Hi All, I have opened my RD account [protected] in SBI RK puram branch on 2013 with amount 1500 for an year and and i have requested to deduct amount for RD from my saving bank account([protected]) in SBI only In the initial, 3000 were getting deducted from my account automatically and when i complaint for the same in branch, a person working there named Sachin had confirmed to adjust this amount in next month installment. In the last month of year, the amount has not deducted and i was not aware of the same and now when i have recieved amount in my account, it is showing 17280 (4 % interest credited on amount) I have visited branch number of times but nobody is willing to response and getting only one answer that last installment has not deducted and penalty being charged. Also i transferred my account to SBI tilka ngr and when i requested for the same query, they are saying that we are not free to ans your query . Visit your home branch where you have opened the account. Is this kind of service been provided to customer by world no 1 bank. Please response to my query.

    Respected Sir/Madam I Miss Anuja Priyadarshani holding an account([protected]) has been conned by a fraud transection while paying OJEE application fee dated 18th march at 4.09pm.After that the OJEE application page says that the transection is nt complete and the fees has not recieved.But i got a message on my registered mobile no that billdesk.com has made a transection( i have attached the message pdf file with this mail).After inquiring to the corresponding branch where my account is, the teller says me that the detail of transection id of this billdesk transection has not been generated and he gave me a reference no [protected] which is not of my use.While calling to billdesk customer care they are asking for the concern transection id.and my reference no is[protected]. Its a genuine request to please take an action against my complain within 2 to 3 working days.Otherwise i will file a complain against BILLDESK in a nearest police station. Regard AnujaPriyadarshani

      I am having an account in SBI Air Cargo Complex Bangalore, I Have submitted/posted the required document with the written application to the Branch Manager, for year[protected]. it was the second time when due to branch fault i have to pay the money and this time i have to pay it because they have not updated it in to there system. Instead of talking to me and accepting their mistakes they close the complaints with writing anything. one time it happened that due to branch fault my check was not cleared even though i had sufficient balance into my account and i had to pay charges and my whole was gone, this time once again even due i had done all formalities and submitted my documents and my tax is deducted with out any notification. It is my hard earned money, i am not rich like SBI employee. Please give back my money and take proper action against the employee who are responsible for this.i hope you will do needful, i am writing here because please check 5-6 times they have closed my complaint regarding the same without any solution.I am fade up and feeling mentally toruchred.           At the date of 04/04/2015 trying to Pay BSNL mobile bill of Rs..532.00 through CITRUS CUBE wallet with Transaction Id-CCGZV14784, which was not done due to their Technical fault.After that I got an mail in which they mentioned that they are going to refund my money within three day. After three day(07/04/2015) when I c all to their executives where they said that my refund in process and it will be reflect in my bank account next day.But today at the day number 6th not a single paise credited to account from Citrus Cube

          The app is too worst

          At the time of 29/07/2015, I had recharged my bsnl mobile of rs 155 for two times, the two transaction id's are CCXFW55591 and CCMGU75372.I want my money either citrus account or add money to my bank account.
          Please refund my money my mistake i was wrong pay the wrong account is

          recharge of Rs.19.00 for Docomo/T24 was successful. Transaction ID is CCXPBKUVGB

            I have taken a SBI credit card through the KVB bank of Ganapathy branch of Coimbatore. As a senior citizen I may forget the due date of the bills payment purchased through the credit card .So. I have applied for the Auto debit provision for my credit card. But even after a months time I was not given the facility .So I want to surrender the SBI.credit card. Please let me know the way by which I can surrender the card.

                Hi, My Self Benny Paul .S. David on date of 8/04/2014 i applied for passport and i done the payment through Debit card. it is standard chartered Debit number is [protected] (Visa), RS 2017 amount is deducted from Account but receipt number is not generated because of technical error. please could you give me payment receipt number or any proof payment paid.

                  Hi, I susanth mathew, has deposited a lien note of 50, 000 on 2013 jan 28 as part of service agreement with TCS.Now the agreement duration has been completed and the company has been released the lien period of 2 years . So I have submitted all the documents to the bank on this monday and the bank associate verified all the documents and told me the amount will credit to your account on the same day.But till now, its pendig...please do the needful on this, Kindly credit the all amount to my savings account My FDR account no:[protected] My savings accont no: [protected] Thanks Susanth Mathew

                    Sir my account number [protected] in brts branch begusarai, IFSC code SBIN0003589. I wanted to apply for activation of my internet banking in my account. I have been asked to submit KYC form which i did on the same working day and then ii was told application would be accepted only after a working day. It was 27/03/15, after that it was a long holiday in banks. I then was asked to come in april and i visited bank on 8 of April on this day ii found that the autherised person was on leave for next 2 days. On 10th of april i needed to get back to delhi to my work. In this way almost in 8 days my application was not accepted. Name of authorised person is pankaj. Deputy branch manager said there was no one else to additional duty on behalf of mr.pankaj.

                        Looks like SBI has no clue about this whole matter and how to redeem reward points earned through SBI IRCTC Credit Card. I wish I could drag them to Consumer Court for this ill behaviour and lack of information. We pay Annual Charges+ over 3% Monthly Interest for our Credit Card and we are forced to deal with their "NO INFORMATION" attitude. I have been following up with SBI Card Customer Care, Nodal Officer etc and till now I have no idea how to redeem my 6000 points earned. I am following each and every step they have mentioned in their Terms & Condition. Here's what is get: It says to use the reward point we should login on services.irctc.co.in (After login webpage says "Page has been moved to new generation ticketing. When I go to that page and select confirmed tickets, i see no option of Payment Through Reward Points.) As per SBI Customer Care email (Screenshot Attached), I should chose HDFC Payment gateway while booking a ticket using reward points. This doesn't work. Now, Can anyone from SBI Credit Card could tell us a genuine step to do this?

                                  Dear sir,

                                  This is with regards to sbi gold advantage credit card [protected], that i received on 04th feb 2015 on my name goverdhan chandwani.
                                  I am a retired gm from sail bhilai, who is not well aware of procedures for getting credit card.I had visited sbi branch in nehru nagar in jan 2015 for routine visits and was lured in to credit card stuff by one personnel there named mr. Manish - [protected], who misled me with regards to card usage and limits by giving me false details.
                                  It was told to me by him that after doing a fd of 20000 rupees, i can avail limit of 75000 rupees and use the card.I had specifically asked him that i wished to get a limit of more than 50000 but can do fd of 20000 rupees only, he had confirmed me the same saying that he is well versed with process as he does this job routinely.

                                  On receiving card i saw limit of 14000 rupees usage & 7000 rupees cash.I called up this representative immediately and asked him about the same.He said, not to worry as limit is raised automatically after using it once and calling customer care.I told him to confirm the same from his boss & guide me.I took number of his boss for same - mr. Jitendra [protected], as this guy sits in sbi card office in sector 1 branch, i asked him the way in which i should cancell this card and do i need to visit sector 1 branch for same.He told me to call customer care for same as they can't do much about it.

                                  I spoke to customer care immediately on 04 feb 2015 and it was revealed to me that card has to be cancelled and returned & a fresh card taken for any requirements as limit can be extended by making a new fd of 75000 rupees and this fd money will be returned once card is cancelled.I immediately told customer care guy that since i have not used this card as i have just received it, i wish to put up a request to cancell card and return my fd amount and i don't intend to pay any card charges as wrong card has been sent to me.Customer care representative confimed that card will be cancelled and money not charged to me .He gave me a cancellation request[protected] and told me that by 09 feb 2015 this procedure will be done and then i can put up a request for lein letter and take my fd back.
                                  I called up this guy jitendra who then told me that manish is a new person and by mistake he misguided me.I told him that there is no problem if he can do the required procedure and get my fd money back asap.He told me to wait for some days as i have raised request to customer care.He told me not to worry as card will be cancelled and i'll not need to pay any fees and fd will be released in a month.
                                  On receiving first card statement i got a shock that i have to pay some 568 rupees.I called up manish and asked him same, he said he has left the job and i should speak to jitendra.I called up jitendra, he said to pay 568 rupees and then only this card can be cancelled. I understood the fraud that was done with me, and called up customer care on 28 feb 2015.
                                  On 28 feb 2015, when i called customer care, i was told sorry as this card has not been cancelled yet and then i was given another complaint number 1 - [protected], and was told that card will be cancelled and fees reversed, along with unblocking of fd by 6 march.To bring to your notice i would like to remind that this customer care number is not toll free and there is waiting period of 15 - 20 mins which is being charged, before you speak to required personnel.Sometimes one has to keep calling and call gets disconnected.Basically my intention to tell this is that i have been charged nearly 500 rupees in calling to get my card cancelled and fees reversed.
                                  On 11 march 2015, to check status of my card i called up customer care again and was again told sorry that card can not be cancelled as annual fees has to be reveresed 1st, and was given complaint number[protected] &
                                  [protected] & was given a deadline of 1st april by which card will be cancelled and fees reversed.So that i can apply for lein letter after that and get my fd.
                                  On 17 march 2015, at 1900 hrs to check status of my request i called up customer care again, and i noted the persons name this time, nitesh dubey, he confirmed that account has been closed and card cancelled, and that amount will be reversed by 01 april 2015 as told to me prior.Once amount reversed i can raise a request for lein letter to withdraw my fd which will be couriered to me in 10 days of raising request.I was happy to see some results coming in to picture now.
                                  On 3rd april 2015, i called customer care to know about my card, the lady said that account has been closed and amount will be reversed in 48 hrs now and i will get confirmation by sms for same.Then only i can give request to withdraw fd.
                                  Today morning on 07 april 2015, at 1200 hrs i called up customer care and spoke to mr. Bibin, who confirmed account has been closed but fees has not been reversed.I asked him why, then he couldnt reply.I asked him to make me speak to his superior or any one from cancellation dept, after hesitating a number of times, finally he told me to wait so that he can make me speak to them.After waiting for 5 mins he told me no one is available and told me he is raising a fresh request and this will be resolved in 10 working days.I asked him do u know i am charged every time i call and you guys put me on hold and say call again in 10 days, what sense does it make???..He gave me a request number again
                                  1 - [protected] . I told him am going to raise this issue on facebook and consumer forum so that people know what you guys are doing with retired unaware personnel and people should stop using your service.He said not to worry as required procedure will be done soon and i should wait for few more days.

                                  Sir, am very tired of calling up these guys and running around.Please advise and help me in solving my issue.I need the fd amount for domestic daily needs and these people are making us senior citizens suffer at this old age too.Pls help.

Due to some tours and illness...I was quite unable to pay outstandings in time..however I have paid minimum amount due. It resulted in alte payment fees and over limit fees in last few months.                                         Dear sir, This is with regards to sbi gold advantage credit card [protected], that i received on 04th feb 2015 on my name Goverdhan chandwani. i am a retired GM from sail Bhilai, who is not well aware of procedures for getting credit card.i had visited sbi branch in nehru nagar in jan 2015 for routine visits and was lured in to credit card stuff by one personnel there named Mr. Manish - [protected], who misled me with regards to card usage and limits by giving me false details. It was told to me by him that after doing a FD of 20000 rupees, i can avail limit of 75000 rupees and use the card.I had specifically asked him that i wished to get a limit of more than 50000 but can do FD of 20000 rupees only, he had confirmed me the same saying that he is well versed with process as he does this job routinely. On receiving card i saw limit of 14000 rupees usage & 7000 rupees cash.i called up this representative immediately and asked him about the same.he said, not to worry as limit is raised automatically after using it once and calling customer care.i told him to confirm the same from his boss & guide me.i took number of his boss for same - Mr. Jitendra [protected], as this guy sits in sbi card office in sector 1 branch, i asked him the way in which i should cancell this card and do i need to visit sector 1 branch for same.he told me to call customer care for same as they can't do much about it. i spoke to customer care immediately on 04 feb 2015 and it was revealed to me that card has to be cancelled and returned & a fresh card taken for any requirements as limit can be extended by making a new FD of 75000 rupees and this FD money will be returned once card is cancelled.i immediately told customer care guy that since i have not used this card as i have just received it, i wish to put up a request to cancell card and return my fd amount and i don't intend to pay any card charges as wrong card has been sent to me.Customer care representative confimed that card will be cancelled and money not charged to me .He gave me a cancellation request[protected] and told me that by 09 feb 2015 this procedure will be done and then i can put up a request for lein letter and take my FD Back. i called up this guy jitendra who then told me that manish is a new person and by mistake he misguided me.i told him that there is no problem if he can do the required procedure and get my FD Money back asap.he told me to wait for some days as i have raised request to customer care.he told me not to worry as card will be cancelled and i'll not need to pay any fees and fd will be released in a month. On receiving first card statement i got a shock that i have to pay some 568 rupees.i called up manish and asked him same, he said he has left the job and i should speak to jitendra.i called up jitendra, he said to pay 568 rupees and then only this card can be cancelled. i understood the fraud that was done with me, and called up customer care on 28 feb 2015. On 28 feb 2015, when i called customer care, i was told sorry as this card has not been cancelled yet and then i was given another complaint number 1 - [protected], and was told that card will be cancelled and fees reversed, along with unblocking of FD by 6 march.To bring to your notice i would like to remind that this customer care number is not toll free and there is waiting period of 15 - 20 mins which is being charged, before you speak to required personnel.sometimes one has to keep calling and call gets disconnected.basically my intention to tell this is that i have been charged nearly 500 rupees in calling to get my card cancelled and fees reversed. On 11 march 2015, to check status of my card i called up customer care again and was again told sorry that card can not be cancelled as annual fees has to be reveresed 1st, and was given complaint number[protected] & [protected] & was given a deadline of 1st april by which card will be cancelled and fees reversed.so that i can apply for lein letter after that and get my FD. On 17 march 2015, at 1900 hrs to check status of my request i called up customer care again, and i noted the persons name this time, NITESH DUBEY, he confirmed that account has been closed and card cancelled, and that amount will be reversed by 01 april 2015 as told to me prior.Once amount reversed i can raise a request for lein letter to withdraw my FD which will be couriered to me in 10 days of raising request.i was happy to see some results coming in to picture now. On 3rd april 2015, i called customer care to know about my card, the lady said that account has been closed and amount will be reversed in 48 hrs now and i will get confirmation by sms for same.then only i can give request to withdraw FD. today morning on 07 april 2015, at 1200 hrs i called up customer care and spoke to Mr. BIBIN, who confirmed account has been closed but fees has not been reversed.I asked him why, then he couldnt reply.i asked him to make me speak to his superior or any one from cancellation dept, after hesitating a number of times, finally he told me to wait so that he can make me speak to them.after waiting for 5 mins he told me no one is available and told me he is raising a fresh request and this will be resolved in 10 working days.i asked him do u know i am charged every time i call and you guys put me on hold and say call again in 10 days, what sense does it make???..he gave me a request number again 1 - [protected] . i told him am going to raise this issue on facebook and consumer forum so that people know what you guys are doing with retired unaware personnel and people should stop using your service.he said not to worry as required procedure will be done soon and i should wait for few more days. Sir, am very tired of calling up these guys and running around.please advise and help me in solving my issue.i need the FD amount for domestic daily needs and these people are making us senior citizens suffer at this old age too.pls help.
