I have recharged a csc acount with 1000rs on the date 11/01/2018, the amount is deducted from my acount bt the csc recharge was not done and also the 1000rs was not refund.

Kindly i request to send my money back in acount

Subject:- Regarding Cash Voucher @500 Rs redemption.

I had received rewards cashback voucher RS 500 to SBI and it was shown already redeem during redemption on amazon online shopping.I had written mail to SBI corporate on dated[protected] related to such incident. But SBI corporate not responding till now.
Please advice.
