On[protected] at st courier tpr-tirupur hub src. Yhb 93/1 ram nagar, 3rd street, pn road, tirupur-641602.
Till time the courier not delivered to the address mentioned above.
We have complained to tirupur ramnagar office and not yet solved the isuue.

. We are doing freight forwarding business and the courier contains an important document which need to submit bank for negotiation within a stipulated time limit. Due to the delay of three - four days in delivery we are in trouble and facing huge lose by the delay happened from your end.

Kindly look in to this seriously and please arrange for an urgent delivery without further delay.

Am totally vexed and unhappy with your service, i have couriered a gift for valentines day on 13/02/18. It was informed that it will be delivered the nexxt day, and i have not yet got proper response from your customer care. The gift is not yet delivered. It almost 3 days and you just proved to be the local guy courier.. And i really regret to send the gift through your courier (I really dont mean to say yours as courier, since even post office deliver the material soon).

Dear sir,

On 12 feb, i got a call from st courier dalmiapuram branch to collect my courier which i ordered through amazon.com.

When contacted to branch to collect the same, the phone number was switched off, and i have tried a lot of times.

Today morning, i got a mail from amazon saying that the courier is delivered and signed by my wife, we never received the item.

Again, today evening, i got a call from st courier dalmiapuram branch, saying that the courier is there, come and collect and he will not come to my address to deliver the item and speaking rudely.

Now, please tell me, do i really need to go and collect the courier from your office or the courier men will come and deliver the item.

Please advise, this is not the first complaint, it is happening several times and we really fed up with our service.

I, A Someswaran, residing in Chennai, Couriered agri loan renewal document to Thenangudi Society (My home town Which is 4KM from Peravurani) in ST Courier near Thirunagar Signal (Chennai) vide Consignment Number [protected] dated 12 Feb 2018 and they collected Rs.50 from me. The madam in-charge told it will be delivered by tomorrow or day after tomorrow. On 13 Feb at 15.42 (today) a person from Peravurani ST Courier called me and asked for the Thennangudi society telephone Number. I asked him why do you ask for the telephone Number, you have to go and deliver the the letter to the Society, but he said it is not your job just give number, and said we will not go, somebody from Society have to come and collect the letter said harshly and disconnected the phone. Then I went to the office where I booked to complain about this. The madam i/c have not taken any action, but I asked for consumer care and spoken to them, they given Thajavur i/c Number, she said we will not go to interior areas, so some one has to come and collect. I asked then why your ST courier staff collect the courier where there is no door delivery. She did not said anything, and I asked her to revert back my letter and money, she said we cant give the money back but we can revert the letter back to you. then she told me to complain this to Trichy customer care and give a number, that number was not picked up. I then find out the owner of ST Courier (Chennai) Mr Arul. He asked the complaint and put the person of ST Courier Peravurani in conference call, but the peravurani person did not know that we are in conference call and he replied him that the letter will be delivered tomorrow and further said about me, that I treated him like my employee. Then I interefered in the call and asked about his identity or name, he suddenly harshly again shouted on me and told "Nee yaara iruntha enakku ennada vaida phonai" (who are you, nothing to do with me, put the phone down) and disconnected the phone even while in the conference call with Mr Arul (Owner ST Courier Chennai). The owner again called me said what can I do.

So in the above circumstances what to do except complaining. Kindly register complaint and take action from the defaulter and kindly send me the reply please.

Yesterday booking courier from coimbatore.
Today morning recive to dharmapuri courier office.
But courier line man or office not intimate to me and not issue to my home.
Today night i ask to office then give to courier. I ask to why issue to my home & why not intimate my number but don't reapone.
She's say to my home closed entry to system.

I have booked some medicine to hydrabad under invoice no.[protected] on 25/11/2017from trichy, tamilnadu. Till date it was not delivered at hydrabad nor returned to me. On my enquirery they told that pincode 500090 is no service and consignment wil be returned. But till date i have not recived. At the time of booking the courier agent not wil told that pin 500090 is not in service area. So please help me to get back my consignment with service amount rs 80/=paid by me.

I haven't received the package which was booked in chennai pudupet branch addressed to me.. When asked with your sankarankovil and tirunelveli office, they said they haven't received the product.. They dont even help me to track my courier.. I need immediate action take to track my parcel.. Its very confidential and immediate delivery.. I dont know who is responsible for st courier.. I have couried a consignment on 20th january and i'm calling customer service executive in 25th for tracking my consignment.
But that executive put my on hold for more than 5 mnts afterwards they are not responding my call also still now i can't track my courier.
Take an action against non delivery of my consignment on time and irresponsible executive.

I haven't received the package which was booked on[protected] at your chennai pudupet branch addressed to me.. When asked with your madurai jaihindpuram office, they said they haven't received the product.. When contacted with your administrative office in madurai, they said that the package has reached madurai and is been scanned for delivery and is mistook by some other branch guys.. The regional manager and another person whom i contacted assured me that they are checking the camera footages and my package will be found out and the issue will be solved within 10am tdy.. But when i called them to update the status, the people who assured me are not all picking my calls.. When tracked, it is showing that it is still in transit from madurai hub to jaihinpuram branch.. The consignment bill copy been attached for your reference.. I need my package within tuesday or else i will be forced to approach the consumer court regarding this issue.. Thank you

A package was shipped from madurai on 10th jan to bangalore. The package arrived in bangalore on 12th jan at their hub. Repeated calls to the bangalore office[protected]/[protected]) since 10am has gone unresponsive. They say they are looking for the package and will call back in 1 hour. But they never called back. Repeated calls have been a waste of time. When i said we don't want the package but compensate us with rs.10000, they said they will send the package in 30 mins (At 2pm). But it is 4 pm and still no update. I called their chennai office to file a complaint. I promptly got a complaint number via sms but even that person said they will call back in 1 hour.

This courier service is really really horrible!! They do not seem to know the basics of customer service. Please don't waste your time choosing this courier service for your delivery needs. Their website has a logo saying "the people's choice" but i am sure people would never choose such a horrible courier service!

A confidential parcel has been send by kkm soft chennai to myself, office at kudankulam. Parcel has been dispatched almost a week back, still the parcel has not been recieved.

When we are contacting the valliyoor branch office, a lady took the phone and giving irresponsible answers, she couldn't able to track the courier even if i gave the docket or parcel number

Now the parcel is missing and i m in trouble

I have requested for this courier service to deliver my courier to hydrabad. They dispatched it on 28th dec 17 and it reached hyderbad on 30th dec 17 but still they have not delivered the courier to my client. It was important courier which had to be reached immediatly. I understand that there were holidays in between but today is 4th jan and it seems they are still enjoying their new year. No sence of professionalism. And they have the worst customer care i have ever seen. No number is reachable. I am trying from 2 days to contact them in various numbers mentioned on their website but not a single number is reachable.
I want my courier to be delivered as soon as possible or at least call my client if they have any addrss issue.. Bad bad very bad service.

I parcel a product on 16 of this month from chengannur to kottayam (Thelakom). Being it has to travel only 60 km. I didn't get it on destination. Actually the dealer promised that it wil reach on saturday so i send that product. If you can take please make it late it become more than 4 days being travel to 60km what wil be case of international order

I have sent my courier from mandapam to kalyan, mumbai on 06 dec 17 and but still now on 16 dec 17 my parcel not received by that person for which i had sent... And also i can't track my parcel... Really very worst courier... And very poor response also from customer care... Really i can't express my view now because for which purpose i have sent this is pending now only for my parcel... Really very bad...

On 01/12/17 a parcel was booked to be sent to puducherry. But it was returned without delivering citing reason as improper address even though phone no was mentioned. Again on 07/12/17 the sender asked them to book the parcel to puducherry by paying huge amount. But still i didn't receive the parcel. When sender asked them there was no proper response.

An urgent letter to be submitted to a hospital had been sent from kulittalai (Karur district on 4.12.2017 by mr. Senthil kumar to myself dr. Prakash karrun, consignment no.[protected]. My address is c - block 16th floor, n01, ais housing comlex, natesan nagar west, virugambakkam, chennai-92. So far i have not received the letter. My attempt to contact your chennai branch and regional office guindy proved futile. No response from any number. Please respond immediately.

I have sent a courier on 9th nov to lonavala in pune. It has neither reached the person nor returned to me. Whenever i ask the courier person, he says it will be delivered tomorrow. Its been more than 2 weeks and no proper response from st courier. Is this the customer service you are providing to your customers? I am the branch manager of kalayarkoil branch of state bank of india. I know how best customer service will take you to the top. You people dont know that i have sent an important document in that parcel. What assurance can you give me that its safe? The person to whom i sent courier will leave the address (Pune) tomorrow. How are you going to compensate the loss incurred to me both mentally and financially? If needed, i am ready to raise a complaint through our state bank head office on your st courier.

Note : my branch is having tie up with st courier and daily we are receiving and sending courier through your st courier at kalayarkoil. Your worst customer service makes me to stop this tie up. Kindly take immediate action on this.

Very urgent purpose i have chosen the sd courier but lot of phone calls and chasing day by day. Every time told the in expected answers from your side.
One question to sd courier, why people choose the courier?
These kind of issues are persist in sd courier. How people trust by sd courier?
