Hello Sir,

I have been receiving calls from Standered Chartered Bank for Credit Card even when I have registered my cell number ([protected]) in "Do Not Disturb" service in Jan/Feb 2009.

I have received a call from[protected] at 16.05 and on 16th Jul 2009. This is just one example and I am putting this complain because I keep getting the calls. Please help me in resolving this issue, otherwise the whole purpose of registering in DND service is defeated.

    I, Syed Nazeer working for a reputed company based out of bangalore. I used to be s Standard Chartered Credit Card holder long back and had settled down all the outstanding amounts in Year 2003.

    On friday (10th July 2009), I got a call from one person Mr. Surender Kaur ([protected]), stating that he is calling from Punjab High Court and as per him a case is booked under defaulter list for standard chartered credit card and the amount is about Rs. 4 lakhs and after that one Mr. R.K Chauhan([protected]) called stating that he is an advocate and said he can settle the case out of court for amount of about Rs. 2 Lakhs provided if amount paid with in one hour.
    The fact is, I had settled the account in year 2003 itself, and had settlement letter for the same. At that time I got a waiver of Rs.30, 000/ for that settlement. And no amount was outstanding. I explain the same to R.K Chauhan. and as I was traveling, I was not able to send or show the settlement letter.

    But they started pressuring me saying if not paid in one hour, it will be given to court (and many more such things). As I was traveling, I called up my cousin staying in Hyderabad and asked him to do as instructed by R.K. Chauhan, R.K Chauhan told him to goto hyderabad branch of Standard charter and handover the cheque of the Rs.1, 97, 445/- . Which he did after receiving settlement letter.

    When I came back next day from my business trip . I was able to retrieve the old settlement letter, I immediately communicated the same to the customer care center of Standard charter and faxed the copy of the old letter and even inform them that we are holding back the payment of the given cheque as it was done due to the pressure at that time.
    The Bank promised that it will communicated back in three day.
    Mean while this two guys started calling continuously to me and my family, my cousin at Hyderabad and his family doing verbal harassment.
    We want the Standard Charter bank to act responsible and settle this matter.
    And seek advice from this forum to understand how to handle this case.

      Dear Sir,

      I had been given three credit cards whose number are given below
      1. [protected]
      2. [protected]
      3. [protected]

      I went the bank and discuused to close the card and they accepted. I have paid as per the discussion made with them. Then I had received a card statement stating the follwing amount as follws:

      sl. no: card no: date of statement amount due
      1. [protected] 17/08/2001 575.Dr
      2. [protected] 17/08/2001 2645.54
      3. [protected] 18/09/2001 0.81 Cr.

      All cards were requested to close the card personally at Rajeswari Tower, 29/30/ Radhakrishnan Road, Mylapore, chennai- 600 004 but the statement include the annual fee for both card no:( 1) and (2) .Then they accepted my request and sent the statment as follows:

      1. [protected] 18/11/2001 0.Dr
      2. [protected] 17/08/2001 3032.
      I again I went the SCB at mylapore and they promised they would take care of it asked me to discard the card. From then I never received card statement from the bank and I thought the cards wrer cancelled permanently. But I received a letter from the Bank stating that I have to pay Rs.1772/- on 31/08/2005. I stunned and again I telephonic calls given in the letter and the then answered person told me the amount would be cancelled and your voice had been and so the concerned officer automatically cancelled the amount.
      But now I applied for housing loan and the cibil report shows that the amount outstanding for the credit card is Rs.63, 537/- .
      I went the SCB at Rajaeswari tower to discuss but they directed me to Mrs. Rajalakshmi Manigandan who look after the cibil cases at No: 58, Armenian Street, Parrys- 600 001.
      There I met Mrs Thilak and Mr. Prabhu and asked me to come in the nex week.
      Then I went next week I met one lady staff introduced by the Mr.Prabhu and Mrs. Tilak and she answered very dishnoured manner. I don't want to explain it but no proper answer or explains received.
      Why I write these lenthy ? because I suffered lot by this SCB credit card. Kindly let me get solution from this trouble.

      This SCB is doing worst services with the customers, even after talking to the customer care people, they are not closing the card and keep on adding late payment charges, services taxes and interest and will make a bill with a huge amount and complints about customers in cibil that these people are having due with credit card.

        Hi,
        Recently i got the phone from standard chartered bank regarding platinum credit card. The girl named Rageshwari Sahu and the Standard chartered bank office address is jamla arcade floor no 3, jm road branch, pune. She is called me and is she is so rude and no manners how to talk to people. She don't have the manners how to talk to customers. If any higher management people read this blog please ensure that your customer care people talk nicely to customers. You are spoiling your brand image.

          mujhe pura interest liya ja raha hai.

          maine sabhi documents fax se bheja, par aaj tak koi reply nahi mila. maine apne stand. chart.

          mujhe is complaint ke bare me kuchh help kare, is amount ke uper jo bhi mera interest

          We issued HDFC Bank cheque (cheque no:016583) deposited on 10/12/2009.
          Holding an account in your bank, account holder Mr.Ashim Singh

          Actually we forgot to write the date on cheque. The cheque did not came for the collection to our bank and we are not able to get the status of it.

          Please get the status as early as possible.

            Dear Sirs,

            The undersigned wish to bring to your kind notice:

            1. That I was sanctioned personal loan of Rs.93, 000/- by Standard Chartered Bank vide its letter dated 21.03.2002 (copy attached as per Annexure-1), repayment commencing on 01.04.2002 until fully liquidated on 01.03.2005.

            2. That after discussions with SCB’s representative/executive, the outstanding amount of loan was settled at Rs.32, 000/- as per settlement letter dated 22.06.2004 i.e. before due dateof final liquidation (copy attached as per Annexure-2).

            3. That the said amount of Rs.32, 000/- was paid vide cash receipt No. 8217 (copy attached as per Annexure-3) on 25.06.2004.

            Pertinent to mention that in the attached settlement letter, it was clearly mentioned that upon receipt of this payment, NO MORE DUES WILL BE OUTSTANDING ON MY LOAN ACCOUNT.

            On approaching for a personal loan with a nationalized bank, I was shocked to know that my name appears in CIBIL’s defaulters list. Surprised to see that bank charged me Rs.32, 000/- whereas dues for remaining period would have been only Rs.33, 860/-. Now on consitently pursuing the matter with SCB, I am being asked to pay Rs.17, 000/- more if I want removal of my name from CIBIL's defaulters list.

            Had they made me known that this settlement is being done with this contiion that they will given my name in the defaulters' list, I would have paid the outstanding in EMIs.

            May I request you to please help to clear the matter?

            SCB Personal Loan — Settlement of Personal loan

            Hi, I'm residing in chennai. I have taken loan of Rs 1Lakh with SCB and i have paid more than that. Still i have pending emi for rs 35K. Can you please tell me some contact where i can go for setttlment.

            I have taken the Personal Loan from Standard Chartered Bank. I'm paying my loan tenure perfectly without any default by ECS. Due to my change of jobs, i wants to settle my balance amount hence, i called for executive who came for the cheque. He said that i need one EMI for settling the account then i paid the one EMI again he came collect the EMI i was ready to settle my outstanding. whereas the executive asked me to pay EMI and called a person called ready and he warning me to pay or we will embarrasses you. Hence, i told him that "you can call me for settlement not for EMI". after several month An advocate calls from Chennai, asked me to settle the amount of Rs.38500 instead of 32000 or he will take my movable or immovable property without my concern. Please advice! I wants to come out of this harassment

              Hi,

              I am Shahid Babu Shaik.

              I had following SCB cards in the past.
              [protected] / [protected] / [protected]

              There were some charges levied by bank for weird reasons during Feb 2007-April 2007. I ensured to pay the payments regularly. Though I clearly mentioned payments breakage for all the three A/Cs at back side of cheque, the amounts were not deposited properly to the A/Cs. Hence, the interest charges and late charges were levied in the other A/Cs. I sent couple of mails about the problem to the customer care by enclosing the proper proofs. However, the problem was not resolved. Hence, I requested them to close all my accounts and cleared the balance with excluding the charges which I requested to wave off. The outstanding balance in April 2007 was 7, 839.15 Rs. I cleared the amount of 5000/-. Since then I was not receiving any statements and there was no communication.

              After 1 year I found my name in CIBIL and approached the bank for settlement. The outstanding 2800/- amount became 10, 300 after 1 year . I paid 6000/- for that 2800/- charges and took the settlement letter. Now, after 2 years I still faced the same problem when I applied for a loan, my loan application was rejected due to bad CIBIL score. I got the information from CIBIL that still the name is in CIBIL report.

              I approached the bank, NOW they are asking for FULL payment to remove my name from CIBIL.They are saying they can't remove the name until and unless the full payment is done. As a settlement, I got the letter from Bank saying the below.

              " We would like to inform you that we have initiated the process for removal of your name from the Defaulter's list. We request you to bear with us in interim"

              Not sure why did they give the settlement letter and why did they say that they will remove from defaulters list. I feel, this was definitely cheating the customer by the bank.

              I sent 3 mails to customer care asking the justification and they are not giving clarification of giving that letter. They are just saying pay the remaining 4300 to remove the name completely.

              How should I proceed further? I request you to do the needful in this case.

              My credit card no. [protected] has been expired. credit card division had issued a new credit card but due to my absence i could not receive my credit card. credit card division is not sending further my credit card. I have complaint in icici customer care but no action performed. Kindly send my credit card as soon as possible.

                My Loan Account number is 41482905 i had taken loan for taxi business in the year 2003. The loan amount was 3 Lac which i had submitted on time in the year2006 but after submitting the loan i did not receive NOC
                then i contacted customer care of bank about my noc they told me that you have some outstanding around 1200 rs at their collection office in lucknow which i had submitted in feb now from February onwards until now daily i was going to their collection office and make call to their customer care but i am not able to get my NOC i am very fed up now. Please help me or give me the number so that i can register my complain.

                  I Jasbir Singh have a Standard Chartered Bank Titanium Card No. [protected].

                  SCB Bank send their New Platinum Credit Card which I refused to accepts their courier man take back the card.

                  But bank sent the Bill Statement and Charges Rs. 112.27 on 09.04.2009. I have regularly sent mail to their credit card customer care to reverse these charges but no actione taken by them and bank send regulary bill statement with interest.

                  Kindly do the needful immediately.

                  Standard Chartered Bank — CREDIT CARD ANNUAL CHARGES

                  I was very old user of the Standard Chartered Credit card since 1995. I never defaulted in payments. In 2004 all the credit card companies started issuing credit card without any annual charges to be levied on card holder. In 11.08.2004 statement they charged annual charges and I paid all the dues and informed them to cancel my card. But they agreed to waive off the annual charges issued me duplicate card. But again on 02.11.2004 they charged annual charges. They refused to waive off the charges than. I paid all the dues and informed them to cancel my card.
                  But Bank kept on charging a various kind of charges on balance and put me on defaulters list. I feel cheated. Please help me.

                  him before addition of charge they had not informed, communicated, mailed.During this conversation I requested for reversal of charge of new year & reference number was given-i.e-898092. None type of response faced there.I dialed again on dated[protected] as I was not convinced as he committed that our senior person would call me to convince with in 24 hours & reference number was given to me-911756.I wanted to attend the senior person call regarding reversal of charges & why scb team did not informed before finishing of card time.Still yet i am not satisfied with this act. so before further relation disturbances please remove annual charges.

                  The last date of credit card as annual time was[protected] but none type of communication, information via mail,phone,sms was done. A sms was received on dated[protected] as annual charge of credit card of Rs-1107/- & last date of payment was[protected].During the conversation on reversal of annual charges with executive of scb.. Reference number-898092 was given on dated[protected].After a long discussion I was not convinced because of why scb had not taken any methodology of communication.Executive also committed their senior person would call back with in 72 hours regarding same.but not a single phone was there.Again I dialed cc number on dated[protected] & reference no-911756 was given. According to executive.. a senior would convince me with in 72 hours but no call was there.Repeatedly[protected],[protected] calls were dialed but in vain. now I want to know is there any rules or regulation of law.To maintain further relation scb must be removed annual charge.

                    One DSA sales representative of the Standard Chartered STCI Capital Market, Kolkata visited my place in December 2008 (last year) and got me signed one blank 3-in-1 account opening docket that I have signed as the said representative assured me in writing that all about 50 copies of the form pages - where I have signed in the form - would be sent to me soon as it was not practically possible to get the entire form photocopied then, also to read the entire form completely besides to avoid mistakes in form filling in process the DSA wanted me to sign the form blank so that they can fill it in carefully, without making any error but of course according to my instruction those I have supported with by providing relevant documents.

                    However, even after elapsing more than 6 months from the date of signing the 3 in 1 account opening docket No.[protected] by me, Standard Chartered have received it and also en-cashed the account opening cheque required but Standard Chartered has NOT verified the filled in content with me.

                    Since the date of signing the application form till date Standard Chartered Capital Market has NOT provided me the certified copies of at least all those papers where I have made about 50 signatures in a blank 3 in 1 account opening docket, it’s representative though promised me in writing to provide me the same and I have only signed those papers on his written promise. The application could be treated as valid only after I do receive those copies said and also Standard Chartered Capital Market verifies the content of the form before the account opening.

                    Since the date of signing the application form, Standard Chartered Capital Market has neither opened the account nor sent me the welcome kit till date to my desired communication address for which I have provided relevant supporting documents.

                    So if Standard Chartered Capital Market has cancelled the said application/docket for any reason then they should have returned me the relevant cheque issued by me in this regard.

                    Moreover, if Standard Chartered Capital Market has already opened the account in question then they has done it wrongfully and in that case the account opening agreement should be treated as null and void for the reasons as stated in the above statements.

                    Since there are only two possibilities those could have happened with the said account opening form said, so (a) in case of cancellation of the said form for any reason Standard Chartered Capital Market should have referred it to me for necessary action or else (b) they should have verified the content of the form with me that I have signed in blank in good faith, provide me the signed in copies of the form and then only Standard Chartered Capital Market could have sent me the welcome kit but they have not acted in reasonable ways and by doing so.

                    They have remain prejudiced about my question as stated above.

                    Therefore, considering the above stated facts, it appears that either I need to take the matter legally or else I need to escalate the issue with the higher authority so before doing that I am posting this problem in this forum.

I have no any statement or any letter regarding this demats account, because I have no demat account in your bank or branch. It is totally wrong wit me. So please closed this account and revered total amount of Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Three only which is debit from my account. This amount is name of maintenance charges. Please close this account immediately.

                      NEVER GO FOR THIS BANK CREDIT CARD. THEY SUCK UP YOUR BLOOD IN LENGTHY PROCESSES AND PARTIAL INFORMATION DICLOSURE.

                      what they say and what they do never matches.

                      They have credited 2000 reward points as goodwill into my account, but I am still unhappy and need 2000 points more.

                        In the month of september, I did a purchase of around 56 thousand on my standard chartered credit card.
                        The following EMIs were done by standard charted bank.

                        I am paying the EMI regularly and well in advance of a month. I paid the EMI till 9th July. Only 2 EMIs are left now. but This month i found that the last three EMIs were converted back into the lump-sum amount and the bank charged around 500 Rs/- late payment and 600 Rs/- as interest. I asked them about these charges, they said that my card is not active now, so i have to pay the whole pending amount. Even this thing the bank did not inform me.
                        but at the start of EMI only, they charged the complete interest and processing fees. This is unjustified. please suggest how to raise case against that bank.

                        credit cards — Late Payment charges and interest

                        I was having credit card No. . [protected] of ICICI Bank. ihad paid the dues of Sept.-Oct. 2010 as per statement before due date. but in nest statement i was charged with late payment and interest i had objected this and called their helpline no. but they people are not ready to talk about the matter. I had paid the dues of next month without late payment charges and stopped using the card. But every month i was receiving bills with the charges. On 8.12.2010 i had returned my card to Goregaon- Mumbai branch with my objection letter and to remove charges. But still they are sending me bills with late payment and interest. Now they are sending me threatning emails to submite my name to CIBIL here is the copy

                        "We would like to inform you that, all Banks are supposed to update their customers' repayment details with "Industry Credit Bureau" i.e., CIBIL. Your month on month payment behaviour directly impacts your credit score that CIBIL provides to banks. If you have a bad credit score, you may not get a card or loan from any bank. Also, bank will initiate suitable legal action against customers who have not paid their dues.

                        We request you to clear all your dues of 3533.64 at the earliest. If you have a pending dispute, please contact our customer care and we will try to resolve it immediately.

                          I was holding a Stan Chartered Manhattan credit card account. The story is like this.
                          Intially somewhere in Mar/April 2008, I got a call from one of their tele marketing agent offering me a loan of Rs 70, 000 which I had to pay in 3 installments. I accepted that and had paid the first installment on time but when the 2nd installment was due, I was out of the country on an official assignment to the US so I missed that. However, I had left my cell phone with my wife and someone from their collection department (Yash, cell # [protected]) called my wife and threatened that if she does not pay the min amt, he will send police at our place. Later when I came back in Sept, I called them and had discussed the matter with the customer care executive who had called my wife in my absense and he mentioned an amount of approx Rs 68, 000 something against an outstanding of Rs 71, 000 something and told that post this payment I don't need to pay anything. Post that I thought that everything was settled but to my utter surprize, got a call from their collections department from a lady (I am not sure of the name but sounded like Centra, cell # [protected])told me that there is some outstanding on my name... which was not correct. Though after discussing the matter with her she told me that Yash might not have forwarded my case of the closure and now she will do it for me and asked me to make a payment of Rs 350 which I did. And again in April I got a call from the collection dept that there is again some outstanding showing against my name which per me was totally base last and I called up Centra again and she told me that she will look into the matter and will call me next day to tell the status of the matter. I was asked again to make a payment of Rs 674 by her and not sure how this amount was calculated and she assured me that post this payment I will neither get any collection calls nor there will be any outstanding against my name and the matter will be resloved at the bank's end itself so I was relaxed.
                          I got a shock of my life again when I received a call from your Write off department (Phone #[protected]/222 cell # [protected], Anju)that there is an outstanding of Rs 15K which is a totally illegal amount and the executive even used abusive langauage and words like "Chor" and threatened me that if I do not make the last quoted settlement amount of approx Rs 6K, she will send this to CIBIL.
                          I was completely mislead and false commitment were made to me by your executives and now that I am so much mentally tortured and harrashed by their collection agents.
                          Please help me in addressing this matter to the appropriate forum

                          I had also raised a customer query to their customer care dept via email dated 20th June and received acknowledge with Ref No: 06/09/039499.

                          I have standard chartered Credit card. In august input purchased a mo file from mobile zone, jm road pune. I paid all the amount that was appearing in my statement. Still in december2012 bank converted the amount into EMI. And now I ask them then they said they transferred my paid amount in some nonscence policy though I didn't give any request to do so. They have done without in forming me.

                            In the year 2006 i had cleared all the dues of standard chartered bank. To my surprise when today i applied for a Auto loan, told by banker that since payment was written off by Standard chartered bank in 2006 your name is appearing in CIBIL & hence your repaying capability is doubtful, so Auto loan cannot be sanctioned.
                            Now how get out of this, i don't know.
                            I know how bad policy stan chart has for their custmor,
                            I remember an incident about me, and still that's hound my credit ability,
                            is that,
                            they accrued my liability of INR Rs. 10000/ to 25000/- in year of 1999
                            and then they force me to pay around 20000/-
                            in the year of 2002, and I did it in there office at ITO indian express building, and the day i suppose to get my no due clearence certificate from a lady she was in stan chart office (who was looking in to my affair), got banished from the same day.
                            I am just surprised from the negligence from the bank how they treat their customer.
                            I am just willing to warn all those dealing with such a bank in future.
                            Though, I reminded them for the same, and still there's any positive reply.

                              Hello Sir,

                              Below are the sequence of events happend during the period:
                              SCB: Standard Chartead Bank

                              # credit-card holder of SCB from Mar-07 to Jan-08.
                              # Got an opportunity to work with a firm in my home town Trivandrum, I left pune in
                              month of Aug-07
                              # Informed and updated my contact details to SCB
                              # Loss of Credit card, on 5th-Jan08 at around 3:30PM, in trivandrum city
                              # Informed customer care number and reported the incident.
                              # However, it took almost 3-4Hrs to block the card, by this time some of the transactions
                              were in pipeline.
                              # sent a mail to SCB informing the irresponsible services from them.
                              # After some days, received call from SCB and they enquired about all the incident,
                              and agreed the delay from their side and informed that they will be sending a dispute form
                              which is to be fill and FAX.
                              # FAXed, duely filled and signed dispute form to the given number.
                              # Now i had applied for a Housing Loan to SBI, with all the relevent and legal document.
                              # SBI authoroties informed that, my name is in CIBIL's black list, for some credit
                              card related payment offence, so application for loan may get cancel.
                              # Explained all the above mentioned incidents to them, but they told that i need to contact
                              the SCB, and settle down the matter as soon as possible.
                              # Contacted SCB customer care and informed them about this issue, they told that they have
                              the records with them, that they have not received any filled dispute form till date,
                              my Question is How come it is possible that the FAX has not received at their end?
                              and how can i believe on that?
                              # I accept my fault that i have not contacted and enquired about the status, but it is the
                              fault from banker's side too, that they have't informed me in time for non-reception of the
                              dispute form, also they have not informed that i should pay the amount.
                              # The last mail received from SCB was on 30th-Jan08
                              # Since there are mistakes at bank's side as well, i asked them to Waive the intrest and allow
                              me to pay the basic priciple amount only, to which they refused to do so.
                              # Finally to get a clean chit from CIBIL i paid the full amount.
                              # I think at the end of the day i has been cheated.

                              Now, in the whole process the banking authorities were expected to inform me about the status of dispute, however they have'nt informed me about that, due to which the repayment amount climbed to 5 times that of the basic principle amount.

My money has been withdrawn in online purchasing without my knowldege by some strangers. The amount which was taken from my account is Rs.83, 600/ in nearly 7 transaction within 2 days on 18th and 19th dec 2012. Plz help me out in getting my money back.

                                Hi, This is Mr. Susheel Shanbhag, DOB-1/11/1976. I am facing a lot of trouble everytime I apply for a new credit card because my name has been included under CIBIL. I was carrying a credit card provided by Standard Chartered which had some outstanding amount against it. This was settled and an email confirmation was also taken by them. Insipte of doing this they haven't cleared my name from CIBIL.

                                I would be grateful if you could really help me sort this problem. Please find the forward of the mail received by the bank confirming that all the dues with them are been settled.

Since, they are not updating the details to CIBIL, my name is still appearing.

                                    SCB has given my name in the defaulter list of cibil with out actually informing me anything. I do not have any SCB card for many years now and still they have gone listed my name in cibil as i need to pay them RS22, 813/- for nothing. i have never got any intimation from them and also they never told me about this. i have not changed my address or mobile number in last 13 years. THey say this is an outstanding from last 8 years which was never communicated to me till today.

                                    Plesae find the false report SCB has given to cibil.

                                    The simple way to teach a lesson to the bank is ...approach to RBI Ombudsman.
                                    through RBI Ombudsman only you can fight with this bank for all your harassments & un wanted policies & charges.
                                    Bank can not send your name into CIBIL if you are not a defaulter. If still bank do so you can defiantly ask for the compensation for the same with apology letter.

                                    Take my words... approach to RBI Ombudsman (you will get the details of RBI Ombudsman in goggle engine) & fight for your rights.

                                    There are so many complaints abt SCB credit Card & they will listen only when they feel they have got a Father to teach a lesson.

                                      regret to mention that your reply dosent satisfy the subject on non receipt of settlement papers of my credit card account.
                                      i have send you the receipt copy as proof of settlement as it was paid on approval of one time settlement amount-rs 20, 000 with submission on same by your collector in writing.
                                      it seems after receipt of payment, you are unnecessarily prolonging the isssue and do not have any intention to provide settlement papers.
                                      you can speak with Mr Nirmal das -Collector of your bank-creditcard -collections.
                                      Mr Nirmal das has given in writing on one time settlement of said card account.
                                      The payment made is not effected towards card account but for one time settlement as mentioned with understanding given by your bank collector & collection deptt.

                                      I was having a standard chartered card where i use to regularly pay my minimum due amount, where my principal amount was 50000/-. i had paid my last installment on dec 2007 and later i had called for a full and final settlement where they had not mentioned me that i will have to pay extra money for clearing my cibil records earlier in august 2008.

                                      I already recieved a 0 dues letter from the bank persons still they have not cleared my name from cibil records.

                                      What kind of looting business have this bank started, and when i asked them for a break up on what basis are they charging me such a huge interest rate they are not answering my queries, instead of that every call centre personnel is giving a differnt amount and to my surprise this account was closed and settled in dec 2008 and still they are calculating interst on it which one side they say bank has waived the amount.

                                      what kind of calculation is this.

                                        Sir,

                                        Some unauthorized entries were made in my account during 22.05.06 to 31.05.06, which is almost immidiatly after opening my account with UTI Securities Ltd. The matter has been reported to the appropriate authority but the company is yet to take action and compansate me for the transaction made in my account. In recent past I have made request to the company to pay back my deposit money along with interest, but they have made no responce. Notwithstanding I have made no transaction in my account since opening the subject account. Hence I request you to please award appropriate compansation + Deposit Rs.5000.00 + Interest on deposit account
