I am living in angalakurchi, 15 kms from pollachi town. Got a courier yesterday, ur people rang n told to pick at their office, i asked them to deliver to the address but they are rude n also told "if you want come n get the parcel or else leave it".
Worst response and service ever. If we go n collect the parcel then what ur people are doing n for what we are paying?
Hope you will look into this matter seriously. St courier office near anbu silks, pollachi.
Attend to this else those people will spoil ur brand name and goodwill. I am also posting this in social media/fb. I[censored] respond n action, that too can be posted on same page in fb. So ur goodwill can improve.

I booked one courier through your courier on 28.08.2017. To b. Gunasundari, 1/30, north street, kattaneri village, samugarangapuram, tirunelveli-627112. But courier not received at time. At the time of booking in ashok nagar branch there are told the above mentioned address in service area like that told. After 12 days the article was returned to me for the reason of no service for the above mentioned address. The courier contains of valuable document. It will not reach at the mean time. After i enquired that ashok nagar branch there are enquired through system 627112 is in service area like that told. The consignment no is [protected]. But ashok nagar branch courier person contact to head office and valliyur but no reasonable response will come. It is very poor and bad service for me. How is responciple for this things. Please refund my amount also give me the compasance for me.

The item has not been delivered until today (8th august, 2017). When i called the vannarpettai office at [protected], the lady told me that it is out of area and they will only deliver once a week. Is that correct? Pl. Clarify. Then why do you accept if for courier service?

I am planning to file a case with consumer court through my brother who is a lawyer.

I sent my documents to via st courier to lucknow on 18th july. That person is not accept my courier so they send me back on 27th july till now am not get my document in between i called customer care they wont response properly i asked when will get they said 29th morning 10'o clock but till now i did't get, they won't response properly every one pointing somebody i called nearly 50 times. Really am very upset becoz my document submition date is expired here after what can do. Don't use st courier.

I sent a produce via st courier but it was not delivered to the customer on prompt time. I didn't get any response from courier team.. When i enquired also they were giving false promise and they in intention to end the call rather to provide me the reason to not delivered. Very bad experience with their service iam not going to send any parcel in future

I haven't ever experienced that the items can be also missed from the parcel, i sent a parcel from chennai - vizag on 06/07 and when it's delivered then girl - top was missing.

Still i am looking for solution and just roaming in circle.

It would be really helpful if someone from the team can look forward and resolve it.

I sent a courier on 9/6/2017 to tirumurugan tiles, main road, tirumanur, ariyalur-621715 ([protected]) from anna nagar chennai-40. The dealer assured me that the product will reach the destination the next day. It has been 8 days since it hasn't reached. Important to note that i sent medicine which was very important. This delay has brought disgrace to my fame and the receiver is in full depression because of this. I want to take action against the company and needs written apology and compensation for the delay. The st courier person promised that my courier would reach mumbai from chennai on monday 1. E. 5/7/2017. I called them on monday for which the courier person said the courier will reach today. I called by tuesday, the courier person said the parcel will reach today, then that person gave me a number who gave me 2 other numbers. Finally one of the person in the 2 number said that the courier will reach on tuesday. This is wednesday evening, now that person is giving another number to check which is unresponsive. They dont even know that whereabout of my parcel. Great courier service. Even if i had posted my parcel in government service, it would have reached destination by now.

I have booked a local courier at mogappair west to sent from ambattur to mylapore on saturday (27th may)- i got acknowldgement copy it is written (3rd copy) in reversere.

I have send e. Mail and contacted thro'phone on 29th on this information to clarify safe delivery of my letter, some body h. O and moggappair west branch officials stating that it is delivered at mount road.

Where you delivered? Where is pod? My e. Mail dated 29th 1st and 2nd (Today)-no information and yesterday i went and ask mogappair west main centre, but that branch incharges speaking rubbish words and irresponsible answers. I am attaching herewith scanned copy of my courier bill. Inform the status immediatly,

I am from shriram city union finance. I am complained pondicherry st courier associate cargo movers i will give payment rs.4000 to 5000/- for courier charge per month. But courier delivery not at correct time some courier not delivered 4 & 5 days.in this branch manger no response below mentioned pod [protected]. I will give money for your work then why your staff not working properly. St courier owner our staff's salary given or not. So next month onward we move to professional courier.in fracture it will be happened company will closed shortly. On 9/5/2017 i had send a letter in courier to my family in Kochin (Kerala) from Chennai (Tamil Nadu)with courier number [protected], i Had couriered it since there is no one to pick up things from one place, but i was really upset with your service since from your service center the person calls up my family and says there is no one to come and give to the address so come and collect it, this is not the way to treat a urgent courier and when person my family went there and call the same number they says they are not in place went some where outside so come after some time, is this is the service you are doing, how could you think that i will again use your service, i really feel bad about it, please take the necessary action and do the needfull thank you.

Pathetic customer service personnel at both hyderabad and chennai. A courier booked in chennai on may 2nd, 2017 gets delivered on may 8th, 2017. Their staff at hyderabad[protected] just gives out false commitments and then would never answer your call or the number will be busy. They will promptly switch off this phone number by 6.55 pm as well. The staff at chennai does even have basic manners in how to talk to a customer and will disconnect your call while you talk to them itself. Worst courier service that nobody should use going forward

Recently got tracking number for my shipment package sent through ST courier sent from Chennai Times Office during last week. The tracking number given by TImes of India Office today(10-Apr-2017) is:[protected]. But when I enquired ST courier main office, it was checked on 30-Mar-2017 & sent back mentioned the person shifted. Actually we have not shifted. Also I did ot get any notification on this corier on my mobile or any further note from TOI office. We had physical presence at home at all times during the past 25 days. Request you to check the discrepancy. Pls do the needful to rectify the issue & ensure the package is delivered to my Chennai West Mambalam address. (129/E, Krishna Apts, K.R. I am very sorry to bring this complaints regarding the staff behaviour in the ST Courier Office, karaikudi. My name is Dr.S.Raja Vijayakumar, working as a Chief medical Officer, CSIR-CECRI, (Central government institute) karaikudi. I didn't receive my Courier from the staff, so I went directly to the office today[protected]. But I was badly treated by two staff in the office. They didn't even responded me. In a good manner. When I waited and asked for the Courier. THAT LADY IS ASKING ME TO SEARCH AND TAKE MY COURIER FROM ALL THE PARCEL LYING OUTSIDE THE OFFICE. We “BIXO HERBAL COOKIES” is your regular customer. Your agent of our side is doing excellent service for us. I was satisfied with your service. But, one or two agents on the delivery points are spoiling your reputation. I feel very convenient to book my parcels through your courier.

We had booked 5 parcels to the above address. My client is an aged lady who can’t move out. The delivery agent didn’t deliver to the receiver and asks the party to collect the consignment from the booking office with hard language. More over this is second time they are compelling. She is our very important client. Please guide us what to do.

I booked a cover adressed to Dedicated Health Care Services TPA Pvt Ltd, through Shanu Xerox Preumbakkam on 20/03/2017 and they issued receipt bearing No [protected] . But in the receipt the shipper address and receiver adress are illegible. While tracking the no through on line to know the status it shows in valid No. I am very much worried whether the cover is delivered to the addressee or not. Neither your office nor Shanu Xerox give importance to this issue . The cover contains original medical claim bills and I do not appreciate the irresponsible behavior of your office. The name of the Shipper is R Rangarajan. Pl look into the matter and advise me whether the cover is delivered to the addressee or not.Otherwise I will be constrained to proceed legally.

Hi Team,

This is Deepak, I couriered my documents through ST Courier on 2nd March 2017 and the AWB No. [protected] . As per agent information it will be deliver on or before 4th March 2017, but the courier not delivered to the receiver.So on 4th March 2015 raised complaint regarding the issue the complaint ID TNMAAC202369 about AWB No. [protected] registered on 04/03/2017 at 04:08 PM

Today morning I called again to customer care that courier has not delivered, they informed it will be delivered by 6:30PM at any cost

But still not it's not yet delivered .I tried to reach customer care but no one receiving my calls

I received below message but still my issue not resolved.why closed the complaint without solving the issue

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number:[protected] on January 30, 2017 at your Nagercoil branch . And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within 24hrs, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during these years. But this time it was a big letdown.

I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered by January, 31-2017 If you would like to contact me, call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@gmail.com . I shall look ahead to your reply. I[censored] didn't take any proper steps I think it's time for me to take furthermore step to take action on hr company.
