SRS Travels Complaints & Reviews

On Sept 12 2016 all SRS travels buses from Bangalore were cancelled due to strike in Bangalore and they have informed us that the amount will be given back.
But they haven't triggered ticket cancellation until 18th Sept and also the amount was given back as COUPON which can be used only for SRS booking later.
So they are actually not giving back the money and are forcing the customers to use their service only.

On[protected], myself reservation as made from Bijapur to Bangalore by using red bus website . So on dat day bus been cancelled due to strike in Bangalore and my seat number is 7L and also made call to customer care number also but they not respond properly

I traveled from surandai to bangalore on 05/09/2016. Usually i get down before electronic city stop and i requested to stop the bus, driver said bus will not stop and it will stop only electronic city, madivala and kalasipalya. Last 10 years, i was using kpn and other bus services, they were friendly.

We travelled 6 members from bangalore to kumbakonam on 19th august 2016 it suppose to reach 5:30 am at kumbakonam but it reached on 9:35 am. Bcoz it stopped for parcel in hosur, trichy, tanjavore.
Also we booked return ticket on 20-aug 2016. Due to this delay we have cancelled the ticet and booked in green line travels.
We requested not to do cancellation charge. But in customer care they said we don't have option. If its delay...

Today i booked bus in cumbam to chennai at 7.30pm from cumbam srs travels. bus condition is a poor. bus not starting only push and start the bus. head lights not working. bus a only in condition place only.. time a very delay bus service maintenance very poor. tomorrow my commitments are all missing. driver told all passengers ask to office. he a response is very poor...

The person who is there in the bus misbehaved with me and going on asked me to give shake hand and this happened for hour and later while I'm getting down he came near to me to touch but I immediately got down ...so take necessary actions against to that person.

I am traveling in cabin from Pune to Banglore. I paid for full amount and booked through red bus.com
No seat is allocated to me.
This is worst exprience.
Driver and staff made me to sit and are using abusive language and intemedating me to drop in mid way.
Is this the kind of service provided?
I want my money back and want serious appologies from SRS....

My wife was travelling to rabakavi via mahalingpur bus and we chose kengeri as the pickup point. the address was provided as opposite to kengeri police station, infront of uco bank but the driver who came to pickup left 4 of fellow passengers & reported as all passengers picked. on reporting the same started arguing it's our fault that you guys did not come. this was pathetic & caused chaos to customers. the driver of the bus no: 2273 was...

I had booked 2 ticket from Bangalore to Tirupati package tour Volvo multi axel charged Rs.3205, but we got service in regular Volvo bus which was not comfort, For that I called to customer care([protected]) from boarding point but no help and not given proper response.

I have submitted the parcel to srs booking wilson garden branch on 10th july 2016 from bangalore to salem and lr no.207/23261... the people told that next day you will be getting the parcel but till now i am not received... i have checked with salem srs travel office they siad already dispatched but parcel is not there... myself and husband spoken around 30 calls for all finally they said it is in pondicherry... really i am not understanding...

I booked the ticket from bangalore to Tiruchendur where they said 6.30 is the arrival time. My entire family was waiting in the temple from 5'o clock and they said, it will be reaching Tiruchendur only at 9'o clock.

It is ridiculous that they give different timing while booking which is very different from actual.

The dont seems to be perfect in timing. This really needs to be fixed....

I travelled with my family from Chennai to Madurai on June 6, 2016 in SRS Chennai-Nagercoil bus. The drop point was mentioned in the ticket as Periyar bus stand but we were dropped at main bus stand (Maatu thaavani). The driver and the service personnel were very impolite and did not even bothered to look at the ticket. Very unprofessional SRS travels. I will not recommend SRS to anyone.Cheaters......

I was a regular traveller in SRS. But i stopped in between travelling with SRS because of luggage issue. I work for a company and i travel entire south India in a month for min 22 days. Every time i face of rude behaviour of driver when ask them to put luggage to the luggage box. But they force is to keep luggage in the seat itself. In single sleeper its not possible to keep the luggage. If i wont face this luggage problem again,...
