amount debit from my account - transferred to investment intermedi

I am piyush patel customer of your bank sbi naroda industrial estate ifsc sbin0001045 from 6 to 7 years.

At date 29.12.2017 my account has debited inr 295.00 and 590 rs in a day 2 times. Transferred to investment intermedi. Kindly give me explanation about this why my balance has been dedit.

please unblock my credit card

Sir, i am new user of credit card. I have not any credit card before this.
I have just received new sbi credit card first time.
I have registered my credit card online.
But it is blocked. So i have not done any transantion.

branch is not responding for my application

I have applied for internate banking for my account in my branch on dated 26.12.17 and they have given me a temprory user id & password but when i am trying to login first time it is showing invalid user id /password.
After that i am visiting daily to the branch and they are saying try next day and now i have become tired from this process they are not doing any thing for my problem so kindly help me, my branch code...

aadhar seeding and atm card issuing

dth recharge failed but money deducted but not returned

On 26/12/2017 a dish tv recharge from mobile sbi app for vc no. [protected] was done of rs 1506/ money was deducted from account but recharge failed. Dish tv did not receive the money.. Transaction id was 17360ap646312. Money is not refunded till now. I had complained at customer service ticket no [protected]. They said it cannot be resolved due to unavoidable reasons....

On 27.12.17 at early morning a missing transaction had committed on my sb a/c no.[protected], vide sbi debit card no.5142 (Last 4 digits) for purchasing a pair of shoe from amazon.com, but thee said transaction was failed somehow it was declined by any reason and the amount of rs.749/- got deducted wrongly from my said sb account. But its very pathetic since then when i call to sbi customer care they are unwilling to register any complaint...

charge dispute refund processed successfully

A refund of 12998 rupees was successfully processed on 19 november 2017 by amazon through ref no 525991 but amount is not credited to my account till now
I have called the state bank of india costmer care service and also complain to home branch manager but nobody has replied or resolved the problem and no action is being.
I am confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed successfully the refund kindly go through...

fraud call debit of rs. 3000

Yesterday, 28.12.2017 i got a fake call and mentioned to be an employee of sbi and he will arrange to unlock and link my debit card with aadhar card. He wanted to reconfirm the existing debit card number and fortunately shared.
