I asked the customer care to cancel my credit card and then they asked me to pay whatever is remaining balance and I paid that. After, I received a mail saying that the card will be cancelled with in next 10 days. I haven't checked the status after that. Now after 3 months when I verified, I was charged Rs.5000 and interest on top of that and the credit card is not yet cancelled. I have no clue with out making any transactions how can they...
