      I took loan from stashfin.
      After talking to their customer officers
      We settle the loan replay amount. They send me link for settlement payment.
      I have recording too .

      In the talk they clearly said that after paying the amount you don't have to pay any other amount in future.

      But after repaying .
      They flip with their commitment. Now they call my contacts and mentally harrse me .
      I am going to file a complain with the prove of payment and recording.

        sir iam khandavalli sivakumar my reg num is [protected].. i take a loan from stashfin due to so many fraud loan apps i met with financial problems and due too coronaa i unable to pay ur loan on timee.. but afterwards i cleared it.i take a loan of 6900 and i paid it sir but in credit report it showing that suit filed... plzzz sir plzz change it to no suit filed beacause it effect my future jobs sir... plzz sir help us i[censored] dont change it suicide is the only way for me sir

          Loan settlement

          This is to inform you that i have received a loan of Rs 3000 on 23rd May 2021. But my agent has said that Rs 1.50 Lacs had been sanctioned & you will get Rs 3000 as first installment. Then he said you have to send back Rs 3000 in my account (Agent-Jitendra Prasad) for further process & i have send back in his account.

          Now he is not tracable. He was fraud & filled my mobile/contact number wrong in form.

          This company is totally fraud they approved mh laon on 15 dec but my amount is still not credited and they statrted counting there days on 15 dec why shoud i pay there emi if i dont got there money i also paid there membership fees all fakes fraud complaint do not download the app

                I am not doing paid all emi 2463/- because I am not interest your card and not use card amount.

                    They never mentioned that this is an offer and all they approved a loan amount of 3000 from which i got only 1500 and i have cleared the EMI and paid if i receive remaining 1500 amount then only i can pay EMI other wise why should i pay if i have not received money first send me the remaining 1500 then i will pay EMI otherwise i will not pay.

                    I have not received the pending amount and they are saying to pay all the EMI but i have paid the EMI of 1500 which i have got then why should i pay remaining EMI before getting the amount now loan procedure says to pay first EMI then you will get money if i would have money then why should i apply for loan.

                        I have applied the loan in stashfin and it approved for 3000 and in the evening they sent a message that 2970 has been sent to your bank account but i got only 1500 and i called to customer care they said that pay half of EMI from 3000 they you will get i have paid the half of EMI but still amount is not received and its showing to pay EMI.

                            EMI payment/Error code 403 logging problem

                            Trying to login into StashFin Application for paying my emi's repayment but showing login problem "error code 403" Daily I'm trying to login into the Application showing "error code 403" again and again. I tried uninstalling & installing the Application also but nothing work same again error code 403.

                            I'm irritated now of this issue because every day I get sms from stashfin to repay the dues.

                            My StashFin loan is already approved and all previous dues are cleared. Recieved NOC as well for same. But every time I try to load the card it’s showing the same error LOC_006.
                            There is no contact number to raise a complaint, the chat support is very bad and even after I received a call from one of their executive who assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours, I still am not able to load the amount into my card. Now it has been more than 5 days since I raised a complaint and requested a resolution of the issue. I’m in urgently need of this approved amount at the moment.
