Hello sir/madam My friend had done card to.card transfer from his sbi account to my bag account one day back.his account amount is debited but my account amount is not debited. How much time it will take to reflect.this is very bad service for customers.called sbi and sbh customer care, but sbi is telling to call sbh and sbh to sbi.what is this issue? I recharge idea no. through mobile banking . TID ; FH37702780. I HAVE not get any OPER refer. and also recharge not done but amount of 99 rupees was debited. solve the issue.

I have transferred the money on 8th may through IMPS mobile banking. From my account the amount has been debited but it has not been credited to the account which I have transferred. I have waited but money was not refunded back. So please resolve my problem as soon as possible
