Regarding issuing form ic 33 i am send mail in my branch 3 time but they r also not replaying me in last 4 month

Till today my pan no. Is showing tagging with star health

    Dear sir,

    I the proposer of policy state that i had purchased senior citizen red carpet plan for my parents in 2014. At that time the only pre existing declared was hypertension and complications.in the year 2015 my father developed knee pain and within 6 months got knee replacement done upon doctor's recommendation. We did not utilize insurance and paid from pocket. Fast forward to year 2019, now the same knee developed infection, and required surgery and as operated in may 2019 and aug 2019.in may upon renewal, star health says that the issue related to knee was not declared in 2014 and this is pre existing and forcibly amended our policy upon renewal. This is unfair practice. How can we declare in 2014 for something that was due to happen in 2015?

    Policy was amended by adding endorsement for facts which are false. No pre existing disease related to knee was present at the time of policy inception. Even if it was, how will we know? Are doctors? how did the agent issue the policy? no due diligence was done? how can buyer be blamed if it was missed from your end?

      This email is regarding claim number 0403197 health insurance policy number P/161100/01/2019/006435 . This policy is 18 months old and while taking policy agent promise this is absolute cashless policy. This is to inform this is mine and my parents first experience with star health Insurance and I am sorry to say first experience is horrible. My mother got hospitalized on 2nd September in Venkateshwara hospital Dwarka sector 18 as she was having very high fever and frozen chest because of cough and cold and constant high BP and for skin allergy. We started contacting TPA second day and they informed you about same they started treatment for same. We submitted all required document also a team visited her on behalf of star insurance to them she explained same in addition she mentioned she fell from scooter 3 months back only and she has backache too but team fudge the facts and instead of 3 months they wrote 3 yrs. in their report so that they do not have to clear the bill. We as middle-class family buy Mediclaim policy so that in the time o[censored]tmost medical urgency we shouldn’t have to run for money instead we take care of family member.
      She got her discharge paper last evening only i.e. 09th September 2019 but she has to spend entire night on reception as claim was declined and we didn’t had money to pay. Please help if her health deteriorates further who will be responsible. Today 10th September 2019 we arranged money from somewhere and paid in cash which is huge burden on us.
      Her BP has again increased after discharge and still she is not well because of stress this can lead to serious and complicated problem and we scared to take her to hospital again as we know Star Allied Health insurance not be paying anything even to genuine patient too.
      Now I am looking for reimbursement of entire hospital bill along with pre and post medical expenses also if her health goes worse further, I need assurance she will get cash less treatment.

        I have subscribed in the general dnd. I have repeatedly told more than 100 times that i am not interested in anything from star health insurance. Still i am getting annoying marketing calls. I have did dnd on their site also. Still i am getting these annoying calls. It becomes very irritating especially when you are in meetings or in important discussions and that time you get the irritating calls from this company. It makes me all the more feel at any point in my life i should not take insurance from this company

          Star health insurance is employing girls to contact customers inducing them to take policies. They use any number of private mobile nos to make calls persistently to make customers to take policies against their wish the girls shamelessly repeatedly call giving a bad impression about the company. A company which indulgses in such marketing what sort of insurance can they provide with amature girls used to call customers. No standard insurance company indluges in such cheap tactics using girls to solicit customers. The owners of Star health should be ashamed
          of practices where they use girls to get business can imagine what insurance cove they can provide. All customers beware of Star health they are interested only in premiums without providing cover.which company does this soliciting customers using girls repeatedly.

            I have admitted in hospital and was about to discharge this morning. I raised claim for my hospital expenses in the morning but it is not processed still. Whenever we tried contacting customer service, they are saying it is under process. Its been around 7hrs but no update yet from their side. Kindly process our claim as soon as possible

              Sirs,
              I was the victim of a hit-and-run accident, resulting in two days in hospital and four broken teeth. The hospital bill was paid by star, but in spite of reminders, emails and registered letters, i have not been reimbursed for the dental expenses. Each time i was asked to send copies of before and after x-rays, reports, etc., with which i have complied, even with extra expense to myself. My courier letter of the 18th june 2019 to the grievance department has not been answered. Dental expenses resulting from accidents are specifically covered under clause 5 of the policy.
              I am registering this complaint on this forum as i have no other alternative due to the silence on the part of star insurance, and hope my attempt to obtain a reimbursement will be fruitful.

I am paying premium to this bad company since last 8 years and last month in july 2019 my son was hospitalised, i submitted all documents but still they are lingring on for claims and wrong queries raising to me. Very bad service, i advice to every one not to purchase insurance from star health insurance.

                  I am nissar holding a star health family optima insurance plan” with policy no. P/700001/01/2019/027578 its been really bad service from star health, when if have cashless facility at hospital these people will dined or rejected for cashless and ask us to go for reimbursement which is no use. Recently my wife got hospitalised for fever and even for this they have rejected for cashless and i dint even submitted claims because of this headache.

                  Now my son is hospitalised at motherhood hospital for fever and high cough and again they have dined for cashless and asking me to reimbursement even though submitted all the documents and records from the hospital team. (Complaint registed number is 4252255)

                  Star health is number one cheater and you people make us even sick when we need support from you on real time.

                  I strongly recommended everyone please do not purchase any plans from star health.

                    The person sitting at dmch hospital at ludiana punjab named maninder kumar is very rudly behaving with the ladies of patient attendant. Also not co-operating for any service from star health in right way. Its really making everybody trouble there.
                    I have my parent send there under corporate insurance and they are entitle for private room. Maninder purposely ask for approval of general ward and not even answer any query. I talk with him on phone very politely (As i am on job) he is not replied any question of me.
                    I even proposed my company to remove star health insurance and look for alternate. My complain with starhealth to remove that person and put some right person there.

                      I devendra h. Gajara having mediclaim policy with nation insurance under tieup with bank of india. Now, star health tieup with bank of india and on renewal of the policy i am port the said policy with star health and given all require documents along with premium chq. Amt. Rs.13604/= as on dt. 26.07.2019 and cleared from bank as on dt.29.07.2019.

                      But, till date i am not receive my policy from star health. I am contecting their customer care as on dt.19.08.2019, as per their reply no any mediclaim policy on my name. Also mr. Guarang patel of star health not given proper reply.

                      I want to complain and lodge claim worth rs.500000/= towards mentally haresment.

                        We are very much disappointed with star health insurance company about our claim. Already we have clearly explained each and everything of the claim now again and again query raised about my father perior hospitalization documents.
                        My father was first time getting hospitalized in dr. Rabindhranath hospital chennai on 26th june 2019. We have tried cash less claim on that time but however same got denied by mr. Daniel customer service executive and ask us to go with reimbursement. Based on that we have submitted all relevant original documents to star health on 13th july. All the verification at your end again some five querys raised on 3rd aug. And same has been rectified and we have submitted the query documents on 10th august. Now again we are receiving query on 14th aug.
                        It's very much irritated to us and moreover we have paid the money to the hospital with pledged all our jewellery and now we are paying interest for that. Please stand in our place and thing. Totally we are unhappy.

                            With reference to below enclosed email addressed to Consumer Grievance
                            Department of Star Health Insurance, I would like to inform you that Me and
                            my family underwent for treatment of Loose Motion and hyper dehydration
                            and submitted my claim along with all relevant documents to Star Health
                            Insurance.

                            In this regards, I got an email from M/s Star Health Insurance stating that
                            "the company is not liable to make any payment under this policy in respect
                            of any expenses incurred by the insured person for treatment of diseases /
                            illness / accidental injuries by the system of allopathic medicine given by a
                            non allopathic medical practitioner. In view of the foregoing, we are expressing our inability to consider your request favorably.

                            I informed officials of Star Health Insurance that BAMS Doctors are allowed to Practice and Treat with allopathic medicines and sent them a copy of amendment Issued by the concerned government office, in reply again Star Health Insurance sent me same reason for rejecting my claim application.

                            I then requested to consumer grievance department of Star Health Insurance
                            to return my premium amount which I paid for the current year as I don’t wish to
                            continue my policy with them to which they didn’t responded till this date.

                            I then lodged my complaint with IRDA, In response, I got a call from Insurance company stating that they will pay Rs. 10000 Per policy under Ayushman Scheme to which I denied and told them to either pay me full medical expenses or return back my premium amount which I paid to them, in reply they said that they will send me an email, but even after a week I didn't got any response from their end.

                            I now wish to lodge complain under consumer court against Insurance company for unnecessary harassment caused to me and for a refund of my Insurance premium.

                              This has the reference to my “family health optima insurance plan” with policy no. P/70000/01/2020/005004, customer code: aa[protected] and customer name: kanchan nandi wherein my son kunal nandi with customer id no.[protected] was hospitalized in pratiksha hospital, hengrabari, guwahati on 7th august 2019 and discharged on 9th august 2019 and in spite of fulfilling all formalities by me and the hospital my claim was not entertained. I am very much disappointed and angry as i was forced to leave only after clearing all the hospital bills.
                              Another dilemma is that before admitting my son in the above mentioned hospital i had consultation with mr. Sanjay sharma, manager, star health insurance and mr. Ravi raj (Cell-+91 [protected])- agent, star health insurance based in delhi and they informed me that i am eligible for the claim and will be duly entertained.
                              So my opinion of having health card specially of star company has changed as when i wanted to use it, it has betrayed me. And now i am planning to approach to “consumer forum”.

                                Star health is number one cheater. I am having thier policy from last 2 year and last time 2018 also i have claimed my father billed but they refund just peanuts by giving us ten different reason. This time they have made height.
                                On 6th jun 2019 my father met with an accident
                                Pls refer mail below which i sent to starhealth today.

                                Thanks for the claim settlement which has been processed after 2 months in spite of chasing so much via mail, phone, grivaince and all other team involvement.
                                This shows that while taking premium policy bazaar convince so much to get the policy but while claim dispute no one is there to support the individual.

                                Original claim which we have mentioned was 73000/- on 26th jun.
                                My father (Balbir singh) met with an accident on 6th of jun morning, his brain and skull fracture having serious elements after ct scan on the same day.
                                We then take him back to home as we thought that it could recover and meanwhile we were searching for the cashless hospital which was not there in win hospital. Wins hospital doctor mentioned in his discharge summary that admit to the hospital same day but we took risk and take him to the home.
                                After 2 days his face having serious issues and we then got scared and showed to neurology specialist dr amit shah. He then recommended 2 to 3 days hospitalized and mri at the same time. Mri took same day when we admitted to the hospital.
                                In between star heath raised one issue of dr kartik rao medicines and wasted our so much time. I have replied all mails on the same day clearing all their queries.
                                On 02.08.19 we got claim reimbursement of 12759/- which we received only the time we hospitalized and the other bills has been rejected.
                                They stated that pre - hospitilzation bills we never give. When i asked where it is mentioned no answer.
                                I have checked the old brochure of senior citizen red carpet which they have not mentioned anything related to pre hospitalization.
                                The new brochure they have mentioned clearly that pre hospitalization 30 days can be taken into consideration.
                                First of all star health please don't make the fool of the individual we are there then only the company is running.
                                Pre hospitalization the name what you have given is totally wrong. On 6th jun to 11th jun the case is same if you see the history and ct scan reports and mri reports same details you will find during this week.
                                So once again my request is to kindly re consider the case and if there is not mentioned then you can't have the right to reject the pre hospitalization.
                                If still the issue is not resolved at your end then i have all related documents and proof. I wil have to go to the top management ceo of the star health and other institutional authorities and conusmer court, irda if the claim is not settled with prehospitilization.

So we admited in hospital when policy taken they told cash less now thy delaying for cash less approval. Very sad. I am rafer dont take star health insurance. Stupid, cheating star health.                                   spam marketing calls from star health insurance

                                  Of late, i have been receiving lot of annoying spam calls from m/s. Star health and allied insurance. These irritating calls not only consume my time, but also cause rs.70 per each incoming call as i am on international roaming with vodafone. I attended 3 of 11 such calls today (Alas! True caller app shows the caller id only when the call is over or missed and not during the active call). I am desperate now to find a way to stop this menace....

                                  My mother undergone a fibroid uterus surgery last year september 2018 and applied for reimbursement and followed all the claim process and submitted relevant documents
                                  The reimbursement is for 38000 and iam really dissatisfied with the support and would not recommend any one for the insurance anymore
                                  From the date of admission iam following with the claim process but they keep on dragging without much reason
                                  Really dissatisfied and unhappy with the support and wasting all my time
