against fair trade practice

I have two cards with them. [protected] and another. in one card there is credit balance since last six months. bank failed to renew the card and forced me to use only one. the credit amount in that card was not transferred to my current card. i was forced for recovery process on the card. morning 7am they threat me to pay. when asked the third party recovery agent says they are authorized by RBI to call at 7am and the card was deactivated...

SERVICE TAX ON INTEREST COMPONENT ON PERSONAL LOAN AGAINST CREDIT CARD

I am holding Standard Chartered credit card and have availed personal loan against said credit card.

The Bank collected Processing charges for the service provided by them in sanctioning personal loan to me and has levied service tax on it. The Bank has been levying Service tax on the interest portion of the loan

As per Govt of India notification in July 2001, service tax is leviable only in respect of transactions...

Worse service

I sufferred worse credit card service from Standard chartered with imaginary bills and improper updates
of loss of credit cards and charging the customer, ironically ...in my case it was marked huge than my purchase and i went for a settlement and recieved a letter from their collection team, and thats not been updated in credit card details ...more than that worse customer care the representative denies even to transfer the call...

OUTSTANDING BEING SHOWN

I have not being using any Standard Chartered credit card for last 3-4 years. I had applies for car loan from AXIS bank and my loan was not processed due to some outstanding being shown by Standard Chartered bank against my name. Haassment - multiplying bill evenafter full payment!

I had never used any credit crd etc before hence I was completely ignorant for the payment and stuff so payment was delayed few days. My daughter helped me make the payment, and she spoke to the cust care and requested to wave off the late fees and rep advised to pay amount less the late fees. I am credit card holder and i am really surprised and shocked to see my credit card statement.Firstly ZABARDASTI CHARGE as INSTABUY account on my GOLD CARD which is not received to me and when I Complaint then assure me to reverse the same. Receiving calls from this bank for Credit Card.

I have been receiving calls from Standered Chartered Bank for Credit Card even when I have registered my cell number ([protected]) in "Do Not Disturb" service in Jan/Feb 2009.
