't cause any inconvenience to customer and necessary action should be taken on this issue and it shouldn't be repeated.

                            I don't know where to escalate this issue and someone please help me to get a resolution to my bad experience and i don't want to leave this matter here itself, as i felt very bad.

                              We travelled 6 members from bangalore to kumbakonam on 19th august 2016 it suppose to reach 5:30 am at kumbakonam but it reached on 9:35 am. Bcoz it stopped for parcel in hosur, trichy, tanjavore.
                              Also we booked return ticket on 20-aug 2016. Due to this delay we have cancelled the ticet and booked in green line travels.
                              We requested not to do cancellation charge. But in customer care they said we don't have option. If its delay we are not responsible. If its due to traffic its ok.
                              But you already know number of parcel you should take. Bcoz of your mistake we have loss 50% of amount by cancellation

                                Today i booked bus in cumbam to chennai at 7.30pm from cumbam srs travels. bus condition is a poor. bus not starting only push and start the bus. head lights not working. bus a only in condition place only.. time a very delay bus service maintenance very poor. tomorrow my commitments are all missing. driver told all passengers ask to office. he a response is very poor

                                  The person who is there in the bus misbehaved with me and going on asked me to give shake hand and this happened for hour and later while I'm getting down he came near to me to touch but I immediately got down ...so take necessary actions against to that person.

                                  I took a sleeping bus from BLR to Gokarna with SRS. Bus was not at all cleaned after the previous trip. Beds were full of dust and sand on them. I assume they are expected to change the covers after every trip.
                                  Bus was then delayed by 2+ hours. Please don't mention that bus will Gokarna if it can reach only by 9.
                                  The SRS is started new root from Bengaluru to Galagali and the root is not updated in any of the website. Kindly update it asap.

                                      I am traveling in cabin from Pune to Banglore. I paid for full amount and booked through red bus.com
                                      No seat is allocated to me.
                                      This is worst exprience.
                                      Driver and staff made me to sit and are using abusive language and intemedating me to drop in mid way.
                                      Is this the kind of service provided?
                                      I want my money back and want serious appologies from SRS.

                                        My wife was travelling to rabakavi via mahalingpur bus and we chose kengeri as the pickup point. the address was provided as opposite to kengeri police station, infront o[censored]co bank but the driver who came to pickup left 4 of fellow passengers & reported as all passengers picked. on reporting the same started arguing it's our fault that you guys did not come. this was pathetic & caused chaos to customers. the driver of the bus no: 2273 was the one as we stood there waiting for more than an hour. this is not acceptable behavior where he should have called individual fellow passengers which is not inline with srs standards.
