I created a virtual card no. [protected], online on 22/09/2017 of rs. 8000/- and made a payment of rs. 7249.00/- to e-commerce company and remaining amount of rs. 751.00 yet not credited to my account.

Lots of time i filled complaint online to www.onlinesbi.com but no one help and refund my remaining amt.

I filled complaint no. [protected], they instruct me rush to the home branch for solution.

On 06/01/2018, i reached to sbi, shiv colony branch, jalgaon, i am very surprised the answer gave by bank manager. He don't know about virtual card and unable to help, but i insist to see my account check it, then he only accepted my application and not gave any received / acknowledgement.

My request to sbi customer care officer, please look into the matter and refund the amount.

      I received a call from a person who spoke from the mobile no.[protected] in broken tamil saying my sbi account will be closed if aadhar number is not updated with my account.

      Actually i don't have account with sbi and how come on a sunday evening (7th jan'18) a bank staff will call to update the aadhar. He also insisted if the account is not updated with aadhar immediately, it will be closed.

      I said, close the account and he immediately disconnected the phone.

        I have made a payment fees rs.4620/- to rto for the tax fee of vehicle by sbi netbanking of a/c no.[protected] on 9-nov-2017 due to any reason transaction was failed and the amount of rs. 4620/- was deducted from my account.
        I request you to please solve my problem as it has been about 2 months gone passed still i did not get my refund back.

          Dear sir

          A refund of 47899/- rupees was successfully processed on 13 dec 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 860183.

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              I need provisional certificate for my housing loan-[protected] for 2017-18...
              I don't have a sb account.. So v don't have internet banking..

              Everytime we, non account holders find difficult in getting loan related details and provisional certificate due to dependency on branches

              So pls provide some facility for non account holders to download the statement online...

                2 refund of 850/- and 410 rupees was successfully processed on 20 sep.2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by amazon.in, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  Respected sir,
                  I am a central govt. Pensioner drawing pension through s. B. I. Sahebpara road br. Sonarpur, kolkata - 700150, bearing a/c no. [protected] ifsc: sbin0010095.
                  I maintain my family with this paltry sum of pension.
                  To my utter surprise, i received a message from s. B. I. At 4.59 pm on 02/01/2018 that my a/c has been debited with a sum of rs 3603/- by transfer to “investment intermedi”, thereby rendering my balance to rs 403=38, which is much below the minimum balance required to be maintained in a savings a/c. The available balance clearly shows that i do not have surplus capital so that i might be identified as “savers “and a willing potential “lender “to a financial institution, about which i am completely in the dark, not to speak about its credibility.
                  How can the bank without my consent handle my cash and suo motto transfer my pension to a financial institution, and that too without my knowledge and approval? Never do i invest in a speculative business and have faith in it.
                  I wonder how have i fallen a prey to the intricacies of modern economics and become a target when other account holders, in spite of their bulging account, have escaped your attention.
                  I strongly condemn the arbitrary act of s. B. I. I also want this unethical act of the s. B. I. Be stopped henceforth. I also want my money to be reverted in my a/c.

                  To make matter worse, the S.B.I. has debited Rs/-188.80, as my balance staggered to Rs 403=38, below the minimum balance of Rs 3000/-, required to be maintained in a S.B A/.C, because of whimsical Debit of Rs 3603/- by S.B.I. I also want this amount back in my Account. .

                        Devendra singh fauzdar. पेंशन बैंक का अकाउंट नंबर [protected] sbi uit branch ifs code sbin0031855 ppo no. 190143 (R) date of retirement : 8 feb 2011 मेरे द्वारा जीवन प्रमाण पत्र नवंबर 2017 को sbi यूआईटी ब्रांच भरतपुर मैं प्रेषित कर दिया गया था. इसके बावजूद भी बैंक ने लापरवाही की है और उसको प्रदर्शित नहीं किया. बैंक की गलती के कारण मेरी दिसंबर महीने की पेंशन जमा नहीं हुई है, जिसके कारण मुझे जीवन यापन में कष्ट हो रहा है!! जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी sbi यूआई टी ब्रांच भरतपुर के प्रबंधक की है.एक पेंशनर को इस प्रकार प्रताड़ित करना मानव अधिकारों का उल्लंघन है. मेरा आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है इस प्रकार पेंशन भोगी को परेशान करने वालों के विरुद्ध तत्काल कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें!!! आदरणीय महोदय मेरे द्वारा sbi हेल्पलाइन [protected] पर निवेदन करने पर संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया गया. उसके बाद मुझे bz-sbipsg से संदेश प्राप्त हुआ के your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : life certificate has been uploaded on 30/12/2017. दूसरा संदेश प्राप्त हुआ. Your complaint has been registered ticket no. [protected]. Plz quote this no. While making any inquiry about your complaint.                               I got a message from sbi that, hold of inr 2000 created in your account xxx xxxxxx on 02/01/18.
                              Total lien amount : 4018 rupees.
                              I have not taken any loan or not having any demat account. Also didn't got any message for document submission. So, i want refund of that 2000 amount and also need clarification on lien amount.

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                67000 rs unknwn transection without otp or cvv. Saying tht itz international transection.. Nw its come in statement saying to wait till 90 dayz.. Deactivation done on spot but dnt knw abt the status.. This was done in the name of facebook ads but i dnt use facebook much.. Last login almost one month back.. What to do??                                       Dear sir,

                                      Further to my letter on 06.09.2017 receipt by you on 09/09/2017. I wish to inform you there is no specific reply heard at your end till in the two month although i tried contact you for the above on mobile again and again.

                                      Once again i humbly request you please consider the decision of the above issue in favor me because i am not able to pay rs. 1950/- extra in per month which has been imposed by the bank authorities without my approval/knowledge, now i am going to retire shorty and not getting an handsome pension amount to bear the extra insurance premium. This all the matter already explained to mr. Vinit sir as well as in my previous letter.

                                      Subject:- false commitment by the bank authorities in regard sbi-life suraksha against my house loan account no.[protected] of rs. 5.00lac.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I the undersigned continued adhered farmer sbop, now sbi since last 8-9 years for housing loan and paying regularly all the instalment without any leakage.

                                      My first loan had been transferred from icici - bank to sbop, court branch, patiala during the year 2009 an amount rs. 2.03 lac. Due to credibility of fare house loan dealing without hidden charges, since the period of 2012 i have expanded further my loan amt. Of rs. 5.0lac for construction of 1st. Floor, in this subject all the processing of expansion of loan done at the loan branch were situated at near petrol-pump urban - estate phase-ii, patiala under the supervision a senior bank official mr. Hardeep singh, he added my wife name (Nidhi rastogi) as a co-partner for payment of loan in case any misshaping to get instalment as proportionally and get a sign of myself along with her in a sbi policy letter as asking us that the purpose is bank own interest, you should not worry about this policy, neither you may charge for any amt. Nor you pay any single penny as an instalment and also imposed us loan re-payment tenure period 15 years but i was insisted for 10 years..

                                      Now, after 5 years, i just check my pass book of auto debit instalment during the aug-17, i stunned that an amt. Of rs.4900/- & rs.1912/- have been deducted for insurance payment without my knowledge, when i confirmed officially, then they told us that an insurance policy (Sbi suraksha) is adjoined in your loan a/c. I was surprised hence no such commitment assured by mr. Hardeep singh to pay any amount for insurance. Policy, how this amt. Can be charged me by the banks authorities.

                                      Further i consulted from pragati bhawan banks official, they advised me, if you would have not been continued this policy then surrender it, but you have to pay policy amount of rs. 1.0 lac, otherwise rs. 1912/- you will be charged for next 10 years from your account.

                                      Respected sir, the above totally false and mis commitment made by hardeep singh a senior bank official when he was well aware that i am private company (Fmgil-b. Rarh) employee and can’t pay instalment more than 6- 7 thousand, at present i can’t afford such type penalty amount of rs.1912/-pm except my loan instalment of rs.6500/-, now i am 58 years old and going to retire in coming months, there is no other source of income to pay the such insurance instalment for a long period for that reasons which has not committed by me, this is only caused

                                      We meet your representative Mrs. Muskan after calling by the bank authorities at pragati Bhawan Premises, she suggested to surrender the surkhsa policy but the sbi authorities are not ready to reduce our insurance installment of Rs. 1912/-PM or pay Rs. 82.0 thousand in one lot because of double policy wrongly imposed us in our home loan amount by the loaning authorities for a small loan amount without our consent, this issue is already mentioned in my complaint letter which amount is not affordable us, therefore, kindly sort out lenient way for a customer care and human welfare to understand the point that a retired private employee has no source of monthly income to re-pay this penalty amount.

                                      Since you are very much aware in this case i have already been harassed and depressed to much as nobody is not hearing after knowing by every banks authorities that the process of passing above loan is done by a wrong way to impose double life surksha policy upon the customer of Rs. 82.0 thousand without any guidance or clause, that the same will be re-covered from you after 5 years with interest, what is formula of calculation of Insured amount, the customer will suffer with heavy penalty of Rs. 1912*12*10 =2.30 lac( insurance amount) just because of Rs. 5.0 lac loan.

                                      If you agree with above recovery then i can say easily to breath and live a civilized middle men in modern india is very hard we should as-heme that are living in a progressive BHARAT.

                                      please note the calculation re-payment of my home loans of just Rs. 5.0 lac after continuing this surksha policy up to loan tenor period of 15 years as 6500*12*15=11.70 lac+ 1912*12*10=2.295 lac, total payment amount is Rs.13.995 lac or 14.0Lac.

                                      The above calculation is showing that we are not breathing in modern india, we compare this old 'Jimidaari" custom or" Marvarri loan custom", where the re-payment can't be ended its payable at generation to generation.
                                      So kindly look my submission with fairly a like human being hence i am going to retire shortly with getting only PF pension amount of Rs.2500 to 3000/- PM. this double payment can not be affordable me after normal survival.

                                      In regard compaint against my house-loan ref. no.[protected]SBI LIFE and your Token No.[protected], i am still not here anything about since 20.1.2018, kindly do the needful help at your end, i have mailed a reply to SBI LIFE at their quoted e-mail address but they are accepting my reply with following comments :-

                                      Sub: SBI Life Policy Number -double policy imposed in my home loan.

                                      Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@sbilife.co.in because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      Till date i am not here any satisfactory reply at your, hence i am going to stop payment with a request to bank to not further deduct in regard the payment of S B I LIFE POLICY monthly installment because day by day i am feeling very much depression for this forcibly imposed payment .

                                      therefore, i once again request you to please provide me a proper solution to understand my logical problem with age factor or advise me to pursue the matter from an-other Forum.
