sir, i am holding a saving account in sbi bank from 1 1/2 years. When i open a saving account that time I have applied for net banking at SBI more than 1 1/2 years ago but user id and password both still not received. i have also tried my home branch but they have not able to do it and say that, you close the account. What i should do. Basically i need user id and password. please help me thanking you

      Dear Sir, With lot of dissatisfaction I am forced to bring this issue up to you. I have a NRE savings acc in Shyambazar, Kolkata. I have been maintaining the account since 2012. I have given application to provide me transaction rights in internet banking, but it is not resolved for almost a month. I have lodged a ticket through customer car and did exactly what was prompted as upgrading e-services. I have submitted the request also to the bank last week. Till date nothing has been done on it and as it seems they are not taking it seriously. I don't have ATM card and hence only way to transact while I abroad is through net banking. I would like you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me out as soon as possible.             I had withdrawn 5000rs from one of the SBI ATM and went to SBI bank and asked what is the procedure to return the duplicate notes and get the real one in place of that and they have asked to go to the branch to which that ATM is linked . Then I called help desk to confirm the branch that ATM is linked to but they said they cant confirm an again I called near by branch of that ATM then that lady asked me to call customer care to get the branch details of that ATM and asked me to call after 10 minutes. But no one is aware of what is the exact procedure to return duplicate notes. Horrible response I have got from all the people.

                Delaying/Non credit of pension and pension benefits to my pensioners a/c. 1. I am retired JCO from Indian Army on 31 Dec 2014. 2. I got a letter from CPPC Trivandrum letter No CPPC/2014/RO7717528 dated 12 Feb 2015 received on on 19 Feb 2015. 3. According to the letter content I approached my SBI kuttanellur Branch for further documentation and submitted all papers on 27 Feb 2015. 4. But till date the pension and pension benefits are not credited to my a/c. 5. Today (13Apr 2015) I contact to CPPC, Trvandrum regarding this matter, then came to know that the Kuttanellur Br has updated the system on 07 Apr 2015 only. 6. Please help me to avoid more financial lose.

                  Hi, I am very disappointed and writing this mail that, i got a car loan from SBI bank, Thudiyalur branch in coimbatore on december 2012. My savings account number:[protected] Branch:RS puram, coimbatore, Tamilnadu Loan Account No:[protected] Branch:Thudiyalur, Coimbatore From the first month of the auto debiting i am facing the issue that it dont get debit and i used to call the Manager named Sasikumar from SBI, thudiyalur branch to look into the issue. he usually debit the money manually from my account to the loan account for every month after giving him a call or mail 10 times. After one year also no action taken from SBI side.I went to the branch and informed them. Manager name Balakrishnan told me that i have to manually push the money from my account to loan account everyone to avoid such discrepency. i did that till date and there is no outstanding from my end. recently i tried to apply the personal loan from HDFC bank they rejected my application and mentioned that i have a bounce issue in my car loan. i really got frustrated with the irrelvant service. i raised a complaint to the SBI already but no action has taken so far. i will go legally incase this is not considered as a urgent matter.

                        Dear Sir, My mother is a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh. We have also a home at Mohali. I reside in Mohali. My father had died two months back and he had a pension account in SBI(one of the branch at Chandigarh). I gave them the application to stop the pension of my father with death certificate and requested them to fulfill the requirements for family pension to my mother. Now the pension has stopped. They said open a new account of your mother with branch. My mother has all the proofs like PAN Card, Voter Card and Adhaar Card of Himachal Pradesh Adress. They refused to open a account saying that they need local address proof. Also she has a saving account of SBI at himachal pradesh. Please advise me what to do. The pension case is pending due to saving account with that particular branch. Moreover I have all the proofs of mine of my Mohali home. Thanking you. Urgently awaiting reply from your end.                           I have opened a/c in SBI Bagdola Sec-8 Dwarka New Delhi-77. A/c holder's Name-Arun Kumar Sharma, A/c no.-[protected] Bank has given me a/c no. but not activated my a/c they told me to bring confirmation letter which I will receive by post. I went to post office but there was no letter from SBI. I opened my a/c in december 2014.I have visited SBI branch sec-8 but they told me its not their responsibility, its a matter of head office we cannot help you. please send me confirmation letter and debit card asap thanks

                            Respected Sirs, I have a saving account with SBI udhna branch, bhatina, Surat and yesterday (10.4.15) I approach to my home branch to remit a cash at Rs. 30000/- but the officer neglect my request and he ask to me that you go to ATM Counter and deposit your cash in the counter but at a time there is long que but bank counter is clear and there is nobody for any transaction. Then I meet with branch manager and he have accepted my request but officer again refuse my request then after manager directly to advice to him for taking cash then after officer take the cash and officer again told me that this is first and last and secondly I will not be taken such type of transaction so not of that. Also please note that he is not a good staff and nor providing a good service. So you are requested to please look into the matter and do the necessary action against him due to he have waste my valuable time near about 3-4 hours in this matter.                               Dear Sir/Madam, I have an s/b a/c @ SBI Esplanade br, Kolkata, a/c no - [protected] in the name of Kinkar Roy. On[protected] an amount of Rs469/- was debit from my account under head "ECS return charge" and again on[protected] an amount of Rs 51 was debited under head "SI setting charge". I visited the branch about the debit and they could not find anything. Then I complained on Sbi Customer care number on 07 April 201. Ticket number for Rs 469/- is CR[protected] and for Rs 51/- is CR[protected]. I got resolution via sms on 10 Apr 2015 that " the charges 469 was rightly debited for 25/12/2011" anan"51 was rightly debit for 08/01/2015". Whereas I checked my passbook and found that for 25/12/2011 the ECS was debited of Rs1000/- towards HDFC mutual fund, so no ecs refund charge should be debited. And on 08/01/15 I issued a cheque for Rs 50000/- which was cleared so no charge for the same should be debited from my account. When I again contacted customer care on 11/04/2015 they suggested to contact home branch whereas I have already visited the branch and they have no clue why the debit was done

                                I received the SMS on my registered mobile number that I have payment due for which I have to pay 1024 amount. When I tried to log the call through IVR then its not routed to correct. To whom we tell our concern not sure. Then I send the mail to [protected]@sbi.in but as usual no response. Then I tried unhappy SMS service of sbi but no one responded quickly and the female who call me she disconnect the call without listen my concern then what is use of this services. I call again on toll free number to log my complaint but no solution on IVR. I received sms from sbi that my ticket number closed and with put providing solution. +[protected]

                                  I, MEENAL SINGH CHANDEL, a student of integrated programme in management (IPM) course, I have applied for the education loan for 20 lacs since august 2014, when I had started pursuing my degree at INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT INDORE. I gave my file to the SBI branch located in IIM Indore itself but after keeping the file with them for more then 2 months, they refused to give loan to me and many other people saying that they had stopped giving loans to IPM students. After this, my father had further applied in CANARA BANK (khargone branch) to which they replied that they will sanction the loan when we are done with all the formalities. But even after a period of more then a month after compliting all the formalities, Canara bank also refused to provide us the education loan facility saying "SBI is not in a position to give loans to ipm students then we cannot take risk by giving loan to you". Accordingly, my parents are not in a situation to pay my fees further as we have already paid the fees of the 1st year and now we are not that financially strong to continue with the course without availing the loan facility.I would request you to please kindly help me in getting the education loan sanctioned as soon as possible as otherwise I do not have any other option left with me.                                     This is the worst SBI branch ever and worst, lazy employees of state bank of india.when i called for them for four weeks to change my mobile number they given me solution send me mail i was sent mail with all proofs and documents and signatures atlast after one week they didnt resoponded either and again i called them then they are telling this is not sbi bank and telling wrong number.The Manager is worst and unfit for that.but andhra bank they solved my phone number issue with in 2 hours.this sbi is worst ever.
