I had a health policy from star health (Policy no. P/700004/01/2020/000358). My son was admitted to hospital in muzaffarnagar, u. P. For few days because of stomach pain. The hospital denied to give cash less facility and after few days when my son discharged, he paid around 25000 rs cash. Not getting cashless claim

I wish to bring in notice of all concerned persons and esp irda as this is the high time they should take actions against these type of fraud companey whose main aim is not to insure the person but to loot his or her money by various stupid explanations and want to exploit the person who is already under stress of medical emergency

mental harassment

I am customer of starhealth since long but i am suffering a lot from day 1 of my 1st claim submission.

They did not care about their customers at all.

Hi,

I took the policy and made the proposal on 28th of February and since that day I have requested them to cancel my proposal and return my money..

My policy ID is P/161113/01/2020/006364

But they are only delaying the whole process by saying .. ok our customer service agent will give you a call..

Please issue refund or I will move to court in a day or two...

Star health insurance forgot to save humanity in order to save their terms and conditions

I have own IT company with 30 employees and 3 directors including my father. Everyone was covered by Star health insurance. Insurance policy was managed by one of star health agent who do new policy, renew and all services. We have submitted all relevant documents to concern authority, but still they have lot of queries. My parents are suffered due to star health people, my father continuously visiting their office for claim settlement but from last one year we have received the claim. Please requesting you people do not buy insurance from star health, fake people, fake company. Very bad customer support....

poor customer support of star health insurance

There is totally no support/ care for the customers once a customer had purchased a policy. It's being already 10 days since i purchased a health insurance policy.
