In your data base my name is harivansh and my dob is 15 - july - 1985 it's wrong that's why i am not abel to access my credit card statement for this reason this time pnr pay on time but your customers care executive told me " don't warry its not your fault " this mistake by your agent who fill the form and many time i told you for this reason i am not abel to pay but then at that time i am whole principal amount except the late fee your customers care executive told me ok. But not resolve this matter then i give you written complain in your noida sec - 18 branch complain no is - 037101 and after that i got a call from your bangalore office one lady talk to me when i say all the problem to her, she told me ok sir accepted it's not your fault no need to pay anything, then i think resolve my problem but again i got call some one and civil record shown - ve so again i am complaining to you this time complain no is - 3409468 talk to miss rajeshwari she told me ok sir you right i can check and call you... And i told he my registered mobile no in roming that is [protected]. So plz call me on my alternate mobile no is [protected]. But many time told plz call me on my alternate no but no call on this no so plz again i told you i am innocent gay, that time i pay the whole principal amount. And in your data base my dob is wrong so please check my pan card details but again - 2 no one give me the response so plz solve my problem... As son as possible

    SIR, I HAD BEEN ISSUED A CREDIT CARD BY STANDARD CHARTERED BANK. I GOT THE CREDIT CARD CANCELLED DUE TO UN SATISFACTORY SERVICES AND NON RESPONSE FROM THE BANK. INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST FOR RESOLUTION OF THE MATTER THEY ARE CONTINUOUSLY LEVING PENAL CHARGES ON OUT STANDING WHICH IS NOT JUSTIFIED . I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIME TO PLEASE DEPUT SOME BODY TO EXPLAIN THE FACTS AND IN CASE THERE IS ANY OUT STANDING JUSTIFIED AGAINST ME THEY CAN TAKE THE MONEY BUT DESPITE SO MANY REQUEST THEY ARE NOT LISTENING EXCEPT LEVING UNDUE PENALTY MONTH BY MONTH. PLEASE HELP ME TO STOP IT AND GIVE JUSTICE. THANKS

      We have got the settlement letter from Standard Chartered Bank dated 9/10/2006 stating full and final settlement for our credit card no. [protected] for Rs . 10, 450 /- . ( Ten thousand four hundred and fifty only ) We had made the above payment vide HDFC cheque no. 435932 dated 10/10 /2006 for Rs. 10, 450 /- clearing all our outstanding towards our credit card of this Bank . After making all payment to the concerned Bank NINE years back and getting the acknowledgement of no dues / full and final settlement from the Bank, why my name is in the CIBIL list for non payments or defaulter list .         Hello I Praveen Kumar Gupta, credit card holder since May 2011 (card no. [protected]), I am writing a complaint against My personal loan account no - PL - ONE EMI WAVIER 50112864, which was for 5 years. When it was remained for 39 months, I had a top up on this loan of Rs. 100000/-, after that loan was again converted to 5 years. As per my discussion with my customer care executive "Ms. Shivani" (Phone No. [protected]) that I wanna continue loan for remaining 39 months only. She was also assured me that after 3 months it'll convert back to 36 months but there's no conversion, it still continues for 5 years. Now she's not taking my call. I don't wanna loan to continue for 5 years. It's a request, kindly convert it to 36 month. Thank you...

          We had used credit card of standard chartered bank approx ten year back. They had issue me a mediclaim policy without my intimation and deduct the amount from my credit card. Against this issue I had cancelled my credit card and pay the full & final amount to bank by personal visit in ITO branch. They had insured me your case a settle. Please check my phone & camera recording & cash receipt book. I had paid the some amount in cash. I had a very bad experience with standard chartered bank. My personal advice to every one please don’t use standard chartered bank. Please check my phone recording on my mobile number [protected]. I had used this number from approximate 12 year. Please check my track record from ICICI bank. I have use credit card of ICICI bank from approximate Nine year.

            This is to inform you that few days back I was badly in need of money & I approached my bank for a PL of 1Lac. The loan was denied due to my high unpaid outstanding in a credit card of the said bank (account number [protected])since 27.12.2003 which suddenly started reflecting in my CIBIL on 30.06.2013, now written off, which I am not aware of. I wanted to understand following things from them: *** The said amount is due against which purchase. *** Why this was not brought to my notice in last 10 years? even though I receive frequent calls, mailers from SCB for different products. These mailers prove that I was always traceable. If you wish I can forward such mails. *** Usually when the outstanding is 90+ it starts reflecting in CIBIL and the immediate remedial action can be taken. But the bank waited for 10 years to complete the activity? This action has disturbed my personal life totally as I could not get the PL. Even recently HDFC banked denied credit card to me despite having a solid payment track for my loans as well as Credit Card in last 10 years. I want CIBIL reporting to be removed immediately, even I am ready to pay principal outstanding if any, but definitely not the interest and charges as I was never communicated on the same.

              Dear Sir, I am a seiner citizen and I am 72 years old, This is regards to a credit card issued by Standard Chartered Bank in year 1999, I was happy with the services and later they started charging us the late fees and other charges for non payment of credit card bill on time, which is never happen from my side in last five years, Later I decided to surrendered the card some were in the year[protected], After this I was receiving a call some were 2005/ 2006 from the bank and said this is not the charges but you have spend the money some were by way of shopping etc. I have ask for the proof, were and what is the amount I have spend by (charges slip amount) they said they will come back with proof and never turn back, Bank (SC) has file complain to CIBIL and spoil my credit rating for last 14 years, I come to Know when I applied for a car loan and it’s got rejected by the Bank.                 Dear Sir, My self Rahul Prajapati. I am using standard chartered credit card scince last 5-6 years. There is no any due charge during the period. I pay all the payment in time. But last 2-3 month i got sms of due of out standing payment but not shown the actual digit of amount whatever amount show by SMS it pay by check it is my practice.But this time they are apply extra charges on last bill around 3306 RS. i THINK MY OUT STANDING PAYMENT AROUND 1500 rs only it is remaining due to miss communication of SMS.                   Hi, The said bank bought over Barclays with whom I had a personal loan. Stan Chart bank staff make offers and also shows an outstanding amount that is unreasonably higher than their own amortsation schedule that they have shared with me a little earlier. I see they manipulate accounts and silently play with the balances. Also they do not allow a prepayment on the loan account and have been very unhelpful I have the same problem with their credit card accounts. The only way to contact them is thru their call centres of customer support mails. These don't respond correctly. How can I get the correct picture.

                    Name S K SHUKLA PAN No.AXPOS6477L DOB 02/06/1960 Sir I Had a saving a/c at Haddows Rd. Chennai and a credit card with you. During 2010 I had to leave Chennai hence I closed my saving a/c No.[protected] and on same day as per the advice of your officer on duty after paying entire dues on my card I surrendered it wit him. He only in front of me cut the card in four pieces and assured that the card and saving a/c matter is over for ever. As I changed my employment I did not use the email id ([protected]@rediffmail.com) for very long time. Somehow I visited the id and found this shocking mail from you. I beg to state that how u can claim such big dues when card was not used for even once because it was collected by your own officer at the time of account closing.                       Refer the above mentioned loan no. pertaining to my personal loan that I had borrowed from Barclays (taken over by Standard Chartered Bank). Loan amount supposed to be disbursed to me was INR 150000/-, however, INR 144000/- was transferred to my account, deducting INR 6000/- in lieu of some insurance(not approved by me) for which I have never got the details till date. When I raised the point with the lady Manager named Norie, I was told that it will be settled at the closure, though I never received any call. Loan tenure has ended in November 2014. I had missed two EMIs of INR 4407/- each, making a total of INR 8814/- (+interest as applicable) as pending amount, which I am ready to pay, after settling the issue INR 6000/- that I was never paid. I had missed the EMIs because I had lost my job for some 4 months in the year 2014. However, Bank is asking for an amount of INR 18456.26 /-, without sharing any details for the same with me. Also, I have paid some INR 1600/- to my bank and Standard chartered as bouncing charges for both EMIs missed. First mail of this communication from the bank came to me on 4th March to which I have been following up, without any positive response. People call up and talk rudely on the calls and shouts like anything. Pathetic attitude towards customer and customer service. I had to block all the no.’s calling me due to this misbehavior from this collection agency. Due to this non-closure of the loan, my CIBIL shows pendency and can not avail a house loan or for that matter, any loan. I would request the concerned persona to help and close this as soon as possible by taking the correct amount from me and An NOC be given for the same. Looking for an early closure.                         I P.Sudhakar holding a Loan a/c no: 43005535 since 02/08/2004.I have been paying the loan regularly every month within the stipulated time including last months i.e., March and April, for which i have my account statements.I am having enough money in my account, in spite of this, from past three months the bank has not produced ECS. In return a employee named Mr.Ashraf mob no: [protected] called to me black mailing me that he would take legal action against us as he is holding our property papers he can act according his own will. This is extremely insane behaviour on his part and it is crystal clear that mistake is entirely on their part. Also they have not sent even one clearance cheque yet and entirely blaming me for this. So, i plead you to look into this matter and take the respective action. Also i want to close this account permanently and do send me oustanding dues i will pay it and want to soon get rid of this at the earliest.

                              HI, This is a long story of my PL with standard charted bank, one of your PL executive called me on 28th of March’15 asking for top-up in my existing PL since I also had some emergency I said ok, then she said once the EMI is debited on 5th of April’15 she will collect the document s and process the loan. The offers promised to me was Rs.999/- processing fee, Zero pre-closing charges and Last month EMI waver. Since the system update is happened only on 7th April’15, only then she could take the final amount of the old loan. The documents were collected on 8th of April’15, She said the process is on. From that day till today I had 2 times personal verification in my house, 2 times tele-phonic verification and 1 office verification and even after all this every day she will give me some story and convince me saying today the process will get over. Beyond the stage she could not handle she put me to her TL and he took his turn of doing the same to me. The worst part of the process is even he is not able to let me know when I will get the dispersal, he told me on 18th the approval will happen today and they also send a person for getting the agreement signed since the processing fee promised to me was not horned I refused to sigh the document then the usual statement came from TL saying the bank has changed the processing fee from 10th of this month so we have to charge 1% of the dispersal which was 3800/- instead of 999/- promised to me. Now you see the turning point, the person came to get the agreement signed told me the actual position is your PL is not approved yet we are collecting the document for emergency purpose so that once the process is over we will disperse the amount but their might be the change in amount so kindly sign the agreement with our filling any amount. Now this mail is drafted on the ultimate forestation and the mental pressure given to me by bank employees. Still waiting to get the reply. Now for last 24 hrs TL no. is switched off and executive is not picking the call. This is called as wonderful service at your door steps by Standard charted. NOW I NEED TO KNOW DO I WAIT OR GO TO NEXT BANK ALREADY 25 days over.

                                I found below transaction logs in my credit card net banking: 06/04/2015 B2SERVICE TAX & CESS @ 12.36% INR61.80 DR INR61.80 06/04/2015 B2OVER LIMIT FEE INR500.00 DR INR500.00 Previously when my credit limit was low, it didn't allow me to pay over the threshold limit and used to give alert if I wanted to cross the expense limit.Now, I am not sure why this card is allowing me to cross my credit limit without informing me and charging me extra amount.How come a customer can know that bank will accept to cross the credit limit by customer when previously it was rejected several times. Please waive that amount and strictly maintain the credit limit in any concern.

                                  I am unable to register my new Standard Chartered credit card online. Now when i am trying i am getting error that i already have a active account. they never bother to check neither called to to cross check as it seems to be issue with profile mismatch. i call multiple time but they transfer the call from one team to another. pelase contact me on [protected]

                                    This is in regards to communication with you Ref :03/15/061932/SP/CRD and 03/15/069310 /SP/CRD. Credit card was dispatched to updated mailing address however i was unavailable to receive which was returned to you guys. At the final end, am just requesting to revert to my home branch account where i would be able to collect it. But, one of your representative misleading me to go through new verification process again which is unreasonable. i do not understand how you come up with new reasons to do it again and again. Its been about 2 months that am going through hell lot of procedures. Kindly somebody get back to me with resolution through my official email ashwini.[protected]@accenture as i would be at office during the day and i wont have access to my phone and personal email. After submitting the OTP payment whichch was stated under process, after seven mionutes, I got the information in gateway that process failed and asked to contact pgsupport.
