Harrassment Even after clearing Bills

Dear Sir,

In Month of January 2009, I had made total payments towards my Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card.
After this I requested them to re start my card, they refused to do so. I had balance points available for redemption which they refused to pass the benefit.

They are sending Statement every month, even after canceling the Card & harrasing me on the phone.

I had a standard chartered credit card, as i lost my job. I thought to get the dues settled due to the pressure
from the recovery agents. and the recovery agent gave me a settlement letter as well. by saying that you have to give the cheque for all EMI. Never deal with this bank. At time of opening account they will talk very sweet but when it comes to customer service they will keep you transferring your calls from one department to other . when u ask for senior person they say they are not available and will arrange a call which never gets done. later one the call will be disconnected I think their AVP or CEO is also same category and not bothered to take care of...

I had a credit card from SCB (Photo Card) and this was stolen along with baggage containing my Passport and other documents in a hotel reception in Paris while I was on a Business trip.
