Some one called from [protected] and asked to resolve some issues regarding my mother's pension account. He asked about card no and cvv no and my mother told him details and suddenly an amount of rs.19, 999/-deducted from my mother's account. It was an unauthorized and fraud transaction. Pls do the needful asap. It is my mother, s pension account. Pls do action asap
