My name is deepa our company name is sri nandhin power solution, i am also pick up the materiel, she not proper answer and he was attack & anger with me, future our parcel not delivered, any complaint we do the next step,

I have sent parcel from chennai to salem, salem reaced next day but they are not deliver, 5days he said courier boy leave naxt day he is new boy so every day he said new new resion, still not delivered he said if you want you can come and collect near sona college st courier office. Worst services and worst response.bledy ideat dealer.

    I suppose to received courier from ms. Betty samuel, which were booked from amj. Maa dated 12/10/2017 vide receipt no. [protected] which is not deliver yet. While making repeated calls to[protected] i am getting reply that the courier returned due to party shifted, as my mobile number is mentioned on the courier but i have not received a single call from the courier person that they are returning the courier. I am receiving other couriers in same address. The courier documents are very important & urgent which need to delver by tomorrow.

    It is very bad experience with st courier... Courier person always make call if they are facing any difficulties to find the address...

      This sent thru my friend office from erode to kovilpatti.. I am located at theni, tamil nadu

      Consignment booked online 21.10.17 and till now material has not reached the end destination... Often st courier staffs bluffing vehicle delay on time so delivery got distracted.. How many times, more than 10time. 'y' for we send thru courier, since to reach on time and fulfill the urgent requirement.. But these guys are giving last preference in delivering the non customer parcels.. Example, if i am a st courier customer, if my recipients is not st courier customer, then the courier gives first preference to their customer and last preference or hold the parcel for a day and delivering next day.. Its ridiculous.. I am going to stop the service.. Worst st courier

        I am Raghunath from Coimbatore, In 21.10.2017 i got Videocon TV from Chennai by ST courier, during transportation time product damaged. immediately i will inform to Coimbatore courier ofc they told me to contact Chennai office same day i will ask and sent photos now 3 days over still now there is no one can response for that damage.so please give me details for return and solution for this product.

          We have to receive a courier from muthupettai to chennai. The product that has been couriered was 5kgs. When we got the delivered product there was only 3 kg and that too it was in a bad state. The seal was opened and was repacked using stapler pins again. Out of 3 boxed that has to be delivered, one box left missed. Only 2 boxes we received.

          Can you please let know why do you run such an irresponsible courier service when you cant deliver the products properly. All the money paid goes in vain.
          We need our amount back for this irresponsible service else we are ready to escalate to higher level.

            I have booked to deliver a cover from marthandam to coimbatore one week ago. My consignment no. Is [protected]. But still couldn't got delivered to the address.
            Got a call from the ondipudur office stating to collect it from office. If they couldn't deliver the item to the prescribed address, why should they take up booking.
            It the item is not delivered by a day, i have planned to move to consumer court.

              This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory your courier service by your bangalore sr nagar branch. I handed over the packet with reference number [protected] on 05th october 2017 at your p. Puliyampatti branch (Erode district tamilnadu).
              Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your courier service to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your courier service this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past one year. But this time it was a big letdown.in case my customer produced debit note you’re only pays 100% of amount.
              I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered by today 09th october 2017. If you would like to contact me, call me at[protected] or email me at [protected]@gmail.com. I shall look ahead to your reply.

                We have couriered a gift parcel to Gangadharam residing in Thalambur on 16/06/2020, But still the receipient has not received the parcel from ST courier.

                Whenever I(Latha)/Gangadhar calls the customer service[protected] they said they don't have any tracking for the above mentioned Consignment number.

                Whenever i call to that courier (Hari Srinivas - [protected]) they are saying today the parcel will be dispatched. Sometimes they are not attending/responding to my calls or blocking my number.

                We have sent multiple emails to ST courier helpdesk but no response at all.

                We have also reached out to Ayapakkam sales manager Saravanan: 99529 58369 and he says “Sorry the courier is lost”.

                We have told him to send the parcel or let me know the solution. He said he will check with Agency and get back and still there is no response.

                  The parcel was not delivered to my address as expected. When tried to track the parcel found that it was left in the hub and was taken out for delivery. When checked with the hub agent, there was no proper response from the. A female agent was very rude and unprofessional. Asked us to collect from the hub... Its an emergency parcel that i was supposed to be delivered by yesterday (9-oct-17) still i haven't received it. We were promised that the parcel would be received b tomorrow morning.                         My brother sent a courier from chennai to theni on aug 21, 2017.

                        We did not receive the courier till aug 24. When tracked online, we came to know that parcel is in theni local st courier office.

                        My parents went to collect it from the office. My parents asked why was a delay in delivery and why they did not receive a call about the parcel. The lady in the office treated my parents in a very unprofessional and rude way.

                        1. She said even if the address is clear, st courier will not deliver the parcel if the mobile number is not reachable. They will first call in mobile and not prefer to deliver it first
                        2. The parcel has two phone numbers (Mom and dad). If one number is not reachable she will not try for other number and simply put the parcel in her office aside.
                        3. She said if we are facing difficulty in delivering parcels from st courier, she scolded my parents not to prefer st courier at all.

                        All her responses were very rude and disrespectful way. As a customer we are happy to track it online and enquire at the office directly incase of delays. But as a service provider she should learn/ be educated by officials to treat the customers with respect and proper responses.

                        At the office the parcels were scattered around the floor and she was literally walking over them.

                          I was sent the shipment (Type:document, medical certificate) via your ooty branch at 08/08/2017 after 13 days they are return my shipment to me i want to know what happened with my shipment on that 13 days, they are charge with me rs.1100 for that, my shipment was very very urgent but they are return my shipment after 13days with out doing nothing, i was track with your web site its shows as "awb no is error" and also check with customer care international section (Mob no:[protected]), they are says we not received any shipment on this awb no and also they are check with their system via my mob no and says no shipment received with your mob no, after get the shipment return i was sent through dhl with express worth rs.3300, you are playing with my life that document regrading with my 80000 worth job related, so i want immediate action against ooty branch and aslo loss of compensation from you, other vice will go with consumer-form, and also share issue via all social media.

                                I have sent a written job document courier ([protected]) to the coimbatore status is changed to delivered by balaganesh [protected] but courier is not delivered to mentioned address due to that courier person irresponsibility i have loss of money whether st courier will take care of this loss. If the courier is not delivered today to the chennai address i will go to consumer court and do the necessary action against the st courier. It is waste of courier money also.
                                We booked our consignment on 12/08/17 number : [protected] through your courier but it was dispatched wrong address, i was received a call from that person he told this not for me they given with wrong address. Then i booked a complaint through customer care that number was :TNMAAH221833 on 17/08/17 till the date the issue was not solved .

                                  I am living in angalakurchi, 15 kms from pollachi town. Got a courier yesterday, ur people rang n told to pick at their office, i asked them to deliver to the address but they are rude n also told "if you want come n get the parcel or else leave it".
                                  Worst response and service ever. If we go n collect the parcel then what ur people are doing n for what we are paying?
                                  Hope you will look into this matter seriously. St courier office near anbu silks, pollachi.
                                  Attend to this else those people will spoil ur brand name and goodwill. I am also posting this in social media/fb. I[censored] respond n action, that too can be posted on same page in fb. So ur goodwill can improve.

                                    I booked one courier through your courier on 28.08.2017. To b. Gunasundari, 1/30, north street, kattaneri village, samugarangapuram, tirunelveli-627112. But courier not received at time. At the time of booking in ashok nagar branch there are told the above mentioned address in service area like that told. After 12 days the article was returned to me for the reason of no service for the above mentioned address. The courier contains of valuable document. It will not reach at the mean time. After i enquired that ashok nagar branch there are enquired through system 627112 is in service area like that told. The consignment no is [protected]. But ashok nagar branch courier person contact to head office and valliyur but no reasonable response will come. It is very poor and bad service for me. How is responciple for this things.                                         I sent my documents to via st courier to lucknow on 18th july. That person is not accept my courier so they send me back on 27th july till now am not get my document in between i called customer care they wont response properly i asked when will get they said 29th morning 10'o clock but till now i did't get, they won't response properly every one pointing somebody i called nearly 50 times. Really am very upset becoz my document submition date is expired here after what can do. Don't use st courier.
